Also, the last boss in Remnant II is dope af! I loved the fight and the music. Hoping I can manage it in Nightmare mode when the time comes (my first playthrough was on Veteran).

now that i'm thinking on it, aneira could be my dedicated veil jumper rook. i think she and bellara would get on like a house on fire.

that just leaves mourn watch, ironically, as the only faction i haven't prepared a rook for. i think in part because i kind of just want to throw cailleach in there. i'm definitely going to do a playthrough with her at some point since i want her to interact with emmrich. though, ideally, she'd have gone with solas and have been helping him.

I was looking at the posts with Aneira and I made it to the introduction idea when I realized something: Akoya has her modern design instead of her old one. How long was the design change planned?

The best definite answer I have is since April 22, as I made a post about her design change then. At that point I wasn't sure if it would be a retcon or something she would do to herself in-story, but what I ended up doing works out well for plot reasons. :3

Personality : Isfrid is seen as a regal, stern, and all around icy person (No pun intended) to others. At first, they weren’t wrong! It’s how Isfrid was brought up as a potential future ruler. Though once you’ve managed to crack her walls, She’s awkward, thoughtful and caring towards others. She worries about others more than herself.

Ever since her time as Diasomnia’s Housewarden, she’s been known to always help others feel included and comfortable, something she couldn’t experience growing up. However…Isfrid is extremely paranoid, constantly worrying about the safety of those around her because of her. As a 4th year she isn’t on campus as much, but she takes any chance to be on campus to spend time with her sister Astrid.

Unique Magic : ‘ Into The Unknown ‘

“I won’t be afraid of taking risks anymore, Into The Unknown!”

Although Isfrid’s power goes FAR beyond her unique magic, It’s something she’s proudly developed without pressure from her parents. ‘ Into The Unknown ‘ allows Isfrid to create bridges of ice. This allows her to move swiftly and quick across a field, increasing her dodging skills. The ice bridge can be used as a vantage point from above, creating distance in battle. Isfrid makes an ice staircase or ramp that leads to the bridge.

In day to day life, She utilizes her UM to help others by making ice bridges to get across difficult terrain or even take a shortcut through a forest. This made her popular among those who enjoy outdoor activities!

Every time Isfrid visits Astrid, they build a snowman together.

She was Diasomnia’s housewarden in her first year after the original housewarden dropped out.

Isfrid is very overprotective of Astrid, she really just wants the best for her little sister!

She feels and shows more confidence while in Diasomnia/the uniform. She feels free enough to let her hair down.

While Isfrid holds both of her parents very accountable for the hurt and trauma they’ve caused, she still speaks and writes to her mother every now and then because she knows one day she’ll be able to forgive her. It won’t be soon though.

Isfrid gets colds during the summer, it causes her to act a bit..loopy.

Isfrid hasn’t cut her hair since she was 13.

Isfrid’s one of the 4th years that visit campus a lot, She’s sometimes there during free time or as a teacher assistant.

Isfrid is horrible at board games.

She’s the type to wear hoodies to the beach.

When Isfrid is embarrassed or flustered, she freezes up. Literally. You can see her turn into ice.

A lot of her outfits involve long skirts with slits, they compliment her long legs!

Her gloves were a going-away gift from her mother before she left for NRC.
