And then swear to you that Santana is the devil for a few mean comments.

Is it crazy for me to say that Santana is nowhere near as bad as Finn and Rachel at their worst? Because the two of them do some fucked up shit the minute they don't get what they want. They're not the poor victims people make them out to be

I saw that you mentioned glee in your post about your fan cast for the twilight movie.

What gifts would the glee club members have if they were vampires? If the Cullen family broke up and Edward had nowhere to go, would Edward join the club to express his angst? I feel like Edward would view Mr. Shue as a father, like he does with Carlisle.

Rachel already has a gift, it's the power of making people think she's the best singer in the room when she's clearly not.

As for the Cullens, the beautiful thing is that they would fit right in with the Glee club. The members are all, with the sad pit of despair known as Quinn excepted, insane in their own way, the Cullens wouldn't stand out at all.

Sadly, they would never join of their own accord as they view the whole thing as beneath them. They wouldn't be at McKinley at all, it's always sunny at that school. Similarly, if the Cullens break up for whatever reason, I don't really think Glee club is going to be Edward's next move.

If, however, McKinley is in a more vampire-friendly climate and the Cullens are in attendance, and if Mr. Shue planted weed on them to force them to join, we get truly beautiful drama as Rosalie would project a little too much on Quinn and hate on her for giving up her baby, Rachel would be in a horrible love triangle of doom because Finn is her one true love but EDWAAARD (Edward has no idea she feels this way), and Brittany figures out right away the Cullens are all vampires but nobody believes her.

people on glee reddit keep defending the crackhouse thing and saying "it's not that bad" so lets say for the record, yes it's a joke. but rachel was being racist to sunshine outside of it, so of COURSE it was a mean-spirited thing. it's a comically mean, nasty, awful thing to do to an immigrant who has been nothing but sweet to her, who she feels threatened by. if you find the joke funny that's fine but quit acting like it wasn't fucking cruel.

Glee -Tina rants about not getting a nationals solo 3x20

Rachel Berry is truly one of the most disgusting, self-righteous, and selfish Glee characters ever. I understand how her fans may admire her talent and ambition (I like those qualities as well and she does have her soft moments) but am truly bewildered how they can excuse all her awful behaviour.

I hate how Mercedes and Tina are demonized when they express valid frustrations with Rachel favouritism. Glee is a choir - meaning it’s a team effort. It’s not the “Rachel and her backup” group.

I watched this video and I remembered a user here on Tumblr said Rachel was the Anakin of Glee and I literally feel sick. The comparison is surface level at best. Anakin who was constantly rejected by the Jedi vs Rachel who gets everything handed on a silver platter (she was bullied, so what? who still got all the solos!!!). Rachel never faces any real consequences for her actions while Anakin suffered a fate worse than death when he became Vader. Rachel is not some super-talented chosen one. She’s definitely one of the best in Glee but she’s not THE best. Everyone in Glee has their talents and the group did well enough without Rachel as lead several times. So much talent in Glee was squandered because Rachel refused to share the spotlight.

Btw screw Mike Chang. This guy had the worst boyfriend moment in Glee in this nasty episode. Sure the other couples have cheated (what else is new in Glee) but Mike completely threw Tina under the bus. Tike was probably the healthiest teen relationship in Glee but the writers loved randomly using Mike to hurt Tina. Tina and Jenna deserved better.

i adore finn. there’s something so endearing about him that makes me so happy. cory did an absolutely brilliant job, i could talk about his acting choices forever. finn’s story in s4 was incredible and worked so beautifully for his character and i will forever mourn the fact that we didn’t get to see where it went. i miss him.

Adding to the confession, while I understand why she shouldn’t have been FB, Santana was just the understudy. If Rachel didn’t go to LA she wouldn’t have performed at all even if she didn’t back out. Rachel overreacted and was a hypocrite about it. What frustrates me the most is that she started that feud but she was depicted as the victim and Santana was the bully again. Santana had to hold herself accountable for what she did but Rachel didn’t even though it wasn’t Santana that got physical.

I don’t understand the hate for the song choice. DROMP is in the show why wouldn’t she sing a song FB sings? Rachel doesn’t own it and she doesn’t have a special connection to it either. All she said was that she sang it ever since she was four. I think Rachel/Lea fans are just possessive of it. Although I’m not sure why. Rachel sang the song just the one time in the first season.

I will forever be angry that they replaced Kurtcedes with Hummelberry. Mercedes was the first person Kurt came out to and the first one to support him. They weren't the IT bffs of seasons 1&2 for the writers to ignore that. Especially because Rachel wasn't a good friend to him.

I mean she wasn't really a good friend to anyone (except Blaine and sometimes Quinn), but for Kurt it feels worse. They were fine in season 2, but from seasons 3+ it felt like a straight white woman treating her "gay best friend" as an accessory. She was especially awful to him when they lived together, always dismissing him and talking down to him. The Kurt Hummel I knew never would have agreed to be her roommate, he couldn't stand her ass in season 1 and even though they were friends in season 2, she still annoyed tf outta him.

She was awful to everyone in season 5- Santana, Carmen, her coworkers, etc.- but Kurt really got the brunt of it. One thing I hate is that they took away his backbone. This was the kid who stood up for himself against Karofsky, someone 3x his size, even after being assaulted and threatened. Having him put up with Rachel's bullshit?? No way.

Santana and Mercedes had such a good relationship. Santana getting stuck with Rachel and Kurt made no sense. I would have much rather watched Santana make her own way. She didn't get to do much, it felt like the writers only kept her there for Rachel's benefit, not her own.

(Sending Brittany to New York would have been way funnier. She would have driven Rachel and Kurt crazy. I would have preferred that over her staying behind in season 4, that made no sense. How did she get to senior year if she never went to class??)

To be fair about Samchel, that's just Sam being a hoe. He's the only one who's dated the entire Unholy Trinity (Puck slept with them, but didn't date them) and he's dated every one of the original ND girls except Tina (Tina stays losing gg)
