Godddd i was literally watching scene packs of him the other day and then immediately pivoted to writing a little draft where Reader develops powers but keeps it from their mom (because their mom fucking sucks) and you move to a new city and you/your mom are struggling to pay bills and you get approached by Machine Head who not only knows you have superpowers but managed to trap your mom into a predatory loan and he basically blackmails/coerces you into being his personal goon so he doesn't kill her

Like ngl when Titan smashed his desk in a rage and MH's basically all "see?! THAT'S why I can never let you go" that uh, that's the kind of possessive villain x hero shit that I live for. I even Googled if he was a cyborg or an android just because I wanted to hypothesize what his dick situation is. He has one as far as I'm concerned. He probably doesn't eat or drink which is a bit of a plot hole but I don't care. He's still organic from the waist down as far as I'm concerned

But then it's like :3 what's to stop him from expanding his demands? What's to stop him from saying "hey Reader, suck me off under the expensive desk I had to replace after you smashed it. Italian maple ain't cheap you know, so pay up". What's to stop him from bugging your home and seeing you in all of your private moments, including in the shower or when you're sleeping? What's to stop him from saying, "you know what, ride my dick or I'll just kill your mom and burn your apartment down, I literally own the building you guys are living in anyways". He'd burn the whole place down and leave you homeless if it meant he could wrap a tighter leash around you

Just the idea that he sends a summons for you and you're expecting to be told to kill a guy or fight someone or do something illegal and he's just outright, "soooo, anyways, I was thinking about it, aaaaaaaand I want you to take your clothes off" and you've just got ice in your veins as you weigh whether you want to listen to him or try to rush forward and kill him.

Of course, I also like the outcome of, just as you're about to start stripping down to do whatever he says, that's when Cecil and the GDA storm the building and here Stedman is, "we've got your mom in a secure location, come work for us instead" and you couldn't be more relieved to be offered a job as a government stooge. Of course that just leaves Machine Head all the more... hungry and vengeful that you slipped through his fingers before he got to indulge in any of his personal fantasies. Sucks for you that he becomes even more powerful and influential when he escapes :3

When did you start writing?

I think in about 1st or 2nd grade, I ended up attempting to be cool and famous in my school by writing a stupid comic or something about a cat that gets superpowers. I vividly remember writing an entire 3 page comic about the cat and his evil doppelganger doing a trivia game show to prove which is which.

Are the genres/themes you enjoy reading different from the ones you write?

Little known fact, I love vampires. I love dark fantasy, and everything attached, but I also enjoy Dystopistic SciFi. Really enjoyed the Bladerunner series and ever since, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep has been on my 'to read' list. So maybe sometime soon I do something relayed to the concept of mortality and robots or something.

Is there an author (or just a fellow writer!) you want to emulate, or one to whom you’re often compared?

I don't really try to imitate anyone when it comes to writing, I just kinda let the mind guts spill and whatever comes out I live with. I do me best, I don't want to try to be someone else.

Can you tell me a little about your writing space(s)?

I write laying stomach down on my bunkbed/desk from about 10pm-12am PST. Also on the bus sometimes.

What’s your most effective way to muster up some muse?

Monster, situation, in that order. Vampire, Crazy Person. Werewolf, Imposter Syndrome. Zombie, Janitor. Skeleton, Fight Club. Shapeshifter, Isolation. I'm actively running out of ideas because I can't think of any more cool monsters to write about. Maybe more vampires.

Did the place(s) you grew up in influence the people and places you write about?

Not really? I grew up in the suburbs near a beach, but didn't really go out for the sake of going out all that much, and now we've moved to a place where the nearest town is a 20 minute drive away so I can't go out for the sake of going out. It was definitely the early and fairly unrestricted access to the internet that created the author who spouts nonsense to you today.

Are there any recurring themes in your writing, and if so, do they surprise you at all?

Your Characters

Would you please tell me about your current favorite character? (Current WIP, past WIP, never used, etc.)

Easily it's Mirage, The Blue Knight. She started as a stupid joke for a one shot, got translated from sci-fi to fantasy, lost some character elements, gained an actual backstory, I wrote an unused campaign which revolved around her as an antagonist. Some close contenders are Anders Deephall and Jones + Nathaniel MacGee

Which of your characters would you be friends with in real life?

All of the people I write about are horrible and murder on a weekly basis, but I would have to go with Siobhan, just because I imagine she's chill and mellow when she isn't thinking about also eating you.

Which characters would you dislike the most if you met them?

Probably Ava, because she doesn't have any redeeming qualities (I haven't written them yet), she's a murderer, and she's named after a character in Borderlands 3 who I like as a presence on screen, but definitely not my favorite.

Tell me about the process of coming up with your characters?

As outlined previously, I come up with a monster, and then a scenario, but that applies to the story as a whole. When I make a character, I go after personality first and foremost. Ava is naive and overenthusiatic about something she definitely shouldn't be, Prometheus makes sure hes groomed, dressed nicely, and speaks properly because it reflects the way he thinks he deserves to be treated, and Siobhan is socially awkward because she's dead and doesn't entirely get society. I almost never describe a character's physical appearance. This is because I personally think that a picture is worth a thousand words, and so why waste a thousand words trying to describe a picture when you can use them to describe the way a person feels and thinks which is infantismally more complex than how a shirt looks, and gives you a better feeling of the character and their personality.

Do you notice any reoccurring themes/traits in your characters?

Every single character I write is a freak, physically or socially. Anders is a maniac when it comes to learning something he doesn't know, and has no qualms with a letting Monster inhabitants headspace if he gets to know more. Siobhan is socially bereft, she doesn't understand how the construct of society itself is supposed to function, and also is dead and eats people. Ava pulled apart the corpses of the people who loved her to learn how a body works. Mirage has spent the last 100 years living and crying and killing in an abandoned castle in the deep woods of a land declared lost by all factions. Everyone is a freak. How do you picture your characters?

Anders is an average height guy with brown hair and maybe unkempt sideburns. His defining trait in my mind is the white dress shirt, brown vest, and tie he wears that are tailored for a beast 2 feet taller than him. I see Siobhan as a woman in her mid 20s who's skin has gone gray. She feels like she'd hunch on her mop for support and have awful posture. Those are the only two I feel like describing though, because Mirage has no definite shape, Ava's looks do not matter to me, and I actively avoid Nick's series.

Your Writing

What’s your reason for writing?

I would fucking explode if I didn't. Also I get to elaborate on TTRPG characters without having to worry about scheduling.

Is there a specific comment or type of comment you find particularly motivating coming from your readers?

Anything. Literally anything. I once got a comment that just said "fucking sick" or something, and it made my entire day. Any sort of interaction be it commenting or likes let's me know I'm not just screaming fruitlessly into an endless abyss where no one can hear me.

How do you want to be thought of by those who read your work?

Goblin who emerges from his cave every 2 weeks to put out, at worst, a mediocre fruit cake.

What do you feel is your greatest strength as a writer?

Idk? Originality? I've never heard of an Illegal Necromancer Mecha Skeleton Fighting Ring before, but maybe I'm just not looking hard enough. Or maybe I'm clueless to some big massive story that I'm accidentally ripping off. Or maybe it's my ability to write "I'm" in the same spot, 3 times in a row.

What have you been frequently told your greatest writing strength is by others?

"Fucking awesome" -tashaiseverseeing1.

How do you feel about your own writing?

Other than To Hunt A Vampire, which I have said many times I don't like because it felt rushed and whatnot, I think I'm just fine. I know people who have been driving cars for years and still don't know the difference between Their, There, and They're, so I'm probably alright.

If you were the last person on earth and knew your writing would never be read by another human, would you still write?

If by some miracle I lived long enough to write at all, I would write. Maybe in something that would stand the test of time, so that when the light in my eyes exits stage left, my story may still be felt, or heard, or maybe even read by some distant intelligence.

When you write, are you influenced by what others might enjoy reading, or do you write purely what you enjoy?

I wrote a very long rant about the sanctity of writing and how Jesus died so that humans could sin, but the short answer is that I would not stop loving vampires if I thought that might get more people to read my stories.

That was fun but it took a very long time. There was probably an easier way and I'm just being dense but it is 1:27 am as I write this and I would rather be asleep than contemplate the ways I could have written this better.

Questions are happening!! HAZZAH!!!

Soooo here's the thing, I am really neither. My perfect day is going to bed at 10:30 and waking up at 7-8 and I think that counts as both or neither.

My favorite thing to do when I have free time is really anything creative! I have been writing a lot recently but sometimes I will draw, sculpt, sew, knit, etc.

My dream job is to be an author and be able to live comfortably off just what I make from my books :]

Kind of depends on the situation. I usually will not go out of my way to interact with someone (irl) unless I am complimenting them or I am with someone who is more uncomfortable interacting.

I love the fall but my real calling is summer.

My favorite genre to read or watch is mystery, I love a good mystery! Bonus points if it is a lil spooky or supernatural

The first characters that come to mind when I think of ones I see myself in are Raphael (TMNT) and Data (Star Trek: TNG). I have always really resonated with Raph, I think maybe because he is so passionate and caring but people don't really see that part of him because it is overshadowed a lot of the time by his anger. I see myself in Data because he is often othered (by himself and those around him) for "not having emotions" (and being a android) when, in reality, he does have emotions but expresses them in ways different from those around him.

For an actual place I would say New Zealand, it seems so beautiful. But I would really just like to live in a place close to all my friends.

I want to say a dog because I have always wanted to be a dog but I think it would be really nice to be a fish. A pretty one too, like a Betta or a big ass sun fish

Supernatural was my first experience with fandom and I think that did a lot for me.

Hello and welcome,

the quick disclaimer about this blog is none of the projects have plans on being produced. I may be actively working on all of them but I have 0 plans on doing anything substantial with them. Now that you are aware of it here are what projects I'm doing and the gist of them:

Alphabet Soup

This (in theory) is a romance game with 26 romantic options (ROs) for the player to date. They cover the whole expanse of the alphabet with their names, hence the title. The plot so far is non-existent, but the characters have designs and personalities

Bouquet Baes

A romance game with a classical royal fantasy setting, the blood lines are based on flowers, and there 7 ROs. Basic plot is there is a week(+?) celebration happening and it's your debut event, who will you spend your time with or maybe even court? Working on character designs have some story and route ideas.

The Blacksmith

Also a romance game it would have matchmaking and weekly planner aspects. You are the mystical blacksmith for a kingdom going to war, in preparation the monarch has found 5 sentient swords for you to fix up and pair off with his top 5 warriors. How well the pairings go will depend on you. The main character (MC) can end up with either the swords, the people, or in a poly relationship with one of the pairs you make. The fun thing about this one is the MC is not actively pursuing the characters they will just fall for them and by the end of the game have the choice to accept or reject their feelings. Working on designs and story.

Mac and Chester

My cute gay couple OCs this would be for their story of romance that ends in tragedy and also has superpower elements. Chester has basic improved speed and strength and Mac has Groundhog Day powers where when he dies the day restarts. The characters are well fleshed out. Now, I'm just working on the plot of the actual story and their romance.

Developing Shape-shifting: the All Powerful Gods Gave me a Second Life But I Can't Be Born a Man??

This in theory would be a webtoon. The main character Eli a trans man gets isekaied(?) And is still AFAB his journey is the quest of developing shape-shifting so his body can look exactly how he wants. Plot fully developed working on character design and then writing, then in theory storyboarding.

My Lucky Cleric

Would be a webtoon. The Goddess of misfortune has accidentally killed every servant of hers with her erratic powers. That is until she found a man blessed by the luck God to make her cleric. Kind of still in the idea phase would be about their travels and shenanigans.

Bolts and Screws

Would also be a webtoon. A nonbinary and asexual human inventor has done it they made a fully functional android! But why is she so horny? Would be silly and lighthearted interactions between inventor and invention. Also in the idea phase.

How Many Today's Has it Been?

A love sory between someone with unpredictable time loop abilities and their completely average best friend. Probably set in the same world as Mac and Chester. The story would be told through the POV of the best friend so the audience doesn't know how many loops its been and can only guess by how not well the other character is doing. Could maybe be a short visual novel with a good and bad end.

Spectrum

A magical world with the powers being based on colors. So far, I have only basic world building and getting the magic system together, I have one character thought of and no story yet.

The hedgehogs are the only non-humanoids, so whole class of their own there.

As for Milo, the use of the Crystal isn't unique to him. Anyone who has been given an Atlantean crystal can use it the same way. It's like being given the common use key for the computers at a library or school. Milo, however, received the King's crystal, the 'master control' key if you will. The all-access key, which is what the royal family has. They're the system admins here (Rourke becomes one by his connection to Milo). Aso of right now, I don't think I have any RPs where he's secretly Atlantean, that's in my fics, but I did add that as an option on his muse page.

Milo's real 'power' i guess is his near-superhuman intelligence.

But yeah, I guess they do all kinda have superpowers, though Clu and Tes lose theirs if they leave the Grid (I'm counting Tes' extendo-hand things). Hal has greater than human strength, being an android. Rourke is the closest one to an ordinary human, but he still has his strength and longevity (in one thread I'm doing, he's 9022 years old and still only looks/acts/feels 54). He's also a great marksman and strategist (similar to Tes, but both have military background, so that's kind of expected). And he does have admin clearance for the Atlantis crystal thing (he got really good at healing himself with the crystal while teaching Milo to drive a truck.)

yknow what ive been looking for an excuse to lore dump abt my superhero universe LETS TALK ABOUT MY BOYE SONNIE

SO first things first, a lil bit of context/world building: the story is set on an alternate reality earth and in the WAY distant future, so its INCREDIBLY technologically advanced, and about 2/3 of the population have superpowers

sonnies thing is that he was born a regular rabbit hybrid with simple electricity powers, but after a near fatal accident he was kidnapped by a group of genetic experimenters who turned him into a jackalope hybrid and gave him technology control powers and, the one that makes him op, urban empowerment

given that this world is hyper futuristic, its SUPER tech+electricity reliant, meaning sonnie would be incredibly strong anyway, but the urban empowerment really kicks it up to the next level. he can feel the city as if its an extension of himself- the electrical grid is like a second cardiovascular system, and he can use it to travel anywhere in the city near instantly by transforming himself into electricity, which is only possible because of the empowerment. even without doing this, hes a wicked fast speedster, probably the fastest in in-universe history, and could navigate the city backwards and with his eyes closed. tech wise, he can tap into any technological device, including cybernetics and androids, completely undetected, and take full control, without even needing physical contact, which is unheard of in any other tech based powers, and hes a mechanic/inventor himself, with designs that are basically impossible to recreate, due to his powers enhancing his understanding of the tech he works on/with. with enough preparation, concentration, and willpower, he could, in the most literal of senses, take control of the entire city. and like, this city is the capitol, the largest city in the country. pop him in any city environment and hes nigh unstoppable. sonnie is upbeat, fun-loving and cheerful, and all around a sweet and friendly person, but hes pretty serious about his "heroics" work. heroics in quotes, because in universe you need a specialized license to be a recognized hero and have to follow strict laws, which he and his squad do not. in fact, they commit their fair amount of crimes- mostly theft, gotta fund the group somehow- and are considered villains by the law/heroes. and, to be fair, they do engage in some villainous type activity too. theyre just as likely to team up with the legal heroes as they are to fight them. for the most part, though, they just do the heroes jobs for them because they dont have to follow the same strict laws. sonnie has been known to cause a bit of chaos every now and then, though. a "hi-tech, high-stakes prankster," hes been called. its a very apt description

but, his greatest strength is also his greatest weakness- the urban empowerment is tied to all of his powers, including his animal hybrid ones, and because hes a genetically modified hybrid of an animal that doesnt actually exist, hes...a little fragile. not weak, not by any means; hes still a rabbit, speed and agility are his thing, and he can kick with enough force to crack concrete, not to mention his ramming power with his antlers. but, he is still disabled; his cybernetics are full prosthetics, he suffers from chronic migraines due to his antlers, and has full body aches basically 24/7. and, again, this is all tied to his urban empowerment, meaning that the further out from any urban environments he gets, not just the weaker his powers get, but also the physically weaker he gets, and the more pain he feels. going from the big city to the outer suburbs would reduce him to a power level around where he would be if the experiments hadnt happened and in greater (but still manageable) pain, going to a small town or village would completely disable his tech manipulation and probably leave him wheelchair bound from the pain, and dropping him in the middle of nowhere could potentially kill him. but hes also plenty aware of this and has basically no reason to ever leave the city limits so its not like it matters ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (genuinely, i havent thought far enough ahead in this story for it to come up lmao)

Demons Are Angels When It Comes To Love

Summary: Natasha loves a demon. And she definitely shows it.

Pairings: Natasha Romanoff x Fem!Demon!Reader, Wanda and Pietro and Tony x Reader (besties), Carol x Brunnhilde (lovers <3).

Warnings: Demon stuff, Rhodey being an asshole, Tony not being an asshole (that’s a first), protective twins. Body image issues, shapeshifting causing mental harm, blood, injuries.

The world knows about aliens, androids and wizards, a few of them on the Avengers mighty team that stretched across galaxies. But the creator, Nicholas Joseph Fury, kept a small secret from them all.

Demons and angels walked amongst them.

He had found you when you’d gotten high off of a drugged mortal, who eventually overdosed six hours later. You were in a holding cell and it wasn’t your first time, but your powers were out of whack because of the mix of heroin, cocaine, MDMA and alcohol. He took you home after paying the fine for being drunk and disorderly, but luckily the blood wasn’t questioned since it was Halloween.

Nobody really questioned your appearance, it wasn’t unlikely given what they’d previously dealt with, but the whole demon side was new. They’d seen horns, wings and a tail before - yours were very much what they’d pictured in ‘cartoons’ and in biblical manners.

But then… Then you met Natasha.

Natasha was the best thing you’d come across in your entire life. Her soul was pure, even if she thought her actions and past made her darker than your own soul. Then you explained to her one night that you didn’t have a soul, which made her giggle.

You made sure you heard that sound everyday you could, and so far in your one and a half month relationship, you had. She would come around to your place almost every day, and on the days she couldn’t, you’d send her funny texts and she promised to use the voice messages to calm you down.

Natasha’s friends, however…

Being a demon came with pros and cons. Pros - shapeshifting, magic, immortality, general superpowers like invulnerability and super senses and reflexes. Cons - Hard-core Christians, old people, immortality. Most young people saw the pros and often asked for a demonstration, whilst older people threw crosses or swore at you.

You really didn’t want that to happen when you moved into the compound. 

It was an order given by Fury, who demanded you be transferred from a regular SHIELD agent to the Avengers, and Tony was very pleased to have you. He admired your ability to consume alcohol with no or little effect, your intelligence gifted by time, your powers that he could test his machines on with your consent, and he loved your personality and relationship with Natasha.

He never thought the Triple Impostor could learn to love. But, if it had to be anyone, it would probably be a demon. 

Sitting in his lab, you watched him fiddle with something in his suit’s knee before a knock came to the door. You smiled widely, giving the redhead a flash of your fangs, before she leapt into your arms and you easily caught her.

“Hey, sweetness.” You kissed her softly, holding her jaw and some of her neck.

“Hi.” She gleamed up at you.

“How was your mission?” You asked, seating her on your lap whilst your tail curled around her waist.

“It was good. We got two more Widows free, and Yelena’s gone to make more vials.” She murmured as she leaned into you, her hand coming up your shirt to tickle against your back.

“Come on, then. Let’s go and get you showered.” 

You stood, your tail keeping her by your hip, and you patted Tony on the back. “See ya, Stark.”

“Don’t forget about the party tonight! I need my demon girl there for drunk poker!” He called out as you left. 

You helped Natasha shower, washing her hair for her whilst she just leaned against you, and you thanked her when she washed your bat-like wings. You wrapped her up in your fuzzy towel, taking the rougher one instead, and helped her get dressed before laying her down in bed.

“Tasha, I have to do some work for Fury, so you should have a nap and when you wake up, I’ll be done.” You kissed her forehead, but she grabbed onto your wrist.

“But we always cuddle after a mission.” She whined.

She watched your eyes change from their dark auburn to their acidic yellow, looking over her. She stayed still and watched them change back, grinning when you sighed. “Come on, then.” 

You sank into your chair and opened up the files needed finishing, waiting for her to sit down on your lap. She nestled into you, kissing you gently as she admired your features.

“Are you excited for the party tonight?” She queried, braiding a small section of your hair.

“I sure am. Haven’t seen Wanda and Pietro for ages. I missed my speedy buddy.” 

“What about me?” She smirked, and you snickered into a kiss on her temple.

“I always miss you. If I was allowed, I’d come and visit you.” 

She grinned, proud of herself, but you saw in the reflection of the screen that she was getting sleepy. You warmed yourself up and exchanged her shirt with one of your own via summoning, leaving the buttons undone but her bra covered her boobs to stop tempting you.

“Sleep well, my sweet.” You kissed her head softly before dulling the sounds around you, giving her as much peace as she needed.

When she woke in her bed, you greeted her by a surprise teleportation on top of her. She grinned sleepily at you and you gently sank on top of her, peppering her cheeks with little kisses. “Good evening, Sleeping Beauty.” 

“Have you come to wake me from my slumber, Princess Y/N?” She gently kissed your lips, tasting a bit of cinnamon.

“Doughnuts, my human.” You answered her thought and she quickly rolled on top of you. 

“What time is it?” She plopped down on top of you but you didn’t get winded.

“6. Party starts at 7.” 

She nuzzled her head into your neck and kissed your skin. “I don’t wanna go.” Her groan was muffled, but you caught it.

“I know, sugar. But we do need to make at least an hour’s appearance.” You gently ran your nails up and down her back.

“If you keep doing that, I’m gonna fall back asleep and we’re gonna be late.” 

“I can get us ready in a flash, my darling.” You chuckled.

The hour passed quickly before Natasha and you made your appearance outside in the courtyard, your suit matching her dark velvet red dress. Eyes were drawn to you both, but you made no effort in your magical ability and Natasha’s arm linked in yours showed she was very much taken.

You made your rounds to whom you needed to before you spotted platinum blonde hair next to brunette, the two turning into blurs until they hugged you tightly.

“Demonica!” Pietro yelled in excitement.

“Hello, Pietro and Wanda.” You smiled at them both.

“This party is going to be so boring if you don’t do something.” He whined, the childish soul of his desperate for dopamine.

“You both look stunning.” Wanda complimented, especially on the little chains that hung from your horns and woven into your hair.

You kissed Natasha as she left, admiring how she walked with self-confidence and almost regality before Pietro sped you to the couch. 

“Alright, let’s play!” 

You looked at your surrounding opponents in this game of drunk poker - Carol and Brunnhilde were together, the blonde sitting on her king’s lap; Tony and Pepper, but the strawberry blonde wasn’t paying attention; Pietro and Wanda, the girl not knowing how to play; and Rhodey was your final opponent, sitting by himself on the couch to your right.

The game started off with everyone having 20 chips, divided evenly by Peter who was now talking to Happy and Fury. You won the first two rounds with a royal flush and a full house, earning yourself a total of 56 chips since everyone had bet highly. 

Tony won, then Carol and Bruni (as you nicknamed her), and Pietro won a hand with Wanda’s help. Rhodey, however, was getting pissed off as he was now down to 6 chips. 

“Hey, Demonica, want a drink?” Pietro asked and you nodded, thanking him for his offer before he sped away.

“Why does he call you that?” Rhodey questioned.

“Because he likes Metallica and I’m a demon.” You replied, answering Rhodey’s call of one chip.

“Wow, never would have guessed from your get-up.” He chuckled sarcastically, watching Carol/Bruni and Tony fold, Pietro having done so to get drinks.

You thanked FRIDAY for dealing the next card, your set of ace/king fairing well with the ten and nine. “I wouldn’t call it a get-up, for it is my natural shape. Our king is a kind one, and accepting of all shapes and sizes of us.” 

“But you know that everyone is terrified of you, right?” 

Your hand was outstretched to raise the bet, but Rhodey beat it to you and called all-in. “W-What?” 

“You don’t know? Really?” He scoffed. “Wow. You really don’t understand humans.” 

“How am I not understanding you?”

“Rhodey, cut it out, man.” Tony grumbled.

You turned your powers back on and sniffed Rhodey’s scent, almost gagging from the amount of alcohol in his veins. “You are intoxicated, James Rhodes. I will not be speaking to you anymore tonight.” 

You guided your chips to Carol and Brunnhilde before going to the bar, finding Pietro there with Wanda and Natasha. You came to Natasha’s side and placed your hand on the small of her back, kissing her forehead gently before listening to the conversation.

“So there was this one girl in HYDRA that Wanda really liked, and dare I say even kissed… and they were so cute!” Pietro grinned at his blushing sister.

“Shut up, Pietro! I told you that in confidence!” Wanda grumbled, looking over at you.

“Oh, hey Y/N/N.” 

“Hello, my favourite twins.” You smirked. “Is it okay if I steal my beautiful girlfriend from your conversation?”

“Of course!” 

You took Natasha’s hand in yours and gently guided her to the fountain outside, sitting down on a bench that faced the beautiful structure. Natasha sat next to you, still holding your hand, and sat in the silence with you.

She knew you struggled with your pure demonic side. The instincts that lay beneath the shell of an intelligent mind. The urge to drink from humans, to punish and make them serve you. She understood what it was like to want to fall back onto those instincts, and she gently kissed the back of your hand to gain your attention.

“What is it, Y/N?” She asked oh so gently, as if her very breath could knock over the tower of your emotions like they were cards.

“I am alright, Tasha. I just needed some air.” You murmured, gently taking her hand in yours to trace your nails over her hand.

Though she doubted your words, she didn’t question them. 

“Thank you for loving me.” You looked at her, eyes full of love.

“I could say the same, my dear.” She cupped your cheek and kissed you softly, pulling away ever so slightly.

“I think we’ve stayed past our hour. Let’s go to bed.” 

You nodded, guiding the shadows to encase you and your love.

Natasha was right. She was always right.

Over the coming days, you were taken on less missions and nobody could enter your room. On one day that almost everybody had gone, you found yourself looking in the mirror at your reflection. 

“But you know that everyone is terrified of you right?” 

Really? Were you really that hideous to look at? You pushed and pulled at the soft skin of your stomach, the already red tone not showing any evidence. 

*I guess I could show a little less skin… Maybe even do…* You shifted into human colours, sifting through them until you found something you felt was normal.

You looked at your horns and gently shrank them until they disappeared, doing the same with your wings and tail before shortening your nails and fangs. You did a little google search and found the selection of eye colours, picking one that sorta matched the human skin.

*Hmm. I’ll have to get Rhodey’s opinion.* You muttered, looking around for your phone.

“Who… the hell… are you?”

You lifted your head to see Natasha aiming her gun at your forehead, calling out to FRIDAY to alert the team of an intruder. You quickly raised your hands and undid your magic to reveal your eyes, realisation flickering through hers.

“Y/N/N? What…? I don’t understand.” She threw her gun down and came over to you, patting her hands and walking around you.

“Where are your wings? Your tail, your horns, your fangs?”

She looked up at you and cupped your cheeks, her thumbs brushing over your skin - skin she didn’t see as yours.

“Bring it all back. Right now.” She demanded pleadingly.

You closed your eyes and easily broke down your façade, letting her check over you once more to make sure everything was back. She hugged you tightly and sat you down on the bed, taking your hand.

“Y/N, I need you to listen to me. I love you. I love you more than anything or anyone on every single plane of existence, and you need to know that so deeply that you will never doubt it. You need to know it in your bones. And if it takes me telling you every single day for that to happen, then so it will be.” 

You stayed quiet as she studied your hand. “Who made you doubt yourself? Because I certainly know it wasn’t me, Pietro, Wanda or Tony.”

She looked at you after you didn’t answer straight away, her stare piercing through your eyes and into your soul; if you even had one. “Who was it, Y/N? First name, last name, birthday, I don’t care how much information you give me, because I will hunt them down and make them pay for hurting you.” 

“Nobody can hurt me, my love.” You murmured.

“No? Then why do you wish to hide your true self? I do not love you for that other form, I love you for you.” She retorted hastily, your hands taking hers quickly.

“Okay, okay.” You kissed your hands that encompassed hers, closing your eyes as you sent the name through to her mind.

*James Rhodes.* It echoed as her vision turned red.

“Stay here.” She ordered and you did not move for the time she was gone. 

How long it was, you didn’t know, but she came back with bloodied knuckles and a split lip. You instantly stood, your eyes glowing as you towered over her. “Who hurt you?”

“I fought Rhodey for being an asshole to you. And I won.” She smirked, placing a hand on your chest.

“Breathe, my demon. Relax.” 

You took a deep breath and pushed down the instincts, most of which listened to her command. You then opened your eyes, taking another deep breath before you kissed her knuckles. “Come on.”

You took her to the bathroom and gently cleaned her hands, doing a little bit of magic so that they’d heal faster. You turned her around and kissed her deeply, holding her by her waist so that she wouldn’t fall back.

“Thank you, my love.” 

FRIDAY’s call for dinner had both of you wide-eyed, with Natasha leading you by the arm around your waist. 

“Where is your tail?” She asked.

“Right here, Tasha.” You gently wrapped it around her forearm and watched her visibly relax, realising something. 

Your form was what kept Natasha calm. The familiarity of it. Natasha needed you to be her demon to keep herself controlled. Unfamiliarity brought out the Widow hiding in the crevices of Natasha’s bones, and you knew she could do some damage.

As you entered the kitchen, you could feel the tension in the air. Well, actually, it was just your skin tightening from body language, but that’s the same thing.

“Where’s Rhodes?” Steve asked as he walked in with Bucky, the man giving you a pat on the shoulder with his metal arm before serving himself dinner.

“Medical wing.” Tony replied.

“Why?!” 

“Natasha beat him to a pulp. He had to resort to his War Machine hand to hurt her.” 

He looked over at Natasha and she glared at him. “Have something to say about it?”

“What did he do?” He asked instead.

“Insulted Y/N’s demon biology.” She shrugged, standing in front of you even as your tail stayed on her forearm.

“He did what?” The twins growled, Wanda’s eyes glowing and Pietro’s fists blurring in place.

“Good job, Romanoff.” Tony saluted her, dishing himself some dinner too.

“Wait. You’re all just going to agree with this?” You asked.

“Of course. You are a part of the team. You live here, which is a step up from Rhodey in the friendship circle. You are our friend, and we love having you around.” 

“FRIDAY, what is Rhodey’s assessment of injuries?” Bucky asked the AI.

“One punctured lung caused by five broken ribs, another two on the other side, snapped tibia, humerus and radius, dislocated shoulder, black eye and broken cheekbone.” She reported.

Everybody turned to Natasha, watching her curl your tail around her waist whilst wrapping your wing around her body. “My demon. Nobody hurts her without repercussions.”

The group laughed at her antics before sitting down for the movie, Natasha’s hand in yours as she took you over once she served your dinner. She fed you the dinner, making sure to give herself some too in case you scolded her, before snuggling up to you halfway through the movie.

“I love you, my demon.” She whispered against your collarbone, kissing it after.

“I love you, my human.” You replied, keeping her warm as she fell asleep.

You gladly fell asleep with her.

Antumbra assassin and cleaner who was one of the many contract children that was paid to the organization (totally not slavery btw) by his parents to settle a debt. He isn’t unique by all means Antumbra wise, but he is recognized as one of its most efficient assassins

At the age of 12 he was hired by the Slaughter family to be the bodyguard of Vincent. At the time being two mutant closeted trans children was extremely rough, so the two confided in each other. Vince more or less taught him how to be an actual person and not just a killing machine

OTHER FACTS THATRE NOT HISTORY- he is a romantic at heart and treats Vincent all lady like when they go on those weird totally-not-dates

babysat Francis a few times in the past and honestly. Wouldve probably been a good influence on Frank if Francis didn’t have that weird nigh-obsessive attachment to Vince at the time :/

His mutation is purely physical, it simply gives him a reptilian appearance and some physiology (cant handle cold weather, somewhat amphibious, venomous, etc). TUGARIN

Basically an old work friend of Carmine when they both worked for the Soviet Union. While Carmine was blackmailed into working for them Tugarin at the time was a fully fledged Russian patriot who believed in Soviet supremacy

The economic and socio-political chaos in the aftermath of 1953 (that coincided with the Martian titanomachy) kinda fueled this, and the US becoming extremely isolationist while increasing superpowered espionage didn’t help either. His increasingly erratic behavior, suspected to be a result from his uncontrolled psychic powers, got him blacklisted by the Soviet government.

At some point after Carmine escaped to the US, Tugarin tried to undergo a similar surgery but the Soviets instead took his brain, which is still considered the 2nd most powerful on Earth. They used his brain to operate the country’s nuclear defense system; after 1962 he was ‘shut down’ due to instability and the uh..fact that HE is the one who launched nukes at the US lol

He’s still operating as the defense system but his subconscious is effectively sealed away…FOR NOW HUEHUEHUEHUE

He raised and trained Agent Friday, Francis’s former adoptive parent. Is somewhat unaware of their reference of him but still kinda sees them as a surrogate kid of sorts. Would still kill Friday if he has to

Trans but in a robot way. He was built to be feminine and such but he eventually asked Lupe for a new body, which is his current one! He gave his old body away to someone else :)

TECHNICALLY has kids???? In the ‘AI can self replicate/make copies of themselves’ way?????????? Hobbes is by all means a lesser Hammond but Ham just doesn’t see it that way (nor does he like thinking abt it)

Is very much anti-alien in a pragmatic sort of thought process- he was programmed to protect humanity and the biggest threat to humanity right now is…Mars. And Martians just kinda running around eating and killing whoever they want irritates the fuck out of him so he kills them when he can. He’s one of the most OP characters in the story

When he’s introduced he crashlands in rural Japan without a body so he’s forced to parasitize a middle school bully, which is how he befriends a human girl named Rei (bully’s former victim). He hates having a human body tho cuz he doesn’t like the nosebleeds and headaches he gets from using his space powers (also weak flesh suit). He gets a new body eventually tho

He resurfaced in Siberia a couple years later working for the USSR for reasons unknown, and this is when he underwent surgery to be fused with a nanite network. He’s effectively immortal because of this which is why even though in present day he’s 88, he looks to be somewhere around 50 years old

He’s Carson’s  grandpa even though his ‘son in law’ Carnegie disagrees since Carson by all means is a clone.

So theres the empty shell of Lupe and theres the astral projection Lupe who’s still very much sane and Present but not really. Astral Lupe is busy time traveling rn and shell Lupe disappeared 15 years before the start of the story so go ahead and play the Twilight Zone theme song

Not much to say about her? She’s the current leader of Antumbra and by association is one of the greatest assassins in the world. However its a hokage type situation where she just does a lot of paperwork and deskwork

Martin’s mom but is largely absent in the physical affection/parenting department. She still loves him tho!!

(it's just a whole bunch all at once, so it feels like whatever direction I turn in there's something that isn't working right so I can't not think about it. I genuinely appreciate your kindness, though, it's really helping)

7. Are your OCs part of any story or stories?

I'll admit I keep thinking about writing original stuff, part of the reason I don't is because the internet doesn't seem to like original stuff, especially in written form.

I have a concept for Oskar and his neighbors that's all about his daily adventures and all the weird people he meets (if I could describe it stylistically, imagine it as something sort of Chowder-esque)

I mentioned it offhand in the last ask, but the amnesiac android had his own story called 'Souji's Guide to Everything' that chronicled him regaining his memories and learning more about the partly-dystopian world he lives in and how he was made, framed through the lens of each chapter being a 'lesson' relearning something he had forgotten

It's not so much a story as a long stream of fix-it fics, but I've considered writing out a bunch of instances in depressing media where the Handyman does his thing of swooping in and pulling children out of whatever bad situation that canon put them in. It would be obscenely self indulgent and that's probably mostly why I haven't already done it.

Another concept was originally based on a bunch of MHA OC's that sorta shifted into its own thing, but still had the basic concept of more or less being an assisted living facility for people with Quirks/superpowers that have massive issues or side effects that impede their daily lives

And I'm probably never going to write it out proper since there's not much of a proper plot to speak of, but I've got a regular daydream whenever I'm not doing so well about my bunny lesbians Yuri and Yukiko in their very, very idealized daily life as sickeningly-sweet newlyweds raising their baby son Shuu
