i am always looking for the best way to write inclusively!! i know that we rule out describing r with a blush, especially red cheeks and such for obvious reasons but i often use the term ‘flushed’ in my writing

while i know i mean it as an internal reaction instead of something akin to a blush, does it read inclusively to u?

Been enjoying a Naruto renaissance recently, but it’s like an ex that leaves you with a broken heart. It draws you in only to get disappointed. So to any of my followers that still have a soft spot for the series - what do you love and what would you change?

For me:

Loves: Blend of Southern and East Asian mythology and philosophies, unique characters and designs and the focus of bonds and the exploration of pain and love and Will of Fire vs Curse of Hatred. Special place in my heart for Uzumaki and Uchiha clans. Fight sequences, magic system and the Bijuu.

Change: Number 1 give the ladies their due and remove sexist or outdated tropes, have the magic system more equal and less about one clan. It would totally change the story but have Naruto accept Sasuke’s decision at some point and experience loss a bit more, find a real solution instead of sidestepping the answer power-ups and aliens and reform the Daimyo system that leads to war. More about the Uzumaki and Mito Uzumaki in particular and have her central to the formation of Konoha (which would explain why the Uzumakis are so important that their seal is part of the Leaf symbol.) Build up romance properly and not have continuous one-sided attraction. Oh and no fricking aliens or just two people with OTT power-ups.

Please don't let a Yorkshire owned theme-park company destroy Loch Lomond. Look, I'm not eloquent enough to break everything down but this application, if put through would see the destruction of one of the most beautiful places in Scotland.

It holds so many precious memories. Wildlife would be affected drastically, tourism of that scale in this area would do more harm than good.
