Why is it the BEST THING EVER: I requested art for this poem for ArtYuletide - the poem’s one of my favourites by Billy Collins. I didn’t think my artist would pick this prompt option at all, and if they did, I thought maybe I’d get one pic of the barking dog. But it’s a whole amazing COMIC and it’s absolutely the BEST THING EVER!  It’s a perfect rendition of the poem, funny and amazing, with great, quirky details like the dog’s expressions and the orchestra members waiting respectfully. It doesn’t matter if you hate poetry and have never heard of Billy Collins, this is still so great, and it brings Collins’ poem to life. I love it to bits. Fandom: The Raven Cycle

Notes: It’s been two years since Gansey and Blue graduated from University and Gansey finally decides to propose. Therefore he takes Blue on a date in New Cabeswater, where he (with the help of Ronan, Adam and Opal) prepared a treasure hunt for her.

The items she has to do or has to find are as following:

1) They speak to them in Latin (that one was an easy start).

2) They bloom in four different colors, depending on the season (Ronan dreamed them for his mother’s memorable)

3) They change color depending on who looks at them (they still haven’t figured out why the fish do that)

4) They have the same color as Blue’s shirt had been on their first real date (Gansey asked Ronan specifically to dream this flowers)

5) They share a name with Blue (originally Gansey planned a longer hunt but both Adam & Ronan decided it would take too long and shortened it while Gansey picked Blue up and they hid the ring between a bunch of Blue Lillies)

It takes Blue no time to find the ring and she says yes before Gansey can actually start his proposal. They marry three months later in Cabeswater; Ronan still makes fun at Gansey’s weird proposal but they are all together and happy and that’s what really counts.

Notes: Honestly, It was fun drawing Geralt because I got the chance to practice with color variations and stuff. I actually played this game a long time ago, but I never go to finish it. I definitely loved the scenery and the amount of detail and thought put into this game though. I hope you like this :o

Can't believe I've never read this book before. Easily a classic. Had to read the description of the unicorn about 7 times to appreciate it. Thanks for turning me on to such a wonderful piece of literature!
