i cannot fly or breathe fire/other breath weapons. i have 4 legs and no wings. i'm immortal and roughly the height of a horse. I have a horizontal fish tail, 3 eyes, a likely toothless beak, and several (4 or 6) horns including 2 ram horns. I'm multicolored but predominantly light blue. i eat plants, fungi, seaweed and sea carrion. the sun is an important part of my draconity.

 if you were righting a book and you had to describe a hippo to someone whod never seen a picture even of a hippo before how would you describe it? fat comes to mind, rotund, some mention of its blubber, that would be the first thing id mention probably, its deep red purple coloring is another, how about this:

 some of that matches the hippos description, the semi aqautic nature but the rest... look am i being biased here or would this be the literal worst description of a hippo of all time, if someone gave you this description and sent you out hunting for whatever the behemoth was as described here, would you seize a hippo and say “behold, ive captured the behemoth?” does the hippos appearance and countenance lend to such a magnificent description?

~ Jim doesn't get to relax much. Being the Trollhunter, having school, and keeping all of this from his mom leaves him very stressed. So when a field trip to the local aquarium is announced for Biology he's ecstatic.

~ Finally a day he can just relax. He could sleep during the bus ride and then have a fun day at the aquarium. Plus he'd get to spend the day with you and his friends.

~ Claire likes the angel fish and anything poisonous. Tobies in love with the aquatic frogs and cool snakes. And Jim's just happy everything here that can kill him won't. You seem excited about everything making Jim happy.

~ Claire knows a lot about marine life surprisingly and Toby knows all about coral reefs so the two give you a lot of fun facts through out the day. They practically give a better tour than the tour guide.

~ While walking Jim not so sneakily slips his hand into yours while you look at an exhibit. The way your face darkens as you shyly squeeze his hand back makes his day. Toby and Claire make sure to get lots of pictures!!!

~ You see octopi, sharks, jellyfish, dolphins, seals, whales, exotic and foreign fish, frogs/aqautic snakes, turtles, and so much more. Each exhibit is huge and colorful with something interactive or fun to do. The animals seem happy and some are even playful. Jim watched you put your hand to the glass and an octupus swam up and tried to bomp it. When you laughed the whole group smiled softly.

~ Lunch is interesting. You all brought money for a souvineers and lunch but the food is... about the same quality as the cateria room. Good thing Jim brought blue dolphin sugar cookies. You all eat the sugar cookies and feed some to the birds as you wonder around.

~ There's so much to see and explore and there's even some rides! You all go on the Atlantis rollercoaster together and the Pirates rocking ship. Jim thinks his rides were the favorite part because of the way you clung to him.

~ You all love the interactive exhibits. At the sting ray exhibit, all the sting rays come up to the edge and want to be pet. When you reach for one you squeak as it tries to jump out of the tank. Jim laughs softly and putting his hand on top of yours you pet the sting ray. Their skin is leathery and soft but a little ticklish. In the Octopus section they have octopi who do puzzles and tricks for audiences. There's another exhibit where these tiny fish eat the dead skin cells off your hands and arms. Through out the day there's so much fun stuff to do and so much to touch and explore.

~ You stay in the souvineer shop for awhile and look around curious. There's stuffed animals of all the things you visited, cool necklaces, t-shirts sweatshirts and tanktops. There's also sea themed candy and little knick nacks. Jim picks something out for you secretly while you go try something on. You all buy the things you want and leave the class smiling.

~ As the class is leaving Jim catches you in the jellyfish section. Your taking one last look before you leave for the day. The light off the jellyfish makes for the perfect mood and observing his surroundings there's no one around. Smiling he cups your face and gently kisses you as jellyfish swim around you too making your silhouettes glow.

I went to the museum today, and spent a long time looking at the deep sea exhibit. I find it amazing how so many animals from one of the darkest places in the world manage to produce their own lights. I wonder how they do it; I know that fireflies glow by producing a chemical reaction, but I think I heard somewhere that aqautic animals glow with help from special bacteria. I’m planning on calling Goombella tomorrow; I’ll ask her about it then.

sooo...i’m kinda messed up from a nightmare i had for the second time now where i thought for some reason it would be nice to keep a load of creepy crawly insects as pets in nice little glass tanks and i swear one of them kinda looked like a prehistoric aqautic animal with two very long feelers and used to prey upon smaller animals

except this creepy crawly could very literally multiply and i fucking remember in the dream it did exactly that and produced a female version tat didn’t have those massive feelings but still had a centipede-like body and I’m. SHOOK. They were behind a glass cage (which I felt relieved because at some point I believed that they weren’t) and i just wanted to scream because WHAT THE FUCK

AND THEN THERE WAS ANOTHER CLASS TANK WITH A FUCKING TARANTULA AND OTHER CREEPY CRAWLIES AND I JUST WANT TO DIE OH MY GOOD FUCKING GOD!!!!!
