1 - Best advice ever given
I genuinely cannot remember. So many people have told me so many things throughout life 😅
I'm more of a "learn through own experiences / mistakes" type of person, so I very rarely ask for (or really take into consideration) advice. Unless we're taking about specific things or situations. But yeah, in general I usually go for others when I need someone to listen or support, never for help (let's not unpack that right now, shall we?).
If anything, I tend to keep quotes/lyrics closer to my heart than actual things people have said to me, simply because I tend to relate more? I don't know, I think this is making me sound incredibly proud and vain, I promise you it's not like that at all 😭
Sorry if this isn't quite what you were expecting 🥲
that article going around abt firefox's new ad program is annoying bc it's phrased as though "mozilla has finally TURNED on its people and is SELLING YOU OUT for cold hard cash!!" when. that's not what's happening. it is specifically being implemented to discourage tracking behavior, and literally all the data they are giving to advertisers is aggregate and anonymized, which is like, the opposite of what that post wants you to worry about, lol
People are so stupid about snakes. If there's a little black racer chilling outside just leave it alone, you don't have to kill it, it's probably dealing with all your pests for you, jesus christ
My baby daughter got her adorable puffin-print dress absolutely CAKED in mud crawling around the yard and my first thought was "oh no her beautiful dress"
And my second thought was "oh huh it really WOULD be easy to unconsciously steer her away from playing in the dirt. Unlike my son, whose outfits are usually some kind of solid dark easily washed pants plus a shirt that doesn't trail in the dirt like a dress does."
Anyway something something gender roles start getting shoved on kids from literal birth, but with a little time to think about things, YOU TOO can let your children of any gender absolutely destroy their clothes in the dirt pit they're digging in your garden
I am genuinely so worried for all the young horny dykes going into adulthood thinking there's something "problematic" / "wrong" with them for being horny because fucking tiktok lesbians think any horny dyke content is "male gaze fetishistic"
