Ok *campfire flickers and cool atmosphere starts*

A long time ago in a remote Yuan-Ti village, on a snowy mountain near fields of Winter flowers.

An infant was left stranded in the Outskirts by the village nobles house.

A changeling infant whom was immediately loved by The Lady and was soon left baffled when the changeling transformed into a miniature Yuan-Ti but not one they have seen before A Quetzalcoatl with feathers covering them tip to tail. The Lord accepts them but then leaves for reasons unknown and never returns

She grows up among them unknowing of her true nature but the elders know of the odd occurrences of her appearance and the young know of her general weakness and inability to use venom so she is shunned by all except her mother who teaches her to make potions. Unfortunately their Mother has an unfortunate accident and dies leaving them all alone.

In an effort to be liked by the village, they throw all their eggs in one basket and throw themselves into making performances, Dancing, or Music to get any type of attention from the village, which only vaguely works leaving her with only the flowers for company.

Eventually the Village gets a Letter inviting one of their own to The Guild. It left out who was the one that was invited so they decided to send the one person no one would care if they left.

But since it was left unclear how anyone had heard of this village or found them the village elders decided to give them a task of their own to find out what is their intentions with the village and why.

Yup! They're all rehashes of the animews I did. Dawn's the wolf, Dusk is the ring-tailed mongoose, and Lunova is the owl. Those designs were too fun not to use~ :3

I may do something with the lemur one later. We'll have to see.

Been quite a while, but I’m finally getting into Mushoku Tensei S2. I’ve said plenty about the animew and its protagonist in the past, most of which brought on arguments from die-hards whom are more familiar with the source material than I will ever be. I’m three episodes in, and Rudeus is still a hot mess of an isekai protagonist. But after watching over a dozen other anime with the same cookie cutter, wish fulfillment, self-inserts, I’ll still take him over the chaff any day.
