The warriors is one of my all time favorite movies and I was excited when I heard Lin Manuel was doing a concept album. Early in development where was a gang that was cut called the dingos that was supposed to be a Gay gang. I’ve always wished they made it in. I feel like the movie Cruising with enough time the homophobic edge that would have for sure been there would have softened and they would have been appreciated by an audience. Plus in a movie like the warriors no one is fully noble.

Anyway I think there is a lot to explore in the warriors. Based these designs off of photos from the 70s and Gay icons from that era like Sylvester and Peter berlin (both San Fran guys but what ever)

So me and some of my amazing friends in a server decided to make a mermay collab (I’m posting a little late and I apologize for that, I was out and I JUST realized that I didn’t actually post. I genuinely thought that I did earlier lol) each one of us claimed a different character and turned them into an adorable sea critters

NATURAROS

estos son mis personajes originales que se caracterizan por ser animales extraños, ultimos en su clase, pero con habilidades unicas de cada uno y que juntos trataran de sobrevivir al hostil pero fascinante mundo en el que viven

los integrantes son:

razly: el lider, un oso con caracteristicas de tigre que posee garras en los puños con los que puede cortar casi cualquier cosa! y aunque parezca alguien rudo en realidad es vastante pacifista siempre buscando el bien común y ptoteger a sus amigos a quienes aprecia más que nada ya que a vivido la mayor parte de su vida en soledad

terick: un homunculo de dragón azul, que puede estirar sus dedos y extremidades y lanza un veneno irritante de su ojo, y debido a su rareza es bastante egocéntrico y presumido

cam: un camaleon de tres ojos con no solo la habilidad de camuflarse sino también cambiar de formas y adherirse a cualquier superficie junto a su pegajosa lengua, es algo introvertido y tímido

zark: un cocodrilo acuático con dientes de sabre que respira a traves de unos duptos de agua y posee una mordida poderosa capaz de comer cosas de gran tamaño debido a su voracidad, no es muy inteligente y casi siempre esta baboseando pero puede actuar defensivamente cuando lo amerita

frennia: una yegua con luminiscencia en su cabello y que gracias a sus 3 pares de patas puede alcanzar velocidades sobrenaturales y llegar a producir choques eléctricos, es bastante competitiva pero agil y buena con su grupo

luzu: una lechuza morada con poderes sobrenaturales ya que puede levitar sin agitar sus alas y hacerse invisible como intangible, casi nunca habla y solo sale de noche por su naturaleza nocturna

magmut: un mamut temperamental que lanza magma de su trompa y dependiendo su nivel de humor este puede salir con más calor

gilbert, un dingo super inteligente y que gracias a su brazo metálico puede manipular la magnetizacion de objetos asi como contruir herramientas
