I've been doing so much research on precolonial Venezuela I'm not even sure what happened afterwards F

I don't talk nor actually think a lot about my Hetalia OCs in the actual hetaverse these days, but there is not a doubt in my mind that little Sicily bit every single last colonist who first set foot on the island in the first millennia BCE. Curious and feral problem child.

Un San Juan de 2 o 3 añitos con un poncho tejido por su mamá 🫶
Su madee fue Huarpe Allentiac (aún no decido su nombre humano 👁)
Para mi sorpresa, a la hora de investigar me di cuenta que lo tuvo de muy jovencita ya que no es una cultura añosa, así que calculo que tenía 16 o 17 años cuando se embarazó. Sin embargo, Franquito fue un bebé deseado ya que ella se casó enamorada con un español que también la amó.
Por la desnaturalizacion y el mestizaje del pueblo huarpe, ella fallece por causas naturales. Me imagino que de a poco se fue quedando sin fuerzas hasta que un día no pudo levantarse más de su cama. A todo esto Franco ya aparentaba sus 3 añitos y aún a día de hoy recuerda el rostro de su mamá 😭 es una de sus primeras memorias de infante

Daisies symbolize purity, new beginnings and cheerfulness, while also being used on some of the "Yes" sides publicity in the 1995 referendum campaign for Québec's independence. Hence, I draw both her and her young self (Nouvelle-France) with daisies quite often.
This post is right on time for la journée nationale des patriotes, celebrating the first group of Québécois fighting for indépendance in the 1830's-1840's
