So, I wasn't sure how I was going to start this post. But for any AssClass fan that is reading this: you might have seen this image before, right?

This image was made back in 2015, during the year of the airing of the anime's first season. It was made for the anime songs 3-days concert Animelo Summer Live 2015 -The Gate-, also abbreviated as Anisama 2015, that was held at the Saitama Super Arena (on August 28th to 30th). It's a very big concert that involves solo artists, group artists, and voice actors singing anime songs.

Speaking of voice actors: the JPN VAs of the 6 Class 3-E students on this image were one of the many performers at Anisama 2015 (can be found on the official Anisama website). They performed on Day 2 of the concert. Forming a special version of 3-nen E-gumi Utatan (Class 3-E Song Unit) known as 3-nen E-gumi Samatan (Class 3-E Summer Unit). Consisting of: • Nagisa Shiota - VA: Mai Fuchigami • Kaede Kayano - VA: Aya Suzaki • Karma Akabane - VA: Nobuhiko Okamoto • Yuma Isogai - VA: Ryota Osaka • Hinata Okano - VA: Minami Tanaka • Tomohito Sugino - VA: Yoshitaka Yamaya

The song this unit sung live was the anime's first opening song: Seishun Satsubatsuron There were also some messages by Koro-sensei (VA: Jun Fukuyama) pre- and post-performance.

Also, Aya Suzaki also performed as Minami Nitta from THE iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls on the exact same day as well, with a few other VAs from same iM@S branch. And Minami Tanaka also performed as Minami Katayama from Wake Up, Girls! with the rest of the VAs from the same franchise on Day 3 of the concert.

Additionally, there were a few other JPN VAs of the AssClass cast that also performed at Anisama 2015. Just either as themselves (solo singer artists or in a singer artist group) or as one of their character roles from another franchise they voice in.

Manami Numakura (Rio Nakamura's VA) as Hibiki Ganaha from THE iDOLM@STER - P.S. she's one of the few seiyuu who kickstarted the live concert on Day 1 (alongside her with some of the 765PRO ALLSTARS seiyuu who are also from THE iDOLM@STER as well as the idol unit Muse's seiyuu from Love Live!; via collaboration medley

Mamoru Miyano (Gakushuu Asano's VA)

All the VAs/seiyuu mentioned in this post have (or have not) returned to perform at Anisama in later years. Again, either as solo artists or in one of their other character franchise role(s).

I tried my best explaining everything on this post. But I guess this can be seen as some sort of piece of trivia? At least, that's what I think...

Mizuki likes listenening to music from anime series, and in one of her Summer menu voicelines, mentions getting tickets to a summer anime music concert. This may be a reference to the real-life Animelo Summer Live festival, one of the biggest anisong festivals in Japan, that is held annually in August.

Toi calls Ryui by 兄様, pronounced as “Ani-sama”. Now, I try my best to keep all honorifics and nicknames as is but I feel like “Big Bro-sama” did not look good, and I am intent on keeping the older brother aspect. “Ani-sama” I wouldn’t consider an option either due to it being the colloquial name for Animelo Summer Live, and overall can be confusing if your nihongo is not jouzu enough desu. (Neither do I think it looks good, either.) It has been translated to “beloved Big bro” instead.

They had the merch from the cafe in front of them!

It was advertised that all the seiyuus would be there, but Murase (Tuxam's seiyuu) was late, or something. (Expected, to be honest.) They joked that he ran there.

They ran another little quiz for the voice drama.

They spent some time introducing the Fragaria Memories project, the characters, and a basic plot for the drama (we all know this).

(They introduced Pikero as a "outrageous" Fragaria… and someone called Lily sexy and it started a minor squabble, lol)

They're doing the Seeds thing during the little game they have in the livestreams again.

(I have… no idea why Arupek's seiyuu was just. Panting. I have no idea what Pikero's seiyuu was doing or what he drew. Why did Hangyon's seiyuu draw a box with the kanji for love in it??? Why was Badobarm's seiyuu panting too??? What was Chaco's seiyuu doing???? What the hell happened??????)

Okay… I think they were miming out or drawing "hints" for the plot. (Is this okay, Sanrio????????)

Oh hey Murase's here. (He took a taxi but it's Japan on a Friday night.)

Turns out Chaco's seiyuu was the one controlled by the Seeds in the earlier… charades game.

They chatted about the voice drama for a while. I think Hangyon and Pikero both played the boke to Tuxam's tsukkomi. (I lost focus here, to be honest.)

New song, Charcoal White! Chaco song that was previewed on Twitter earlier. (And is premiering… pretty much as of posting this. It'll be available on streaming services at midnight locally.)

More info about Wish is…! Seems like Murase will be there on the second day during the day performance! (He's pretty busy for a Fragaria seiyuu, so the fact he's there at all is surprising!)

Collab cafe information! It starts tomorrow at Shibuya PARCO! You get a paper placemat for free, and I think every order comes with a random paper coaster you can take home.

They tried the dishes in real time… Badobarm's seiyuu scoffed it down, lol. I wish I could say the other seiyuus ate and drank their dishes normally, but we all saw the face Pikero's seiyuu made when he bit into the donut. Badobarm's seiyuu is losing his mind over the cold noodle dish for some reason. Arupek's seiyuu also drowned Arupek in his drink.

They're staring a series of 4koma from 13/05!! It'll be uploaded to the Twitter!

There'll be a performance at Animelo Summer Live on 31/08! All of them… except Murase…

Tomorrow's Knight Link will be the same cast as last week; Cielomort, Klarkstella, and Louterstella! (I hope they archive the cast side somewhere one day, that'd be neat.) The week after that will be Tuxam, Hangyon, and Pikero!! They previewed the cast side in the watch party stream after they said bye.

Aoi is busy this year, voicing characters in “Dead Mount Death Play” (with Silver’s Shimazaki, Azul’s Tamaru, Floyd’s Okamoto and Ruggie’s Ichikawa), Cardfight!! Hatsune Miku es una idol virtual creada por la compañía Crypton para el software de sintetizador de voz Vocaloid de Yamaha. Es considerada por muchos la idol virtual más popular de la historia. Se trata de un personaje diseñado para darle cara a una voz sintética que permite a los usuarios crear música con ella.

No es el único sintetizador de voz de Vocaloid ni mucho menos, pero su llamativo diseño de estilo anime y la facilidad que su voz le da a los productores de música que trabajan con ella hacen que sea la más popular.

Según la página web de Proyecto IDIS "Miku Hatsune se volvió tan popular que el 22 de agosto de 2009 realizó su primer recital en vivo durante el concierto Animelo Summer Live en el Saitama Super Arena. El repertorio de estos conciertos está compuesto por canciones realizadas por los usuarios de Vocaloid, concretamente aquellas con más reproducciones en Niconico; de este modo el personaje de Miku ocasiona una importante democratización de la creación artística, miles de personas produciendo para generar material para un personaje virtual."

Me parece interesante destacar cómo el usuario que hizo este video proporciona en la descripción un enlace al VSQx, el archivo de proyecto del programa Vocaloid, con el que cualquier otro usuario puede hacer su versión.

The iDOLM@STER and Love Live! franchise will have a joint concert in Tokyo Dome from December 9 to 10 this year, titled 'The Idolmaster x Love Live! Singing Match Live'. This will be the fourth time that both franchises collaborated together since Animelo Summer 2015, Bandai Namco Entertainment Festival 2019 and 2022, and the first ever iM@S x Love Live! focused collab.
