This was intense. 100+ hours, all stitched by hand from scratch except the boots obv lol. This was the first time I attempted cosplay, and the first time I attempted to sew anything that wasn't a patch or mending something 🫠

Hi, yeah I feel like Icarus has a bad habit of biting at their nails whenever a situation is like. Rlly bad. And to try and help them not do it so badly in early s1/s2 Centross would (poorly. Very poorly) paint their nails so they bit at the nail polish and not their nails themself. In s3 after Centross’ ascension, they would try to paint their nails but couldn’t bc of how shaky their hands were until Ven saw them trying to paint their nails and failing, so Ven painted their nails for him. And then Icarus would spend hours looking at how cleanly Ven painted their nails and get slightly upset due to how vastly different they were to how Centross would paint them

i love rust, it ended, so badly, but i'm so scared because thats not even everything. vast explained a lot, however, there is a difference between being an avicane, which is already bad, and being the child of the leaders of the avicane (which Rune doesn't know)

Knight Xantheus!!! Very gold!! His armor is strengthened by magic runes and is therefore more sturdy than it looks.

...When Neddy deactivates the runes on his armor it does all come crashing down pretty noticeably... It's a bit better if he's seated, but not by that much.

Something I feel that is important about lore on August 6th, 2024 (Spoiler warning)

So Abraxas's stream title is "Faults of a Father"

While Heyhay's and Art's is "Musings of a Madman"

At a glance, these seem insignificant. However, when you think about the actual things that happened in lore from both parties... it makes sense.

Armor's section is highly focused on his father's journals, and also Armor himself- that being who they are. Armor is who he is today because of his father- but also because of himself. He is Atlas Abernathy. But he cannot be Atlas Abernathy. Because Atlas was a person shaped by his father. Armor is a person shaped by himself.

The faults of Armor's father is why Armor as a name and person has to exist. Because right now, Armor isn't quite at the stage to separate the "Atlas" from the crimes of their father. The armor that is "Armor" is what helps him cope with that. Coping until he can reclaim what feels bloodstained.

However, I don't think Heyhay and Art's title refers to the same madman as Abraxas's

Rune dips down a scary thought path at the end of their streams- thinking about if he himself could be turned into an avian. He's a blood child too... if the avicane were doing it, maybe he could- just so long as he figured out a way to do it without the slaughter of others. It would solve so many problems and variables they've been considering.

And Vast tries to give Rune the Zygote crystal. Which Rune returns upon their revelation of the danger that could pose to the flock.

And Vast goes home and talks with the magpies- apologizing, but also attempting to figure out why she was so willing to hand the crystal over.

There are two madmen here. There's Rune, with his scientific, inventor brain jumping down dangerous trails. Then there's Vast. Mad, but not in an inventor way. Mad with love- and the way he's been taught to show that. Giving and giving and giving until there's nothing they can give anymore.

I think titles are neat :]

you know it's all well and good to talk about how Anders is mistreated by the narrative, but what's really unfair treatment is that he doesn't get a single rune slot for his armor until halfway through Act 3
