Art vs Artist 2023!

I'm really happy I decided to hop on to this platform at the beginning of this year :') This was the first time in a few years since I drew fanart of any sort, and I had so much fun doing it! Thank you to everyone who has supported me and gave a lot of love to my art! Reading all your comments and reblog tags is what kept me going <33 Wishing you all a wonderful holiday and a happy new year!

Side note: I thought about inserting a picture of myself, drawing a self-portrait, etc. Instead, I inserted a silly sketch of Rick that’s very on-brand for this blog (#sillies)

2023 was a freaking doozy huh

i moved across the country AGAIN, left one horrible job for another, got my car stolen, left that second horrible job too, started going back to school after almost 6 years, adopted a baby bunny, and of course i found time to make some art amidst some chaos

thank you to everyone who has helped me and encouraged me along the way, especially those of you shouting in the tags of a reblog. i too wish to fling myself into the sun when i think too hard about obi-wan and anakin

My art vs the artist to finish the year! 2024 goals is to post more! (it's the goals every year and I will not success once again-)

Alright, it's the start of a new year, so I guess it's time to do Art vs. Artist for 2023. I honestly thought I drew more than this, but I guess not. A lot happened to me this past year, and it did make it difficult to remain consistent. Hopefully I'll be more productive in 2024!

And I realize that I haven't actually posted anything on this account in years. Truthfully, it just seemed like too much of a chore to try and catch up to the present uploading the backlog of everything I hadn't been posting here while I had dropped off of Tumblr. Honestly, of all my social media accounts, I think only my dA can be considered the most comprehensive collection of most of my artwork. That being said, I'll definitely make it a point starting with 2024 to upload all my new content moving forward.
