So, I wasn't sure how I was going to start this post. But for any AssClass fan that is reading this: you might have seen this image before, right?

This image was made back in 2015, during the year of the airing of the anime's first season. It was made for the anime songs 3-days concert Animelo Summer Live 2015 -The Gate-, also abbreviated as Anisama 2015, that was held at the Saitama Super Arena (on August 28th to 30th). It's a very big concert that involves solo artists, group artists, and voice actors singing anime songs.

Speaking of voice actors: the JPN VAs of the 6 Class 3-E students on this image were one of the many performers at Anisama 2015 (can be found on the official Anisama website). They performed on Day 2 of the concert. Forming a special version of 3-nen E-gumi Utatan (Class 3-E Song Unit) known as 3-nen E-gumi Samatan (Class 3-E Summer Unit). Consisting of: • Nagisa Shiota - VA: Mai Fuchigami • Kaede Kayano - VA: Aya Suzaki • Karma Akabane - VA: Nobuhiko Okamoto • Yuma Isogai - VA: Ryota Osaka • Hinata Okano - VA: Minami Tanaka • Tomohito Sugino - VA: Yoshitaka Yamaya

The song this unit sung live was the anime's first opening song: Seishun Satsubatsuron There were also some messages by Koro-sensei (VA: Jun Fukuyama) pre- and post-performance.

Also, Aya Suzaki also performed as Minami Nitta from THE iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls on the exact same day as well, with a few other VAs from same iM@S branch. And Minami Tanaka also performed as Minami Katayama from Wake Up, Girls! with the rest of the VAs from the same franchise on Day 3 of the concert.

Additionally, there were a few other JPN VAs of the AssClass cast that also performed at Anisama 2015. Just either as themselves (solo singer artists or in a singer artist group) or as one of their character roles from another franchise they voice in.

Manami Numakura (Rio Nakamura's VA) as Hibiki Ganaha from THE iDOLM@STER - P.S. she's one of the few seiyuu who kickstarted the live concert on Day 1 (alongside her with some of the 765PRO ALLSTARS seiyuu who are also from THE iDOLM@STER as well as the idol unit Muse's seiyuu from Love Live!; via collaboration medley

Mamoru Miyano (Gakushuu Asano's VA)

All the VAs/seiyuu mentioned in this post have (or have not) returned to perform at Anisama in later years. Again, either as solo artists or in one of their other character franchise role(s).

I tried my best explaining everything on this post. But I guess this can be seen as some sort of piece of trivia? At least, that's what I think...

Nana Mizuki to Release Her 3rd Best Album "THE MUSEUM III" on January 10, 2018

The official website for 37-year-old anime voice actress/singer Nana Mizuki announced today that her third best album "THE MUSEUM III" is set to be released on January 10, 2018, one day before her seven-day concert "LIVE GATE" at Nippon Budokan begins. Her last second best album "THE MUSEUM II" was released six years and two months ago, on November 23, 2011, and was certified as a gold disc by The Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) by selling over 100,000 copies in Japan.

  "THE MUSEUM III" is confirmed to include her recent single songs in the past six years, from "Synchrogazer" (26th/January 11, 2012) to "Destiny's Prelude" and "TESTAMENT" (35th&36th/July 19, 2017), and the yet-titled two ED songs for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Masaki Yamada's Basilisk Ouka Ninpocho novel to premiere in Japan in January 2018.

Hi there!!

Keiko’s infamous 女子/joshi-call was unfortunately not caught on camera many times. For everyone who might not know what Keiko’s “女子/joshi-call” is 〈(•ˇ‿ˇ•)-→

Keiko is known to love girls, especially cute girls. So during lives she would often call into the audience to see how many girls are attending, i.e. joshi-call. Typically Kalafina lives have a high percentage of male fans in the audience but that’s not to say that there aren’t any girls around. Usually they have a follow-up “danshi-call” as well but Keiko is always more enthusiastic during the “joshi-call” ^_^

As far as I know, Keiko’s joshi call has only been included twice in official footage.

We have their MC during the Animelo Summer Live - THE GATE - Everyone in the audience has coloured penlights and a majority of them are blue so Keiko assumes there are mostly male fans around. So she wants to make sure there are also some girls in the audience which is why she asks, “joshi iru/any girls here???” When she hears the loud response she is very much relieved.

Then we have their encore MC at the Mezamashi Live 2016. Just look at Keiko enjoying her joshi-call. She loves doing it again and again.

It’s a shame that they kinda cheated during their 9+ONE live. Before their performance of Ongaku, they technically have a joshi/danshi-call too but Keiko isn’t the one doing it, it’s just written on the big screen. Still, one of their most epic Ongaku performances imho.
