tried going with color/shade&lighting scheme of purple and yellow/yellow-orange

An Announcement Regarding This Year's Event, and Future Events

Hey everyone… So after much internal debate with myself the last few months, and taking into consideration the lack of participation the last couple of years, along with receiving some unfortunate recent news that further confirms that this is ultimately the decision I should make, I've come to the difficult decision to cancel this year's event, and likely future events as well.

I know this isn't what some of you wanted to read, but as an old saying sort of goes, all good things must eventually come to an end.

So if last year's event ends up being the final one, then I would like to take this moment to thank all of you for your support these last five years! This blog will continue to be used for reblogs and other content, and all event related posts will be kept up as an archive for you all to look at for, hopefully, years to come. Thank you all so much again!
