Continuing on my singing voice hc campaign, today I bring Suna as Anthony Martinez from Dark Divine! Also you can't tell me that A: Black Jackals isn't a dope name for a hardcore band and B: Suna wouldn't proudly perform with a giant BJ behind him

Anthony has so many amazing poses, it was hard to narrow down just one. But honestly, this pose, shirt, and pants combo was so GENDER I'm so happy I chose this one. This one didn't have any face paint though, and I needed it so I found another reference for that lmao

I had never heard of Dark Divine at all until I saw them live on the BVB & VV tour as the opening act. At the time, I decided to just check them out, little did I know they would very VERY quickly become one of my favorite bands ever 💗

I was an absolute travesty while drawing this, especially because I kept getting hit with moments where the hc was just SOOOOOO

Especially because Suna and Anthony both apparently have short king energy 💅 Seriously, when I saw them live, I thought he was the shortest of the bunch but NOPE. And then Ukai calls Suna "short for a middle blocker" so short kings they be 😌

Making this post a little late because I didn't think to see if Tumblr had a tag for this band until a while ago. But this is Dark Divine! They're super cool and opened up for BVB and Ville Valo in Louisville, and I got to see them!

I honestly didn't get great pics, but I shared some of the best ones I had above! If you've never heard of them or haven't listened to their music, they're sorta like a Halloween metal band!! If that's up your alley, I recommend giving them a listen! :DD

I also got to meet one of their guitarists, Robby, and their lead singer, Anthony, after their performance. They were super nice guys, and I'm sure the same goes for all the other band members I didn't properly meet! I'm looking forward to any future releases and tours of theirs!!
