simple s2 teen refs + height headcanons!! (this started as an exploration of shape language but i got carried away) 

explanation of some design choices under the cut

linc’s colour palette is a mix of white and gold for paladin, plus a colour from each of his friends (black from scary, green from taylor, cyan from normal)

despite most other oaks having green as their colour, normal wears more blue because its the school colour. only his shoes are green

both taylor and scary have a gold pin cuz of their connection to linc, and scary has blue eyeshadow for normal

taylor is shortest because of afab asian genes and also the heavy ass “go bag” he carries around (not pictured because i may have forgotten to draw it)

also, i don’t think realistically scary would look this cool, but it was just fun to draw her that way. and i think at the start of the season, her shade of purple was more pink, but over time grew more purple as she got closer to willy.

Another thing I'd been meaning to make a post about, since I haven't really seen it talked about before:

During each week in the post-game, while hunting for the Secret Reports, you can get school uniforms which seem to match your partner. Week 1 is a sailor suit, Week 3 is a gakuran and head honcho uniform (alongside a girls' uniform with blazer, which is presumably Rhyme's) and Week 2 is this:

This uniform is for a "rich kid school for boy geniuses." Its ability is even unlocked in Pegaso.

The school is also named St. Michael's, which means that if it is meant to represent what school your partner attended, then Joshua went to Catholic school while he was alive.

The rich tradition of Chinese embroidery

This is an appealing publication, presented in actrattive format. It contains much helpful and enlightening information and the positive aspects of the book are reinforced by the touching enthusiasm of the author, an assistant professor in the Costume Research Section of the Institute of History, part of the Academy of Social Sciences of China.  With the possible exception of porcelain, the applied arts of China from the late Imperial period to the present day are poorly researched by both Western and Chinese scholars. This book, emanating from a learned Chinese institution, is certainly timely,especially as the small domestic embroideries under discussion are found in many museum collections and private homes throughout the British Isles and North America. A historical introduction forms the first section of the book. It attemps to place the embroideries shown in colour plates in the second section in a comprehensible context.
