2. What’s next on your ‘to-read’ list? (Fan fiction or otherwise)

This is a short list. I make a habit of saving links for everything that even minimally interests so I can find it later when there’s nothing new to read, and I also save stuff to read when I am in the right mood, so my “saved for later” list on AO3 and my link list for other sites are huge.

Brighter Days by sunset_oasis - I will read it tonight, probably

Disguise Training by anthonyofawesome - I am procrastinating this one because I want to write book!Jacques/Olivia and I don’t want to be too influenced. It sounds so good though

Eye for an Eye by ThePanicRoom - The “Major character death” tag is holding me up, but I am intrigued by the “Angst with a happy ending” tag

Definitely the best thing about my Hufflepuff hat is when I wear it people will just come up to me and start talking. Like. I put in minimal effort and I get human interaction and it's the nice kind where we're talking about mutual interests instead of catcalling or w/e normally happens on streets. I love this hat so much

my summary here is that i love LONG FICS with lots of INTERNAL TURMOIL. sharing bed and pining are great b/c they are so close to each other, but cannot act on their feelings and are suffering! arranged marriage and roommates to lovers is also great, because i love that Slow Realization as well, which can also have some Pining elements in it.

Character death and middle aged romance, b/c i love ANGST, but also b/c it opens up for a lot deeper emotional/character analysis i feel than high school or reincarnation which is focused more on playfulness or what ifs.
