gosh. platonic love is so wild, because one day you’re listening to two people you don’t even know but you love and respect and they read each other’s minds and create together and finish each other’s sentences and you. just. want something like that so badly it hurts.

and then you live a lot of life and get your heart broken so much and go to therapy often. and start college. and you finally find that person.

and she says that one day you’ll fuse into one person and be able to read each other’s minds, which is so stupid but it cracks you up and then you both sing a little song about it. and you tell her you can’t wait to melt into goo and be the same person someday. and there’s a part of you that 100% means it.

i just. i couldn’t be more grateful for her. and i really didn’t think this kind of love was out there for me. she’s the coolest ever.
