If these characters becomes canon would would it turn these trios into quartet
Ex
Hati- Magic Trio/Quartet
Singapore-Casino Trio/Quartet
Mexico-Cusine trio/ Quartet
I'm kidna on the fence about hati being on the magic thing because it be be problematic.
Yeah, I guess those trios might become quartets if those nations were made canon. I’m not sure what the rules are for being part of the cuisine trio since Veneziano wasn’t allowed in the gourmet club because he wasn’t a “mature gourmand,” so I’m not even sure if Mexico would be allowed in. (This is not me insulting Mexican cuisine, by the way, only pointing out that the gourmet club snippet of Gakuen Hetalia had very strict rules that rejected an Italy brother.)
You have a point about Haiti’s portrayal in the Magic Trio possibly being problematic. The Magic Trio seems to be based on specifically European forms of magic and is fantasy-based (more like Harry Potter than real life Wicca or pagan religions), and it might be awkward to try to fit Haiti into that dynamic. Haitian Vodou is a real thing, but it’s also a religion, and it would be offensive to portray a religion in a goofy way about it just being “magic.” If you were going to show Haiti practicing Haitian Vodou, you should do your research instead of relying on stereotypes that might brush up against racist tropes. I think Haiti can be shown doing magic, but you have to do it carefully. (I’m white, so take my view with a grain of salt. A black person, especially a Haitian, would have a more relevant opinion on this than I would.)

Liechtenstein what happened in 1936
Prussia- Oh that was that thing you had with Haiti right?
Switzerland- Don't word it like that, it wasn't a "thing"
Liechtenstein- Well at the opening ceremony me and Haiti realised we have the same flags. It was really embarrassing but Haiti was nice about it, he actually found it funny.
Germany- That's how you got your crown on your flag right? Because you changed it.
Liechtenstein- Yes, that's exactly what i did, I didn't want to make the same mistake again.
Austria- I think the crown suits you better anyway
Kugelmugel- It makes your flag stand out more

How did you get that scar on your eyebrow?
"One day, when i was younger, I decided to push again.
When you live like me, you get these moments of lucid clarity, but they were oftentimes diffused by our condition before we could spring into action--or even after we sprung into action. This scar is part of that process, I suppose."

Can you draw Haiti, in a military uniform during the Haitian Revolution? Thank you very much for wonderful and historical art
“The Good Lord who created the sun which gives us light from above, who rouses the sea and makes the thunder roar–listen well, all of you–this god, hidden in the clouds, watches us. He sees all that the white people do. The god of the white people demands from them crimes; our god asks for good deeds. But this god who is so good demands vengeance! He will direct our hands; he will aid us. Throw away the image of the god of the whites who thirsts for our tears, and listen to the voice of liberty which speaks in the hearts of all of us.”
The Haitian Revolution took place between 1791 and 1804, and was an insurrection by the slaves of Saint Domingue, now Haiti, against French colonial rule. To this day, it is considered the only successful slave rebellion, establishing an independent society of liberated slaves.
Historical Footnotes (+ bonus sketches!):
I TRIED ON THE LIGHTING.... I TRIED
The quote from before is Dutty Boukman’s speech, one of the early leaders of the Revolution. Born in Senegambia, he was captured, enslaved, and sent to the new World, where he ended up in Haiti as a carriage driver and a vodou priest. He played a key role in northern Haiti, where he presided over a religious ceremony in 1791 that would kick off the revolution. He is said to have give this speech during the ceremony!
You’ll notice that her uniform looks remarkably similar to those of the American Revolution. This is because the two events took place very close to one another- in fact, many of the freed people of color in Haiti had served in the American Revolution themselves.
Women played a large role in the Revolution. People like Suzanne Belair had leadership positions in the army, as well as countless other women who served integral roles in the information networks that organized the rebellion.
I probably should’ve added golden embroidery on her collar and wristcuffs but I legit forgot IM SORRY
This was the original sketch for this, cuz I wanted to try to doing more dynamic poses, but it just didnt feel right to me? Part of the reason I took so long to do this was because I took months to mull over it until I had a better vision of what I wanted!
sketch I did to get her features down!

Do nations that were colonies under a Empire
British, Spain, Portugal, and French Empire countries like USA, Mexico, Brazil and Hati have to take their names or not?
How about regions like with China or Japan.
If the US states get personification would threat have the last name jones or something different.
I think during the time of colonial rule, they might have to go by whatever human name they were assigned by their colonizer, for the purposes that countries do use human names (interacting with most humans, perhaps in some nation-nation interactions to emphasize the closeness of a particular relationship). When they’re independent of that rule, the country is then free to change their name however they wish. Generally, I think nations would want to reflect their people, and people in areas who were colonized often have names from the language of the country that colonized them. For example, there are many Americans with English-derived names, Mexicans with Spanish-derived names, Brazilians with Portuguese-derived names, and Haitians with French-derived names. If most of their people have names derived from their colonizer’s language, they might not pick a name from another language, but they could pick something else honoring their people in particular (like if a male Haiti picked Touissaint to honor Touissant L’Ouverture).
I’m afraid I don’t know enough about China or Japan to give you an answer regarding them specifically, but I think similar reasoning should apply, depending on how much China or Japan is forcing their will upon particular regions.
Unless America imposed his will to make all of the states use the last name Jones, I don’t think they would. If they had enough freedom to do so, each state would pick a name (including the surname) that reflects the population of the state. For example, I’m working on making a moodboard for a Hawaii OC right now. She would be older than America and would have had a traditional Hawaiian name before she came in contact with any Europeans. In 1860, an act was passed requiring Hawaiians to take a surname (which hadn’t existed before, and for children was based on the father’s or mother’s given name depending on the child’s legitimacy) and a “Christian” (i.e. Western) first name, although a Hawaiian name would often be given as a middle. When that law was repealed in 1967, Hawaii would have dropped the Western first name she had to take in 1860 but kept the last name (since Native Hawaiians today have last names). In modern day Hawaii, East Asian last names are more common than Native Hawaiian names due to immigration, but my Hawaii OC (which will be representing the entire time of Hawaiian civilization), will have a Native Hawaiian first and last name. She’s very proud of her native culture and isn’t particularly happy about how she was annexed into the USA, so she would not choose to have Jones as a last name.
