✦ Art Summary 2023 [/2022] ✦

my art summary for this very turbulent year. I didn't get to draw nearly as much as I would've liked to and slacked like crazy in the rendering/shading department. buuuut I also confronted my fear of doing lineart and clean sketches, designed a ton, defined my personal aesthetics and refined my art style[s].

Finally did my summary of art for 2023!

Oops, all skeletons! I can see why people who draw Sir Daniel Fortesque draw him A LOT, because he ended up invading 2023 for me. Strangely fun to draw despite being a skeleton in armor!

okay i forgot to post it when i originally did this in december. but better late than never. i'm really proud of my progress this year! and the sheer amount of art i've somehow produced.

3/4 of these examples are vtm art and the other quarter is dnd... the strengths ttrpg hyperfixation gives you.

i was drawing well before this of course but this is documenting my digital art years that ive been posting online!

i originally only went from 2009-2017 which is why the font kind of changed a little afterward lol, and i basically just copy/pasted images from my art blog which is why a lot of them have watermarks on them

but! i hope you enjoy this look through the years :D it was really really fun to go through my art like this

My art summary for 2023!! This year I definitely started pushing myself more so I'll try to do that even more next year! I wanna reach crazy new heights with my stuff :3

What a year for more D&D art this was! Curse of Strahd, Lost Mine of Phandelver, seeing the conclusion of my table's first homebrew campaign that brought us all together... Boy it's been a ride and the art that's come out of it has been an incredible learning experience~

Got to draw friends' characters and mine and in many high-emotion moments!~ :D And I learned how to quickly lay shading and highlights and ambient/atmospheric lighting and do neat effects too! On to next year!~

2023 Art Summary!

Feels extremely good to have so much to show this year! Even at times where I felt like I wasn't creating as much as I wanted to, I still managed to put out things I was proud of. A huge HUGE shout out to anyone and everyone that commissioned me this past year, you've done more for me than you can ever imagine and I'm incredibly thankful to have drawn things for you all! Here's to 2024 being filled with even MORE growth!!
