Thinking about falin shaving laios's beard after she follow him to the caravan.

Falin is so close he can feel her breath. Her fingers are soft, holding his head in place. Her rosy lips curved into a tiny smile. As he gaze into her adoring eyes, time becomes an illusion. All that matter is her touch. Even the stroke of the blade feels like a caress with how carefully Falin is handling it. The feeling of being taken care of by the only person to love him unconditionally, laios can't help but sink into that sense of security. No matter how rough the wake up call might be. What was he thinking, letting her follow him into this mess anyway? But right now, he doesn't want to think about it. Right now, he want to be selfish and focus on her eyes and her touch. Like a dream that he never wants to wake up from.

Falin doesn't miss the opportunity to take a good look at her brother either. When she first saw in this state, she could barely recognize him. His sunken cheeks, his dirty clothes, his unkempt hair, it all made her terribly scared. She decided that whatever put her brother in this state, she would face him by his side.

But the moment she cut his bangs and gazed into his eyes, those all too familiar eyes, she started to feel at ease again. Sure, they have dark circles under them and they're not quite as lively as she rerember but she'd recognize the way her brother looks at her among thousands. He was still the same underneath the hair, she was convinced. So the next logical step to get her old brother back was to shave his beard.

So as she's busy making his face all smooth, she takes the time to gaze into his eyes, again and again, in-between strokes. And into those eyes, she see a world of emotions staring back at her. Yearning, guilt,shame, happiness, sadness, love. And these feelings that mirror her own, she risk to get lost in them. It becomes more and more difficult to detach herself from those pools of emotions and focus on her task.

And as said task finally get to an end, she softly run her finger along his smooth jaw.

"there's the handsome face I rerember!" she exclaim joyfully.

"I'm sorry!" The apology burst of out his mouth without warning. Uraraka looked on, her eyes devoid of empathy, her mouth set like it with fighting a sneer. Todoroki was cooly blank, hands in his pockets, body language clearly deferring to Midoryia, who, despite being around 5 inches shorter than Tenya, still managed to look down at him. "I didn't mean for this to happen!"

"You didn't? Really?"

"I swear!" Tenya was flustered now, his hands gesticulating wildly, nearly taking members of the throng of people surrounding them. Uraraka let out a disappointed sigh, turning away from Tenya's increasingly pathetic display.

"Iida. You're a smart guy." The praise felt damning. "How did you manage to lead us to the only part of the train station that doesn't contain the Ginza line if you did it accidentally?" Tenya wanted to wail.

"There were so many signs! Some of them pointed in opposite directions! It's terrible design!" At his flustered near shout, Uraraka broke from her faux serious expression, throwing an arm over his shoulder. He was pretty sure she was on tiptoe, but considering she seemed to be on his side he wisely kept his mouth shut.

"To be honest, my first day at UA I couldn't find the Ginza line either. I was trying to catch it from Asakusa though, so that was admittedly kind of on me." The group all nodded commiseratingly. Midoriya sighed, biting back a grin.

"I'm not sure why we made Iida navigate when he basically never takes the train either. Still! I swear the Ginza line runs in literally every train station within 200km of Tokyo, how did you lose it?"

Tenya flushed. "There were just too many signs pointing in different directions! I don't care if your station is a circle - just pick a direction and stick to it! It's confusing!"

I have been having Stranger Things thoughts and I honestly think I might explode if I don't talk about it just a little.

So uh potential spoilers for season 5 after the break

(it's potential because I have no proof of any of this It was just a thing that popped into my head T_T)

So in season 1; we have Will getting kidnapped/gets stuck in the upsidedown.

In season 2; Will gets possessed. (And we get introduced to dart but idk if that could come up again. )

In season 3; yes we get a possessed Billy but we also get the flesh monster thing (and I guess the whole russian plot but I am gonna be honest I don't really understand what is going on there so I am ignoring it)

And finally in season 4: We have the whole Vecna curse.

I think it would be fun if in season 5 if the party has to face all of these at the same time. I think it would be a good full circle moment. Also they kinda like to bring back old concepts in the Stranger Things all the time so it makes sense that they might do it.

For example, we have been seeing a bunch of Holly pictures, so we know she is going to be at least more important than she has been. Which got me thinking that maybe she gets taken to the upsidedown like Will did in season 1. Which I am more on board with than her just getting killed

I am not completely convinced about the whole; Will is gonna get possessed again theory, that has been talked about. I do think that it is very plausible if this is what they plan on doing for season 5. But it could just as easily be any party members being possessed.

We might get more flesh monster, (yay..) but the mind flare could also just be its shadowy self and I think it would work just as well. I would of course add the clump of mushed together meet just so the connection to it is obvious but we also have more obvious examples before this I don't think it's strictly necessary.

Then of course, the Vecna's curse. I know this might be a bit of a hot topic, I do have thoughts on who (Mike wheeler) Vecna will target but I will leave that for a different post. I do think that it would be a waste to introduce Vecna's curse and then not utilise it in the final season, but I have heard the argument about how it might feel like repetitive story telling (which I don't think Stranger things avoids doing) but I can agree that this could be the case. I think it is likely that it won't be exactly the same. Because we have seen the whole main character Trauma reflected back at them plot. But if Stranger things Season 5 main conflict is a combination of all of the previous conflicts than I think it is fine. And again I think it's a very powerful tool and they shouldn't shy away from using it just because we have seen it before. Idk

I was talking about all of these with my siblings and they pointed out how there are the og four (Mike, Lucas, Dustin, Will), the four gate ways, the four seasons and then the four main conflicts.(There is probably more I am just not smart enough to think of it.) but maybe that is evidence in my favour for this. Idk.

Frank wanting to train FC. Directly contradicts the assumption that he's the embodiment of fear. Because why would the embodiment of fear be so interested in FC having star power, and how would Frank know anything about training a person with star power if he has nothing to do with it, himself?
