'kay so I doodled another thing before bed, just to test the tool further. I wanted to see what I could do if I went beyond just a sketch with a bit of color slapped onto it. Not gonna lie after fiddling witth the brushes further I was a bit dissapointed - they're not unworkable, but the limitations are frustrating nonetheless. I ended up doing the lineart as though I was working with a mechanical pencil - set the brush size to being as thin as possible(i worked on a 800x600 pixel canvas here, for the record) and then just sorta went over the parts I wanted to be bolder several times. It didn't turn out great but that's more of a skill issue on my part.

All this isn't to say that's it's bad, for the record, the main goal of the people making this was clearly to make something for people to have fun together with and not a perfect clone of [insert your preffered drawing program here]. If I experimented further I could definitely figure out plenty of interesting things that can be done with just the free features, I just don't have the time or the patience tonight.

Harry Teller backstory because we have nothing on him and so you have no way of proving me wrong.

Harry had a somewhat unremarkable childhood growing up right outside of London. Notably, he was raised as a girl. But other than that everything was normal.

He was quite young, barely an adult, when, walking the streets of London, the ground beneath him began to slip.

Nobody he knew fell. All of his family and his past friends remained on the surface, likely thinking that he, as well as the rest of London, was dead. He had no home, no job, and likely nothing to comfort him at all. Coupled with his growing dysphoria, he found himself, mentally, in the same place he was physically: in a deep depression.

One day, he finds a syringe. It's full of something. He doesn't know what, and he decides to find out in the single most dangerous way possible: he injects it into himself, uncaring of the consequences.

Strangely, though, he finds himself change. Only very slightly at first, but, the next week, the syringe is full again. Little by little, he changes, in ways that seem to make him feel more comfortable in his body. Finding that, maybe not everything sucks, gives him the push to try and make everything suck a little less.

He gets himself a job selling newspapers. He becomes quite familiar with the city, and the people in it - he's rather friendly, a bit chatty, and very perceptive. So he knows a lot about many other people, even if they don't know anything about him.

After work, he sits in the Singing Mandrake, reading the paper - one of the perks of selling it, he can just take one for free and no one will even know that he never paid. After the doors close, he goes home - well, as close to a home as he's got.

Their names aren't really Mr. Wolf and Ms. Lion, you are correct. HOWEVER they ARE Federation employees so they don't really have names to begin with 🤷. That's just the names their usual charges gave them so the Federation just uses those names for simplicity like they always do.
