Hello loves! A side note while I struggle to the finish line of a new Method to Madness chapter (mark the STRUGGLE!), but one of us needs our help!

There are very few of the HH fandom in general, and even less of the ones in love with RadioApple, that don't know the fic 'Ruination of Lucifer' from the talented @syaunei! I've read along since the earliest chapters and come Sunday I feel a persistant itch to refresh my AO3 bookmark to see if it updated. Sadly, the most important tool of a Fanfiction writer broke for her: Her Laptop. Meaning that Ruination has to slow down and take a break from being uploaded.

I've seen firsthand what the fandom community can do, and I truly believe that #ArtistssupportArtists is more than just words on the bottom of posts! So if you love Ruination and are able to - I think it would be wonderful to show a writer that the community can rally together and help in need! Any bit and piece helps, and from experience: We are so so so amazingly potent in numbers!

And if you aren't in a situation where you can help financially - spreading the word and showing 'Ruination of Lucifer' some love and appreciation in the AO3 comment section will just as well help, keep the spirits up and carry through the forced hiatus!

I've been trying to get into digital art for years now but I can't get it

This is a sort of cry for help for all the tumblr artistists

I've been drawing on paper for years now, and thought I may not be the greatest artisist, I usually make pretty decent artworks

And a year and something ago I received an IPad as a gift for my birthday, and of course one of the first thing I did was buying a Procreate

And I am now definitely drawing digitally more often, yet I don't seem to get how digital art works.

I mean I can make an okay-looking sketch, but making a proper contour, deciding if I want contour or not at all, coloring (sweet god save my soul) and shading (sWeEt GoD sAvE mY sOuL) just seem impossible to me. Whenever I try it just looks like I'm ruining the whole thing and I just get frustrated and give up.

I tried different techniques, but I either need WAY more practice or I just do not get something.

So I'm asking for some advice, maybe there are some tutorials I can watch to realize my mistakes? Or if you had a similar issue, maybe you can tell me how you overcame it?
