Hello everyone ✨ I made my first anointing oil the other day! I use it daily for intuitive guidance, love for myself and the world, strength and passion. Usually I apply it to my wrists, behind my ears, and on my third eye and throat chakra areas. Here's what I used:

✨ Rose petals - for self love, love for others, and beauty

✨ Dried lavender - for intuitive strength, guidance and knowledge

✨ Lavender essential oil - same reasons as above, and to amplify lavender fragrence

✨ Jojoba oil - this is the base oil I used, had some lying around from stretching my ears. It has lots of vitamin E which is great for skin repair!

✨Celestite crystals - for connection to positive spiritual entities and with my higher purpose.

First, I put the rose petals and lavender buds into a plastic bag and bruised them using a rock. This is to release the oils from the flower. Next I put the bruised petals into a small glass beaker and added jojoba oil until it was almost full. Then I added the lavender essential oil until I thought it smelled nice, and placed plastic wrap over the top.

The following day I set up my altar with rose quartz, selenite, citrine, and my Algiz rune as well as a white candle and midnight incense. First, I poured the oil into a small, dark glass bottle. I carefully made sure that none of the lavender buds or rose petals were transferred. This is when I lit my white candle and black incense, and said a prayer to my spirit guides and Mahakali. I asked them to bless the oil, and communicated my intentions of love, strength and guidance with them. Halfway through this ritual I added the celestite crystals, and invited the loving and guiding energies in my life into the oil. I sat in meditation for a bit, thanked my guiding spirits and Mahakali, and then blew out the candle.

I'm in my senior year at a university, and the past few weeks have been very academically taxing on me. At times I've had difficulty gathering the personal strength and focus that my classes demand. This ritual helped reconnect me to my purpose and gave me the motivation to keep working hard. Even though a lot of the classes I'm taking right now won't directly help me on my path, I know that graduating with two bachelor's degrees will.
