Design

The overall look and feel of the Aegis Pod is similar to the other mods in the Aegis line but this one is much smaller with a unique shape. A friend who recently purchased one says the shape reminds her of a scarab beetle, it is thicker and wider across the middle. The power button is located front and centre with a small LED indicator light in the middle of the button. The familiar stitched leather design is also present in the Aegis Pod making it a good fit for your Aegis collection.

Another design feature that is unique to the Aegis pod is the new leak proof technology included in the refillable 3.5ml pod. Unlike the Boost and Boost Plus, filling is done via the bottom of the pod cartridge. Usually bottom fill pods will suffer some leaking or residue, but the Aegis pod battery remains dry even after sitting for a few days. The pod also features a wider airflow than other comparable mesh coil pods, giving you a pod style direct lung hit.

Features

The Aegis pod is charged via USB Type-C located on the bottom, the first USB Type-C IP67 waterproof device. Unlike the other Aegis mods, the charge port does not have a plastic seal thanks to the new design technology. Geekvape claims that the Aegis is their toughest pod yet with features such as anti-fracturing, anti-deforming, and anti-propagation.

The Aegis Pod is light on features, there is no wattage control or adjustable levels. You simply insert the press fit coil, fill the tank, and away you go. This makes the Aegis Pod a very simple device to use, while also providing adequate power and cloud production for those looking for something a bit more powerful than a traditional pod.

The built in battery has a capacity of 800mAh, which really doesn’t seem much by today’s standards, but this is a pod and not a pod mod. Battery technology has come a long way in the last couple of years, and the 800mAh at 15W with the included coil has a good balance of power and battery longevity. The fast USB Type-C charging with passthrough means you can quickly charge the pod while still being able to use it.

Flavour and Clouds

With the new G Coil Hybrid replaceable coils you can get some really decent clouds at only 15-20W. Unfortunately you can’t use the GV Boost coils in the pod as they are a larger size. But, Geekvape promises that the pod coils will be cross compatible with future product releases such as the newer Wenax Stylus. As these coils are only rated for 5-15W we may see more low wattage pods from Geekvape in the near future.

Comparing the G Coil pod, to the GV Boost coils I’m getting more flavour from the latter. That may be due to the slightly larger surface area and the fact they are designed to be used with freebase juices. The G Coils have a resistance of 0.6 ohms, which seems like a low resistance for using nicotine salts, especially with that wider airflow. The coils should have consistently good flavour for at least four refills.

I decided to try some freebase juice in the Aegis pod and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of vapour from such a low wattage. With the less restrictive airflow the Aegis pod to me is more direct lung than mouth to lung. If you’re looking for a low wattage device for using with nicotine salts, that still manages to produce abundant clouds, then the Aegis pod will suit your needs.

Bottom Line

The pod craze doesn’t seem to be slowing down, if anything more and more companies are continuing to make these low wattage pods. I think it’s an interesting move for Geekvape who have mostly focused on sub ohm setups, and more recently pod mods. In saying that, the Aegis pod really isn’t bad. It may have a lower wattage than the Boost but it is much more suited for use with nicotine salts.

To me the main advantage of the Aegis pod is the less restrictive airflow. It really does feel more like a direct lung draw. Some people may appreciate more than the usual restrictive mouth to lung that you get from most low wattage pods. If you’ve enjoyed the other Aegis devices from Geekvape then this definitely will fit in with the rest of your collection. The new coil technology is able to create more cloud at lower wattages, if this is something you’re looking for the Aegis pod can deliver.

Being a low wattage you can get a decent amount of time between charges. It should be enough to get your through a full day of vaping. And you can still use the pod as it charges.

The 3.5ml capacity is generous, while using nic salts I’m only filling every 2-3 days.

I prefer the bottom filling of this pod to the top filling on the Boost, I find it easier to fil without making a mess. Top filling you can sometimes be fighting the trapped air bubbles which means the juice flows back out of the fill hole.

The Aegis pods aren’t as opaque as others so it’s very easy to see your juice level.

Cons

The airflow is slightly confusing, even though this is a nicotine salt pod the airflow is more direct lung than mouth to lung.

While you can comfortably use freebase juice in this pod you aren’t going to get the full flavour experience.

The coils are kanthal, which is fine. But with so many other material options that provide better flavour, it would be good to see an Ni80 option or SS316L.

Most anti recast community members have hidden hi quality recasts on their crew (indistinguishable from the legit, metal plate on the head and all, no shrinking, same weight, usually from Volks LE, Luts, Soom, and Iplehouse, since it’s easier to say you lost the box and COA because this are “old dolls”and you moved to another house, or it’s almost untraceable to the original owner and you got it used), or might play you either way as they did before recast not sending items and such.

Some people are just BAD. We made the list for our own personal reasons and because we actually think the part of the bjd community WE represent will have a better time on Tumblr by blocking this haters to begin with.

But that does not imply this people is “honorable” or “trustworthy” in any way. Before recast existed as a thing, many of this people scammed others in the hobby. Then they became antis or “pro artist", and because all the hate was focus on the recast issue, seems everyone forgot what this (now popular) members of the community did. We have not.

Do not take this list as “a list of trustworthy bjd community members” or a badge of honor because it is never a honor to be among haters and bullies who bring hate to a lovely, wonderful hobby.

Inițial îmi doream un ultrabook performant, pe care să mai pot edita câte un video, dar care să îmi ofere și portabilitate. Doar că atunci când am văzut la ce prețuri ajunge un ultrabook care să facă ce vreau eu, am virat către un laptop de gaming, sacrificând așadar portabilitatea. Judecând însă după cât de mult am călătorit în ultimele patru luni, acum mă felicit pentru decizie.

Specificații:

Display IPS, antiglare, de 15.6″ cu luminozitate de 250 de niți, rezoluție Full HD și 60 Hz refresh rate;

Procesor din generația a noua (Coffe Lake, pe 14 nm) Intel Core i5-9300H cu frecvență de bază de 2.40 GHz care poate crește până la 4.10 GH;

Placă video NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 cu 6 GB;

Memorie 8 GB DDR4 la 2666 MHz;

SSD 512 GB NVMe de la Micron;

Wireless Intel AC9560 cu 802.11 ac 2×2 și Bluetooth 5 (pe eMAG e trecut greșit Bluetooth 4.2);

Laptopurile Lenovo din seria Y sunt construite în așa fel încât să ofere performanțe bune dar cu un design cât de cât compact. Sigur, nu este un ultrabook, dar nici nu aduce a namilele de laptopuri de gaming “de pe vremuri”, care cântăreau cât un frigider. Lenovo Legion Y540-15IRH are 26 de milimetri grosime și cântărește 2.3 kilograme. Este așadar mult mai subțire decât precedentul meu laptop (circa 2013), care deși nu era de gaming, avea 36 mm grosime.

Pe hârtie este și mai ușor decât vechiul laptop, dar dacă facem comparația împreună cu adaptorul, sunt șanse ca Lenovo să piardă. Asta pentru că Lenovo are un adaptor cât o cărămidă, care cântărește 700 de grame. Deci dacă chiar trebuie să mergi undeva, cu tot cu adaptor vei căra în rucsac aproximativ 3 kg.

Design și construcție

Carcasa este construită din plastic mat, iar pe spatele display-ului are niște mici rizuri. Singurul indiciu că ar putea fi un laptop de gaming este logo-ul Legion scris cu litere glossy și steaua din interiorul literei “O” care se aprinde atunci când laptopul este pornit. Mie-mi place chestia asta, că nu simt nevoia să strig “hey, uite ce gamer sunt eu!!!” oriunde m-aș afișa cu el.

Laptopul este foarte compact iar display-ul este mărginit de o ramă foarte subțire. Totuși, pentru a obține o ramă atât de subțire, Lenovo a montat webcam-ul în cartea de jos, ceea ce face ca unghiul de filmare al webcamului să pară un pic ciudat. Între a nu avea un webcam și a avea unul poziționat dubios, prefer această variantă. Mai degrabă mă deranjează faptul că display-ul cu tot cu ramă este atât de subțire încât flexează ușor atunci când capacul este ridicat cu o singură. Dacă vă uitați la poza de mai jos veți observa:

Ce-mi place foarte mult este că laptopul are porturi și în spate și pe laterale. Singurul lucru pe care mi l-aș fi dorit în plus ar fi fost un cititor de carduri, dar am înțeles că este o lege nescrisă care spune că laptopurile de gaming nu au așa ceva. Pe partea stângă are un USB 3.1 și un jack:

Pe spate are un UBS Type C, Display Port 1.4, USB 3.1, HDMI, Ethernet și alimentarea în stilul Lenovo, cu mufă pătrățoasă. Aici mi-ar fi plăcut să văd implementată o idee de finețe. Când stai cu laptopul în față și pliezi capacul să introduci ceva în unul din porturi, trebuie să o cam faci pe dibuite. Dacă laptopul tot are acea ramă, ar fi fost excelent dacă Lenovo ar fi pus și niște indicatoare cu LED, ca să nu încerci degeaba să bagi cablul USB în portul HDMI și invers 🙂

Pe partea inferioară a laptopului singurul lucru interesant este grila opulentă pentru cele două coolere, care chiar își fac treaba. Când îl ții pe genunchi simți fluxul de aer când pornesc. Pe lângă aceste două mari ventilatoare, laptopul mai are fante de evacuare a aerului pe fiecare muchie, așa că răcirea mi se pare foarte bună. Spun asta pentru că în Windows cele două ventilatoare nu prea pornesc. Și apropo de asta, când pornesc, fac zgomot. Nu fac la fel de mult zgomot ca cele de la laptopul meu vechi, dar se aud, sunt prezente și pot fi deranjante pentru cei din jur.

Tot la partea inferioară aș mai spune că laptopul nu are un panou de acces rapid la RAM sau la HDD, iar bateria nu este detașabilă. Aici merită menționat că dacă îl iei de la eMAG și vrei să-i faci un upgrade, cei de la Depanero spun că “nu se pierde garanția dacă laptopul este prevăzut cu o ușă de acces rapid către RAM/SSD”. Bănuiesc că dacă îi desfaceți capacul cu foarte mare finețe, se poate face upgrade fără pierderea garanției.

Displayul este foarte bun din punctul meu de vedere, decent din punctul de vedere al celor mai pretențioși. Culorile sunt vii, iar cei 250 de niți + filtrul anti-glare îl fac suficient de luminos pentru a fi folosit ocazional afară sau pe balcon, acolo unde sunt făcute pozele din articol. Se simte că este mai bun decât display-ul de 200 de niți al laptopului vechi dar cumva sub monitorul cu 300 de niți pe care îl am pe birou. Sigur, ar fi fost ideal un panel cu refresh rate mai mare, de 120 sau 144 Hz. Pentru unii gameri un laptop cu display de 60 Hz este o blasfemie. Există și o variantă cu 144 Hz, însă evident că prețul acelei variante este mai mare.

Tastatura mi se pare cel mai slab punct al laptopului. Tastele sunt late și imprecise. Mi se întâmplă foarte des să apăs pe o margine a unei taste, să se simt fizic că s-a apăsat dar să nu văd litera pe ecran. Pe lângă asta, layout-ul este ciudat și nu m-am obișnuit cu el nici acum. Tastatura nu are buton mare de enter, așa că apăs mereu pe back slash-ul de deasupra. Numpad-ul este mutat mai sus și Num Lock-ul este pus în partea de jos, așa că-l caut de fiecare dată și îmi lipsește și tasta mică de enter de pe Numpad. Înca un lucru care mă enervează este că tastele speciale nu pot fi apăsate decât prin combinație cu “FN” si nu există o setare de soft care să dezactiveze asta (am căutat și în BIOS, nu este). Mă bucur ca măcar am taste direcționale la mărime completă.

Tastatura are un singur mare avantaj față de cea a laptopului precedent. Este iluminată pe trei niveluri, cu o culoare bleu foarte decentă. Așa arată noaptea:

Performanță, autonomie, utilizare

Nu sunt genul care să facă teste de benchmarking. Pot însă să spun că laptopul acesta (heh, poate și pandemia) mi-a repornit pofta de gaming. Am început cu Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare, unde laptopul rulează jocul cu 60 fps constant cu toate setările la maxim și cu Render Resolution la 1920 x 1080 p.

Am făcut și un test cu Render Resolution la 3840 x 2160. Dacă vrei să te lauzi prietenilor, poți să zici că merge. În realitate, nu este o experiență de joc fluidă, iar counterul de fps-uri stă între 20 și 30. Nu recomand 🙂

World Of Tanks cu setările pe Ultra arată cam așa:

Iar la C.S:GO fps-urile stau constant peste 100 la rezoluție 1920 x 1080 cu toate setările pe maxim. Variază între 150 și 300, depinde dacă joc pe display-ul laptopului sau pe monitorul 4K.

Aici merită menționat că în jocuri, deși ventilatoarele fac zgomot ca hota din bucătărie, nu mi s-a întâmplat niciodată să simt că mă frige vreo parte a tastaturii, chiar dacă podul palmei drepte îmi transpiră mai mereu. Legat de zgomot, o aplicație de pe telefon îmi spune că se învârte în jurul a 50 dB în timpul unui joc. Aplicația zice că zgomotul ar fi comparabil cu un birou liniștit, ceea ce nu este departe de adevăr.

În privința temperaturii interne, procesorul ajunge destul de repede la 95-96 de grade, e de ajuns doar să intri în meniul unui joc pentru asta. Iar throttling face destul de repede (cum se vede mai jos). I-am făcut undervolting pentru a rezolva această problemă.

Din punct de vedere al realizărilor multimedia, sunt fericit că după un proces foarte complicat, am reușit să activez HDR pe Windows 10 pentru YouTube și Netflix.

Sunetul este cu bune și cu rele la acest laptop. Pe el scrie “audio by Harman”, însă sunt învățat să nu dau importanță acestor titulaturi. Bass-ul este lipsă, ca la orice laptop, dar celelalte frecvențe sunt reprezentate ok. Ce îmi place este că volumul este de ajuns pentru a asculta ocazional diverse clipuri pe YouTube. La celălalt laptop zgomotul cooler-ului îl acoperea pe cel al difuzoarelor. Am ascultat muzică și prin sistemul audio conectat prin Bluetooth și se aude foarte bine. Ca un mic bonus, laptopul are și Dolby Atmos.

Partea nasoală este că placa de sunet integrată este destul de slabă, nu are un driver foarte bun și nu există setări pentru mai nimic (bass boost, enhancements), nici măcar pentru un banal equalizer. Nu vă recomand căști cu jack pentru acest laptop, ci mai degrabă niște căști pe USB, cu un DAC integrat. Am scris aici de ce.

Tot la capitolul hardware și performanță, pot spune că mă declar mulțumit de partea de wireless. La cel vechi Bluetooth-ul mergea când și când, aici conexiunea a fost mereu stabilă către orice am încercat. Placa wireless de rețea nu mi-a pus nicio problemă până acum. Am semnal oriunde în apartament și de multe ori m-am jucat World Of Tanks direct wireless, fără să-mi fie frică de latență.

Un punct slab al laptopului este autonomia. Bateria cu doar trei celule nu oferă autonomie în Windows pe wifi decât 2 ore și jumătate, maxim 3. Aici este și un pic vina Lenovo, pentru că din start ei au configurat laptopul să folosească placa video a laptopului indiferent de aplicație. Eu zic că în Windows placa video integrată în procesor este suficientă pentru orice ți-ai dori. Așa că cei care vor mai multă autonomie pot activa placa video onboard din BIOS sau din software-ul Lenovo Vantage. Totuși, parcă nu i-ar fi stat rău acestui laptop cu o baterie detașabilă cu șase celule.

Un ultim bonus (sper) al acestui laptop este SSD-ul NVMe cu care vine echipat. Windows-ul s-a instalat în vreo 5 minute, iar la boot durează 4-5 secunde. În afară de asta (și de rata de transfer mare), ca feeling, nu se simt mari diferențe în Windows față de un SSD normal de calitate.

Spuneam că sper să fie un bonus, pentru că la un moment dat, după un meci de World Of Tanks, când jocul revenea în meniu, m-am trezit cu un BSOD de toată frumusețea. Un KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR, urmat de EFI PXE 0 for IPv4 boot failed, cu cireașa de pe tort: Default Boot Device Missing or Boot Failed.

Din ce am citit pe internet, BSOD-ul pare cauzat de faptul că SSD-ul a dat la un moment dat un rateu, iar următoarea eroare (EPI PXE 0 for IPv4 boot failed) a apărut pentru că Windows-ul nu-l mai detecta și încerca să booteze de pe placa de rețea. La momentul respectiv eroarea s-a rezolvat cu un simplu restart și nu s-a mai întâmplat de atunci (a trecut aproximativ o lună până la acest articol). Pe lângă asta, acum 2 săptămâni am primit prin Lenovo Vantage un update de BIOS pentru SSD, care sper că adresa această problemă.

Concluzie

Consider că am făcut o afacere foarte bună cu acest laptop. L-am cumpărat de Black Friday 2019 cu 3.700 de lei și de atunci nu am mai văzut un laptop cu placă video NVIDIA RTX 2060 la acest preț. De fapt, în momentul de față, cel mai ieftin laptop cu RTX 2060 este tot Lenovo Legion Y540-15IRH, dar modelul cu display de 144 Hz, pe care vi-l recomand dacă vă permiteți (4.900 lei).

Recunosc că încă de când am explicat ce înseamnă ray tracing am rămas cumva “hooked” de această tehnologie și placa video cu RTX a cântărit destul de mult în achiziție. Însă pe măsură ce am testat laptopul mi s-a părut că am primit mai mult decât ceea ce mă așteptam să primesc. De la display până la SSD și sunet. Ca planuri pentru viitorul îndepărtat, probabil că voi upgrada memoria când va ieși din garanție (sau când voi simți nevoia), și voi pune încă un SSD NVMe. În rest, nu am ceva crucial de reproșat acestui laptop. Then again, poate-i doar confirmation bias 🙂

Tartary buckwheat extract alleviates alcohol-induced acute and chronic liver injuries.

PMID: 32051738 Abstract Title: Tartary buckwheat extract alleviates alcohol-induced acute and chronic liver injuries through the inhibition of oxidative stress and mitochondrial cell death pathway. Abstract: Alcohol use disorder (AUD) is an enormous public health problem that poses significant social, medical, and economic burdens. Under AUD, the liver is one of the most adversely affected organs. As current therapies and protective drugs for AUD-mediated liver injury are very limited, the prevention and therapy of alcoholic liver disease are urgently needed. The present study aims to investigate the beneficial effects of tartary buckwheat extract (TBE), the important component of Maopu tartary buckwheat liquor, on both alcoholic-induced acute and chronic liver injuries. We show that the TBE administration, similar to curcumin, significantly reduces the elevated serum aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase levels, improves liver index, alleviates the elevated contents of hepatic malondialdehye, and restores the decreased contents of hepatic glutathione both in acute and chronic liver injuries in alcohol-exposed rats. Furthermore, histopathological analyses show that a medium dose of TBE (16.70 ml/kg body weight) alleviates hepatocyte morphology changes in both acute and chronic alcohol exposure models. We also show the protective effects of TBE on the cell death rates of alcohol-exposed primary cultured hepatocytes, HepG2 hepatoma, and Huh 7 hepatoma cells. Furthermore, we demonstrate that TBE exerts hepatoprotection partly through inhibiting the mitochondrial cell death pathway by reducing cytochrome c release, caspase-9 and -3 activities, and the number of TUNEL-positive cells. These effects of TBE were accompanied by enhanced levels of Bcl-2 and Bcl-xL and autophagic cell death pathway by reducing Beclin-1 expression, as well as through promoting its anti-oxidant capacity by suppressing reactive oxygen species production. This study demonstrates, for the first time, the protective effect of TBE against alcohol-induced acute and chronic liver injuryand. Given the dietary nature of tartary buckwheat, pueraria, lycium barbarum, and hawthorn, the oral intake of TBE or liquor contained TBE,, Maopu Tartary buckwheat liquor, compared with pure liquor consumption alone, may have the potential to alleviate alcoholic-induced liver injuries.

Hellllooo Sunshiners!!

I recently noticed that my routine lineup of products had changed A LOT recently and so I thought I would let you all in on what those are!! Be sure to check out my #SunshinePresets and tag me if you try any of these products! The links to each item will be in the caption of the photo.

Color WOW Dream Coat– This is my holy grail of hair products at the moment. If you blow dry your hair, plain & simple: you NEED this in your life. It is a little pricy for a hair product in my opinion, but completely worth it. My hair looks SO great and I always get complemented when I use this!

ACURE Seriously Soothing Blue Tansy Night Oil– I mix this serum with my moisturizer every night and wake up G L O W I N G. I love this brand and especially this product. A must have.

Botanics Organic Toning Spritz– I love this toner. It’s light, it smells great and the packaging is PERFECT. The spray on the bottle is super satisfying. I use this after I have washed my face but before I moisturize, twice a day!

NYX Angel Veil– Yes, I know you’ve heard of this and YES it is worth allll the hype. I use this primer before my makeup everyday and I love the consistency. I really started noticing a difference in my makeup lasting longer when I started using this!

ACURE Brightening Facial Scrub– I recently incorporated this scrub into my skincare routine and have noticed a HUGE difference in my skin. The coloration after I finishing using this is truly amazing and leaves a nice and natural glow. Also smells yum.

Jade Roller– Okay. I know you’ve seen this weirdo contraption before. I started using this when I wake up (before I workout so I don’t scare my gym as much) and before I go to bed. Since then, I’ve noticed my skin being a bit… tighter? I leave this in the fridge and I use it until both sides are not cold anymore.

Wet N Wild Natural Finish Setting Spray– I’ve been on the hunt for a good affordable setting spray that didn’t smell like shit for I don’t know how long. This spray smells SO good and I love the packaging as well (great spritz).

Milani 2 -In-1 Foundation + Concealer– YOU GUYS… I found my all-time favorite foundation that I’ve EVER tried. I have tried beauty guru’s favorites to drugstore dupes to expensive ass foundations and I’ve never liked one this much. It truly blends into your skin SO nicely. If you do anything with this post, buy this foundation.

The new Dyson Airwrap Styler beauty product will save you over $2k a year

We have hair to colour and groom, nails to paint and prime, eyelashes to extend and curl, and have developed a seriously deep relationship with anything got to do with face masks and anti-ageing creams.

Bottom line: vanity doesn’t come cheap. In fact, a report found Aussies are spending $22 billion a year on their appearance, with hair and skincare draining the most cash.

But let’s break the hair department down. The average Australian woman treats herself to a wash and blow dry once a week, leaving her at least $50 short after each visit. This equates to a whopping $2,400 a year. Soz, harsh, but true.

However, the latest and greatest news in hair care has just dropped and we are not even joking, it’s going to save you a heap of time, a helluva lot of money, a great deal of effort, and leave you with salon-finished hair 365 days of the year. Stat.

This morning Dyson unveiled the Airwrap – the world’s first styler, which uses jets of air to allow you to achieve voluminous curls, natural waves, and smooth blow-dry finishes at home… sans damaging your hair a single bit.

Let’s lay things out on the table: a normal styling tong can heat up to 200°C, and what do most people do when they’re wanting a long-lasting hairstyle? They crank it up to the very top, which of course, strips the hair of all its moisture, and makes it vulnerable to split ends and dull lifeless locks.

This is where the Airwrap makes Google’s 91,900,000 search results for ‘hair styling without heat’ completely obsolete.

“As stylists, we often see the damage that extreme heat can have on hair,” says Peter Thomsen, international celebrity hair stylist and styling ambassador for Dyson Australia.

“Many women have had to compromise on the condition of their hair to create the styles they want. So it’s incredible that Dyson has engineered a tool that enables women to achieve so many different styles and have the best possible hair styling experience. The Dyson Airwrap styler is a game changer, it’s what the styling industry has been waiting for.”

Just like Dyson’s Supersonic completely changed the hair styling game, it took six years, 642 prototypes, 230 engineers and scientists, and $44 million AUD to create a solution to completely whip the hair world on its head.

The game-changing Airwrap is powered by a V9 digital motor, which enables the styler to style with air, without the need for extreme heat. How?

Attach one of the six included attachments (a pre-styling dryer, a soft smoothing brush, two curling barrel sizes, a firm smoothing brush, and round volumising brush), and the motor spins to create an area of high pressure at the top of the styling barrel, where a high velocity jet of air disperses out of six air slots around the barrel. Here, the physical phenomenon known as the Coanda effect, works its magic and literally lifts the hair and curls it around the barrel to style.

Okay, okay, we’re just picturing all your worried faces visioning those horrible YouTube videos of poor girls getting their hair tangled, burnt and chopped off while filming themselves using those nasty styling tools that somehow suck your hair into its motor. But never fear, because it’s literally impossible for this bad boy to do that.

It uses the same intelligent heat control responsible for the Supersonic’s success, where a glass bead thermistor measures the temperature up to 40 times a second, which is then sent to a microprocessor to regulate it. It all sounds very confusing, but the point is that you need to get on board this revolutionary product ASAP.

And you can also forget about having to blow dry your hair before styling it, because the Airwrap styler styles your locks straight from wet to dry – in a matter of seconds (tried-and-tested we may say so ourselves).

While the initial cost of $699 might leave you a tad broke, it’ll save you the big bucks in the long run… or you could always just add it to your Christmas wish list…
