And one thing I specifically can’t understand is they made Jinx apologize to Caitlyn, yet Caitlyn didn’t say anything about all her actions including forcing Vi joining the agency that killed her parents, use grey fog to the undercity and team with Ambessa etc.

So a straggling, mentally unstable, traumatic lower class girl has to redeem herself for all her actions of violence —— which certainly not just on her own but reflect the entire conflict of the under/upper city, and meanwhile an upper just need to accept the apology.

Where is the spirit of reflection and role-switch comprehension we’ve been building the whole season (and last season)???

one thing I find really interesting about these frames is that if you look at the background (instead of the heartwrenching focus of the frame) piltover looks different

like physically, without hextech, piltover doesn't reach as high. the gap between zaun and piltover is lessened. and there's the different between healthy, vibrant plants and twisted chain link fences. also the amount of light, AND there's more stars in powder's universe, implying the air is clearer. god this show is good.

I think the most heartbreaking thing about arcane is that there is CANONICALLY a universe where everyone lives, everyone is happy and everything is undeniably better, for everyone- its the only thing vi’s ever wanted. For her family to be whole and thriving, but she isnt there to see it because she died. Everything she ever wanted and she’ll never know. Devastating

Every good-at-beginning story end shitty because writers want to solve a problem that possibly whole humanity can’t even answer. Dude, you don’t have to solve the problem, just present it. People live in undercity don’t need to unite with uppers in the end of story. They can still be straggling,furious , lost, or seeking heal for each other. Because that’s kinda how it is in reality! Every time you bring up some sharp, heavy realistic topics, do not just make up a fictional “Greater enemy is coming so now we unite together” ending, please. Conflict is ok. Unsolved problems are ok. A straggling future is ok. But faking unity and, well, falling love with a upper and that solves everything are, make me pretty tired at this point.
