There will be more.”  In a recent milestone, Inter Kashi launched its women’s team, a step few other Indian clubs have taken so proactively. “When we researched in different parts of UP, we saw many young girls willing to play, but without having enough scope,” said Dugar. Impulsan desarrollo agropecuario para riego en Patococha

En la comunidad de Patococha, la Prefectura del Cañar hizo entrega de tubería, accesorios y materiales de construcción para la ejecución de obras complementarias para el mejoramiento de la conducción principal del sistema de riego Patococha. Esta iniciativa, enmarcada en el convenio suscrito entre la Prefectura y la comunidad, tiene como objetivo mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias dedicadas a la agricultura y ganadería en la zona. El monto total del convenio asciende a $142.816, de los cuales la Prefectura del Cañar aporta $133.596 en materiales y dirección técnica. La contraparte de los usuarios, valorada en $9.220, se materializa en trabajos de excavación, tapado de zanjas, colocación de tubería y construcción de obras adicionales. Los trabajos por realizarse incluyen la instalación de 1.740 metros de tubería de 280 mm, 720 metros de 250 mm, así como la construcción de anclajes y cajas de carga para mejorar la conducción en dos tramos en una longitud de 2.460 metros. Esta obra beneficia directamente a 1.161 familias de 15 comunidades y 5 cooperativas (Santa María, Chuchucan, Matan, Shayac rumi, Ayahuayco, Cooperativa San Antonio de Cañar, Quillotonic, Yanachupilla, Yuracasha, Siyarumi, Jirincay, San Rafael, Shizho, Chaglaban, Correuco, La Posta, Junducucho, Quilloac, Ganzhi, Chachaguin), dedicadas principalmente a la ganadería de leche y la agricultura de productos básicos para abastecer a los mercados locales. El sistema de riego Patococha cubre un área de 1.150 hectáreas, lo que significa un impacto significativo en la producción agrícola de la región. Marcelo Jaramillo, prefecto del Cañar señaló que el tramo a intervenir forma parte del sistema de riego Patococha, el cual es muy importante, especialmente en estas épocas de verano. “Esto permitirá diversificar los cultivos, ya que ahora dispondrán del agua necesaria. De este modo, estamos logrando el desarrollo en unidad, junto a nuestra gente y nuestros agricultores”, añadió. Jesús Mainato, promotor de riego de la Tucaita dijo que con la colocación de la nueva tubería se podrá pasar de 250 a 350 litros por segundo para abastecer a las 15 comunidades que forman parte de la TUCAITA. “El agua para riego es muy importante, a tal punto que desde que se construyó el sistema de riego comunitario se ha logrado tener cultivos en las parcelas, porque antes sin agua no se podía hacer absolutamente nada”, destacó. “Antes, por el contrario, había sequía y a través de la sequía también había hambruna, pero desde que tenemos riego acá, las 15 comunidades tienen todo tipo de cultivo, papa, oca, maíz, cebada, trigo, arveja, habas, pero eso es gracias al riego”, enfatizó. Manuela Mainato, promotora de la Mujer y Salud de la Tucaita, comentó que sus padres contaban que antes de la construcción del sistema de riego Patacocha, se producía una vez al año, pero que ahora tienen la gran oportunidad de cultivar todo el año. Destacó que el agua es importante para toda la organización y sus comunidades, porque que gracias al riego que disponen ahora pueden producir todo el año las veces que deseen, “porque todo depende de nosotros de la dedicación y el cuidado que pongamos”, acotó. ATK’s record two-time Indian Super League (ISL) title winning coach Antonio Habas is in the mandatory quarantine period in Madrid, the Spaniard said on Wednesday.

Spain, which had reported 309 coronavirus-related deaths till Monday, saw the fatalities surge to 491 on Tuesday.

As a preventive measure, an official quarantine and lockdown of the entire country for a minimum of 15 days was announced by Spain’s president, Pedro Sanchez, on March 14.
