{Hey, sorry for the long wait, but it took a while for me to take care of all my personal issues, but for the next few weeks, I have a lot more time on my hands, so I figured I had to get a lot of things completed before things started getting busy again. This was one of them.]

so me and my dear beloved moot bestie @thenuggetstealer have this joint au that involves like a whole bunch of fucking things (that I would love to get into right now but not all in one post 😔😔😔) including Angie’s parents being Yasuhiro and Byakuya

So basically, Angie was born to Togakure (her real name being Kemuriko Togami) sometime after they escaped Hope’s Peak. At some point in her childhood—about 4 to 6 years old?—she was abducted in the dead of night, taken overseas, and abandoned on the island she canonically lives on. She had lost most of her memories, and was later adopted by the Yonaga family and given the name Angelica Angie

Who took her away, you ask? Junko and Tsumugi; Junko manipulated Tsumugi into helping her get the abduction done, and the latter—despite feeling conflicted and partially remorseful about what she did for years after—was never discovered to be the co-culprit until after Killing Harmony ended.

In this au, Tsumugi is the younger half-sister of the Despair Twins, and goes on to be an aid teacher (along with Gonta) during the events of NDRV3 as opposed to being one of the students.

Red is the color of dominance and makes her stand out in a crowd, so it only seemed fitting that the leader should wear bright reds, while her followers wear blacks, the color of submission, such as how nuns and priests wear black to represent obedience to God. Thus, she's easily recognizable from far away, and those in the V3 cast, before having their memories erased, were people who had dared to speak out against Miss Yonaga.

And unlike Kokichi's soon-to-be mastermind redesign, she truly believes what she's preaching while also using it to get her own way. This is heavily based on the scene with her hugging Tsumugi, Himiko, and Gonta, but her hugs can easily brainwash anyone who receives them, and her innocent appearance only helps. Especially because yellow is a deceptive color, that of happiness and joy, perfect for a mastermind trying her best to seem innocent.

Blood on the hammer and sculpting tool is made by @/mod-tsu-edits-for-you specifically, I didn't make that.

Bonus Trivia:

Himiko’s onesie is based on one of her beta designs.

The logo on Maki’s shirt is one I found from a gimmick account called Shirts That Go Hard on Twitter. Just thought it was funny and wanted to put it on her.

The colours on Rantaro’s shirt are the colours of the Aro/Ace flag. Since I headcanon Rantaro being Aro/Ace in most of my content.

Ryoma’s onesie contains the cat from the famous meme of a woman screaming at a smug looking cat from across the table.

The symbol on Shuichi’s nightshirt is an optical illusion, paying homage to his perceptive talents.

Tsumugi’s onesie is themed on Naruto’s outfit.

Before anyone asks, Maki is blushing because Kaito is grabbing her hand under the blanket, not because she’s looking at anything illicit >:(
