@ people that have been diagnosed with (a form of) OCD - when are moments you feel like you're Faking It and are doubting yourself in regards to your diagnosis? Like, are there specific moments?

For me, my OCD is getting better right now, so I'm more and more thinking "shit, was I faking it for attention / to justify going to therapy?!" and "was I hyping it up just to have something to talk about at therapy???". One exact moment earlier was when I saw that I had a kitchen thing still plugged in - even though I always need to unplug it instantly after using the thing, in a certain way, and doing a tapping ritual after. But I simply forgot this time.

Those doubts in turn, could make the compulsions come back more in full force. I know those doubts are normal, I saw discussions about it before, but I’m still interested in peoples input.

I take a lot of inspiration from contemporary artist Rosalind Lawless - colour, form, space and interest in the built environment.

Something I would like take inspiration from/explore throughout this project is unpredictable colour pallets - I love the colour combinations Lawless presents throughout her innovative prints and mixed media work and I think more research into this would help me to develop / evolve in my project.
