EVENT: UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN

The Master Gunner of Prosperity, Gwen Volnal, has announced that Arjbo will be the last planet that she travels to as a member of the ship's crew. Despite Gwen's lack of candor, she seems to have no ill will toward the crew, and there is even a going away party being planned in Gwen's honor. Beck has stepped up, in conjunction with the ship's entertainers (Theo and Ian), to plan the event. Samira has also has agreed to foot the bill. Why the ship's doctor is paying for everyone's bar tabs is beyond commonly understood reasons.

Anyway, the venue is called Sprekrek, and it can be best described as a nightclub-restaurant-playzone.

The main, central room includes two dance floors- one on the ground and a larger one on the ceiling. One size of the room has seats and tables on both the ground and the ceiling. Below the large upside down dance floor is a small stage.

Prosperity's own in-house band, Grilled Sandwich Water, will play a set for the party on the stage (under the upside-down dance floor). The venue's management was only too happy for a pretty-good band to play, and will even give the band a little money for being live entertainment. Not a lot of fresh bands come by Arjbo, so this is exciting for everyone.

There are other rooms adjoining to the central room. One is a spherical shaped room that is very smooth and excellent for sliding around on using the features of gravity manipulation. There are lights installed on the smooth room all around. While sliding around, the lights dimly glow in random colors. The sound from the central room is piped in here so that the sound quality is good and fun.

There are a few special party rooms adjoining the central room for private parties and events. Prosperity has rented one, and had the event catered by the in-house restaurant. The specialty entree is a meat chain. Think of chain links. The meat is formed into loops joined to other loops. the intention is rip or bite apart the loop you are going to eat. The meat is made out of a large burrowing arthropod-like creature. I am told that it tastes much like chicken.

There is a cube-shaped bar room also adjoining the central room. The room features three different bars: one on the ground floor, a second on the ceiling, and a third on the vertical wall furthest from the entrance.

Gravity manipulation is what Arjbo is known for, and visitors can rent devices at a reasonable price that allow them to manipulate their personal mass and comfort level. The Personal Gravitational Manipulation Devices (PGMDs) allow users to do stunts like levitate, stand on the ceiling or walls without getting dizzy, and jump really high. Also available for rent are helmets (some more stylish than others), wrist guards, kneepads, padded jackets, soft but sturdy boots, and even elbow pads. It is recommended that visitors who haven't had the chance to practice gravity control by just an intuitive button yet do so in the large sphere room before taking on the dance floor so nobody gets hurt.

Grayson Waller x F! Wrestler! Reader

Summary: Grayson asks you out on a date. The roster hears and Candice convinces you it was just a dare.

Word Count: 3116

The flashing lights of smackdown were seen through the monitor backstage. You sat with one of your good friends, Michin, watching as AOP desecrates the Street Profits in the ring. Austin Theory and Grayson Waller have officially made it to Wrestlemania by beating the Street Profits, however it wasn't a fair win. 

"I can't believe they won. AOP just ruined the Street Profit's chances." Michin shakes her head in disappointment. "Those two boys always skitter past doing the bare minimum."

You wrapped an arm around her shoulder for comfort. She was still upset over Theory and Waller cheating for a win against the O.C., managing to get them one step closer to the biggest event of the year. "I know you're upset, but they are some incredible athletes."

"Don't let your crush forget who your best friend is." She gave you a side eye. "Or who her group is."

You laugh and lean your head against her's. "Trust me, I won't. You come first, Mia. Maybe not your boys, but you do."

She huffed and rolled her eyes. She slipped out of your hold when she heard two loud voices coming from down the hallways of the backstage. "Mhm. I hear some frat boys, so I'm going to dip out until your match." She pat your back and headed for a different way. "Bye, boo!"

You smiled while watching her run off. She hated anytime the 'frat boys' were around and somehow they just gravitate towards you. It wasn't long until you saw Theory and Waller backstage, holding each other up with huge smiles on their faces. Grayson spotted you and left Theory to jog over. He leaned against the wall beside you.

"Hey! Did you see our match?" He was cranked up on dopamine, a boastful grin decorating his face. "We're going to Wrestlemania! You're going to cheer for us, right?"

"Yeah, of course! Congrats!" You giggled. Grayson was sweaty and out of breath, but he still managed to get his words out fast. His smile seemed to grow when you agreed to cheer for them. "You have some tough competition that night, though. Better be prepared."

"Yeah, we'll be ready." Grayson said. Suddenly, he pushed himself off the wall and his eyes met yours. "Think I can take you out for dinner tomorrow?"

You were stunned beyond belief. You wouldn't even consider yourself a friend of Grayson's, and here he was asking you out on a date. Part of you wondered if you were dreaming. You realized you were silent for too long, so you quickly nodded. "Yeah, sure." You laughed down the awkwardness you may have caused. "Text me details later?"

Grayson's eyes lit up. "Yeah, I will!" He said before jogging off to meet back up with Austin, who was patiently waiting further down the hall. You smiled and decided to go search for Michin to tell her the news. As you were walking away, you could faintly hear Grayson chanting at Austin. "I did it!"

After you had told Michin about you date with Grayson tomorrow night, she had begrudgingly congratulated you. She was one of the only people aware of your little crush on the Aussie star. While she wasn't a big fan of him, she wouldn't ruin your happiness for anything.

Michin left you in your locker room to pack up while she grabbed some food from catering for you two. You heard a knock on the door a bit later. "Yeah, come in!" You called out, expecting to see Michin. However, it was Candice LeRea and Indi Hartwell who entered your locker room. Two women you never would have expected to see as you had separated yourself from them a while ago. 

Candice smiled at you, but it has never been genuine since you cut her off. "Hey, heard from someone that Waller asked you out?" She said. You nodded, a little confused on how word got around so fast. "I'd congratulate you, but I wanted to be a good friend and warn you instead."

"Warn me? About what?" You questioned. You saw Indi frown and look away from you, almost like she was ashamed in herself.

"About Waller." Candice signed. "He's a flirt. I hate to be the one to tell you, but I don't want your heart getting broken. He asked you out for a dare that Theory put him up to if they won a spot at Wrestlemania."

Despite Candice's obvious fake sympathy, you couldn't help but wonder if she was really telling the truth. "Really? And why should I trust your word?"

You tried to read Indi's face. She wouldn't look at you. Candice blocked your view of Indi even with her smaller frame. "Listen, we may not be on good terms right now, but I'm not just going to let some playboy break your heart." Her voice was like venom even when her words seemed courteous. "Waller is a bit of a star. You're not, like it or not. People like to mess with new people, it's just how things go."

"I don't think that's true. I've been on Smackdown almost as long as he has."

"Yeah, but you're not as popular." She scoffs. "It doesn't matter if you listen to me. Just wanted to tell you."

Her smile was toxic as she left the room, leaving behind a wave of emotion in your body. Indi's eyes met your's for a split second. They screamed guilt. You couldn't tell if it was her feeling guilty about you being duped by Grayson, or if Candice was lying. As soon as the tag team left, Michin entered your locker room with two to-go boxes from catering.

You sat on the bench and stared at the ground lost in your mind. Michin set the plastic boxes down, then took a seat next to you. Her hand rested on your shoulder for much needed comfort. "What happened, what did they say?" She asked.

Michin was aware of your falling out with Candice. She was aware that Candice wasn't a friend of your's, in or out of the ring. "Candice was saying that Grayson only asked me out for a dare." You whispered.

Michin pulled you in for a hug. "You know she lies any chance she gets. She's manipulative, don't listen to her." She squeezed your arm. "And if it is true, I'll be the first one to beat Waller's ass."

Grayson sat on his hotel bed, leg bouncing with anxiety. "What does she even like? Where do I take her?" He asked Austin. Austin was in his hotel room, microwaving a hot pocket. "Does she even want to go on a date with me or did I just scare her?"

Austin quirked a brow. "Scare her? How did you scare her?"

"Maybe she was scared because I show up looking like I fought a war and ask her on a date."

"Yeah, that's not true." Austin chuckled. "You didn't scare her. She was smiling when you ran away from her."

"She was?" Austin nodded.

Grayson let out a sigh of relief. "Ok, but where do I take her?"

Austin pulled his hot pocket from the microwave and sat down on the futon. He leaned his head back in thought. "Maybe that really nice place a few blocks from here? The one we saw on the drive here." He suggested.

"Yeah, that sounds good." Grayson typed away on his phone, formulating the perfect text to you. "Should I send her a heart?"

"Hell no!" Austin yelled. "Way too early for that."

"You're right."

You were prepared for the date. You were dressed for a nice restaurant, in the nicest clothes you packed. Grayson said he would meet you at the restaurant and texted you the address. He said he made reservations under his name. 

You arrived a few minutes early and were sat by the hostess. The table had a small vase of flowers in the center and a white cloth over top. It was an extravagant restaurant and it made you feel a little underdressed. The waitress brought out two glasses of water for your table.

You sat at the table for what felt like forever, checking your phone periodically for the time or a message. Five minutes after the time he said to meet you is when you decided to call him. The phone instantly sent you to voicemail. Confused, you tried again. Again, voicemail. You sent him a text letting him know you were at the restaurant.

After ten minutes had past, and the waitress stopping by to refill your water, you called Michin. "What's up, boo?" She answers the phone.

You were practically holding back tears. "It's been ten minutes. I called him, got sent instantly to voicemail. I texted him and he didn't respond. I don't know what to do."

"Give me five minutes and I'll be there." She said, anger present in her tone. The call ended.

You phone dings after exactly five minutes with a text from Michin. She said she was waiting outside. After leaving some cash on the table, you headed outside. As soon as you got in the car with Michin, tears began streaming down your face. Michin held your hand as she drove you around, picking up milkshakes for you two before taking you back to the hotel.

You woke up Sunday morning with heavy eyes. Michin, who had your other keycard, had come bursting into your room with a plate of hotel breakfast. "Rise and shine, babe!" She happily awoke you and threw open the curtains. "Get around, we're hitting the gym before we leave!"

You groaned and rolled over to check the time on your phone. "Mia... it's seven." The notifications on your lock screen immediately soured your mood.

I'm so sorry my phone died and Hunter had me caught up talking about work and wouldn't let me go

Can we try sometime next week?

I swear I wasn't trying to stand you up or anything

You rolled your eyes. "He sent me like three texts last night." You said. Michin grabbed your phone and read the text messages. "I don't know if I can believe him or not. Considering what Candice said."

"I don't believe either of them. Focus on you, boo, not a playboy and a bad ex-friend." You sighed and sat up. She handed your phone back to you and set a plate of food on your lap. "I'll be back in thirty minutes. Be ready for the gym."

After Michin left, you scrolled through social media while eating. Most of your feed was from last night's Smackdown, specifically Grayson and Austin's win. Your heart ached a bit seeing the big smile they both had. Grayson's smile in the pictures didn't seem as big as the one he had when you agreed to the date. You attention on the pictures was halted when you received a message.

Austin Theory 7:13am

Hey, I know you're probably upset but can you text Grayson back? He's losing his mind.

You rolled your eyes and left the message on read. You finished eating while sitting on the balcony, watching the early morning flow of traffic in the city.

Thursday night, before the next show, you were sitting in your new hotel room with Michin. You had told her about the texts and messages you continued to receive from Grayson over the week. Michin was proud you had ignored them. "I'll be with you tomorrow night, too. If i see him, he won't be walking out of that arena with both legs working." Michin brightened your mood.

Your phone dinged with a text.

Grayson 7:30pm

Can we try for a date saturday? I can pick you up from your room this time.

Michin peeked over your shoulder when you opened the text. "Tell him no." She said. "Or ignore him, that might be better. Better yet, just block him. He doesn't need anything from you..."

You contemplated her words but eventually her complaints of the man were drowned out by your thoughts. You fingers had a mind of their own as they typed up a message and pressed send. Michin blinked twice. "Did you just say yes?"

"Maybe I should give him another shot." You said. Three bubbled popped up indicating that he was typing. "He's been texting me all week. It makes it hard to believe it was a dare."

A message pops up from Grayson and, no more than a minute later, one from Austin.

Grayson 7:39pm

Thank you! I'll text you details tomorrow night!

Austin Theory 7:40pm

Thank you, the gym hasn't been the same with depressed grayson.

Surprisingly, you didn't run into Grayson during last night's Smackdown. Maybe Michin being your scary guard dog kept him away, or he just wasn't in the same areas as you all night. Regardless, it was five minutes before Grayson said he would stop by your hotel room and walk you to your date. This time, he picked an ice cream parlor that was open late and wasn't too far of a walk from the hotel you were both staying it.

"Are you one-hundred percent sure you want to do this?" Michin asked as she clasped the necklace around your neck.

"Yes, Mia. If he doesn't show up this time, you can fight him." You smiled, looking in the mirror. 

Michin smiled behind you and rest her hands on your shoulder. "If things don't go well, call or text me immediately, and I'll be there."

"I will." You giggled. She's been super protective of you ever since you two met. "Thank you, Mia."

It wasn't long before there was a knock on the hotel room door. Michin stepped back and sat in a chair while you answered the door. Grayson stood holding a bouquet of flowers. He wore a simple white button up and jeans, his normal look. "Wow." He hands you the bouquet. "You look beautiful."

"Thanks." You smile at him. You set the flower on the small table next to the door. "Ready?"

He nodded. "By the way, you always look beautiful. I've just never seen you wear something that's not your ring attire." He stammers.

"Don't worry about it, Grayson. I appreciate the compliment." You laugh. "You look good, too. Even if you're in what you normally wear."

Grayson smiles and leads you down the stairs. Your room was on the second floor, so the stairs were quick. Grayson held the door open for you and lead you down the block towards the parlor. The entire walk, his hand was itching to hold yours, but he'd rather not overstep any boundaries. He didn't want to ruin the second chance you graciously gave him. Instead, he walked close to you, admiring the way your eyes shone in the artificial light from the sidewalk lamps.

You entered the ice cream parlor that was covered head to toe in old fashioned decor. The walls were pink and blue and the chairs were red. You both ordered a small bowl of ice cream. Grayson paid, despite you saying you could split, and you both took a seat next to the entrance. A floor to ceiling window showcased the city streets. Very few cars drove past and no people walked by.

You chatted with Grayson mostly about work, but somehow it go into the topic of your previously failed date. "I'm glad this worked out. I was starting to think you wouldn't answer me." Grayson sheepishly laughed.

"Honestly, I wasn't going to." You said. "But some things changed and I figured I shouldn't be mad at you."

"What changed?"

"Candice had told me a bit after you asked me out that you were doing it for a dare. She said that Austin dared you to ask me out if you two won a spot at Wrestlemania." You stared at the table while explaining the event to Grayson. "I figured it was true when you didn't show up for our date..."

Grayson's eyes were wide, and surprised. He was quiet for a moment before he found the right words to say. "It was kind of a dare..."

You head shot up and you looked at him with a confused expression. Definitely not the right words.

"Let me explain!" He held a hand out, hoping you wouldn't get up to leave him there. "Austin said if we won that match I had to ask you out because I've been putting it off since I met you. He's been trying to get me to ask you out forever. He wouldn't let me back out this time, either."

"Since we met...?" You said quietly. "You've been trying to ask me out for a whole year, Grayson?"

Grayson ran a hand through his hair and sat back in his chair, both in relief of getting that off his chest and in embarrassment from how long it really took him to say that. "Yeah... a whole year."

Grayson watched as you covered your mouth while laughing. "You could've said something so long ago! I've had a crush on you since we met, too!"

"Seriously! I could've had a date with you forever ago?" Your laugh was contagious and soon Grayson was laughing along with you. Your ice cream was long forgotten as you two reminisced all the times Grayson was going to ask you to a date, but chickened out. He told the endless stories and how Austin made fun of him after each try.

After a while, you both had finished your ice cream and decided to head back to the hotel. Grayson thought the date went great, and decided to take his chance. His hand brushed against yours before lacing his fingers with yours. You didn't seem to mind and he felt you squeeze his hand. "I had fun, thanks Grayson."

"Anytime," Grayson smiled. He held the door to the hotel open for you, letting you walk through first. Your hands were still connected while Grayson led you back up the stairs and to your door. "Think we can do this again?"

"I'd love to."

You stood in silence while getting lost in each other's eyes. Both of your hands were in his. You didn't notice how close you two had gotten until the door behind you flung open.

"You let go of her before I break all of your fingers, Waller!" Michin pointed at Grayson. Grayson back up and threw his hands in the air.

"Mia!" You yelled and pushed her back into your room. "Text me, Grayson!" You called out to him while shutting the door with your foot so you didn't have to let go of Michin.

That night, Michin heard all about your date. She also made fun of Grayson for being too scared to ask you out on a date. Despite her not liking Grayson, she was happy for you having a successful date. She'll never forgive him for unintentionally standing you up, but she will deal with him because it brings out a part of you she's never seen. Grayson had also sent you a text that night. You two had planned another date for early the following week.

Shotaro: alrrrrr it seems like as of late Shotaro has been putting more effort into taking care of himself and his wellbeing (KoP, QoC, The Empress) he may have recently recognize that he falls into intermediate work cycles that aren’t balanced (The Devil, 2oP Rx) of him working himself thin and pretty hard and then having a rest period but not really fully rejuvenating himself during the resting periods. (8oP, 4oS, QoP Rx, Temperance) also recently social life wise he may have a mature individual that he holds respect for and wants to better solidify their dynamic or add them into his social life (could be an earth sign) (4oW, KnoP, Strength) [channeled song Self Care Mac Miller]

Eunseok: hm so the energy is pretty chill here. Eunseok recently is still more comfortable and optimistic about his future with being in the kpop industry than he was during December. (3oW, 9oC, AoP) but he lowkey feels like other aspects of his life especially his social life is being lowkey hindered by it (3oC Rx, The Hermit.) he also might feel like he’s not pushing himself to his full potential (The Magician Rx) so recently he might be exploring or learning other talents and skills so he can be more satisfied with his abilities (7oC, PoS) the phrase “I’m good but I can always be better” is coming up, the energy doesn’t seem like he’s degrading himself so there’s no need to worry.

Sungchan: SO ! in my last energy check sungchan was excited for an upcoming project or event of sorts that was exciting for the members and briize this was before their recent promotions and after boomboombass promotions so maybe it was referring to their japanese release lucky ? for the recent reading he doesn’t have much to share (energy seems hectic or busy) . I do however think he’s planning or has a specific goal of sorts that he wants to execute after all of their traveling is over (The World Rx, 2oW, 7oP). He also might be feeling nostalgic lately or comparing how different his earlier days within the industry were vs how things are currently; it’s a more positive comparative energy however (6oC, 2oP, The Lovers) he also might be trying to befriend, hang out or collab with his seniors currently (KnoC, The Emperor, 3oP)

Wonbin: This reading’s energy was a bit strange because the energy doesn’t seem super fresh and might be more of an older thought or situation. There was a mental conflict he’s had (AoS Rx, 5oW, 2oS) he has a very particular opinion about how briize views his interactions with them, and he’s for some reason very concerned about whether or not he appears genuine or sincere it seems like he’s worried about being seen as fake or being misjudged (Judgment, 7oS Rx, KnoC Rx) However I do think he’s aware that this is essentially in his head and doesn’t reflect his actual connection with fans (The Moon, 2oC) It’s lowkey ironic that this theme came up around the time they do fancalls and the fancalls being reposted, maybe he’s focusing how he’s perceived .

Seunghan: This reading will be short and sweet because only 4 cards came out (Death, 8oP, 4oC, The High Priestess) hes in a state of contemplation and transition. He’s realizing that he needs to have better discernment and needs to build his prospects from the ground up, the phrase “if you keep carrying the same bricks you’ll build the same house again.” is coming up. With this realization and acceptance he can finally have an easier transition to the next phase he’s trying to reach, he may have a specific plan he’s following. He also could be being lead by a person (or multiple) who has the knowledge and discernment to guide him to a new prospect for his own benefit.

Sohee: He’s opened up recently and is giving more of his internal self to others (4oP Rx, 6oP, 8oS Rx, PoW, PoS, PoC) SOO MANY PAGE CARDS 😭. an event possibly around the winter time made him feel a need to wall himself up or to be more careful with how close he gets to people or how much of himself he should share (5oW, 5oP, 9oW) he isn’t secretive in a sneaky sense he just wanted to be more intuitive and selective of who he got close to. He also has a desire to be able to separate and divide between coworkers that he just works with and genuine friends and peers (The Lovers Rx, 7oW, 6oW) he possibly has realized that due to being an idol in itself can be a tumultuous journey he doesn’t have to endure it without support from outside the group (8oC Rx, 2oC)

Anton: He currently feels like he’s getting the full scope of benefits and struggles that comes with being an idol, he’s always essentially knew or had an understanding but now he’s beginning to fully see the dichotomies within the industry (The Sun, The Devil). hes very aware of how he’s being viewed in the media/online, the phrases “if you think I know, I most likely do” and “gotta be in the know to know.” he for sure has a general idea of how he’s perceived (KoS, PoS, 7oP, The Heirophant) However it doesn’t seem to be shaking the confidence he’s recently gained and some of it may even be adding to it (The Emperor, KoW). He might have a personal project or something that he’s working on solo that he may have to show or get reviewed by a higher up or someone with more experience (KnoP, KoP)

This year was very harsh on me, I lost a couple of family members and I also almost lost my job as well, so if you were wondering about the sudden decline, that's your answer.

Cakeworthy x Tamagotchi Collection Review

The folks over at Cakeworthy sent us a beautiful Tamagotchi decorated PR box of the new Cakeworthy x Tamagotchi collection. It’s no surprise that Bandai Namco US is stepping up licensing of the Tamagotchi brand in North America, and this collection is evidence that it works! The collection features shirts, pouches, a purse, and more. We’ve not only unboxed the collection but personally tried each item and want to provide a review of each item. Spoiler alert, we love it.

Tamagotchi Blanket - this one has been giving us Gotchi dreams! We feel like Nemutchi wrapped in this incredibly soft, and warm blanket! The blanket is high quality, super plush, and we’re impressed not only by the cute design of Tamagotchi’s sleeping in their bed, but how you can tell that these are not going to wear off. Made from 95% polyester and 5% elastane, the blanket measures to 40” x 60” so it’s big!

Tamagotchi AOP T-Shirt - What does AOP stand for? All over print! This pink t-shirt is a vibrant pink with vintage Tamagotchi character sprites scattered all over (using screen print), on repeat! Its’ really cute and super soft made from 100% cotton! We love how this shirt comes in sizes S through 4XL! You will see us wearing this t-shirt often!

Featuring both a belt that also features the pattern (love that detail) and a front pocket where we’ve been storing our Tamagotchi’s in! 100% polyester.

Tamagotchi Crossbody Purse - We call it show stoppin’. This purse is the moment. We’ve been wearing this out and we get asked all the time about it. Who are you wearing? It’s Cakeworthy! Modeled after the iconic Tamagotchi P1 red clock design, and made from 100% polyurethane on the outside, and 100% polyester on the inside. It’s about the details.

The screen in the front is lenticular meaning as you rotate the bag the Mametchi graphic on the front changes! First Mametchi is just hanging out, then he’s eating! We also love how the buttons are stitched on to give that elevated look, and the paint used in the front for the clock design is built to last. The stitching is excellent too. Open these up to reveal the same interior design and material as the purse, but much thinner. There isn’t a hook or anything to clip onto other than the zipper. We’ve been using these to transport our Tamagotchi’s around, and people will be talking!

Tamagotchi Blind Box Pins - This was a fun one, you don’t quite know which one you’re going to get, and that’s honestly the best part. These pins are solid have great detail on them. Including a lenticular screen that will show a Tamagotchi character in two different stages, and the pin has a nice backing to it to ensure it secures to your shirt, and stays put. It’s not just one of those cheap feeling pins. We’ve been decorating our outfits with it!

Tamagotchi Drop Sleeve Sweater - She’s an iconic, she’s a legend, and she is the moment, come on now! This one has our heart, we love her like a sister. We’re tearing up right now. She’s everything we ever wanted. First off, she is HIGH QUALITY AND THICK!

They are extremely happy! They are really happy that they got this brand new opportunity in their careers, the members are also happy for the possible income they’ll make from performing at Coachella!

They also slightly hesitant about this opportunity because they think they aren’t popular enough to pull a big crowd of Fearnots or an audience in general.

This performance has made them overwhelmed emotionally because they want to make sure it’s perfect! Like to the T! They don’t want any mistakes so, they’re probably practicing a lot at the moment.

The members overall are really paranoid… like they STRESSEDTTT!😰

She feels lucky!! She believes the universe is working on her behalf and giving her good opportunities. She’s ready to own the stage, she is going to genuinely give her all! High energy, stage presence just everythinggg!!

I believe Sakura is overly nervous and she may be a little bit catty for the time being due to the pressure of having to perform perfectly. She’s is also very happy about the opportunity. She feels like the groups hardwork is finally being appreciated. Even chaewon will be overwhelmed, and criticize herself if she makes any mistakes. She is also really nervous and scared about performing because she really wants it to be perfect…

She’s happy to perform at this major event overseas.

(Im pretty sure when the group was told about this opportunity, Eunchae and Yunjin most definitely started jumping around and celebrating but anyways… back to the reading)

Eunchae feels like this is finally a brand new chapter they’re entering in their lives right now. BUT even she is doubting herself right now. She possibly overthinks everything about the performance and slowly loses her excitement. Eunchae would probably also prefer to perform in Korea, or Asia overall because she feels more comfortable there?!?! Eunchae will also criticize herself too! And will be really stressed about this performance.

Kazhuas thoughts : PoW, 4oC

She feels very confident about the performance, she is also very energetic about it and will also focus on putting her all! Kazuha is really competitive so, she will make sure that this will be crowned, “The best K-Performance in Coachella.” But i don’t think she will be proud of the outcome?! She’ll be slightly disappointed for some odd reason…🚶🏽‍♀️

They are overall really happy! Despite being discouraged they feel like they’re displaying their talents. And they feel like their dreams have come true.

I imagined a character with a quirk/ability akin to Hermes (The Messenger God) where she can manipulate any item that was invented and has speed as one of her abilities as well, considering Hermes’s versatility, I want to focus on one ability of the character which allows her to hear, speak, and plea with Greek Gods if she want’s something to happen (drawbacks for this ability is having the user in an unbreakable vow or debt to whoever god she pleads with and an unhealthy mental state due to her constantly hearing them.)

This is where my request comes in !! I was hoping you’d create an Aizawa x Reader with this quirk. Reader is a pro-hero and a new teacher at UA. Aizawa felt neutral with reader and was often uninterested with her and her religious acts (praying at random times, skepticism, irrational fear of any mention of the gods) then one day (lets say there was a training event for students which paired both Aizawa and Reader as chaperones/instructors) then all of a sudden he just sees reader rush off, her ears bleeding while muttering apologies to whoever it is she was talking to.

He spots her in a silent and empty room, for some reason, although she was alone, he could hear a second voice, certain words and sentences being spurted allowed him to connect things together (debt, waters, remind him of odysseus) which made him understand what made her act a certain way (she was talking to poseidon)

While she was silently sobbing, apologizing, covering her bleeding ears even though that doesn’t stop Poseidon’s booming voice from getting to her head, Aizawa steps in and erases her quirk to allow her some peace and quiet…

I’ll let you decide what will happen next !

Basically this program is an international program that allows students to gain experience and be requested by foreign hero agencies)

You struggled to understand the cultural and social differences but you eventually understood them

You acted as a support hero for the most part. You’d normally help other heroes by utilizing your speed and telepathy to help keep them updated during massive events such as natural disasters and large scale villain attacks

You had always seemed so well put together and happy that seeing you like this was unexpected

Aizawa had walked into your office with some papers for you and found you huddled in the corner with your hands over your ears as they bled. Hearing you mumble as well as hearing a second voice he decided to erase any quirks. After he erased your quirk he sat down beside you and pulled out the first aid kit underneath your desk. He began cleaning and tending to your ears, having plenty of experience with this thanks to Hizashi.

“So, you wanna tell me who was talking to you just now?”

“I-it was P-Poseidon”

“Any particular reason why he’s talking to you”

Seeing the way you subtly squirmed and looked away, Aizawa decided it’s probably not something you wanted to talk about.

EVENT: RAIDERS OF THE LOST CAVERN

On May 20, the crew of the ship Prosperity would divide itself temporarily into three groups for approximately one week:

The Quest: Karmel Vuker leads Ali, Beck, Skylar, HJ, and Butterfly to explore a cave on an uninhabited island.

Daphne: A solo Daphne visits her parents Svo and Nicolas Rux on their expansive Rungung family estate.

The Stronghold: Robin Astrea is acting leader over the rest of the crew in Rungung’s main port.

Daphne will have limited access to communications during the day, but The Quest and The Stronghold can have unrestricted communications. However, Karmel and Prosperity‘s crew are uncertain about whether the cave has characteristics that will block communications. Communications crew members Muffy and Stella will take rotating shifts to ensure that someone is always available to speak to, but the rest of the crew is welcome to communicate through the ship’s normal comms line. Additionally, the Communications crew members will monitor all types of communications methods that the ship might receive in case of the possible emergency in which Skylar innovates a method.

Notably for The Quest, the archaeological evidence indicates that only a djayyar making the attempt of their own volition will have success entering the cave. There are two djayyar at present on the ship (Ali and Samira), but only Ali will be making this journey.

In order to roleplay the consequences of these events, two threads will be opened in the “small threads” Discord server (affectionately nicknamed the “crab knife” server):

Open Comms, available to all characters except Daphne. This channel is for chat messages.

Quest Narrative, open to Karmel, Ali, Beck, Skylar, and HJ. Ship Medic Butterfly will be present, but as the character is an open skeleton character, the admin will narrate what this character does. This is a narrative thread, so roleplaying will take place in third person. At certain moments, the admin may provide narrated insight into what is in the cave.

The two small threads will be semi-synchronous. Idle chatter in the Open Comms thread can occur, but the conversation topics in Open Comms WILL move on if The Quest participants need to use it.

Participation in this event (in the Open Comms and/or Quest Narrative is mandatory for all player characters.

I had this idea in the back of my head for a long time and even wrote some of the concepts down. The problem I encountered; however, was the release of chapter 139 and the additional eight pages that got released. During that time the manga chapters were released, there was so much discourse and chaos regarding Eren's feelings for Mikasa and who Mikasa was with when visiting Eren's grave. There was a lot of discourse between shippers and the chaos was really bad. I was questioning if I was doing both Mikasa and Jean a disservice going through with this idea. Should I just leave it open ended? Were they obligated to get together? I had decided to scrap the idea and replace it with the In Between OVA.

But the chaos has died down and I feel like testing the waters. In honor of AOP hitting 125,000 views:

BASIC UNIVERSE INFO:

"The Paranormal doesn't come to our reality easily". Our reality and the paranormal reality, are almost paralleled, in a sense. They coexist, with same places being in the same location, but the way the world works is wildly different. WHile we follow the laws of physics and the rules of the matter, the Paranormal reality is not like that. Chaos, and absurdity thrives in that. Between the two worlds exists this force, called The Membrane. It makes our reality safe from the monsters and other horrors in the Paranormal side, also called Other Side. However, it can be damaged. Mostly by the Fear that people have. This fear breaks the membrane isn specific shapes, in which the paranormal takes to manifest in specific forms in our reality. Ordo Realitas is a secret organization, leaded by the mysterious Mr. Verissimo, in which their agents specialized in the Other Side fight against the evil and make sure the major population has no knowledge of it. The Other Side manifestates in 5 different "types" of beings and events, called the Elements of the Other Side. Element of Blood The Blood is the entity of Feelings. It seeks the intensity: pain, obsession, passion, love, hunger, hatred - everything envolving feeling an extreme emotion pleases the Blood Entity. The extreme feelings of Blood surpass the Knowledge's reason and calmness. Element of Knowledge The Knowledge is the entity of consciousness. Discovering, learning, knowing, deciphering. Having one's own perception of the Other Side and its entities pleases the Knowledge element. The reason and logic of Knowledge reintegrate and suppress the Energy's chaos. Element of Energy The Energy is the entity of Chaos. Everything that cannot be explained, the intangible, anarchy. The constant change, the heat and the cold, the light and the darkness. Present since the dawn of humanity, it changes the nature of the universe. Its differentiated existence is a mystery. The Fear cannot exist as a beign or as a physical form. Anyone touched by teh Fear Element is someone transported to the place on The Other Side,The city that doesn't exists, the City of Tenebris.

As common knowledge by those who fight the paranormal, Ordo Realitas has bases all around the world, as the fight against the paranormal is not something set in only one place. One of the branches is the Nycticorax or Night Raven branch. Where young prodigies, from all over the world, join into teams in training, with seemingly minor missions, so that they may learn how to be great agents. (All TWST cast is made into prodigies who, in some form or another, had contact with the paranormal, and due to their great skillsets, they were contacted to become agents in training.) (the characters, for the means of this au, are treated as if they were player characters made for the universe of AOP.)

ON NATIONALITY SWITCHES, AND THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION:

Recently as of maybe a few months ago, we've seen two Russian athletes switch nationality in the span of 2 weeks. Sofya Samodelkina switches to Kazakhstan, and Sofya Titova switches to Armenia for the upcoming season.

Is this the first time we've seen Russian girls switch nationalities? No. Will it be the last? Definitely not. However, it is the first time that students of such a high profile coach (Evgeni Plushenko) and coaching team (Angels of Plushenko) have switched, and the first time that 2 have switched in such quick succession.

There have been rumours about Samo's switch since august of last year, so this isn't so surprising. She ranked 11th at RusNats, and was not a top skater at her time at CSKA, before she was kicked, so it makes sense for her to want to switch out. She was relatively competitive in the JGP back when Russia was still eligible for intl. starts, and was pretty decent on the junior circuit, including a silver medal at the 2021 Russian Junior Cup Final and Gold at the same event in 2020, along with some 4th place finishes at Russian juniors Nationals, 2 JGP medals (bronze at Rostelkom and 3rd in Slovenia) and a win at the 21-22 Denis Ten memorial.

When she graduated to Senior level, though, it just. Stagnated. We've known for a while that Russia's oversaturation alongside the biased judging makes it impossible for any up and coming talents to succeed, where the Eteri bonus holds so much weight. Samo finished 11th at both RusNats and the Russian GPF, and her only medals of the season came from her performances at the GP stages, where she came second at the 2nd stage Velvet Season, where her only competitors were Adeliya Petrosyan, Veronika Yametova, and a, at the time, struggling Alexandra Trusova who was fighting through injury and a lack of motivation. She then won the Volga Pirouette Stage, which again, her only competition at that event was Sasha, who wasn't landing any Ultra-C where Samo had a 3A.

All in all, her level of performance just was not enough to get her to that place of success she needed to be at, and with Russia's ban from intl. sport, it was only looking like it would get worse, despite her improvements from switching to AOP full time late last year. Samo, who had stated before that she wished Beijing would be postponed because she knew it was her only shot at going to the olympics, is grasping at straws to stay competitive, and it just so happened that her mother was born in Kazakhstan, making her eligible for citizenship by descent.

For her, I completely understand where this has come from. She will be an eligible senior when she returns to the international stage, and has the technical ability to blow people like Kaori Sakamoto and Loena Hendrickx out of the water. Is it worth is? 100%. She'll be able to get back out there, potentially stake her claim for some senior titles she wouldn't win under Russia, like National Championships and Four continents.

I think Kazakhstan would also be relatively grateful for the heightened exposure her fanbase would bring to the domestic Kazakh events, and hopefully she'd be able to contribute to building that domestic sport up by earning them places on the international start that they lost in womens ever since the departure of Elizabet Tursynbaeva. The problem here stems in that I feel Samo and other girls who defect to other federations will be in for a rude awakening when they don't get the inflated scores they were getting under the Russian flag, and that it may be harder for them to bridge the gap between them and skaters like Kaori and the Japanese who are so strong in their components.

Back when the season was in full swing, we saw how AOP athletes suffered from the underscoring in place of the Eteri girls getting inflated scores. We saw, in 22-23, Sasha's components drop and her STSQ and spins falling for lvl 4 to 3. Sofia Muravieva is a great example. Mura had the scores to best Kamila and Akatieva in the SP, but was rarely given them.

And so Plushenko made his ultimatum to the federation: Continue devaluing his athletes, continue to give them scores less than what they deserve, and they will jump ship, and compete for a federation that wants them. I found this interesting, because we all know Plushenko has quite the reputation for being loud mouthed, and a Patriot??? It made no sense that he would actively encourage his athletes to leave the Russian federation, and so I thought originally it was all hot air. This combined with that Samo's nationality switch had been whispered about BEFORE Plushenko even said anything.

And then Titova. She has no discernible ties to Armenia that I could find, so the switch seems odd. But again, she's not the most competitive, and in a world where the Russian juniors are arguably MORE competitive than their senior counterparts,,, its ruthless. If she wanted any chance at being competitive, she'd have to switch. The timing was smart, she's ineligible for seniors right now, but will be able to make a name for herself outside of Russia on the international stage having never competed outside RUS before, as an armenian skater, and can build up titles and respect in both division. Most people will be unaware she was even tied to RUSFED at any point. She has an abundance of time to wrack up titles and earn Armenia more placements.

My only concern is, is Russia prepared to lose more athletes? We've seen two in the space of 2 weeks defect, and all I can say is, will there be more? Will Plushenko encourage his juniors to look outside of Russia when they cannot compete with Eteri's students and Russian judging? And is Russia prepared to lose more and more athletes the longer they're banned from international sport?

Even from the perspective of Ice Dance, they had the departure of Smolkin/Davis to Georgia, using Eteri's Georgian Citizenship to justify Diana's switch in nationality, and her marriage to Gleb to cement it, and the pair of Karina Akopova/Nikita Rakmanin to Armenia.

In the world of Ice Dance, sure, this isn't a big loss, but Diana and Gleb abandoning Russia altogether and training in US/Canada could be foreshadowing, along with departures such as Samo and Titova, of the future of RUSFED and what this means for their development. The oversaturation and the blatant corruption is discouraging athletes, driving them away from not only the sport, but their country. And if the Federation doesn't make changes soon, they're in danger of seeing this worsen, and the potential for a collapse of this integral part of their sports economy, as more and more athletes decide to leave.

And the potential for success if they choose this route is already being proven. Sofya Samo had just within the last 2 weeks won the Summer Championships of Kazakhstan with a healthy 20 point margin between herself and second place Sofia Farafonova. And while Samo, on a clean slate will have to wait to build up her ranking to go to any major comps, she'll most likely be in the running for a national title by the end of 2024. Titova, likewise, will most likely be in the running for an Junior title in Armenia, and potentially a senior one if she is eligible.

Athletes are seeing the appeal in leaving for success in an easier climate, than sticking around to be mistreated by judges and beaten by 12 year olds with 3As and Quads. And RUSFED has tp recognise now, with so many departures over this last season, that they have a problem.

Now, do I necessarily think it's ethical to allow athletes to leave like this? If they have dual citizenship, sure. If not, and other countries are offering them citizenship to skate for them, then it becomes more tricky. I recognise the trouble that Ice dancers and Pairs face to find partners, but for singles, where the only benefit is to become more competitive, especially in a climate where the Russians are trying to outmaneuver a ban,,, especially when those athletes go on to still live and train in Russia and only visit the countries they compete in to well, compete, it becomes a lot harder to say whether its right or not. On one hand, those athletes have the ability to provide more opportunities for domestic athletes if they do well, but on the other hand, they're also taking opportunities from domestic athletes on principle, and for many domestic athletes who have worked hard, it will feel like a slap in the face to have a Russian athlete waltz in a snatch up all the titles they've worked for for years, under veryyy different conditions and with less resources.

And the ban, although many complain, must be upheld. (On that, though, I will talk more in depth in another post about my thoughts.)

All in all, the switches will be interesting to observe, and we'll see what happens as the season progresses, if any more athletes decide to make the decision to leave.

This was actually from the official Japanese Street Fighter V website. I used Google translate for this lol. F.A.N.G had a greater presence on the official Japanese SFV website than on the English one. During the first half of 2016, F.A.N.G would make some entertaining comments on certain Member Bulletin posts. He was the only character to do this at the time. These are really fun to read and they’re so cute. Also, you’ll notice that F.A.N.G has the “Nishishi” laugh that his protégé’ A.K.I. is known for. F.A.N.G actually started this laugh back in 2016, but it’s mostly in text format. The only time you’ll hear him laughing like this is through his V-Shift in SFV, which was implemented somewhere in February 2021. So now you know that A.K.I.’s iconic laugh is actually from F.A.N.G (like so many other wonderful things she’s learned from him) 💜💜.

And…he still laughs like that in SF6, at least in the Japanese text ( にっしっしっし。).

In around June 2016, Rashid and Azam started to appear on the Member Bulletins posts. Other characters like Guile, R. Mika, Nadeshiko, Balrog (Boxer), and Vega (Claw) joined in on the fun too. Rashid and Azam essentially took over F.A.N.G’s spot as the main commentator, perhaps to reflect on the events of General Story mode where Shadaloo fell. But FANG still made some comments here and there, even as late as October 31, 2017. In some ways, I think this was a hint by Capcom that F.A.N.G was still alive since he continued to have a say. This was the time when TOXICITY was not published yet (February 16, 2018).

I wouldn’t be surprised if F.A.N.G’s added involvement on the Japanese website was one of the reasons that made him more appreciated over there than the rest of the world. At least that’s how I see it.
