Been a while, but new cel time! Why not, for the 30th anniversary? THIS HAND OF MINE GLOWS WITH AN AWESOME POWER! IT'S BURNING GRIP TELLS ME TO DEFEAT YOU! HERE I GO! SHINING FINGERRRRRRR~!! It's an iconic double Shining Finger, featuring both Rain and Domon, from Episode 13 of G Gundam: "Big Pinch! The Enemies Are the Five Great Gundams!" Shiny green glow effect and all! Background is a decent facsimile, minus the pink effects. This frame is mostly faded out by the time it gets to it, as it transitions to the Shining Gundam overlayed, before focusing on the mecha's attack:

Rare animation cels from “Will the Real Jerry Lewis Please Sit Down?” featuring characters Geraldine and (ugh) Detective Hong Kong Flewis. Truly an example of something that could be posted onto r/agedlikemilk.

I recently added this HxH 1999 cel to my collection, which is Killua's reaction right after Gon tells him it'll be fun if they stay together. 🥹❤️ Blush and eye reflections were added in processing. It makes sense the eye reflections were added later because they're moving all around in this scene from the campfire.

I'm also lucky enough to have this lovely cel of both of them from the same scene, which I got a few years ago. ❤️ Again, the eye reflections were changed in processing. (Wrinkles and such are just on the plastic protecting the cel.)

I just counted my HxH 1999 cels and I have 25 now, wow! I'm surprised I've gathered that many. I'll have to post more another time. I also have some cool things from the HxH 2011 production I want to share sometime, like storyboards, a script, correction compilations, etc.

New G Gundam cel time! First up, Rain, from the show's first ending (Eps. 1-25). Enjoy some Deeper Than the Ocean, as you admire this cel without the 'snowflakes' obscuring it!

It may just be the same frame just constantly zooming in on her earring, but gosh this is just such a pretty head shot! And to get the frame where most of her is fully shown like this, I'm definitely thrilled to nab it! While I was bidding on this, I was hoping to get one other, but sadly got sniped at the last second. It was from the final episode, with Rain draped in Domon's cape as they rode Fuunsaiki back to Earth. Even if it wasn't *the* scene at the end, still sad that I missed out.

So instead, I went after an actual Gundam for a dirt cheap price. Because they are so absurd, I really want like the Nether/Hurricane Gundam or Tequila Gundam. But alas, I have to instead accept that the first Gundam I could get was Neo Spain's Matador Gundam. You mess with Mr. Bull, you get...Toro! Toro! How can you not laugh at this thing? Happy 36th Anniversary! Who Framed Roger Rabbit was Released on June 22nd, 1988 in North America

For those who don’t know I just got back from a trip to Japan and I wanted to show off this amazing find picked up at a vintage market in Tokyo. There was a guy selling these packs of animation frames, proper hand painted cels complete with original sketches, clean drawings and the original animation dope sheet :D

I was drawn to this set due to my love of adorable robot girls, not having any idea who the character featured was. All I knew was she was cute and I wanted it.

Now having gone through the pack in detail I’m so happy with it. The hand painted frames are just delightful and so colourful, and the care put into packing them up so they don’t get scratched is just amazing. The original sketches and drawings covered in notes just make my animator heart flutter.

Also after looking up the studio name from the cover envelope and doing some wiki hunting I now know this character is Artemis from the anime Beast Wars II: Super Life Form Transformers. Fair to say I have a new fave Transformers extended universe character next to Arcee :)

I mean just LOOK AT HER 💙 I must draw fanart.
