La polizia accusa: il servizio segreto uccide (Silent Action, 1975)
"I think we should get to the bottom of this, I'm not ready to jump to conclusions."
"With all the unsolved crimes we have, you're hesitating on a pretty clear case."
"Well, I'm that kind of guy, you see. I never stop at first appearances; I only stop in front of the truth. I always manage to get there, one way or another."

Nothing‚ tho‚ can top the sight of special guest star Tomas#Milian‚ playing the most sinister of secret service puppet masters‚ and yet inexplicably presenting himself like a literature professor at#A leftwing university who divides his time between drinking himself into oblivion and seducing his twinkiest students. Don't get me wrong‚#Tomas‚ I am Into It. It's just not the look I would have expected for a spymaster with delusions of dictatorship. This is a typically#Stylish and fast paced thrill ride for the most part‚ albeit with an unexpectedly bleak outlook and a real mean streak. Based‚ at least#Purportedly‚ on the real life Golpe Borghese conspiracy (a would be right wing coup in early 70s Italy)‚ there's a real sense of anger and#Frustration in the script which‚ unfortunately‚ occasionally leads to our hero and the fascist organisation he's fighting being more than a#Little similar in certain regards. Merenda is a solid‚ handsome lead (and manages to hold his own against the immeasurable Milian) but#Poor old Mel Ferrer is underused and out of his depth. It all ends in an explosion of violence that's shocking even for this genre
