I did an art progression of a drawing I did of the creepypasta Clockwork back in 2019 during my creepypasta phase, while I've grown out of the phase, I wanted to see how much I've improved since then.

Dates from left to right - the first one was done in 2019, then the second was done in 2020, finally the third one was done in 2024 (up close of each under the cut)

I just threw this same compilation together for twt, and it was interesting to see, so I thought I'd put it here as well!

From my first painted portrait to now, my style has evolved quite a bit, but I can still see a few stylistic choices that remain, even if they've changed a bit. It's wild to see just how much things have changed... and how long I've been doing this, ye gods. I should go back and repaint these older portraits sometime for funsies.

Forrrr anyone interested uhh from like 2017 onwards I haven't really done a lot of art each year, working full time steals a lot of my time and motivation to want to do things other than sleep lol. But I do try to do studies, and I've tried to do Outfit August for my witch OC, and I take part in some secret santa gift exchanges, so I do a few things.

"I don't even go here" has to be one of my favorite tags to use on here.

Do you see it? Your art/writing is about a ship/media that I've never seen, and of which I know absolutely nothing and yet I am compelled and moved by the unique spin you put on it. You did such a fine work that I now want to know the source material. Perhaps you even did such a fine work that the source material doesn't hold a candle to the stuff you make.
