my list of smosh mouth thoughts for this fine monday morning
THEY WERE GOING TO TRY AND GET ILONA MAHER ON THE POD? HOLY SHIT THAT WOULD'VE BEEN SO FIRE! i hope they still try and do it because she's now a dream guest for the pod (along with markiplier for the handshake and matpat for the fnaf of it all)
chamangela pod next week is about the eat so goddamn hard. the christmas episode is one of my most watched episodes because of the dynamics and silly conversations they have. like they are gonna be the stupidest ever and i! can't! wait!
also i've watched the amangela episode more times than i can count (i'm sure it's at least a dozen times at this point) and so for there to be ANOTHER amangela episode so soon makes me so giddy (i might need to update my edit) (also with the possibility of the vidcon episode getting released later down the line, that would bring angela's total appearances on smosh mouth to 8 times) (at the max)
loved that selina was on an episode because i love seeing more and more of the crew get integrated into some videos!

My Boss: Chapter 1
Tumblr media
Summary: You're about to enter your senior year of college and Joel Miller is your boss at your summer job. He's a great boss, your coworkers are great and he's even brought up a possible promotion for next summer. The problem is, you're starting to fall for him and you want your constant daydreams to become reality.
Joel Miller x f!reader. Age gap. Smut in future chapters. No smut in chapter 1. 18+
The first time you realized how attracted you were to Joel Miller it felt like electricity shocked your entire body. He was sweating through his white t-shirt chopping wood. The snapback hat he wore was just as saturated and his dark hair peaked out the sides, just barely curling over his ears.
Cliché, sure, but it had kickstarted a laundry list of fantasies that you couldn't reel back in.
Joel, your father's friend. Joel, the boss of your outdoorsy, summer job. Joel, nearly twenty years older than you. It had become an obstacle you had no idea how to tackle, other than manually in your room in your cabin at night. And then you saw him first thing in the morning for campground meetings and assignments, and it started all over again.
"Y/N." Joel's voice snapped you out of the daze you were in.
"Yeah?" Your voice came out in a desperate yelp as you addressed him and you cleared your throat, looking around at your other coworkers. No one looked at you funny, so that was good. And as long as Joel couldn't read your mind you were safe there, too.
"You're with me down at the lake today." He motioned at you with the cap end of a pen. "But we're only going to take out a couple of the canoes and kayaks because it's supposed to rain in about an hour or so." Joel glanced at his watch.
You nodded, feeling tingles in the pit of your stomach that fluttered downward to give you an extra dose of desire. Lust was most certainly a drug.
"Stuck with the boss," your friend whispered, poking you in the ribs with her fingers, making you laugh and squirm.
All heads whipped in you direction, including Joel's and you sat up strait. "Sorry." Your face reddened and a few others around you smirked.
"Alright." Joel clapped him hands and smiled. "You all know the drill by now. Head out to your stations and let's entertain our guests. Show them a-"
"Good time," the group chorused, making him chuckle.
You discreetly smacked your friend's arm and then trailed Joel out of the little pavilion where you often gathered for meetings.
Once you were out on the little trail that led to the lake you apologized for the brief interruption a few minutes before.
"Sorry for laughing in the middle of your talk," you said, causing Joel to glance over at you. He smirked and you smiled and looked down. The rest of the walk was rather quiet until you got to the oversized shed that housed the boating equipment.
"How about two canoes and two kayaks?" Joel suggested, flinging the doors open.
"Sounds good to me."
You worked together to pull out the four water vessels and laid them in a neat line by the little beach. It wasn't longer than two or three minutes before the rain began its steady beat on the otherwise still waters.
"Take cover." Joel waved a hand towards the shed and turned a pair of Adirondack around to face the opening. "Might be an easy day."
You sunk down into the chair on the left and Joel sat beside you on the right.
"So, what's the plan for next year when you're out of college?" He asked. "Any internships lined up?"
You shrugged. "Not yet but the university has helped out a lot of us in getting them, or getting a foot in the door somewhere."
"I take it this may be your final summer working here for me." Joel smiled and your cheeks glowed a shade darker again.
You looked down and back up, meeting his gaze. "I think I may need one more summer to get it out of my system." You smiled, he snickered.
"Angela's leaving us next year," he explained. "If you don't have anything lined up by then maybe you could step in, take her place, be my assistant."
Yes, yes and yes! You were already mentally signed up.
"I think you can sign me up right now." Was that too eager? "You know, in exchange for a recommendation letter?" Was that too much? Was it obvious you were joking.
Joel smiled wide and held a hand over. "Deal."
You glanced down at his palm that helicoptered over your lap and let out a little sigh before shaking his hand. It was electric, at least for you.
Joel's eyes remained on yours and the handshake lingered before he eventually released you from his grasp.
"I gotta keep my better workers around as long as I can, ya know?" He added.
"I'm glad you think I'm a good worker. I try, I mean-"
"You are," Joel cut you off. "It doesn't matter what you're doing here. You do it well, and the guests always compliment how personable and friendly you are."
"Really?" His kind words had you gushing inside.
"Yeah." He nudged you with his elbow, "Just need to get you lifeguard certified and you'll be the Jack of all trades." Joel winked and your heart exploded.
Fuck. He was so hot. Did he know what he did you when he winked like that? How could he not?
"Maybe I should. I'm already CPR certified. It expires at the end of summer, though. I need to renew it."
"I'm actually a certified CPR instructor. I'll give ya the class for free. We'll renew it before the end of summer. You'll be all set."
Can I practice on you? You thought to yourself and then immediately told your brain to cut it out. Your thoughts were becoming too much now that you were sitting alone with him.
Joel's eyes lingered again and he was the one to glance away this time out at the pouring rain that fell just a few feet in front of you.
"Thanks," you said finally, smiling to yourself. "You're a great boss."
He turned to you again.
"I mean it," you went on, unable to control your word vomit. "I love working here. You make everything fair. And fun. I don't know how you organize so many people and keep the guests happy. You get all five star reviews online and the one or two who give fours are just assholes."
Joel laughed at that and you smiled big. Were you batting your eyelashes at him? It was very possible that subconsciously you were.
Damn, why did you have to see him chopping wood? Why did he have to be perfect in every category you could think of? Your hormones were on full blast and you suddenly wondered if he could sense it. You had read an article on pheromones and maybe your body was projecting your feminine attraction onto him.
"Well, thank you." Joel grinned. "I put my life savings into starting up this place so I hope we can maintain this as the years go on. Who the hell knows with technology. I hope families will still take time to get away and enjoy the great outdoors."
"It'll thrive," you tried to reassure him. "People need their escape from the screen now more than ever."
"I can agree with you there." Joel sighed and placed his hands behind his head, slouching a bit in the seat. "Man the arts and crafts tent is gonna be swamped today." His eyes danced across the lake that was spotted with rain.
"We better think of something to stay busy down here," you blurted and suddenly wished you hadn't when Joel turned back to you. His eyebrows raised and the blush returned, yet again, to the sides of your face.
"I'll make my way up there in a bit to make sure they're alright," he explained. "But in the mean time, let's just enjoy a few minutes of downtime. You and I haven't gotten much of that this summer."
You and I. The sound of him pairing you together, even in an innocent way, was music to your ears. This crush was in full bloom.
"Can't argue with that." You settled deeper into the seat and mirrored his position, closing your eyes.
There wasn't a better way you could imagine the start of a morning. Sitting in a shed tucked away from the rest of the world listening to the sound of the rain with Joel by your side. This was kind of how every fantasy of yours began.

LETTERS FROM AN AMERICAN
July 21, 2023 (Friday)
HEATHER COX RICHARDSON
JUL 22, 2023
On June 8 the Supreme Court affirmed the decision of a lower court blocking the congressional districting map Alabama put into place after the 2020 census, agreeing that the map likely violated the 1965 Voting Rights Act and ordering Alabama to redraw the map to include two majority-Black congressional districts.
Today the Alabama legislature passed a new congressional map that openly violates the Supreme Court’s order. By a vote of 75–28 in the House and 24–6 in the Senate, the legislature approved a map that includes only one Black-majority district.
Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) and many of the other members of Alabama’s congressional delegation had spoken to the Republicans in the state legislature about the map. Editor of the Alabama Reflector Brian Lyman reported that the map’s sponsor said he had spoken to House speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) too: “It was quite simple,” the sponsor said. McCarthy “said ‘I’m interested in keeping my majority.’ That was basically his conversation.”
Alabama governor Kay Ivey, a Republican, signed the bill into law.
Today, assistant U.S. attorney general Todd Kim and U.S. attorney for the Western District of Texas Jaime Esparza wrote to Texas governor Greg Abbott and Texas interim attorney general Angela Colmenero warning that the actions of Texas in constructing a barrier in the Rio Grande between the U.S. and Mexico “violate federal law, raise humanitarian concerns, present serious risks to public safety and the environment, and may interfere with the federal government’s ability to carry out its official duties.”
The floating barrier violates the Rivers and Harbors Act, which prohibits the construction of any obstructions to navigation in U.S. waters and requires permission from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers before constructing any structure in such waters. Abbott ignored that law to construct a barrier that includes inflatable buoys and razor wire.
Mexico has also noted that barrier buoys that block the flow of water violate treaties between the U.S. and Mexico dating from 1944 and 1970, and has asked for the barriers to be removed. So has the owner of a Texas canoe and kayaking company, who says the buoys prevent him from conducting his business. And so have more than 80 House Democrats, who have noted Abbott’s “complete disregard for federal authority over immigration enforcement.”
Unless Texas promises by 2:00 Tuesday afternoon to remove the barrier immediately, the U.S. will sue.
Abbott has made fear of immigration central to his political messaging. He is now faced with the reality that Biden’s parole process for migrants at the southern border has dropped unlawful entries by almost 70% since it went into effect in early May, meaning that border agents have more time to patrol and are making it harder to enter the U.S. unlawfully.
Abbott’s barrier seems designed to keep his messaging amped up, accompanied as it is by allegations that troops from the National Guard and the Texas Department of Public Safety have been ordered to push migrants, including children, back into the river and to withhold water from those suffering in the heat. There are also reports that migrants have been hurt by razor wire installed along the barrier.
Abbott responded to the DOJ’s letter: “I’ll see you in court, Mr. President.”
Yesterday, on the same day that Shawn Boburg, Emma Brown, and Ann E. Marimow added to all the recent stories of Supreme Court corruption an exclusive story showing how then-leader of the Federalist Society Leonard Leo funded a “a coordinated and sophisticated public relations campaign to defend and celebrate” Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, the Senate Judiciary Committee voted along party lines to advance a bill that would require the U.S. Supreme Court to adopt a binding code of ethics.
“We wouldn’t tolerate this [behavior] from a city council member or an alderman," committee chair Dick Durbin (D-IL) said. “It falls short of ethical standards we expect of any public servant in America. And yet the Supreme Court won't even acknowledge it’s a problem.” “The Supreme Court Ethics, Recusal, and Transparency Act,” Durbin said, “would bring the Supreme Court Justices’ ethics requirement in line with every other federal judge and restore confidence in the Court.”
Senator Lindsay Graham (R-SC) disagreed that Congress could force the Supreme Court to adopt an ethics code. “This is an unseemly effort by the Democratic left to destroy the legitimacy of the Roberts court,” he said, although he agreed that the justices need “to get their house in order.”
Today, Dahlia Lithwick and Anat Shenker-Osorio noted in Slate that voters of both parties strongly support cleaning up the Supreme Court.
As signs of an indictment for his efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election grow stronger, Trump has taken to threats. When asked about incarceration, Trump said earlier this week: “I think it’s a very dangerous thing to even talk about, because we do have a tremendously passionate group of voters, much more passion than they had in 2020 and much more passion than they had in 2016. I think it would be very dangerous.”
His loyalists are working to undermine the law enforcement agencies that are supporting the rule of law. On July 11, 2023, Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH), chair of the House Judiciary Committee, wrote to chair of the Committee on Appropriations Kay Granger (R-TX) asking her to defund Biden’s immigration policies as well as the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), which investigates crime.
It is notable that, for all their talk about law and order, the Republican-dominated legislature of Alabama and the state’s Republican governor have just openly defied the U.S. Supreme Court, which is hardly an ideological enemy after Trump stacked it to swing to the far right.
The Republican governor of Texas is defying both federal law and international treaties. After rampant scandals, the Republican-dominated Supreme Court refuses to adopt an ethics system that might restore some confidence in their decisions. And, aided by his loyalists, the front-runner for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination is threatening mob violence if he is held legally accountable for his behavior.
The genius of the American rebels in 1776 was their belief that a nation could be based not in the hereditary rights of a king but in a body of laws. “Where…is the King of America?” Thomas Paine wrote in Common Sense. “I'll tell you Friend…that in America THE LAW IS KING. For as in absolute governments the King is law, so in free countries the law ought to be King; and there ought to be no other.”
Democracy is based on the rule of law. Undermining the rule of law destroys the central feature of democracy and replaces that system of government with something else.
In Florida today, U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon set May 20, 2024, as the date for Trump’s trial for hiding and refusing to give up classified national security documents.

Choices Writer Appreciation — Week 3 Recommendations
Life has been quite busy recently so I haven’t had as much time to read and reblog all the amazing fics that people have highlighted as part of #choiceswriterappreaction2023, but I wanted to make sure that I threw my recommendations into the ring for Week 3 of this event.
In no particular order…
@angelasscribbles — Angela is having some technical problems with her account being blocked, but hopefully things will be resolved soon. In any event, this should not stop you checking out her amazing masterlist which is chock full of edge-of-your seat TRR fics that explores the characters in a massive variety of different settings, from pure hilarity, political intrigue, toxic romance, what-if scenarios, canon behind the scenes, etc. — there is definitely something for everyone here!
@aussiegurl1234 — like me, Aussie loves to explore AU stories featuring Drake x F!OC — usually in a paranormal setting — though she has a Liam x F!OC fic as well that I just gobbled up. I am woefully behind on her latest fic, but I can’t wait to catch up because no one writes heart-in-your-mouth sexual tension like this girl!
@harleybeaumont — I started reading Harley this year when I accidentally stumbled upon her Drake x F!OC fic on my feed and haven’t looked back since. Her main OTP is Maxwell x F!OC but she’s done other pairings as well and everything I’ve read so far from her is excellent — a perfect combination of laugh-out-loud humour and heartfelt tenderness.
@jerzwriter — I discovered Elsa’s stuff when she took a plunge and decided to participate in a TRR-themed round robin event a few months ago. I haven’t played through OH, but purely because of the way she writes Tobias I have put her entire masterlist in my to-read list!
@petiteboheme — she was one of the first people to read and reblog my TRR rewrite when I came to Tumblr and I decided to return the favour by diving into her masterlist… and I’ve loved her OTP ever since! Petite writes with a great mix of humour and realism and her F!OC brings a really unique perspective to the events in cano, being a WOC with roots in the US south and the Caribbean.
@peonierose — this girl’s social media edits are unreal! I cannot imagine how much love, time and dedication goes into each post, but they are truly works of art, and I love the humour that goes each scenario in the life of Bryce x Luna!

@asongofstarkandtargaryen There's a couple of comics and films I wanted to post something about them some time ago, so here they are
Black is Beltza is a duology of comics, the first one was published in 2014 and the second in 2022, and they have been adapted into two Basque animated films recently in 2018 and 2022, Black is Beltza and Black is Beltza II: Ainhoa.
One of the main things of the comics are the sociopolitical environment of the places and the period the films are set in, for example the first one is set in the 60's mainly in New York and the sequel is set in the 80's and among other places, in Pamplona.
Black is Beltza (2018)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
youtube
October 1965. The Pamplona troupe of giants, a typical image of the San Fermín festivities, is invited to parade on Fifth Avenue in New York. But not everyone will be able to leave: due to racial discrimination, the North American authorities prohibit the participation of the two black giants. Based on this real event, "Black is Beltza" tells the story of Manex, the waiter in charge of carrying one of the giants. Headed for a long and unexpected journey, Manex will witness key events in history: the racial riots resulting from the assassination of Malcolm X, the eccentricities of the characters in The Factory, the alliance between the Cuban secret services and the Black Panthers, and the proto-hippie psychedelia of early music festivals.

im bored so im writing hcs for bird song based on photos n shit !!
enjoy !!
disclaimer !! these pics are not supposed to look like the characters or tulsa
Tumblr media
"you cold vinnie?"
"shut up maude, its fucking cold out here"
i love them
Tumblr media
lydie and dallas eventually go on dates at a local lake and lyd obviously took her new camera and took this photo of dal snoozing in the canoe
"dal? you awake over there?"
"zzz"
Tumblr media
johnny, dal, pony, and lyd run through openings in the woods and fields and they just relax there, its far enough away from soc territory that they can be relaxed and not have to worry about fights n shit
"run johnny!" lydie says as she runs after him
"what?!"
"RUN JOHNNY CAKE"
Tumblr media
maude, angela, and lydie have sleepovers, over at the shepherd's residence, maude will bring the hair rollers, angela has the nail polish and lyd will bring the makeup. lydie and maude come over around seven pm and they gossip, watch movies, do their hair, makeup, and paint their nails. they dress up and have a little fashion show in angelas room.
in the morning, they make breakfast and then hang out for the rest of the day, only to do the same thing the next friday night
most of the night consists of tim and curly telling the three to be quiet and go to sleep
Tumblr media
dallas and vinnie smoke occasionally together, while they blast music in vinnies house, this usually happens while lyd and maude are over at the shepards
"man this is weird"
"what do ya mean, its jefferson airplane"
"this shit is weird"
Tumblr media
this pic is so ugh anyways
older! maude taking care of older! lyd when dal is being an asshole
"he probably didnt mean it hun"
"all i do is love him, maude, and this is what i get in return"
"he'll come crawlin back, i promise you."
Tumblr media
"smile johnny! PONY GET OUT OF THE WAY!!"
"sorry lyd!"
it's late fall and the leaves are falling off the trees, lyd, johnny, pony, and dal are hanging out at the park for one of the last times before it starts snowing. dal is off to the side watching the younger three mess around on the playground equipment as lydie takes pictures
Tumblr media
"hold still, im almost done"
"i wanna see!"
"wait a minute lyd!"
maude cuts lyd and vinnies hair when it gets too long and they hate the way it looks, but both of them are too impatient to wait till shes done
Tumblr media
dal gets these periods where he is depressed and uncomfortable with himself to the point he just lays in his bed at bucks or in lyds bed, lydie tries her best to make him feel better but it's hard for her to take care of him
"dal are you feeling better?"
"mmm"
"I'll take that as a no"
she'll crawl into the bed and hold him close to her, hoping that he'll feel better, she brings him food and water, and drags him out of bed so he can shower and use the bathroom. yet anytime he's out of bed, he's clung to her.
Tumblr media
lyd also has sleepovers with pony, johnny, and cherry, she's only an occasional sleepover attendee. their sleepovers are different from the ones with maude and angela, at theirs, they go see a movie before getting shit-faced and walking around tulsa, visiting dal, two bit and eventually making it back to lyds. they all crawl into lyds bed and sleep the night away
thank you for reading !!
pt two coming soon!

All Eyes Lead to the Truth | Agua Mala (6x13)
Tumblr media
Ay, Dios mio. Un cuchillo en mi estomago!
This is what I get for listening to Walter. Mi esposo… Hardly. There’s no ring on my finger, not that one would fit over these swollen salchichas anyway. Ay, if my body doesn’t go back to the way it was before that man put his child in me, I will make him change every last diaper.
I told Walter we should have left. Mi hermana has an extra room in Fort Myers, but no. We have no car. Walter says he gets sick on buses. He says the tickets cost too much. La tormenta va a pasar. No hay nada de qué preocuparse. Si, except the life of your unborn child.
Marry that man? Not on his life. It’s his fault that I’m pregnant. It’s his fault that we live in this shithole apartment building, and it’s his fault that some tiny, angry woman is going to deliver my baby with un loco waving a gun at all of them.
“ Ah! This baby is not going to be waiting out the storm!” I shout as pain rips through my body. I can feel it in my belly and all the way to the ends of my hair laying sweaty against my back. “He’s just as impatient as his useless father!”
I know he’s not useless. I know this on a day when I am not the size of a hippopotamus with feet so swollen I could use them as canoes. But today is not that day.
Dios mio! The pain comes again and I am convinced I am going to be ripped in two. This baby is going to kill me if the storm doesn’t. Or the sea monster. Or the man with the gun. Or the tiny woman.
“Is anyone going to help me or am I going to do this on my own just like everything else?”
“Angela, I am going to deliver your baby,” the FBI agent calls from wherever she is, doing whatever she is doing that is taking far longer than it should. “I need you to remain calm.”
“Of course,” I say through clenched teeth. “Why wouldn’t I stay calm in a hurricane with a killer octopus trying to eat us?”
Walter is pacing around me when the FBI agent (I think she said her name was Dina?) comes into the room with a bucket of water. “I need as many towels as you can find,” she yells at the asshole with the gun. “Angela, we need to lay you down. Maybe your husband can find a blanket for the floor.”
“He’s not my husband.”
“Angela, we are going—”
“Not now, Walter, lo juro por dios."
I breathe through a contraction and then another while the idiotas run from place to place while yelling at each other. My unborn child is going to be a sprinter, I’m sure of it, because I can feel him working his way out so fast there is nothing I can do but lower myself to the disgusting apartment floor and scream.
Walter comes running and sits behind me. I want to hate him, but he feels good once he wraps his arms around me. I let my weight fall back as I try to manage the pain.
“Long, even breath!” he tells me. Respirar.
“You got it. Breathe... Breathe,” Dina says and I’m suddenly grateful that she’s here, even though a nice dry hospital with my doctor and lots of drugs would have been better. “Okay, Angela, I'm going to need you to push, okay? I need you to help me help you. Okay. So let's push.”
I yell and yell. Everything around me is a blur as I feel the baby pushing to come out. I can’t hear the storm over my screams. I forget about the octopus because this baby is trying to kill me faster than anything else.
Dina is encouraging me and Walter is doing… whatever Walter is doing. All I do is push.
“I can feel it up there,” Dina says, and I don’t even want to think about how far up there she really is.
“She can feel it up there!” Walter repeats.
“Okay, come on. Puuush! ” Dina yells. “Good! You got it. Okay. Here it comes.”
“Here it comes,” Walter repeats like un loro.
“Here it comes. It's coming. Okay,” Dina says before she stops and I don’t know what’s happening but I need to get this baby out ahora!
She and Walter are saying something but me estoy muriendo. “I'm having it! I'm having it! I'm having it!” I yell over and over again because it’s the only thing I can think to say.
I don’t realize it’s going to happen, but all of a sudden, mi bebe is in the woman’s arms, but she’s yelling and I think something is wrong.
“Pick up the gun!”
The baby is crying. I want to hold him, but Dina is yelling and there’s a bang.
La lluvia? Dentro?
There’s a loud thud and choking from behind me. The door bursts open and Dina calls out the other agent’s name. Something with an M that I can’t remember. The baby is still screaming, now from el agua.
"Mi bebe," I say, stretching my arms out, my fingers touching his body, and Dina remembers that he is in her hands.
She passes him to me and I cradle him in my arms, touching his cold wet cheek to my own.
It’s the sprinklers. I can think again, and realize sprinklers are pouring down on us.
Dina is talking to me, and to her partner, but I’m not paying attention. Walter’s arms tighten around me as we try to keep the baby dry.
"Nosotros vamos a estar bien," Walter says in my ear.
I rub my face up against his and hold our baby to our chest. He’s right. Everything will be okay. "Te amo, mi amor."

So I came across a post earlier about the stereotypical movie cliches with a hetero cis white guy as the mc, and I started thinking it would be sooo much more interesting if he actually had a crush on the popular girls boyfriend instead, and everyone just thought he liked popular girl. Then I was like, omg everyone should have terrible gaydar, except for one observant side character, think Angela the herbalist from Eragon vibes, who is finding the whole thing hilarious because they know that popular girl and popular guy are both gay as flip and use each other as a cover.
Since they’re from a small town, they’ve just assumed that they would get a bad reaction if they came out so, to avoid the possible homophobia, they just ‘dated’ each other. Then I started thinking about gaydar, and how unfair it is that everyone else has top notch gaydar, meanwhile I’m sitting here, sad and alone, since I cannot for the life of me identify the gays, so I’m probably gonna be single forever since, for some reason, it is soooo much more intimidating to accidentally hit on a straight person than a gay person. Like, if I ask someone out and they turn out to be gay? We can just laugh about the misunderstanding, I can bemoan the state of my gaydar, but if I ask out a straight? I will immediately have the fear of god put into me and I will have to never meet this person again. This could be solved by just dating someone I already know, since I’d probably know their preference, but at that point I would have adopted them into my found family, and killed any romantic feelings I could have had towards them.
To add to this already difficult problem, I am very much a stereotypical ace and, for some godforsaken reason, every time I meet someone ace they find out “oh turns out I’m not ace, soz lol” and I’m left there to stew in my loneliness, like a sad lonely beef stew. At least I’m pan, so I got slightly more options, but it doesn’t help when I’m a sad lonely introverted hermit. I just need a good cook to fall out of the sky and be ace and attracted to me. I’m not asking for much here, I just need a good cook. Although actually, now that I think about it, they have to have a good personality as well. I refuse to date a douche canoe. Packaging and extra features don’t make up for a rotten inside. But still it’s not that much to ask for. I can even forgo the good cook part, just so long as they’re nice.

I’m on season 3 now…
I already hate Jackson’s new T.O…. How long do I have to deal with this douche canoe?
Also is Angela’s new boss gonna stop being a dick? I don’t like him either 😤
