for my fellow autistic/depressed/mentally ill people who have bad dental hygiene, my dentist got me onto this stuff right here. he said it will help rebuild enamel and whiten my teeth, and it worked. I literally didn't believe that toothpaste could ever work like it does in the commercials but I'm not even half way into the tube and I see noticeable differences. I've used it for like 3 weeks now and my teeth look stronger and shinier??? the mint flavor isn't bad either it's like a solid 5/10 on mint, it only barely burns my mouth.

Sweet and Spicy chicken bowl

Low sugar, high fiber, and loaded with flavor!

INGREDIENTS

Spice Mix

1 tsp mild chili powder

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Freshly Cracked black pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp honey

1/2 tsp apple cidar vinegar

Rice

1 cup uncooked brown rice

1 3/4 cup chicken broth

Bowl Ingredients

1 boneless skinless chicken breast (about 3/4 lb.)

1 8oz. can pineapple tidbits in juice

1 15oz. can black beans

1 ripe avocado

2 green onions

1/4 bunch fresh cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS 

Combine the uncooked rice and chicken broth in a small pot. Place a lid on top and bring to a boil over high heat. As soon as it reaches a full boil, turn the heat down to low and let simmer for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, turn the heat off and let it sit undisturbed, with the lid in place for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork.

Prepare the honey spice mix by combining the chili powder cumin, garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne, freshly cracked pepper, salt, honey, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl.

Chop the chicken breast into small pieces. Add it to the bowl with the honey spice mix and toss to coat. Set the seasoned meat aside while you prepare the rest of the bowl ingredients.

Rinse and drain the black beans. Drain the pineapple, then chop the tidbits into smaller pieces. Slice the green onions. Rinse and roughly chop the cilantro. Cut the avocado in half, then use a pairing knife to slice or cube the flesh.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped and seasoned chicken pieces and sauté until cooked through and slightly browned (5-7 minutes).

Build the bowls by adding 3/4 cup cooked rice to each bowl, followed by 1/4 of each of the following: cooked chicken, black beans, pineapple, avocado, green onions, and cilantro.

Update 2:

I've closed my blinds. I don't want to see the outside world nor do I want it to see me. I don't think I could handle it if some eagle eyed stranger happened to look up and spot my crying over vinegar.

I ate some table salt earlier so it's now I crave mainly white vinegar. I still want pickles but it's very specifically a the kind my granny showed me how to toss together. A fresh cucumber chopped up drowning in white vinegar, a bit of salt, and I think a tablespoon of apple cidar vinegar but I'm not sure. All I care about is white vinegar and pickles.

I cannot think. All I know is this intensely desperate and despairing desire. I am in misery.

Ive got one of those cravings that makes me feel like a zombie...
