Don't give up or quit before you get started! This was from my client's check in & 1st full month back with me. - She released just over 4 lbs and 16 inches! The biggest losses were 5 inches from her chest & 3 1/2 inches in her waist. . - ➡️Imagine moving from the 3rd to the 2nd latch on your bra....which also means...less back fat! . - This is why I often say, you shouldn't only rely on the scale when you're tracking your progress. She was excited about the 4 lbs...but guess what, her weight didn't change from her last check in! What if she would've been discouraged by the 'only 4.5 lbs loss'? . - Isn't that what you often do? 🤦🏾‍♀️ - . Start using a tape measure to measure your thighs, arms, legs, stomach, waist and chest...and you'll start seeing all of your progress instead of letting the scale determine what kind of day you're gonna have! 💜 . .
