Introducing Dokzek Corcran, a Shadow Smeargle who leads a small group of Team Snagem Grunts. He was an orphan who was granted an opportunity from Cipher that would get him off the cruel streets of Pyrite Town and "grant him power and purpose". When he became of age, Dokzek was subjected to Cipher's "Heart-Shuttering" experiments, which gave him a surge of power and muscle mass at the expense of "caging his heart", and was placed within Cipher's ranks as a Shadow Fighter. To ensure that he would always be in top shape, Cipher forced a rivalry of sorts between Dokzek and a particular Snorlax, but they didn't anticipate that said rivalry would cause more harm (and collateral damage) than good, and so they had Dokzek relocated into Team Snagem's ranks so as to "grant them more manpower with which to help Cipher improve its own". Thus, Dokzek found himself in the company of the "Snagem Smeargle Squad" consisting of Pum-Ki, Mynt and Muleb, eventually becoming the de facto "Leader" of the Squad. Currently he has been put on a pair of assignments to the Kalos Region: 1) to test out a portable method of Shadowfication, and 2) to locate and apprehend/eliminate a "traitor" who had defected from Cipher. Oddly, despite his heart being caged, Dokzek was still able to form something akin to a friendship with the other Smeargle, yet he prefers to keep his distance from the others most of the time, for his own comfort and their safety. Doesn't stop him from "enjoying" going out to do normal things like hanging out at the beach. It's... a rather odd Shadowfication, really....
