Im Einsatz für Mitarbeiter mit Pflegeaufgabe

Niederrheinische IHK vereinbart Beruf und Pflege Arbeit und Privatleben so zu organisieren, dass nichts zu kurz kommt, ist nicht so einfach. Wenn dann noch ein Angehöriger pflegebedürftig wird, wird es kompliziert und stressig. Deshalb unterstützt die Niederrheinische IHK ihre Mitarbeiter. Als erste IHK hat sie jetzt die Charta „Vereinbarkeit von Beruf & Pflege des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen“ unterzeichnet. Für das Thema macht sie sich seit 2019 stark. „Wir möchten unsere Mitarbeiter so gut es geht dabei unterstützen, Beruf und Pflege unter einen Hut zu bekommen. Gleichzeitig wollen wir für dieses Thema sensibilisieren, sodass sich auch im Kollegium ein Verständnis für diese herausfordernde Situation entwickelt“, hebt Jörg Sinnig hervor, Personalleiter bei der Niederrheinischen IHK. Greta Ollertz vom Kuratorium Deutsche Altershilfe, Projektträger des Landesprogramms Vereinbarkeit von Beruf & Pflege, freut sich über das Engagement: „Die IHK kann mit der Unterzeichnung der Charta nicht nur ihre Beschäftigten stärken, wir freuen uns auch über die Vorbild-Funktion in der Region, die die IHK mit der Unterzeichnung einnimmt.“ Pflege-Guides informieren Beschäftigte Ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Landesprogramms ist es, Mitarbeiter zu Pflege-Guides auszubilden.
