hello! i was wondering, could an option to choose which app icon is displayed on mobile homescreens be possible?

for example, if i wanted to have the halloween icon year-round, i could choose that.

there are a few other apps that have this function, duolingo is the first that comes to mind! i think it would be cool to have and a nice feature for customizing our experience.
