What’s your pov on her pregnancies? Of the body or surrogate?
I'm opening Pandora's Box tonight in honor of the eclipse.
I'm 80/20.
20% of the body because:
There are tiny skinny-Minnie people in my family who didn't gain any weight during their pregnancies except in their faces and in the baby bumps (as photographs of Meghan depict), so I know it's possible.
That one appearance of Meghan where she accompanied Harry but hid backstage until he cajoled her out. She was not looking her best that day (very puffy, bloated face) and seemed a bit angry, to me, at being called out/forced onto the stage to stay hello.
Padding the bump - which some celebs do, especially when their bump isn't the typical "cute" baby belly - can explain the difference in sizing day-to-day.
How early it was announced.
How long it took Meghan to lose the baby weight - she was still carrying a lot of extra weight at Trooping 2019 (and the weight gain was amplified for me by poor styling choices with her hair, hat, and outfit).
80% surrogacy because:
There was no PR about Meghan's pregnancy compared to Kate's, and Meghan has always done the "anything Kate can do I can do better" PR competition every chance she could. If Meghan had terrible morning sickness, it'd have been all over the tabloids about how much worse than Kate Meghan's morning sickness is. If Meghan didn't have any sickness, it'd have been all over the tabloids about how much better and hard-working Meghan is during her pregnancy.
The excessive belly-groping and coat-flicking. Yes, she was doing that on purpose to get all the cameras and attention, but IMO she was doing it so excessively that it crossed into "the lady doth protest too much" territory for me.
The bending over and squatting down with knees and feet together. I've never been pregnant but I am a bigger girl who carries her weight in her midsection and who also cannot bend or squat down with knees, ankles, and feet together.
The alleged deal she had with Trevor that if she had a baby, he would pay for a personal trainer and a nutritionist and a nanny so she could whip her body back into shape. That's not someone who wants to be pregnant (but of course, people *can* change their minds. But still.)
The "rules of engagement" that Meghan and Harry sent to their Windsor neighbors/community about how the neighbors couldn't speak to the Sussexes or take their photographs.
The inconsistencies between what Harry reported in Spare and what the Portland Hospital's actual procedures are and the people who were involved.
Meghan choosing to deliver at Portland instead of Lindo and refusing to serve the baby on a silver platter after birth. The Lindo photocall is one of Diana's five* iconic photos. Are you telling me that Meghan happily copies Diana's outfits, copies Diana's pregnancy woes (emotional/mental distress to the point of self-harm), copies Diana's complaints about the BRF and the grey suits, copies Diana's second pregnancy announcement, and copies Diana's Panorama makeup...but she draws the line at copying Diana's Lindo photoshoots? And has a controlled photoshoot with one television camera and one photographer instead?
Meghan's birth "stories" matching more of the American Hollywood stereotypes than actual British practice.
Just one papwalk during all of her second pregnancy.
Hiding her belly with a giant-ass purse during the NYC baby shower after having spent the evening partying with friends, including Markus Anderson.
Harry's first appearance after Archie's birth being in the horse stables at Windsor instead of around the hospital (as William and Charles had been) and also Harry's "babies change so much in two weeks" comment.
Tacky social media influencer games with Archie's first photos under the guise of "privacy" - showing us the back of his head first, or his hand or his foot. Just show us the damn baby. No one cares about him that much.
Editing Archie's birth certificate.
Sara Latham bungling the media strategy for Archie's birth announcement. (Let's be real here. It's not Kensington Palace that fucked it up. It was the Sussexes' own people giving KP the wrong information in the first place.)
In the same vein of Meghan's "anything Kate can do I can do better" PR competition, there have been no stories about how Meghan felt of the early baby days. Kate and her family/friends have gone on record about how difficult the first few weeks with George were. Where is Meghan's equivalent? If Archie was a terrible newborn, then where are the stories about how much worse than Kate Meghan had it? Or if Archie was a happy, easy newborn, then where are the stories about how easy Meghan found motherhood? Instead the only story we got was "oops, it's feed time. Gotta go. Peace."
How early the pregnancy was announced.
How quickly (and suspiciously) the clinic/practice that Meghan used for her second pregnancy closed soon after Lili was born.
On that note, I don't subscribe to the theory that a lot of you may have (and which has ended up in my inbox quite a few times) that Archie doesn't know who Meghan is because he didn't smell her milk in South Africa and had a reaction. First off, PLEASE stop sending me that. I REALLY don't want to read about Meghan's breasts anymore.
Second, I don't think the Sussexes having nannies to help care for Archie is the kiss of death that many of you think it is. Some people just aren't baby people or little kid people. Some people like the older years better, when the kid can talk and is a little more independent and mobile. I've always suspected that that's Meghan and Harry, because all of their PR about wanting kids or liking kids has alwas featured older school-aged kids. They're not baby/toddler/early years people. And that's OK. That's not something to condemn them for.
And I don't think it's fully fair to call them out on their hypocrisy of what they said they wouldn't do as parents before they had children. Some of the hypocrisy is deserved (like the comment about not dressing their kids as Victorian ghost children but then turning around and giving Lili a Victorian ghost child dress for her 1st birthday photo), but they do deserve more grace than they're sometimes given; people just don't know how hard parenting or having children is until the baby is here. Yes, ding them for saying they'd never have a nanny but then turning around and hiring two or three, but also let's acknowledge that they know they can't (or don't, or won't, however you want to say it) care for their own kids themselves and hired responsible caretakers.
Finally third, I don't think Meghan ever breastfed those kids. Maybe she tried in the beginning with Archie, but if she did, she gave up pretty quickly. Those kids are formula babies. That's OK! So I don't buy the theory she was taking hormones and her weight gain was hormone-induced. Again, it's because of the missing "anything Kate can do I can do better" competition here.
*Diana's top 5 iconic photos are (in no particular order) the wedding dress portrait, the Lindo photos, the Taj Mahal photo, the Panorama photo, and the Revenge Dress photo.

Louis de Pointe du Lac, as originally written, could be regarded as one of lit's most famous "also rans", someone who was originally positioned as Thee Tragic Figure of the series, only to be almost immediately superseded both in the readers' and the author's minds with Lestat. Like, you know Louis because of the original book, but Lestat is the one everyone talks about, Lestat drives the rest of the series, Lestat has all the best lines.
And the movie, as much as I personally don't like it, only sort of dug this further into the pop cultural understanding of the story. Brad Pitt is at his most "I am relying on pretty" boring and sulky; when there is a performance, it's largely annoying. And Tom Cruise... I mean, it's literally nothing next to what Sam Reid does in my mind, but it was at least very off-brand for him at the time, and he was doing SOMETHING, and he (and Kirsten Dunst) have the most iconic Moments, the camp, the arguably most memorable part of the movie (the very end with the Sympathy for the Devil cover playing us off).
So it's honestly SUCH a testament to the innovation of the show's writing and the brilliance of Jacob Anderson's performance that Louis has been reinvented, not only as a compelling protagonist, but as a character that is EASILY as complex and multilayered as more traditionally antiheroic/villainous types like Lestat and Armand and Claudia. He's more than the beautiful, tragic object of Lestat and Armand's affections, he's more than the guy telling us the story.
Louis is self-loathing and self-aggrandizing; he's victimized by Lestat, and he manipulates Lestat, very aware of his own emotional hold over him (might we note how much agency Louis had over Claudia's turning, and how Lestat in no way would've done that if not for Louis... and that act was arguably one of the most selfish in the series, if emotionally understandable). He's controlled by Armand, yet we get hints that he's actually quite dangerous and perhaps in some sort of self-delusion about just how dangerous he is (and Assad certainly plays Armand like he's nervous as fuck about Louis knowing the truth--and I don't think that's JUST about the possibility of Louis leaving him once he finds out).
Louis tells himself that he loved Claudia more than anything and that she was his "spark in the dark", when we see that in reality their relationship deteriorated over time and continued to do so, even after the person who was seemingly a wedge in their relationship was vanquished. We see hints, perhaps, that Claudia was no more the ideal daughter in his mind than Lestat was the ideal lover.
And that last scene in the premiere? When we're not sure who the "you" is? Sad and kind of horrifying, too. Because like--what will Louis do to Claudia to further his own love and obsessions? Who does Louis prioritize more--Claudia, Lestat, Armand? Maybe none of the above. Maybe himself and what or who he thinks will stave off his own loneliness, his need for love and validation and, yes, power.
None of this is a criticism of the character. The show already did something SO good and SO smart by turning Louis from a white slave owner to a Black man with money and social standing, still so held back by the laws and environment of his day. Vampirism gave him agency, yet the show, in season one, showed the potential for Louis to still be the perpetual tragic victim (in episode five especially). And maybe they'll still slip up and do that.
But increasingly, with the reveal in the s1 finale and the s2 premiere, I think we're getting the implication that the thing Louis could be protecting himself from mentally (with some help from Armand--I don't think Louis's memory issues are all Vampire Magic, though) is something horrible that he did. A choice he made. Because Louis does have agency, and the narrative allows him to be someone with conflicted desires and a complicated sense of self. Someone who doesn't love PRETTILY. Someone who is manipulated and manipulates.
Like, I've joked about him being this kind of like vampiric Helen of Troy because of the allure he holds for powerful figures like Lestat and Armand, but I also think it's so powerful to explore the way that Louis uses that appeal and ALSO makes fucked up decisions on his own because he is... into being adored, frankly. Even if the people who adore him also hurt him. He gets caught up in his own romanticized retellings of his life story, whether heartfelt or tragic, because in those retellings he can pretend that he had no choice, he had no ability to say otherwise.
But like--Louis could have stopped that woman from being decapitated, potentially. Louis didn't have to walk away from human affairs. He chose to do so, just like he chose to beg Lestat to turn Claudia. Just like he chose to deny her Lestat's true death.
And I think there's like, an attempt to reckon with this in the unreliable narration of the books, but I also think that this is so dependent, in Anne Rice's version, on spinning to Lestat... That Louis's culpability and untruths are overshadowed by his Everything. Here, the story lets us soak in Louis's mind, and Jacob Anderson's performance really seals that. I find it so smart.
#interview with the vampire#one of the only shows that gets me excited enough to meta rant these days#anyway jacob anderson i love your work#(to be clear i love everyone's work this is truly one of the strongest casts on tv)

---
It was supposed to be fun. The sort of relaxing faux-adventure you get from travelling to the tourist-y destinations of another country. The precursor to a fresh start after everything in your life had gone to shit.
But that wasn’t meant to be. Your carefree vacation had turned into a nightmare over the course of a few hours.
There were people with guns on this train. There was a dead man bleeding out of his eyeballs. Over the course of your journey, the number of train passengers had thinned out, and none of them seemed as worried as you felt. It was like no one else was paying attention. You needed to get out of here, but the next stop wasn’t for another thirty-five minutes.
Heart in your throat, you decided to take your backpack and hide in a bathroom. It was close to one of the exit doors. You would wait until the train was pulling into the next station, and then you would run for it.
That was your plan at least. You sat yourself down on the closed lid of the toilet, trying desperately to forget the face of the blood-covered man. You could hear your heartbeat in your ears.
As much as you didn’t want to admit it, you knew exactly how to distract yourself. You’d packed your vacation to the brim, trying to leave yourself as little space for quiet reflection as possible. Maybe this was your penance. Now was the time to think about everything that had brought you here.
For starters, your boyfriend of four years had found his soulmate. It wasn’t as if you’d never considered this eventuality. After all, things like that happened all the time.
You weren’t ready, though, when you came home and found him sitting at the kitchen table with an expression half-guilty, half-ecstatic, the back of his hand stained a bright red.
He had tried to let you down gently; he really had. You hadn’t wanted him to feel guilty, either. It just as easily could’ve happened to you. You wished him the best, and then, when he was gone, you’d cried for three days.
A few days later, you’d found out that the company you worked for was ‘downsizing’ and you hadn’t made the cut. Redundant and freshly unwillingly single, you packed up everything you owned into your car and drove back to your parents’ house.
They had welcomed you back with open arms, but you could see the pity in their eyes. You hated that pity. So you made a decision. You took your redundancy money and decided to go on a trip.
You’d never been to Japan before, even though you’d always meant to. It was an exceptionally beautiful country, but you were still miserable. You had hoped that travelling would decrease the desire to check your ex’s Instagram for pictures of him with his new girlfriend, but it was still a compulsion that you were struggling to break.
You should just delete the app. It’s not like you posted much anyway. As you opened your phone and pressed on that little colourful camera icon, you heard a low hiss.
Your thumb paused over the Instagram app. “Huh?”
Probably the plumbing. It didn’t sound like any pipes you’d ever heard before, but Japanese toilets were different from the ones you were used to. Even though you weren’t using the toilet, you decided to flush, just in case.
A shape caught the corner of your eye, and before you could properly process what you were seeing, a scream ripped its way out of your throat.
A small, yellowish-brown snake slithered had slithered out between your legs. You launched yourself into the door, cursing the lock as you did so. Your fingers fumbled over it, and then, after an agonising moment, managed to unlock it.
You spilled out of the room and almost collided with a man in the process. You stumbled backwards, slamming the door and praying that the snake was now trapped inside.
Feeling unsteady, you almost lost your balance when a warm hand wrapped around your forearm, helping you stay upright. The man’s skin was hot against yours. Too hot. It burned.
He leapt back from you suddenly, and you fell into the wall, stabilizing yourself with one hand. Your eyes darted over him, trying to assess whether he was a threat.
With a jolt, you realised that you recognised him. You had seen him and another man talking to the dead man earlier. He was tall and handsome, with piercing blue eyes, but now, his hair was dishevelled and there were splotches of blood on his clothes.
You took a step back, away from him, but he didn’t seem to notice. He was staring at his hand.
It shimmered, like gold paint. A soulmate mark. Unbidden, your eyes found the spot on your arm where he touched you. It still burned. It had turned a rich, dark blue.
He looked at you then, his eyes roving over your face, trying to take you in. Your cheeks heated up under his penetrating gaze.
“There’s a snake in the bathroom,” you blurted out. You clutched your arm to your chest, cradling it through the burning ache. The man in front of you flexed his hand, and you realised that he must’ve been feeling the same thing. As you glanced at the now closed bathroom door, you had a sinking feeling of dread. “I left my backpack in there.”
“It’s okay, love. I’ll get it back for you.” He smiled at you then, and when you smiled back, you realised that you had never really been in love before.
Your ex was forgiven, the pain forgotten. If his girlfriend made him feel half as good as you did now, how could you possibly blame him for choosing her over you?
As he guided you back into the carriage, gesturing for you sit down, your smile faltered.
“Be careful? Please?”
He chuckled a little at that. “Don’t worry, love, I’m a professional. Just stay here and keep your head down, okay?”
Your heart thudded as you watched him retreat. You crossed your arms over your chest, trying to breathe. Today had been quite the day. You were sure you were going to cry as soon as you got away from this train.
A moment later, your soulmate returned, holding your rucksack. He put it on the seat beside you.
“You need to get off this train, love. It’s not safe here anymore.”
“That’s what I’ve been trying to do.”
“Okay. We get to Nagoya in…” He checked his watch. “Twenty-five minutes. Let’s find somewhere to lay low.” There was no question as to whether or not you would go with him. Your trust in him was implicit and biological. In the space of a moment, he was yours and you were his. He took your rucksack again and slung it over his shoulder.
He took three steps and then stopped, turning back to you. “I don’t even know your name,” he said, almost apologetically. You gave him your name, and watched that smile spread across his face again. “Tangerine,” he said in response.
“Tangerine?”
“That’s my name. Tangerine.”
You were sure he was lying to you, but you could get into that later. He led you down the train until he found some unoccupied private cabins. He even held the door open for you so that you could go in first.
He was nothing if not a gentleman, evidently. You sat down in the seat next to the window and pulled your legs up onto it, hugging your knees. Tangerine put your bag in the overhead storage and then slid into the seat opposite you.
For a moment, neither of you spoke. You just looked at each other. This was the man that fate said you were going to spend the rest of your life with, whether you liked it or not.
He was certainly very handsome. He was smooth and polite and well-dressed (or at least he had been, earlier). Other than that, you knew almost nothing about him. There was one thing you were sure about though: he was dangerous.
“I saw you and your friend talking to that man earlier. The one who died,” you said.
His lips turned down. “My brother.”
“Sorry?”
“Not my friend. My brother.”
“Your brother,” you repeated. “Where is he?”
Tangerine looked out of the window, frowning. “Dead.”
Your stomach gave a lurch. “What?”
He turned his eyes on you again, and took a deep breath, like he was steeling himself. “There’s some things you should know about me, sweetheart. I am not a good person. I am not a safe person. If you stay with me then you could get hurt.” As he spoke, you felt your stomach sinking. “Me and my brother, we’re- we were- are assassins.”
He shook his head slightly. Until he’d stumbled over his words, the speech had sounded practised. You wondered if he had prepared for this exact moment, when he would meet his soulmate.
“What happened to your brother?” you asked in a small voice.
He sighed deeply. “We were hired to retrieve something. A briefcase. And a person. Trouble is, someone else was hired to kill that person.”
“The man who was bleeding out of his eyes.”
“Right. Seems like this whole train is full of assassins. One of them took Lemon out. That’s why I need to get you out of here. I can’t lose another person today.” His eyes were starting to look very shiny. His hand was curled into a fist on his knee. Cautiously, you reached out and put your hand over it.
You watched as his expression smoothed out. His hand relaxed, and he let you turn it over, taking it between both of yours.
“I’m sorry about your brother,” you said softly.
“…Thanks.”
“You’ll come with me, right? When I leave the train?” you asked.
“I have to finish this job.”
“Why?”
“There’s people who’ll kill me if I don’t.”
“Sounds like there’s people who’ll kill you if you do.” For a moment, he smiled again. It was a reluctant smile, but it was still beautiful, because he was beautiful.
“You’re probably right about that. But still. I have to see this through. I’m sorry.”
“Why?” Frustration was edging into your voice. “What could be worth that?”
He didn’t answer right away. He ran his free hand through his hair, turning back towards the window. The two of you sat in silence for a few minutes before he spoke again.
“Okay. I’ll come with you. There’s nothing left for me here, anyway.”
You squeezed his hand. “Thank you.”
“What about you then? What brings you here? You’re not a local.”
It was your turn to frown. “I guess I was just looking for a distraction.”
“Well, you certainly found one.”
His expression was relaxed again. So you found yourself telling him everything. Your job. Your ex. Your parents. Everything that had been going wrong in your life that had led to you being here. He listened, lacing your fingers together and rubbing over the skin of your palm with his thumb.
The overhead announcement that you were about to pull into Nagoya almost made you jump. It hadn’t felt like twenty-five minutes had passed. Your heart began to speed up again.
Tangerine got to his feet and pulled your rucksack out of the rack above your head. Reluctantly, you stood up too. He swung the bag over one shoulder, and then held out a hand to you. When you didn’t immediately take it, he wiggled his fingers at you.
Okay. So he was cute too. Trying to suppress a smile, you took his hand.
It was a straight shot to the exit. There was a stretch of corridor about ten feet long, and then you would be off the train. You were almost at the door when Tangerine swore loudly, and then pulled you into the space next to the luggage storage.
You squeaked, almost losing your balance, but he put both hands on your shoulders. As the train pulled to a stop, his hands were the only things stopping you from falling into him.
“What’s wrong?” you asked once you’d got your feet under you.
“The man who hired me has got guards on the platform. If I try to get off this train, they’ll kill me.”
It felt like you’d been dunked in a bucket of ice. You’d been so close to getting away.
“What do we do?”
His expression was serious. “You need to get off the train.” You opened your mouth to protest, but he cut you off. “They don’t know you have anything to do with me. You’re just another passenger. They won’t bother you. Take this.” He pulled a wallet out of his pocket and grabbed a handful of cash. “Rent a car. Drive to Kyoto. I’ll meet you there.”
“Tangerine…”
He wasn’t looking at you anymore. He was scribbling something down on a scrap of paper. As he slid it into your hands, you saw it was a phone number.
“I know today must’ve been terrifying for you,” he said. “So if you don’t call me, I won’t hold it against you. My life is dangerous. I’d hate for you to get hurt. So if that means living without you…” He swallowed. “I can live with that, okay?” You gritted your teeth. Your eyes were stinging. “Come to Kyoto. Or don’t. I’ll understand either way. Okay?”
Your heart was beating hard enough to hurt. You were almost surprised he couldn’t hear it. This beautiful, stupid, dangerous man. You had only just met him, but you’d do anything for him. Even leave, if that’s what he wanted you to do.
You pushed up onto your tiptoes and kissed him. It was a clumsy graze of your lips against his, but before you could rock back on your heels, he grabbed your face and kissed you back properly. You gripped the front of his shirt, trying to pull him closer, but he pushed you away.
“You need to get off the train,” he said again, looking almost bereft.
You pulled him down to steal one last kiss. “I’ll see you in Kyoto.”
He handed you your rucksack. Resolute, you slipped it on and made your way out into the corridor. With your chin held high, you walked down the little steps off the train and onto the platform.
There were a lot of men in suits milling about, but as Tangerine had predicted, they paid no attention to you. You walked straight over to the car rental office without looking back.
*
The drive to Kyoto was almost two hours. The bullet train would’ve got you there in under forty minutes. You drove the speed limit, rucksack thrown haphazardly into the passenger seat, no question of stopping any time soon, but you still felt Tangerine getting further away from you with every minute.
There had been a lump in your throat ever since you’d left him behind. It would be just your luck to meet your soulmate and then have him die after you’d known him for less than a day.
You couldn’t think like that. You’d never make it to Kyoto if you had a mental breakdown on the drive there. Your eyes darted down to the new patch of blue colour on your arm. It was still as vivid as it had been when he’d first touched you. He was alive. That made it a little easier to breathe.
You were twenty minutes outside Kyoto when you reached the roadblock. There were police everywhere, and no way through. They were trying to direct you down a diversion, but you weren’t having that.
You pulled over to the side of the road and got out. You put on your best clueless tourist face and walked right up to the roadblock.
“Excuse me? Do you speak English?” you asked one of the cops. He held up a hand, telling you to wait, and then went over and spoke to another officer.
The second cop came over to you. “English?” he said.
“Yes. What happened here? Why is the road closed?”
He grimaced at you. “Bullet train derailed. Very bad.”
Your heart seized. You glanced down at your arm again. Still blue. His eyes traced the movement of your gaze right down to your soulmark, and a look of understanding crossed his face.
“My soulmate was on a train to Kyoto,” you said, trying to keep your voice steady.
“Not many people on this train. We found no survivors. Only dead.” At the expression on your face, he grimaced again. “Probably not your soulmate. Lots of trains come through here. Maybe on the next one?”
“Maybe,” you said shakily. “Thank you.”
He didn’t say anything else as you turned around to go back to the car. You slid into the driver’s seat, and took a shuddery breath.
Slowly, you unzipped your rucksack and rifled through it, looking for your wallet. In your hurry to get here, you had stuffed it into the top of your bag.
You flipped it open, and there, folded up in the space that used to hold a picture of you and your ex-boyfriend, was the scrap of paper with Tangerine’s phone number on it.
You smoothed it out on your lap. His handwriting was messy – though given the circumstances, you could hardly blame him – but it was still legible. With trembling fingers, you typed the number into your phone.
It was answered before the first ring had even finished.
“Hello?” Tangerine’s voice was in your ear, and your relief came in the form of a rush of tears.
“Tangerine?” you asked, and he said your name in return.
The rest of the phone conversation was hazy. You were crying through it. Eventually, he told you that he’d text you an address, and you needed to meet him there. You promised him you would.
*
It was dark by the time you drove up to the hotel. You pulled into a parking space, turned your engine off, and paused.
You were sure you looked a mess. You’d been crying on and off for hours. You looked at yourself in the rearview mirror and frowned.
“Stop being an idiot,” you muttered to yourself. Tangerine was your soulmate. He wouldn’t care if you were a mess. You took a few deep breaths, and then got out of the car.
The lobby wasn’t manned, so you went straight for the elevator. The floor numbers were handily written in both Japanese and English, so you hit the button for Tangerine’s floor and watched the doors slide closed.
It was very quiet here. The hum of traffic that had kept you company for hours seemed very far away now. You rubbed at your face, trying to get rid of any evidence of tears, to no avail. The elevator dinged.
Jittery, you made your way down the hallway and found the number of Tangerine’s room.
Here goes nothing.
You knocked on the door. There were footsteps, and a moment later, it opened a crack. A dark brown eye peeked out at you.
You were about to start apologising, saying that you had the wrong room, when the man took a step back, opening the door wider, and you recognised him as the man Tangerine had been with earlier. The man he’d called his brother. The man who he’d said was dead.
“Tan!” he called over his shoulder. “It’s for you.”
You heard another door slam shut, frantic footsteps, and then there he was, standing in the doorway.
He was wearing a white bathrobe. His hair, which had been slicked back earlier, was damp and curly. You liked it better that way.
He was no longer covered in blood, but you could see a couple of nasty cuts and bruises. You moved towards each other at the same time. He opened his arms and you stepped in.
He smelled like soap and aftershave. His skin was damp wherever it pressed against yours. He was so attractive that you felt a little light-headed.
A small, gasping sob escaped from your lips, and he immediately drew you tighter into himself, holding you.
“Shh, shh, love, it’s okay,” he murmured, guiding you back into the room. The door fell closed behind you.
You stood there for a moment, clinging to him like a lifeline. For his part, he seemed perfectly content to let you try to burrow your way into his chest.
Somewhere behind him, someone cleared their throat. Feeling a little embarrassed, you pulled back to see Tangerine’s brother lounging on a bed, a book propped open on his lap.
“If you two are gonna carry on like that, I’m gonna get my own room,” he said.
Tangerine chuckled, and then pressed his lips to your temple. “That’s probably for the best. Love, this is my brother, Lemon.”
“I thought you said he was dead?”
“It’s a long story, sweetheart. Come on. Let’s get room service.”

the x files of course!! AND a fandom you want to do and/or think I would enjoy 🫶🏽
Aah thank you💚💚💚
TXF
Favorite female character: Scully the absolute love of my life! An icon. She will murder you with wit and science and a glare. She’s also the most protective person you’ll ever meet. She’s loyal to a fault and rational to an even greater fault, but also both of these save her (and Mulder) over and over. She’s nuanced. She’s sassy. She’s hilarious. She’s a badass. She breaks my heart. Character of all time.
Favorite male character: Mulder the absolute puppy of a man that he is. He has trauma. His self preservation skills are nonexistent. He would die for the truth but he will live for Scully. No one carries more love in their heart than this man. He almost dies every episode. He’s a genius. And an idiot. And a lover. And a fighter. But really mostly a lover if he didn’t have *trauma* I adore him!
Favorite Season: Season 5 could theoretically take this but for now still Season 2! In all its raw soap opera love story type glory. This is the season of desperate hand holding, of racing through the dark after one another and screaming into the night, of pulling each other back from Hell and undying loyalty in the face of unspeakable horrors. It’s desperate embraces and collapsing into each others arms and gloom and new love and every emotion is at level 100. Season 2 you will always be special to me.
Favorite Episode: I have two! One is Irresistible (which I have talked about extensively on here), and the other is Demons (which I will talk about extensively on here). You can see my love for angst and hurt/comfort and rescues lol (and you can find my thoughts on both episodes in my masterpost!) In many ways I think these episodes mirror each other, and they sort of form an episode quartet along with Unruhe and Anasazi. But that’s a topic for another post.
Favorite Cast Member: Gillian Anderson!
My favorite ship: “Mulder, I wouldn’t put myself on the line for anybody but you” “Scully, you are the only one I trust” MSR my beloved.
A Character I’d Die Defending: Fun fact Dana Scully has done nothing wrong ever actually all of her skepticism is valid and she’s a perfect human being.
A Character I Just Can’t Sympathize With: I don’t care if he’s a failed writer or whatever CSM is just an asshole and (hot take) not that entertaining to watch.
A Character I Grew to Love: Skinner! He started out lowkey boring, but I quickly was like “ooh he’s cool I like him” and then he got really interesting and nuanced (much more so than I anticipated).
My Anti OTP: I once saw a Scully/Krycek fic. That man had a hand in her abduction. No.
I think you’d probably like Buffy the Vampire Slayer if you haven’t seen it already (I’ve only seen 4 seasons but it’s always a fun rewatch for me)
Favorite female character: I have two! First is Faith who follows my trend of evil girls who are really just misunderstood and have never been loved. She was also my first real character crush! Second is Willow, who I just relate to a lot as a witchy lesbian nerd, and I want to give her a hug whenever she’s on screen and she’s so lovable and so layered and I love her very much.
Favorite male character: Probably Giles. I have a soft spot for parental figures and his relationship with Buffy is so sweet and layered and complex. Also he’s just an awkward British librarian who’s way too attached to a group of teenagers and I love that about him.
Favorite Season: Season 3! As dark as Season 2 but less melodramatic, plus Faith is there being hot and gay and evil! It’s not a perfect season but over half of these episodes are excellent.
Favorite Episode: Oh I’m not sure since it’s been a hot sec since I watched the show. I LOVED This Year’s Girl/Who Are You from Season 4, even though the season isn’t that great. I also love Five by Five from the spin-off Angel, if only for the ending scene.
Favorite Cast Member: Charisma Carpenter! I won’t get too into it here and I don’t know everything but she did some very brave things by speaking out against the show’s creators and I admire that.
Favorite Ship: Willow and Tara have my heart, but Faith and Buffy are SO fun! It’s a tie.
A Character I’d Die Defending: I won’t say Faith since I’ve already talked about her a lot. Instead I’ll go with Cordelia, who went through a lot of growth (especially if you watch her on Angel), and her growth was often unacknowledged by the show itself. Justice for my girl!
A Character I Just Can’t Sympathize With: This is ONLY about Buffy and not Angel, but I got SO sick of Angel by the time season 3 ended. He just sat there and was emo. I ran out of patience for him. He was great on Angel though (they let him do things besides mope and brood).
A Character I Grew to Love: Buffy! At first I thought she was sort of just a generic protagonist with some teen girl fun sprinkled in, but she’s got so many layers to her character and her fun is sprinkled with a real gravity that’s sort of a heartbreaking back and forth when you realize how young she is. I’ve also come to relate to her a lot more as I’ve gotten older, and the more I do, the more I like her.
My Anti OTP: Remember that time they tried to make Xander and Willow a thing? No? Me neither.
Ty for the ask:)

Glee Was Ahead of It's Time.
You either love or hate Glee there is absolutely zero in-between. It's like the "cilantro soap-tasting gene", you decide whether you like it or not in one try. In my opinion, Glee is a masterpiece and I am prepared to die on this hill. Here are my top five reasons why Glee is one of my favorite shows.
My controversial take though, Glee was only good until halfway through season five. With that being said, the first reason why Glee is my favorite show is because the original cast is iconic. The original Glee Club members slowly fizzle out of the show, having random cameos here and there. This is why, to me, the last seasons are hard to watch. No amount of new characters will top the original characters, they were funnier and had better acting.
The fourth reason Glee is my favorite show is because the comedy was ahead of its time. Countless skits in the show are similar to those in today's comedic world on TikTok or YouTube. But Glee is slowly losing popularity as other shows and movies are produced. The writing and comedic timing of these attached clips are another reason why I and plenty of others still watch Glee.
youtube
The third reason I love Glee is for their celebrity cameos. John Stamos, Neil Patrick Harris, Britney Spears, Ricky Martin, Olivia Newton-John, and Jennifer Coolidge, the list goes on and on. Every celebrity has an important role in the episode or the season they're featured in. For example, John Stamos' character was dating a teacher involved in the Glee Club. Ricky Martin was a Spanish teacher who taught the Glee Club about Latin music. And Olivia Newton-John was alongside Jane Lynch's character in a music video.
The amount of A-list celebrities the directors were able to feature in only six seasons is outstanding. It shows how popular this show became as more episodes were filmed.
Fourthly, Glee would be nothing without the music (literally). Were all the covers good? Absolutely not. But the good covers were good covers. Every character has a handful of songs that were praised in the Glee fandom, but Rachel, Mercedes, and Blaine had hit after hit. As much as I dislike both Rachel Berry and Lea Michelle, she can sing. Rachel's standout song for me was "Don't Rain On My Parade", it perfectly highlights her vocal talent and the attitude her character brings to the show.
youtube
Mercedes has just as powerful of a voice as Rachel and Mercedes does not hold back. Her character was hilarious and full of talent, but she often got overshadowed by her peers. There are songs her peers had performed I think she would've performed ten times better. This isn't a solo, but it's my favorite song of hers. The context of the song is hilarious and the music video is pure 2010s vibes.
youtube
Finally, Blaine Anderson. On TikTok, there is a joke being spread that any song Blaine has covered in Glee is better than the original. They call it the "Blaine Anderson effect". Similar to the "Kelly Clarkson effect" which is when Kelly Clarkson covers a song and outdoes the original artist. I listen to Blaine's covers like they're originals. I could go on and on about how many good covers he has in Glee. Today, Darren Criss still performs outstanding covers. My favorite Blaine cover has to be "Bills, Bills, Bills".
youtube
The fifth and final reason why I love Glee is none other than Jane Lynch. Without fail, she'll always be the funniest character in every episode. What I appreciate about her character is the soft side she tries to cover up with crass jokes towards students and colleagues. Realizing why she is protective and patient with Becky it makes you see her from a different perspective. I love Sue Sylvester so much that I dressed up as her for Halloween.
youtube
It takes a certain person to truly enjoy Glee so it's not surprising that I'm one of the only people out of all my friends who enjoy watching an episode or two every night.
You thought I was kidding about the Halloween costume?

Paris Fashion Week 23' Debrief
From left to right, top row followed by bottom, I have selected my four favorite looks after reviewing those who showed for Paris Fashion Week 23'.
Look one: Issey Miyake Spring 2024 RTW (Look 20) by Satoshi Kondo
This is something I would wear everyday if I could. An iconic Japanese silhouette, with a long top or dress reaching a mid thigh, either paired with a wide leg trouser or straight tailored long skirt. I also adore asymmetrical sleeves and ruching around the hips, providing the body contour and definition.
Collection Notes: Aside from this look, the whole collection was so special and meaningful after the passing of Miyake just last summer. It was an homage to Miyake's iconic Spring 1998, beginning as a quite literal, almost replication of some of the gowns. 98' was unforgettable; it was as if the models were trying to escape the sheer veiled gowns they were clothed in, posing with their limbs and faces completely covered and restricted. Kondo could not have delivered a more beautiful and timely tribute.
Look two: Marni Spring 2024 RTW (Look 14) by Francesco Risso
I will always fall head over heels for a mini dress that has a fit and cut like this. In some ways, this look reminds me of early Prada, simple girly (yet chic) silhouettes and plaid motifs, but what's new is the mini v-neck, giving a sporty edge. If you look closely at the shoes, you'll see a white leather ballet flat with embossed ribbon-style bows, which obviously I want on my feet right now. This entire look. Right now. As for the rest of the collection? A total skip.
Look three: Loewe Spring 2024 RTW (Look 21) by Jonathan Anderson
The more I look at this, the more I drool over an asymmetrical tutu-skirt paired with a cherry-red plaid collared shirt. Not to mention a cashmere (I'm guessing) moss green sweater tying a fresh and exciting color palette together. The mules, I can skip. Same with the bag, I'm all good. Not to say both are not showing Loewe though, or speaking to Jonathan Anderson's very specific design language. I liked every variation of this look.
Collection notes: Super high-waisted trousers were also a sight to see, paired with the same buttoned-to-the-top collared shirts. The collection wasn't loose or relaxed in anyway, however, it also wasn't uptight, despite blazers with pockets in restraining positions and large-knit sweaters missing armholes. There were even gold belts made out of nails, going through leather shorts, and yet somehow, Anderson creates equilibrium between the slouchy and over-refined.
Look four: Prada Spring 2024 RTW (Look 37) by Miuccia Prada and Raf Simmons
Out of about five favorites, I decided on this look because I believe it best encompasses something I would choose to put on, and includes my favorite highlight from the show; fringe. It's not just fringe though. Its beaded fringe, and in other parts of the collection metallic and printed fringe, even fringe to create collars on shirts! The choice of throwing a clunky leather jacket over is just good juxtaposition, matched with black patent leather pumps. Get this look on somebody cool now.
Collection Notes: My personal highlights were specifically shoulder draping, eclectic fringe (as mentioned,) fluffy pastel layered mesh, and classic Prada embellishments such as punched-out metal holes in various sizes. There were however a few floral patterns I absolutely despised, so it turns out, perhaps, Prada can do some wrong? Or perhaps Miuccia can, because Miu Miu 2024 RTW was absolutely horrendous.
Thanks xx

songwriter blaine?
Some of these he's a pop or country star and writes songs too. ~Jen
Blaine Anderson - Icon by @alilactree
I saw this manip going around and felt very inspired to write a little something. Designer!Kurt and Rockstar!Blaine alternate meeting AU (on tumblr)
~~~~~
Behind Closed Doors by Awela
Blaine, the lonely songwriter is excited when new neighbours move into the long deserted house beside his, but he soon comes to the realization that something is not right with the newlywed couple. The creepy clients of Sebastian, the strange behaviour of Kurt, the weird noises coming from their home in the middle of the night… Something is definitely wrong with the Smythes.
~~~~~ Tying you to me by @hippohead
It’s been five years since Blaine kissed him goodbye at the airport, and he hasn’t seen him since.
Somewhere within those five years, though, Blaine became an international pop star. Which is... not exactly ideal; not when you’re trying to neatly pack away your feelings and the fact that you’re still desperately in love with him, and his face is on every billboard in Times Square.
(in which there is an invisible string, tying Kurt to Blaine, and Blaine to Kurt, and isn't that just so pretty)
~~~~~
Nashville by @hkvoyage
Kurt lands the lead role in a new musical, but it flops during the previews. However, his performance captivates Nashville’s newest country music sensation. They share an instant connection and it grows deeper as they get to know each other. Will Kurt be able to save the musical and keep the man of his dreams? An AU meeting featuring country singer!Blaine and Broadway!Kurt.
~~~~~ Turn into a Pose by @little-escapist
Singer-songwriter Blaine Anderson wants to come out of the closet. When his publicist sets him up with movie-star Kurt Hummel, he’s ready for anything, but the last thing that Kurt wants is a relationship with anyone, let alone Blaine. He hates his publicist for setting him up, hates the idea of lying to the world, and hates letting the world invade his personal life. But maybe Blaine Anderson is exactly what Kurt Hummel needs.

These Are The Suede Songs 003: The Drowners
1991. The University of London Union Ticket Office. Enter one Simon Gilbert, stage right. Gilbert, a twenty-five year old punk from Stratford-Upon-Avon, has just heard a demo tape from a band, supposedly one managed by, among a couple of other characters, his colleague Ricky Gervais. Gervais was, at this point, working at ULU and moonlighting in a band, as Brett Anderson recalls, called Son Of Bleeper. This was long before he would become better known for his “comedy” - and troubling views on transgender rights.
Gilbert asked Gervais if he could join, to which he was told he couldn’t “because he didn’t have flares and he didn’t have a fringe”.
Thank goodness, he would go on to ask another of Suede’s managers and secured a rehearsal. It would take six months of Gilbert believing he was on a trial period to realise he was officially in the band.
This was monumental in Suede’s musical journey. Gone was the faulty drum machine which would constantly break down, and here was a proper full-time drummer, and the final push to shake off the unpleasant spectre of Baggy forever, and to comfortably slide into something tighter, more violent, sexier. Gilbert’s drumming is melodic and calculated, whilst at the same time booming and tribal. It’s the kind of drumming that fills stadiums, and what a better way to introduce Suede to the world at large than with his iconic drum fill on ‘The Drowners’.
It was around this time, too, that Justine Frischmann would depart the band. Anderson recalls to Dave Thompson that, as Butler was increasingly developing his playing to incorporate both lead and rhythm at the same time, this, sadly, made her feel her place in the band was becoming somewhat redundant. Frischmann herself remarks that it was “better to be Pete Best than Linda McCartney.”
Another reason for her exit was the shift in the band’s musical direction. Frischmann increasingly felt that songs were becoming too long and overwrought. Though she would, fantastically, go on to create short, spiky post-punk with Elastica later in the decade.
On January 2nd 1992, Suede attracted the attention of Saul Galpern, the operator of Nude Records, whilst playing at The Venue in New Cross in a show under the name “On For ‘92”. He offered them £3,132 for a two single deal.
In April of that year, Melody Maker made the bold choice to place Suede on their front cover, proclaiming them the “Best New Band in Britain”. This cover has gone on to gain an almost infamy amongst Suede and their fans. Anderson, in the 2022 BBC Documentary Rock Family Trees: The Birth of Cool Britannia, refers to it in disparaging terms, likening it to winning a competition in school as a child.
However less discussed is the contents of the article itself. Not only were Suede described as ‘The Best New Band in Britain’, but as “the most audacious, mysterious, sexy, absurd, perverse, glamorous, hilarious, honest, cocky, melodramatic, mesmerising band you’re ever likely to fall in love with.”
And this leads us back, finally, to The Drowners.
Released on May 11th 1992 as a double A Side with To The Birds, The Drowners peaked at a not insignificant number 49 on the UK charts at the time of release, however it would later go on to hit an impressive Number 17 in July 2023 for one week as a thirtieth anniversary reissue, albeit in a time when chart positions don’t mean all that much.
Suede would often be touted as some kind of antithesis to the Grunge which dominated the airwaves in the early 1990s, however, The Drowners’ opening chords could, in some sense, be described as “grungy”. They’re hard and powerful and dirty. Not dirty in the greasy-haired grunge sense, but in a way that oozes sex. This is what truly sets Suede apart.
In the Channel 4 Documentary Opening Shot, Everett True, at the time assistant editor at Melody Maker, explains: “the critics loved them [Suede] (...) because they are exactly the same as everything they grew up with. They hark back to an era of rock and roll that critics understand, 1993 down the front at the Hammersmith Odeon watching David Bowie.” I feel that this perspective, whilst it may have some truth to it, is rather an oversimplification and focuses primarily on Suede’s image (cobbled together from charity shops and largely consisting of whatever they could find). Suede only have as much in common with Bowie as any of their contemporaries, it feels like a rather lazy comparison.
Anderson’s vocals have once again assumed new inflections and has a great deal more character, not to mention confidence. Listening to the Rocking Horse Demo, which is a much rawer, grittier take, the first thing that sticks out are, indeed, the vocals. They’re sung in near falsetto, they’re a little girlish and coquettish. Inviting, sexy. If there’s one way that The Drowners can be described, it’s certainly sexy. The rhythm of the guitar line, the pounding drums, the pleading of Anderson’s vocals.
There’s the ambiguity of it all, too, as Anderson describes how “we kiss in his room”. Is this the room of a third party? A male partner? Or is he singing from a woman’s perspective? It’s kept completely open, and this ambiguity is something that will become a theme throughout Suede’s catalogue.
Interestingly, two music videos were shot. One for the UK market by Lindy Heymann, which depicts the band flouncing around a white soundstage intercut with footage of Anderson and an unnamed girl walking around a manky railway bridge in Camden (now a pilgrimage spot for avid Suede fans, complete with an unofficial blue plaque), and another for the US market, depicting a kind of frantic gig scene with fans, real fans, clamoring for a piece of the boys on the stage, before it devolves into a foam party. I feel the latter captures the song considerably better. It's so thrilling, sexy, dirty and primal. It's everything Suede are, and everything that drew me to them.
At the time of writing, this is the song that Anderson uses as his excuse to do his crowd walk, wading through a sea of adoring fans. It's fitting, with the use of the “we” pronoun (another characteristic of Suede lyrics), creating a convivial experience. Whilst the power dynamic between band and crowd will always place the band upon a higher footing, oftentimes literally, at this moment he becomes one with his audience. It's also a chance for Mat Osman and Richard Oakes to really shine.
Although, the production on The Drowners, and Suede’s back catalogue as a whole, I feel does Osman rather poorly. He's a truly accomplished bass player who creates some truly incredible baselines which compliment and tie together the songs so perfectly, and combined with Gilbert’s ferocious drumming, it's truly a match made in rhythm section heaven. The bass, though is so often disappointingly low in the mix, and so can only be heard with the highest quality headphones.
Anderson admits part of this would likely be due to how he listened to music throughout his adolescence, on a cheap sound system which cut out the low tones. The recent remasters rectify this somewhat, but it still rather feels a shame.
All in all, The Drowners is a delightful, sleazy, beautiful introduction to the world of a band who still aren't given the credit they're due.

I Can't Walk Away ✦ Prologue
The clock ticks, proverbially as Dani stares at her phone screen when the 11:59 morphs into 12:00 AM.
As if like a magic trick, she wanted that strike of midnight to match the pop of a notification but this was what she got for having such an expectation. Disappointment. She always did give five minutes, maybe even fifteen before being royally pissed at Zeph for not doing well on his promises again.
It was that stupid game, Dani thinks, PVP and needing a third-party call server to communicate with his friends, eating away at his time for anything. His time for her. And as much as she loved to believe that he wasn't that bad of a boyfriend, she was about to leave for another city in three months and the least he could do — the least he could do was show up in her inboxes to tell her he's ready for their nightly calls that got slowly dwindled and stopped the moment he got into that game. Stupid ass game.
10 minutes. That grey background paired with a bright icon catches her eyes as his username pops up, @_zhyphyrr, comes with a slew of messages, ones she could barely pick up on as she immediately sits up straight off her bed and scrolls down to preview his messages, as far as the user interface allows her to see.
_zhyphyrr: Angel, I'm so sorry I'll call rn, swear. I got caught up in a match, I'm sorry angel I'm good to go now, just say when
And Dani doesn't know if she'd let her blood boil or let it pass one more time. Just one more, another to tide over a very serious talk they had to have the moment they had a chance to meet each other again because college applications and transitions were hectic and despite them sharing the same school, they did not share the same block nor same subjects. With her lower lip stuck beneath her teeth, she sucks in an exasperated breath and taps to open his chat box, the interface shifting from her wallpaper to black as the bubbles float in.
Took you long enough. She replies
And that was the only message Zeph needed to prompt the screen into a calling one. Dani waits for a few seconds more, what she lacked in spite she made up for in pettiness.
"What took you so long?" she immediately asks with a frown the moment she answers Zephyr's call, her video coming into his feed as he places his phone seemingly against his PC, still wearing his goddamn headphones with one ear out. "Are you seriously still playing, Zeph?"
"Listen, angel, I'm so sorry, I just need to finish this round," he apologetically says. "You know I cannot just pause it,"
The frown on her face was more than noticeable as she begrudgingly props her phone up on a small holder on her desk. She didn't want to verbally complain but her face had a tendency to reveal all her secrets when unchecked. And she definitely wasn't going to do the checking now.
"Angel, I know you're upset. I'll make it up to you, I promise," Zeph says upon noticing his girlfriend's less than pleased expression. And she knew he would. Even with his now lack of time tendencies flaring up, he knew how to get to her good graces. Whether it was showing up to her side of the campus unprompted, a drink and a snack in tow, a sweet handwritten poem delivered to her like it was the Victorian times, or anything he could do within his 18-year old power to make her happy again.
So, she let it slide.
"Just finish the game Zeph," she says through a sigh, patiently waiting for him to finish with her knees pressed to her chest, grabbing her laptop to at least get some work done while his game played in the background.
And after another ten minutes, 12:23 coming to a crawl, she could finally hear him say his goodbyes to the people he played. She recognized most names, mostly their online aliases like Pig, Anderson (too on the nose for her taste), Prism, and the like.
Until she hears a new one 'Callea'.
"So, what do you wanna do tonight?" Zeph asks, finally removing his headphones as Dani sighs and lowers her laptop a little to see his face properly. "Should we watch something? Maybe even teach me that damn game you're always playing?" she ask softly, trying not to come across too bitter.
"What do you wanna watch angel?" he asks. And she drops it.
"Death Becomes Her?"
"Sure angel. Do you want some food delivered to you?"
“Oh, what about this one?” Dani asks with a smile as she turns to Zeph while she shops for farewell gifts for her circle of friends, holding a small pig plush with a cow hoodie. “Jade loves all things pig and pink,” she hums as Zeph chuckles and nods.
“Then get it angel. It does look cute,” he says, holding the shopping basket and her bag for her, trailing right behind his girlfriend. She takes a good look at the other variation line-ups and nods at her choice as she places the plush down the basket and resumes her position beside Zeph, slotting her fingers against his big ones.
“What else…” she hums as a particular brightly colored card game catches her eyes. It was basic enough, like Cards Against Humanity or Truth or Drink. She tugs Zeph along and inspects it, a red box small enough to fit his palm at least. The Club for Couples.
“Lets get these for ourselves,” she suggests with a teasing grin but Zeph readily reciprocates the sentiment as he takes the box from her. “Sure. I'll pay,” he immediately offers as she raises a brow.
“We're seriously gonna get it?”
“Of course angel. It looks fun,” Zeph chuckles and sets the box down the basket.
Dani hums and smiles as their hands find themselves tangled upon each other again, mere muscle memory at that point as they walk around the store a little more.
It was a small moment of reprieve out of their busy schedules, going on an errand date together. Every once in a while either of them checked their phones but for the most part, from walking around to falling in line, their conversation has never reached a standstill, always somehow in the same wavelength as each other's. Always in sync, never faltering.
Once they get back to Zeph's apartment, Dani immediately pulls the little card game out, padding to his bed as she catches a quick glimpse of his message lists. She was never one to actively ask for it, her trust in him implicit and unwavering so when she gets to his side, she focuses on unfeeling the box from its plastic wrap nearly fused to the card game itself.
“How does it work?” Zeph asks and scoots closer to her, watching her open up the box and take the instruction pamphlet out. She hums and peruses quietly before reading the instructions out loud.
“There are four types of cards, the warm-up consisting of light hearted questions, the dare which prompts your significant other to a dare,” Dani shrugs and glances up at him, “Pretty self explanatory,” she adds as he chuckles.
“Yeah. Go on,”
“There's getting serious, which asks deeper questions with a follow up, and then soul ties which requires both parties to answer the question,” she reads the summary as Zeph takes the cards out and starts shuffling them.
As they play, they go through certain questions that they've already known. Only rehashed by more information or supplementary to such. A handful of dare cards needing them to dance or sing — all without shame.
Zeph pulls out another one. “Oh, a soul ties question. ‘What would be the cause of a break-up?’ Geez,” he chuckles as Dani rolls her eyes as she laughs. “Pretty shady for a couple game,”
“Do we still answer?”
“Sure. Only serves as the test for just how far we are from breaking up,” Dani beams as Zeph nods in agreement with a fond smile. “You go first then,”
“I guess for me, just in general is deviation. Cheating, essentially,” Dani shrugs as Zeph hums in agreement, missing the slight glint of guilt that passes his eyes. “Like, whether it's emotional, physical…does digital count? As long as its deviation, with obvious intention, is what ends a relationship,” she explains casually with a shrug.
And as Zeph gives his answer, he pulls out a dare card, the tension in his chest dissipating only to come back.
“Dare. ‘Show your first ten contacts’,” he hums and unlocks his phone, immediately handing it to Dani as she does the same. He scrolls through her's, and it was the usual contenders, the people he knew. People he was friends with too. A group chat, Jade, then Eaton, then Alyssa, then another group chat, then Roscoe, then another group chat.
Then dread seeps through his chest. “Hey babe…who the hell is ‘Game Wife'?
“Then he explained that the girl set their nicknames at that,” Dani sighs as Jade's jaw dropped. “And…please don't tell the others. Not yet. Not until I figure out what to do,” she whispers as Jade's grip around her arm tightens.
“I won't, Dan.” Jade softly says, caressing her arm gently as they peer out the campus window, looking down at the rolling pavement scantly littered by student at such an hour. “But…how are you feeling? Talk me through your process girl,”
Dani scowls and let's out another deep sigh. “He said he didn't think it'd be that serious for me. That he thought I trusted him, and I do. I did, Jade. That's why I'm finding out about this only now,” she says in distress, biting her lip.
Danielle Anderson had a bad streak in relationships. Inherent immaturity was a certain contributor to that factor, needing to think about the shit she got into when she was fourteen, then fifteen, then now. She knew that most high school relationships weren't built to last but despite that she fell back on the mindset that she and Zeph were seniors now. She was one step away from her eighteenth birthday and Zeph just turned nineteen not long ago, she was banking on the promise of maturity.
And she promised herself that a single moment of disrespect would deem the end of a relationship. So why was she hesitating now?
“He's perfect. Zeph,” she mumbles, a little dazed. “As compared to the others? Jade, he's such a far cry from that,”
And Jade listens, closely and quietly as she holds onto Dani. “I- I don't know. The fact that he thought it wasn't a big deal hurt my feelings, and especially now that he's mad at me for being mad at him…and that he hasn't done anything to stop that ‘Callea’,” she sighs.
“Does it even count as cheating? I mean Alyssa…I joke around that she's my wife and Zeph jokes that Eaton is his husband,” Dani laughs, strained and muted as Jade finally speaks up.
“Because you and Alyssa know that it would never turn into anything serious. She does it for the joke but never took it seriously,”
Dani glances at her with a small frown. “Even Alyssa is my wife. But you won't ever see her philandering with someone who A, isn't even her friend, and B,” Jade takes a deep breath, “Someone she knows is taken. You clearly know something that I don't that prompts such a visceral reaction from you,”
“But it's just one mistake from Zeph, it's not like he's perfect. I've come to terms with the fact that there are times he isn't the perfect person,”
“The moment he let that nickname stay was the moment it turned into a choice, Danielle,” Jade sternly says. “A mistake is not noticing the time when you play, and miss a call with your girlfriend. A mistake is accidentally getting a cold foam instead of chai because of your messy schedules, a mistake is definitely not getting a gaming wife like he thinks you're daft,”
Dani gulps and looks at Jade with uncertainty as her friend sighs. “Whatever you do, I'll try to understand. But I promised you that I'll help you uphold your no tolerance policy on dating,” Jade softens her voice back down to a whisper. “The moment you let this slide, it could only get worse from here,”
Dani nods, slow and contemplative. She was about to leave for another city in a few months time, did she really want her send-off to be on a bitter note. The disappointment she had was immeasurable, her heart starting to fray at its seams.
And with the looming error of her previous relationships, anxiety had her in a chokehold. Would she value her self-respect to it's higher degree or acknowledge that maybe Zeph could change from this, only a small setback on their relationship.
Would she be able to forget it? She was known for holding long grudges. Could she honestly tell her self it didn't matter whenever she looked at Zephyr? Was tolerance needed?
Night falls upon them, and she acquieces into a decision.
Zephyr's phone pings in a notification, his heart immediately dropping to his stomach, feeling bile churn as his mouth goes dry.
I'm breaking up with you. You can no longer reply to this conversation.

John Giorno Interview: Inside William S. Burroughs' Bunker
Step inside ‘The Bunker’ in New York, the windowless former apartment of the legendary writer William S. Burroughs, and let yourself be guided around – from Burroughs’ typewriter to his shooting target – by its the current resident, the iconic poet John Giorno (b.1936 - d.2019). William S. Burroughs lived several places throughout his life. Between 1975-82 the drug addict and writer –famous not least for his automatic writing in books like ‘Naked Lunch’– lived in 222 Bowery, one of New York’s first YMCAs in the 1880s. Performance poet John Giorno has lived at the address since the early 1960s and was delighted to host his friend and colleague, who lived in the basement for seven years and dubbed the windowless space ‘The Bunker’. “ He was a brilliant transcendent writer, but he was more brilliant here,” Giorno recalls and explains how Burroughs was high from nine in the morning, and then would have vodkas and joints at five o’clock in the afternoon. Giorno himself would join him, albeit a bit later in the day: “Doing that for those endless years and years, that was a lesson – not sure what the lesson is though.” Having downed several more bottles of vodka and smoked more joints, Burroughs and his guests would shoot at the target poster, which still has its original bullet holes. John Giorno has been using ‘The Bunker’ as a guest room for visiting friends and today everything has been restored and kept like it was when Burroughs lived there: the target poster, the typewriter, the gun magazines and the desk all set for someone to sit down and write. We also get to see the ‘Orgone box’ – a box invented by psychoanalyst William Reich, who believed that orgones are vibratory atmospheric atoms of the life-principle, which can be concentrated as a creative substratum. “And if you sat in there you would collect orgone energy of the universal power,” Giorno adds. Burroughs “always believed there could be chaos and catastrophe, so every house should have a vessel to be able to save enough water to live for four days. So that’s why that was there,” says Giorno about the big water tank on the floor. Giorno also shows us Burroughs’ lamp, which is made from a – still functioning – rifle from the Civil War, as well as his BB gun: “It's a generational thing of his, coming of age as a young person in the 1920s and 30s, living in the country in St. Louis, and also outside, and being alone and being frail. I don't think his family were shooters, somehow it entered his life, all of those things.” John Giorno (b.1936 - d.2019) is an American poet and one of the most influential figures in contemporary performance poetry with his intensely rhythmic and philosophical poetry. He has published a wide range of poetic works such as the collection ‘You Got to Burn to Shine’, spoken words with William S. Burroughs and Laurie Anderson. In 1962, Giorno was the subject of Andy Warhol’s 6-hour movie ‘Sleep’. Giorno has also created Giorno Poetry Systems, which has published more than 40 spoken LP’s with acclaimed artists such as Allen Ginsberg and Patti Smith. William S. Burroughs (b. William Seward Burroughs II in 1914 – d. 1997) was an American writer and artist. He was a primary figure of the Beat Generation and a major influence in popular culture and literature, he wrote eighteen novels and novellas, six collections of short stories and four collections of essays, found success with his confessional first novel ‘Junkie’ (1953) but is best known for his highly controversial third novel ‘Naked Lunch’ (1959). Along with artist, writer and poet Brion Gysin, Burroughs re-invented the literary cut-up technique in works such as ‘The Nova Trilogy’ (1961-1964). Much of Burroughs’ work is semi-autobiographical, primarily drawn from his experiences as a heroin addict. In 1951, he accidentally killed his wife Joan Vollmer with a pistol during a drunken ‘William Tell’ game and was consequently convicted of manslaughter. Through the years, Burroughs also created and exhibited thousands of paintings and other visual artworks, including his celebrated ‘Gunshot Paintings’. He did not, however, exhibit his artwork until 1987, and for last 10 years of his life, he presented his paintings and drawings at museums and galleries worldwide. He died at his home in Kansas after suffering a heart attack in 1997. John Giorno was interviewed by Christian Lund in New York City in October 2017. from duncan's newsletter:
(he's actually critical of ED?? I didn't know he was allowed)
How to get Emmerdale back to its best
I love Emmerdale. Its gorgeous and unique setting, its array of fabulous characters and gripping storylines over the years, and its ability to tackle serious storylines head on, and break format creatively, often set it apart from the crowd.
Over the last few years, the soap has dominated awards ceremonies, winning rightful acclaim for Meena Jutla’s (Paige Sandhu) reign of camp terror, Paddy Kirk’s (Dominic Brunt) depression and suicide attempt, and Marlon Dingle’s (Mark Charnock) sensitively handled stroke storyline.
And Faith Dingle’s (Sally Dexter) death scenes were undoubtedly the highlight of the anniversary month, bringing far more to the table than flying caravans and cows on the loose.
Recent castings have been spot on too – William Ash is right at home as the complex Caleb Miligan, and Louise Jameson is unsurprisingly a revelation.
Being able to secure returns for the iconic Kim Tate (Claire King) and Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) can also be chalked into outgoing boss Jane Hudson’s legacy.
After five years, she has stepped down, having achieved a great deal on the show.
Wanting to spend more time with her family, Jane is looking forward to a well earned rest – running one of the UK’s top shows is a more difficult job than people give credit for.
Soap bosses are held to such a high degree of scrutiny and standard, and if there is anything fans are not happy with, boy they let them know!
Listing the above paints an overall solid picture of Emmerdale and, despite dramatic reports, the show is far from being in crisis.
However, the recent resurgence of EastEnders has helped identify how refreshing shows can put them right back on the map.
There are many things Emmerdale needs to improve on – things have become far less character led, with an over-reliance on stunts and, despite my love for the clan, the Dingles.
The often ignored older generation, lack of fresh blood who aren’t connected to existing villagers, and some storylines that are starting to feel a bit of a strain are some of the factors that it is now a good time to address.
A new pair of hands and perspective on the steering wheel will bring new ideas to the table – there’s a reason why soaps benefit a lot from regular producer changes.
We all have different thoughts when it comes to our ideal soap. I have struggled with some aspects of the show for a number of months now, and have some thoughts on what could give Emmerdale its mojo back.
The community feel
The Man Club is evidence that Emmerdale still knows how to integrate the cast in a community way, but the show really lacks the warm feeling of community that it has previously been known for.
Character groups feel very separate – the Andersons are packed with potential but are generally isolated aside from Charles leading a wedding or funeral, for example.
Many characters have deep connections and pasts with each other but at the moment, much of everything is storyline led, with a definite beginning, middle and end.
A return to the focus on character, and the village itself, will make the storylines feel less plot, and more organic.
New blood
There have been some solid castings over Jane’s tenure, but very few who join the show unrelated to existing villagers.
Many of the links have been a bit contrived – Nicola’s attacker Naomi really didn’t have to be the same character as Charles’ daughter – and introductions such as Chloe and Tom have so far felt unable to hit the mark, with explorations into the connections themselves feeling very light.
Chloe rarely interacts with Sarah anymore, while Tom’s tensions with Jimmy and Chas were resolved extremely quickly.
Bringing in some fresh new faces or even a new family could buck this trend and inject some additional new life that doesn’t have to be an add-on to an existing story.
A big name casting a la Amanda Donohoe leading the Wyldes would also bring some solid attention and buzz.
Bring back Kim Tate’s edge
This is an ongoing bugbear with me – I long dreamed of seeing superbitch Kim Tate stalking the village and lording over Home Farm once more, so when I got my wish, I was delighted.
Her return was camper than a tent shop, and great fun but unsustainable, so it was understandable that Emmerdale had to tone her down to keep her around.
Kim was still mean but started to take on some deeper dimensions. Having a grandma instinct reminded us of her heart, and her friendships with Mary and Lydia are great.
But, over the last year, Kim has completely lost that edge that makes her Kim.
There is absolutely no way that Harriet and Caleb would escape her wrath like they have done.
Crossing Kim to such an extent would doom you to some hardcore revenge, but Kim seems to have just rolled over and taken the hits.
Let’s get her back to the middle ground. Keep the layers – but re-introduce her harder side too.
A leopard can only change its spots so much – Kim will always, and should always, be utterly ruthless.
Consistency
Emmerdale’s powerful storylines are its absolute strength. When the show tackles something serious, it really treats it with care.
The aftermaths and long-running focus on Marlon’s stroke and Paddy’s mental health have been sublime – with storylines only this week revisiting Paddy’s grief over Grace, while Marlon has anxiety over getting back behind the wheel.
And the fact that the Man Club continues to be a solid staple of the village is refreshing; the story could easily have fallen into the soap mistake of being done and dusted then forgotten.
But when the show tries to get across a message, things can get a bit jarring when combined with other stories taking the same issue a lot less seriously.
Just days after raising awareness that a single punch can kill someone, a scene showed Bob smack Liam in the face with zero consequence. So, how are we treating punches?
Bernice’s equally important menopause group ran concurrently with Paddy’s Man Club, but has been played for laughs, which has felt like a major mis-step.
And, after Noah faced pretty much zero ramifications for stalking Chloe and displaying incel behaviours, he became central to a story about his girlfriend Amelia being stalked by a creep.
Noah portrayed as a hero in this scenario leaves a bit of a sour taste.
The show needs to take care not to undermine its best work in this way.
They stick to their guns when seeing these stories through, so they also need to stick to the core message.
Redemption arcs
Speaking of Noah’s redemption, the show has had a bit of an issue recently of desecrating characters and changing their personalities – only for it to be reversed with the expectation that viewers should forgive and forget.
To be fair to the current team, this is not a new issue – it still annoys many that Kerry and Amy live care-free in the village – and judge the crimes of others – when they effectively got away with killing Frank.
Noah was a character that ‘learned his lesson’ and was re-established into the fold without much furore, but it’s pretty hard to forget in this Amelia love story, that he really was a very serious danger to women not long ago.
And the character of Chas is back to being a little bit sanctimonious about the bad behaviour of others – such as Charity cheating and Caleb lying.
It’s very hard to warm to Chas again after the way she treated Paddy without any real remorse.
If Emmerdale truly wants us to forgive these characters, the redemption arcs need to be deeper and longer, with a much more detailed exploration of the behaviours and motivations behind them.
LGBTQ+ couples
It was noted during Pride Month that three LGBTQ+ couples in Emmerdale split up in quick succession – which was not a good look for a soap that actually nails it with diversity in the show, and representation for the community, character-wise.
Not all that long on from the controversial Vanity split, couples with potential, most notably the moving Heartstopper-esque pairing of Arthur and Marshall – were dropped.
Arthur’s coming out was handled beautifully and in an understated way by Emmerdale, so I am still confused by why the relationship went south so swiftly.
There are hints that Nicky will embark on a relationship with Suni, so hopefully this can be reversed to an extent that there can be a bit of joy for gay characters.
We are still rooting for Mary – and just when is Ethan going to get something to do?
Dropped stories need addressed
Emmerdale has kicked off stories that have the potential to be very interesting – but some of them just go nowhere.
The Rhona and Gus plot – which explored the concept of Rhona being asked to help her ex with having a baby – was new territory, but it was over and done with within weeks.
It left a few loose ends, with the expectation that more was to come but, months on, there is no sign of that.
Where is Chloe’s dad, after all this time and mentions of him? And why drop the big ‘Kerry is her mum’ bombshell right as Laura Norton left?
It was simply left hanging, with zero aftermath.
Tone down the huge stunts
Emmerdale knows how to put on a spectacle – some of its stunts have gone down in history, such as the motorway pile-up and Meena’s burning maze.
But, and this is more of an ITV issue, ‘Super Soap Week’ has become a bit of a problem.
It’s now the expectation that some sort of stunt has to half-destroy the village and kill off residents in October, which makes it predictable and pretty unrealistic how disaster will strike the same time every year.
There is also the pressure on Emmerdale to up the ante and beat the previous year each time, which led to a week with simply too much – a storm, a cow stampede, a man impaled on a tractor, an exploding quad bike, a crushing under a caravan – it was out of hand and the effect is diluted.
Time was, even a car crash would be extremely exciting and considered an event but it can’t be the case any more.
So with stunts, let’s mix it up a bit. Have less, and when they do happen, do they have to be in October?
And, unlike the big storm which had pretty much zero consequence (Harriet and Liv who?), there needs to be a return to character before spectacle. If we are blowing up the village, the key should be on what comes next.
‘Life will never be the same again’ can only work if, well, life is never the same again.
Less of the crime stories
How many drug dealers can one village have? There has been a reliance on short term criminals arriving – very often to create conflict for Cain – and it’s not very inspiring to see Nate now caught in a gangster style scenario. Which, again, it looks like Cain will resolve.
Two dimensional thugs and gangsters are so un-Emmerdale. And done far too regularly now to have any impact.
Does anyone even remember Dawn’s ex’s short-lived reign of terror? Or the gunman who shot David?
Dingle domination
The Dingle family is a double edged sword. They’re one of soap’s most iconic families and that should never change.
But it’s rare to see a story that isn’t Dingle connected, leaving the likes of the Sugdens and Tates hanging about in the background.
Even Caleb’s war with Kim Tate quickly became more Dingle focused.
Marlon and Faith’s stories were impeccable and there is another topical story coming to the Dingles that will undoubtedly be fantastic.
However, we need a bit less Dingle overload, it is hard to keep up and there are too many Dingles for them all to be realistically involved in each of the arcs ongoing.
But with all that is happening, each member absolutely would be part of it in real life. They need some breathing space to give it more of a family focus rather than story after story – and so do we.
Bring back Meena
Well, I can dream can’t I?

The Storyline of the Extended Cut of the Scream franchise Part 1
Hello there, if you like the descriptions of all the characters in the Extended Cut of the Scream franchise, well because I did the additional cast list of the Extended Cut of both films, i'll be doing the storyline with additional scenes that can't be definitely seen in theaters. Here's the storyline in the Extended Cut of the Scream franchise.
Warning: It may have spoilers of the Extended Cut of both Scream movies.
First it's the Extended Cut of Scream (2022)
●During Tara's being attacked by Ghostface, Wendy Hicks was at home with her brother & sister Wes & Lexi & her friends Rebecca & Matthew Bishop but her boyfriend Kurt Parker saying he could not make it. The five were watching a 80's horror movie Gremlins but Becca pushed for Prom Night. Becca said "Come on Jamie Lee Curtis is a horror icon!" In the next morning Wendy gets a call from Judy telling her that Tara was attacked by someone wearing a Ghostface mask, Wendy drops her phone & looks over at Lexi & Wes. Wes immediately calls Sam & Wendy calls Carrie Riley-Weathers.
(The American Scream by Alkaline Trio then Billy S. by Skye Sweetnam & then American Idiot by Green Day plays)
●In this extended scene not only brings the kids at the picnic table but it also brings the introduction of the two brothers related to Judy Hicks in the form of William & Frederick Hicks (better known has Will & Fred) who has their own friend group called The Friendly Posse which the members are: Joanna Thompson, the half-brothers Craig Karbar & Malik Hubar, Susan Winters, her older sister Eleanor "Ellie" Winters, the brother-sister duo of Yolanda & Philip Preston (known as Phil), Kimberly "Kim" Watson, Gabrielle "Gabby" Stafford, Emily Jones, Angela Stewart, her younger sister Luna Stewart, Sylvester Bradford, Andrea Lewis (who's been friends with Luna Stewart & Emily Jones), Andrew "Andy" Anderson, & Samuel Johnathan & Jennifer Annie Kincaid who better known as Sam & Jenny (who is related to their younger sister Graceland "Grace" Prescott) who has shown up in Woodsboro High. They're all have been friends ever since what happened to Tara Carpenter who's probably still alive but really injured when she's attacked by someone wearing a Ghostface costume & mask, they started to suspect to learn that nobody can be safe from the killer who's on the loose, they started to list the suspects of Chad & Mindy Meeks-Martin, Matthew & Rebecca Bishop, Liv Mckenzie, Kurt Parker, Amber Freeman, & Wes, Lexi, & Wendy Hicks. Will can't believe there's an women in police uniform & it's none other than their mom Judy Hicks, he & Fred also can't believe there's two blondes are Wes & Lexi & an redhead is Wendy heard their siblings & their friends talking about them being suspects, they're meeting their brothers & the Friendly Posse where everybody is arguing about being suspects also Liv & Gabby meet again since they were children & all the kids of the Hicks family gets awkward & surprising reunion. Judy Hicks wants Wes, Wendy & Lexi to take Will & Fred with them by keeping an eye on them, they're about to meet Carrie Tatum Riley-Weathers & Sam Carpenter with her boyfriend Richie Kirsch at the hospital, Carrie & Sam hugs everybody & introduced Richie the people that Sam babysit & Carrie's friend Wendy & the twin siblings Matt & Rebecca Bishop, Lexi introduces Sam to Will & Fred who has shown up in Woodsboro, the brothers responds back to Sam by saying hi. Also Amber Freeman says hi back to Sam. Also Landon Andrews stops by to see his childhood friend Tara.
Landon said "Hey Tara. I'm sorry i was late." Tara said "It's okay." Landon sees his step-siblings Wes, Wendy, Lexi, Will, & Fred Hicks & waves at them of saying hi, the Hicks kids waves back at Landon. The others minus Sam & Landon Andrews leaves the hospital & goes to the bar, & Carrie drives them both home. Amber said "Do you have a extra inhaler?" Tara said "Yeah, i'll be fine." Amber said "Okay." Landon said "Hey Amber. Thanks for calling me." Amber said "Of course Landon." Amber leaves the hospital. Richie said "All right, i'll be right outside." Sam said "Okay." Richie said "Bye." Richie closes the door, leaving Sam & Landon with Tara. Tara said "Sam. Landon, i was so scared." Sam whispered "It's okay." Landon said "It's okay Tara. We'll here." Amber said "Well someone has to." Everybody talks about Wes that he had a crush on Tara until Liv's ex-boyfriend Vince gets her but Chad protects her, Fred yells that Vince gets a knife out of his pocket, he tolds Fred to shut up or he stabs him but Will comes up protects his brother from Vince by using his martial arts background to disarm & beats him up, the bartender tells him to get out or she's calling the cops & she's also gets them out too.

"Are you guys being safe out there?" She asks them.
"To the point where all of our friends mock us, yes." Wes said.
"Good." Judy said.
"What's for dinner?" Lexi said as she gets a text from Chad.
"Sushi. I was just leaving to pick it up." Judy said.
"Why don't you just Postmates it?" Wes asked her while Lexi was texting Chad back.
"Oh, it gets all smooshly by the time it's here. I know you hate that. Go take a shower. I'll be right back soon." Their mom tells them.
"I promise to be back before you get home. I have to go meet up with Chad. He wants to apologize more we're meeting each other halfway." Lexi said as she opens the door & before their mother can speak then she speaks up. "I have my taser & pepper spray. Don't worry. I love you guys." Lexi said as she shouts so they shout it back.
After that, Wendy mentions that to Wes that she needs to pick up something from Kurt's house, Wes immediately said no & that he doesn't trust Kurt. But Carrie intervenes, offering to drive Wendy there & bring her home after, Wes reluctantly agrees & hugs Wendy, telling her he loves her, "Ew, Wes... I love you too." Wendy said as she tells Wes & hugs him. "I'll see you when you get home." Wes said. "You promise?" Wendy asked. "I promise." A promise that Wes intended to keep but couldn't.
"What about us?" Will asked their mom.
"You both are staying with Wes until i'll be back but you both can have fun upstairs but don't make any noises. Wes, keeping an eye on them." Judy said.
"Don't worry mom, i'll keep an eye on them." Wes said.

"But football practice got canceled because of the attack on Tara..." "Look Mrs Parker, i'm just here to pick up some of my notes for algebra, can i just run up to his room & grab them?" Wendy said. "Sure, dear." Mrs Parker said. Wendy ran up to his room & grabbed her notes but noticed a Ghostface mask sitting in a pile of dark clothing on the floor. Backing out of the room, she bumps right into Kurt Parker, "Baby, what are you doing here?" "Just grabbing my... notes..." Wendy said as she gets visibly nervous. "Everything alright, baby?" Kurt asked. "Yeah Kurt, everything is fine, absolutely fine." Wendy said. "Do you want to stay the night? You know i could protect you." Kurt said. "I really should go home Kurt, my mom & Wes are waiting for me there." Wendy said.
●Meanwhile, as Lexi was blocks away from the house, her mom honks the horn then passing her & waving making her laugh. A lot of people thought that Judy Hicks was a little over the top with her bubbly personality but Lexi loves it. She was super close to her mom, brother, & sister. They were all they have since their dad is an piece of shit & left their mom there to raise them alone.
"Are you walking yet?" Chad said as he calls Lexi.
"Yeah, i'm walking. I'll be halfway in a few more minutes. Why couldn't you have thought about this when i was over not too long ago?" Lexi said.
"I'm a little slow at times. You know this." Chad said as he laughs. "You got your protection with you?"
"Of course. I love to be safe & my mother would kill me if i left at home without it." Lexi said as she laughs.
"Very true. You, Wendy, Fred, Will, & Wes are such mommy's girls & mommy's boys." Chad said.
"Hey! She's the only parent that we got dude." Lexi said as she hears a siren & watches her mother speeding up by going back towards the house.
"What was that?" Chad asks as Lexi stops walking.
"My mom just left to get dinner & just speed past going back all the way towards home." Lexi said then she's thinking the worst. "Oh My God! Wes is home alone so is Will & Fred!"
"Le-," Lexi hangs up on Chad & putting her phone away & running home as fast as she could.

She's checks for a pulse & gets nothing. "WES!" She gets up running for the front door & opens it but something was on the other side of the door. She pushed it more & has enough room to see Wes died on the floor making her cry out louder. "Wes! No." When Will sees his mom Judy Hicks gets killed, he's in shock & he's called in help as she's squeezes though bending down, grabbing him to see his neck.
"No, no, no, no." Lexi screams out hearing more sirens getting closer.
●When the other helped arrived, they had to help walk Lexi away from the house because she kept crying but she can't leave them alone & Will comforts her until the two people in a blue Ford Mustang saw both people dead, one with the binoculars, the other with the eyeglasses signed Will that they'll be happy to help if they want Will & Fred to meet with them tonight.
"Can you tell us what happened again?" A deputy asking Lexi as she's starting at her dry bloody hands.
"My mom just left to get dinner & I left to meet with a friend, leaving Wes alone with Will & Fred. When I was almost to my friend's house, my mom speed up past going all the way back to the house & i thought the worst. I got here & saw it, it was the worst." Lexi said as she cried.
●Landon talking to Sam about the killer tried to kill him but he told him that the only reason he's alive because he made a promise.
"I don't get it. Why after Tara? He killed everyone." Sam said.
"Unless there is actually two killers." Landon said.
"Yeah & the other killer is you. Maybe you are & Richie is right." Sam said.
"You think that i killed them? You think that i could do something like that? That i could... that I could killed a person? A human being? Especially my mom & my brother?" Landon said as he's getting speechless of what Sam is saying.
"I don't know." Sam said.
"Oh shit, Tara." Landon said as he saw the deputy at the crime scene.
"Hold on, Richie. Landon where are you going? Sam said.
"Tara is in trouble & looks like the cop that was at the hospital is talking to Dewey. So i'm heading over to the hospital right now." Landon said.
●Meanwhile the two argued some more... when they arrive at the Hicks house, Wendy sees the the bodybag in the front door & hops out of Carrie's car (her dad's old vehicle) running towards the body before Dewey stops her "No." Dewey nods his head, "Wes?" Wendy asked through tears, Dewey nods again as Carrie walks up & Wendy's legs gave out. "Dad, what's going on?" Carrie said as she looks over to the crew pulling out another body bag, "No..." She looked back at her dad as she holds Wendy, "No. No. NO!......" Will, Fred, & Lexi heard Wendy & comforting her, Lexi tells Fred & Will to go with Wendy & Carrie while she finds Tara in the hospital, the brothers responded "Be careful!" But Sam said "No, Lexi. Your family..."
"Is gone. I lost my mom & Wes & i'm not losing my best friend too. So i'm going with you." Lexi said as she gets in to the backseat & Dewey gets on to the passenger seat.

"I'm so sorry." Sidney said.
Sidney & Gale hug as Sam & Landon looking on & Lexi is sitting down.
"Hi Sidney." Lexi said.
"Hey Lexi. It's the last time i saw you, you were so tiny." Sidney said as she gets Lexi a hug.
"Well, i'm 18, not 7." Lexi said as she hugs her back.
"I'm sorry about your mom & your brother." Sidney said.
"Thank you." Lexi responded.
●Meanwhile Sam & Landon talking to Tara while she's awake.
Landon said "Hey, Tara. How are you feeling?"
Tara said "Well everytime i get attacked, they give me better painkillers. There's that.
Sam said "I'm sorry."
Tara said "For what? You saved my life.
Sam said "For not telling you sooner. For being the reason dad left."
Tara said "You're not the reason dad left. You can't choose where you came from or who you came from. I don't blame you for that. I blame you for leaving the both of us.
Landon asked "Us? What do you mean us?
Tara replied to Landon "Landon, you & me."
Sam said "That's never gonna happen again."
Tara said "I know. Why didn't you come to me back then? I could have helped.
Sam said "Because i was scared."
Tara asked "Of what?"
Sam said "I was scared that i would turn out just like him. So i ran. To protect the both of you. From me.
Tara said "Sam, you could never be like him."
Landon said "Sam, you ran from home to protect Tara. You are nothing like Billy, so you don't need to worry. Tara are you high?
"Tara said "I'm so high right now. Not even gonna lie.
Everytime Tara said that, it's makes Sam laugh.
Sam & Landon said "I love you."
Tara said "I love you guys too. So what do we do now?"
Sam said "What nobody ever does in these situations."
Landon said "We are getting the fuck out of Woodsboro right?"
Sam said "Right."
Meanwhile, Lexi sees Tara after she's talking to Richie.
"Come here." Tara said as she opens her arms for Lexi to cry into them.
"I have no one. My mom & Wes are gone. I just found them Tara." Lexi said.
"You're not alone, Lexi. You have me still. You can come with Sam & me." Tara said as she pulls back from the hug.
"You're my best friend. Way more than Amber. Please just don't tell her that i said that." Tara said as they both laugh.
"Hey, Lexi." Landon said as Lexi turns around as she sees him.
"Oh My God, Landon." Lexi said as she hugs him, turning out he's okay. "I'm glad that you here. Are you okay?"
"Yeah, i'm all right." Landon said.
"You both know each other?" Tara asked.
"Yeah, Landon is our stepbrother." Lexi said. "It's been a long time."
Yeah, it's been a long time. Landon said. "Where's everybody?"
"My mom & Wes gotten killed, Will & Fred is staying with Wendy & her friends & Carrie is here." Lexi said as she wiped her tears from her eyes. "Have you show up at our house?"
"Yeah, i was here later to see Wes, but when i saw Wes getting attacked, I was there to stop Ghostface, then he tries to stab me but he spares me because he tolds me that i'm still alive because he made a promise." Landon said.
"Hey Lexi, you coming?" Carrie said.

Amber smiled at Mindy who still stared at her then said "You know what else you shouldn't do when a masked killer around?
Mindy said "What?
Amber said "Follow someone into a dark creepy basement alone. I mean... how do you know i'm not the killer?
Mindy said "Because i am. I'm not actually, but let that be a lesson: Don't. Trust. Anyone."
Amber said "Then how can i trust you when you say you're not the killer?"
Mindy said "Exactly. You're learning. Now let's go back upstairs.

Lexi said "We got Dewey but now he's dead so why do you bring Will & Fred to meet with somebody when everyone is a suspect?" But Izzy said "Actually? I think we know someone who's a childhood friend of ours who know something about that."
Will & Fred said "Uh-Oh."
(Trouble by Shampoo plays)
●At another house Will & Fred's friend group The Friendly Posse watching a scary movie but they wasn't alone & not the only ones watching, there's also another friend group led by the two brothers in the form of Terrence William & Lawrence James Watkins (better known as Terry & Larry). They're both horror movie buffs, specialists, & survivalists also gamers who have has their own friends such as Laura "Lori" Sanchez, Miranda Rodriguez, Connor "Cash" Conway, his older sister Yvonne Conway (who's probably the baby half-sister of the killer Jill Roberts), Terry's girlfriend Katherine "Katie" Jones, Kathleen "Kathy" Willamson, Roland "Rory" Williams, his sister Elaine Williams, Graceland "Grace" Prescott, Rory's girlfriend Elena Connors, Grace-Lynn "Gracie" Moore, Dorothy Johnson, her younger sister Riley Johnson, Marty McCreary, Trent McCoy, Richard Jackson, his girlfriend Nicole Kennedy, & also Lori's older sister Lorraine "Lynn" Sanchez. As they all watching the original movie Halloween with Jamie Lee Curtis, they experienced how Michael Myers kills people with his signature butcher knife, Richard rants about why they watching it over & over, Terry sushies him, Marty said "I want to see her breasts, I want to see Jamie Lee's breasts, where do we see Jamie's breasts?" Terry said that Jamie Lee Curtis is always the virgin in horror movies also Gracie responds to Terry that she's a legitimate scream queen in the 70's or 80's, Dorothy said "I could afford a decent pair.", Terry heard what she said but Craig asked them "How it that turned out? Like somebody is out-think or out-maneuver the killer.", Larry agrees about that but he lets Terry telling him about that, Terry tells them that they have to outsmart the killer in the big scene in the end, only virgins can do that, he asks them "Do you know the rules?", then Phil asks "What rules?" Terry can't believe that they don't know about the rules of horror films, but Larry comes up to help him out, tells them that if they are familiar or too familiar about the rules, he lets Terry telling him about the do's & do not's what you do in a horror movie, Samuel thinks that Terry telling them about the aspects of a horror movie but Terry said "No, but there are certain rules that one must abide by in order to successfully surviving a horror movie." Terry tells them the rules of horror films by using his kind of the same horror movie monologue used by Randy Meeks then Marty said "I'm getting another beer you want one?" Larry said "You'll get two for both of us." Terry said "Yeah sure." Marty said "I'll be right back!"
Everybody said "Oohh!"
"You can't fucking said that! You know there are rules to survive a horror movie, you can't fucking said that man!" Larry said.
"Yeah, you see what happens if you push the laws, you've ending up dead. Okay, i'll see you in the kitchen but don't said that again you should not said it in the first place." Terry said.
"I'll go with him to get the beer if you don't mind." Trent said.
"All right, go do that but keep an eye on him." Terry said.
"Man, i want more beer! We want some beer! Where is the beer?" Craig said.
"You always want more beer." Malik said.
Seriously? You drank a full can of beer." Samuel said.
"I can call my best friend Amber to bring over an pack of beer." Elaine said.
"Guys, we got more than just beer, we got water, soda, chips, popcorn, & fruits in there. There's plenty around here." Terry said.
"I could make fruit salads if everybody want one." Miranda said.
Everybody agrees that Terry & Miranda saying they all have in the kitchen.
"I can afford to order some pizza." Kathy said.
"You always love eating pizza." Terry said to Kathy.
"I don't eat pizza especially they put pineapple on a pizza. I mean who does that?" Miranda said.
Everybody said "Domino's!"
"Domino's does that Miranda." Terry said.
●Meanwhile, Trent & Marty are getting the beer while they arguing until Chad shows up & said "Where's your buddy?"
Marty said "He's not here."
Trent said "Hey! No jocks in the house."
Chad said "Who are you calling an jock?"
Everybody still talking, waiting for Trent & Marty getting the beer until chaos ensures when Chad tosses Marty & punches Trent & saw Terry & said "YOU!"
Terry said "Holy Shit."
Chad begins going to tackle him as Terry runs & said "Larry!", Larry swoops in to save his older brother & attacks Chad by wrapping his arms around his throat & said "What are you doing here at our house? You think you're some tough guy huh? I could beat up tough guys like you but you are some angry tough-looking jock."
Chad said "I ain't no jock!"
Larry said "There's no jocks in the house. No thanks to that long hair, huge curly top girlfriend of yours."
Chad said "Dude that's gross! That's my sister you talking about."
Larry said "It doesn't matter if your sister shows up here!"
Terry runs to upstairs & goes to the room but he saws Lexi & Wendy Hicks who's probably behind him & said "Why did you killed our brother?"
Terry said "You probably got the wrong guy." He's dodging the Hicks sisters, lock the door & heading downstairs, siding down the stairs using his athleticism,
Katie & the others tell Terry "What's going on?"
Terry said "That's what's going on."
Everybody defending Terry as Rebecca, Matthew, Carrie, Wendy, & Lexi shows up attacking Terry,
Will & Fred who has shown up as Andrea said "Will? Fred?" The brothers responded "Andrea? You guys? What are you doing here?"
Sam, Jenny, & Kim said "What do you think? We watching a scary movie." As Will, Fred & their friends arguing, Richard, Nicole, Gracie, Elena, & Rory explained to them that their siblings & their friends attack Terry, Amber Freeman shows up, surprising her best friend Elaine, they have a reunion, Elaine introduces everybody to Amber Freeman, Kim, Yolanda, Gabby, & everybody of The Friendly Posse knows who Amber is, Izzy & Dame shows up as well,
Izzy said "Hey Terry, Catch!"
Izzy throws the gun to Terry as he loads it then points it on everybody & said "What the hell are you all doing here at our house!?"
Will said "We came here looking for some help."
Larry said "Yeah, unless there's an pissed off jock attacked my brother for no reason."
Chad said "I said I ain't no jock!"
Terry said "Well maybe you got a good reason why you show up here."
Katie said "I didn't see Mindy."
Terry said "Izzy? Dame? What are you guys doing here?"
Izzy said "We just got here to bring Will & Fred to you until everyone just come here to know what's going on because they said you killed Wes & Judy Hicks & Dewey Riley."
Terry said "What!? I did not do that!"
Will said "We didn't say that, they all saying that you killed our brother Wes & our mother."
"Will!" Wendy said.
"My brother didn't killed everybody." Larry said.
"No, they're all saying that you both have killed our brother Wes & our mother & Dewey Riley." Fred said.
"Fred!" Lexi said.
"What?" Fred said.
"You know Terry didn't do any of that. I didn't see Mindy." Katie said.
Terry said "Me neither."
Mindy said "Mm'hmm."
Terry & Katie notices that Mindy didn't show outside at the window, she's showed up at their house,
Katie said "AH!"
Terry said "Whoa! What in the fuck Mindy? You scared the shit out of us!"
Larry said "Mindy? Do you & you people think that you attack my brother about me & my brother did something to some people earlier? You son of a-"
Larry squeezes Chad around the throat as Mindy said "Let my brother go! You're about to turn him a little blue."
Larry lets go of Chad & gets there to protects Terry but Mindy said "Don't try to protect him. Because i'll tell you why: You've let your older brother start explaining the rules by starting mimicking our uncle Randy."
Everybody said "Uncle Randy!?
Larry said "Whoa, whoa, whoa, you're both his son & daughter are you?"
Mindy said "No, we're uncle Randy's niece & nephew.
Larry scoffs & Mindy stares at the brothers.
Terry asked "You want to know why about explaining the horror movies in general Mindy?"
Mindy sighed "What?"
Terry said "You always talk about requels of the movies already released, but they have horror movie villains in every single franchise out there such as Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, Michael Myers, & countless others, some people watch remakes of these movies like Universal's classic monsters, but here's the thing they watching Prom Night at every single time, they're watching the horror movies in general because they have source material, because every source material has an every simple formula, EVERYBODY'S A SUSPECT!"
Everybody is heard what Terry is saying.
Larry said "No, not you guys.
Terry said "Now you know why about that & you people just breaking to our house in the first place."
Terry turns around as he sees Amber Freeman.
Amber said "Really sweetie? (Laughs) How'd we know if you guys are not the killers?"
Matt said "Yeah, how do we know if you guys are not the killers? Huh? Huh? Huh?"
Amber flirts with Terry & Matt tries to grab him in his shirt collar but Larry & Katie protects him.
Terry said "Uh, hi Amber."
Larry said " Hey look, that's not how it looks like man."
Matt said "Well maybe my best friend's mother & brother who's probably my childhood friend just got killed & my girlfriend's dad also got murdered earlier so it might be a good reason that you both show up here."
Terry said "Well maybe you people just got here to Woodsboro because of the murders occurred in three decades ago. But the question is: How are we know if you guys are not the killers?"
Wendy, Lexi, Matt, Carrie, Chad, & Rebecca heard what Terry said & they wasn't happy about it. But Will & Fred tells them about their alibi.
Will & Fred said "We're not, we just-" Will & Fred trying to tell them that but Mindy cuts them off as she's tells Terry about that. "Because I am."
"What?" Larry said as Terry turns around as he heards that Mindy said & he starts to shoot her & everybody stops him from shoot at Mindy but she said as a joke "Whoa, don't try to shoot me Terry because I'm not the killer exactly but let's make one lesson clear: Don't. Trust. Anyone.
"Then how the hell can we trust you even you guys are definitely not the killers?" Terry said as he defends his girlfriend, brother, & their friends from the killer as they all at the same situation they're in.
"Which is definitely the point." Larry said as he, Katie, & everybody protecting Terry at the same situation that he's already in.
"Exactly. You both learning. Looks like we saw you all watching the original movie Halloween just like our uncle Randy does." Mindy said as she noticed that everybody watching the original movie Halloween with Jamie Lee Curtis.
"Yeah, we just almost finished watching it." Terry said to Mindy.
"Really? By the looks of it, it almost at the end." Amber said.
"Yeah, almost at the end. So why are you guys even here?" Katie said.
"Even you guys saw Izzy & Dame." Rory said.
"We saw them because they said they wanted to ask us to meet them tonight." Fred said as he pointed out that the two brothers wanted to meet them.
"Yeah, we did want you to meet us until you both bought an whole mob of angry people coming over here attacking my brother!" Larry said.
"Dude!" Terry said to Larry.
"What?" Larry said.
"You know that's not polite saying to anybody when there's a killer is on the loose." Terry said.
"Yeah, especially the two killers attacked everybody." Rebecca said.
"We did not killed everybody." Terry said.
"Really? Because it looks like to me that you guys also show up in Woodsboro, especially you bought an blonde hair girl with a cute bowtie on her head who tried to pull my hair down." Carrie said.
"That's my younger sister you talking about." Dorothy said.
"Thank you so much for saying that i have an beautiful bowtie on my forehead, but i am not that cute." Riley said to Carrie with a calm then serious look on her face.
"Looks like you guys haven't getting alone. Are you?" Rebecca said.
"We are getting alone just fine. So what are you guys doing here?" Cash said.
"We're looking for some help because there's a killer is on the loose who's wearing a Ghostface mask." Fred said.
"Wait, are you talking about that one from Stab?" Riley asked.
"Yeah & he's also in real life." Will said.
"Yeah, it looks like you have a party going on at the house." Elena said.
"Yeah, it's a memorial of our brother." Fred said.
"Fred!" Lexi said as she punch him hard in the arm.
"OW! What? They need to know." Fred said as he rubs his arm.
"Unfortunately we did not killed Wes & Judy Hicks & Dewey Riley." Terry said in complete honesty as he said the names that make the ladies really mad but Grace stops Lexi because Terry is telling the truth.
"Oh boy." Cash said. "That's not a good idea for that."
"Terry, you didn't kill everybody especially there's a knife-welding masked killer on the loose." Miranda said to Terry.
"You weren't supposed to fucking say our brother's name you son of a bitch!" Lexi said to Terry as she goes to punch him in the face but Grace stops her.
"Lexi, wait!" Grace said as she stops Lexi from punch Terry in the face then Lexi noticed that the same girl they had meet outside at the picnic table.
"How do you know me? Wait a minute, you're the same girl we saw in the picnic table, talking to these two people of the Friendly Posse." Lexi said.
Yeah, they're both my older brother & sister." Grace said.
"Wait a second, if you guys are related, that means-" Will said as he's getting speechless of what he heard about until Mindy just know that they are related to.
"You guys are probably related to one of the legacy characters." Mindy said.
"Yeah, my mom is a survivor of these attacks." Grace said.
"Hey, she's our mom too." Jenny said.
"Our mom is none other than-" Samuel said as he cuts off because Lexi knows their mom is.
"Sidney Prescott." Lexi said.
"Wait, Sidney Prescott!?" Will & Fred asked as they both in absolute shock what they heard.
"She's also my cousin." Yvonne said.
"Well, i didn't know that." Jenny said.
"Wait a second, what?" Chad said.
"Well my mom knows her well enough." Carrie said.
"Just like Allyson & her mother Karen who are probably daughters of Laurie Strode who has been played by Jamie Lee Curtis." Gracie said.
"How do you that- whoa." Lori said as she sees the face of the actress on TV.
"Come on guys, Jamie Lee Curtis is definitely a horror icon." Rebecca said.
"Look I'm sorry, we're not going to help you mourn your loss of your loved ones or clean up the house of ours because all the collateral damage that you people just made, but we are happy to help you taking down Ghostface." Terry said to anybody who came at their house.
"I don't know that's not a good idea because everyone is going be wearing the Ghostface mask." Fred said.
"Yeah, but the thing is: The killer can be anybody." Mindy said to Terry.
"So wait, you guys want us to help you taking down the killer?" Wendy asked.
Yeah, we do want to help you guys out. So what the killer do? Killing people by starting a reboot or something like that?" Larry said.
"No, the killer starts killing people because he's doing it as an requel." Mindy said to Larry.
"An requel? I don't know what that is." Larry said.
"Well you see, it's a movie that which is definitely revisits the subject matter of a earlier film but it is not a remake or a linear continuation of it's plot." Terry said.
"Whoa!" Fred said.
"I definitely know that you notice that my boyfriend is a smart kind of guy." Katie said.
"I can't believe that he knows that." Chad said.
"I don't neither." Will said.
"So wait, you're the smart member of the group?" Carrie asked.
"Well mostly, i'm the smartest." Terry said.
"So what, you telling me that requels are different because of a storyline?" Samuel said.
"Yeah, like Mindy said it definitely does a part of an ongoing storyline & does going back to the original." Terry said.
"Yeah, but the question is: How do you know Sidney Prescott?" Will asked.
"Yeah, how do you know Sidney Prescott?" Fred said. "Looks like a couple of months ago or something?"
"Will." Wendy said.
"Fred." Lexi said.
"What?" Will & Fred said.
"It's OK, you guys. Well you see i have seen her ever since when i was little. Sidney is my older cousin." Yvonne said.
"Wait, our mom didn't tell us because you're the only cousin?" Samuel said.
"Well you know, it happens when it runs with the family." Yvonne said.
"It stays in the family, Yvonne." Grace said.
"Look, i'm sorry for what happened about your mother & your brother." Terry said.
"Yeah. Thanks for telling us." Wendy said as she, Will, Fred, & Lexi heard what Terry said but in complete honest.
"I'm also sorry about what happened to your dad. You definitely know he's helped a lot of people, especially he's kind of a tough guy." Larry said.
"Thank you, my dad is a tough one & i love him so much but it's fine." Carrie said to Larry as she gets emotional when she gets tears in her eyes.
●Everybody is watching as the moment unfolds & the others are talking in the living room.
"Can you see that? That's kind of heartwarming." Joanna said.
"Yeah, i definitely could see that." Gabby said.
"Haven't you met these people before?" Elena asked.
"Yeah, we have met these people at the picnic table." Emily said.
"We met them & like Mindy said that we're all also suspects." Craig said.
"Well you said it's just a theory." Rory said.
"Yeah, i did said it was just a theory." Craig said.
"But Mindy & the others show up & saw us while we were there, talking about them." Malik said.
"So wait, these people have heard you guys talking about them about being suspects? That's kind of messed up." Dame said.
"Yeah, it sure is messed up." Susan said.
"We met these people earlier like the Hicks siblings & the Bishop twins Rebecca & Matthew." Kim said.
"Don't forget about that hunkalicious guy & his sexy girlfriend over there." Andrea said.
"Hey! That's my cousin that you talking about." Gabby said.
"I can't believe that she's talking about Liv over there." Chad said.
"She's also talking about you Chad." Fred said.
"Come on man, you know that Liv's my girlfriend." Chad said.
"Yeah, I figured that." Will said sarcastically.
"Will!" Sam & Jenny said.
"Fred!" Lexi & Wendy said.
"What?" Will & Fred said.
"What's going on with Andrea? Like she's on a sex drive?" Yvonne asked.
"Yvonne!" Grace said.
"What?" Yvonne asked.
"She always liked Chad & Liv." Jenny said.
"You guys are something else, like you always talking about each other when there's a killer is on the loose & you people attack my brother for no reason." Larry said.
"Well, you know better like that you're yelled at people who break into our house Larry. You all know that there are certain rules that one must abide by in order to successfully surviving a horror movie." Terry said.
"We already know Terry." Miranda said.
"Definitely noted." Cash said.
Wait, does Andrea loves men like Chad?" Elena asked.
"You know Andrea always thirsty for man." Joanna said.
"Don't forget about my cousin." Gabby said.
"Quote: she liked Chad & Liv." Malik said.
"Well, i didn't know that." Rory said.
"Yeah well, we know that Andrea liked Chad & Liv ever since they're here before we got here." Craig said.

"I think she definitely heard you." Riley said to all the women that Liv shows up, heard them talking about her.
The ladies turned around & sees Liv McKenzie.
"Are you ladies talking about me?" Liv asked to the ladies.
"No." Emily said.
"Uh-Uh." Kim said.
"Absolutely not." Gracie said.
"Don't lie. I know you ladies talking about me especially you know how i look." Liv said as she laughs.
"Come on Liv, we wasn't mean to talk about you. Really, we didn't." Riley said.
"Yeah, we wasn't mean to talking about you, it was Andrea." Gabby said.
Gabby told her cousin Liv that Andrea who is hiding is the one who is talking about her. Liv turns around & see Andrea.
"So you're the one who has still talking about me." Liv said to Andrea.
Andrea tries to run to leave from the house but Liv grabs Andrea & tosses her to the floor & get her legs between Andrea & puts her arms down to the floor.
"How many times do i tell you to stop talking about me? Especially when i'm here." Liv said to Andrea.
"I weren't mean to. When you show up." Andrea said.
"Well the question is: Why are you still talking about me Andrea?" Liv asked.
"Because i liked you?" Andrea said as Liv laughed at her of what she's saying.
"Sweetie, you know i'm not a fan of girl-on-girl relationships & you know that i already have a boyfriend. But do you know what happens when you talking about me like that?" Liv said to Andrea as a warning.
"No. What?" Andrea asked.
Liv uses her thumb to start a straight line & tlit her head, signed that Andrea gets sliced in the throat if she talking about her again. Liv gets off of Andrea & leaves the house & still puts a middle finger on Chad who still shows up with anybody.
"I told you that you shouldn't talking about my cousin." Gabby said.
"Well, she attacked me like that." Andrea said to Gabby.
Riley helps Andrea, gets her up from the floor & said "Well you shouldn't have talking about Liv."
"Well she's definitely not that hot." Kim said.
"Hey!" Gabby said.
"She attacked me Riley for talking about her." Andrea said.
"Well you really shouldn't talk about her Andrea because she gets real pissed at you for that." Riley said.
"Do you have any great ideas?" Andrea asked.
"Yeah. You have to find love." Riley said.
"Yeah, i can do that." Andrea said.
"Andrea, you know that she's my girlfriend." Chad said.
"Listen Andrea, you can't do that at the house because at number 1: You can never have-" Terry said as he reasons with Andrea but Mindy stops him because he is still mimicking their uncle Randy.
"Stop mimicking our uncle Randy!" Mindy said to Terry.
"What?" Terry said.
"Watch out for the long-haired Mindy." Rory said as he whispered to Craig.
"Long-haired Mindy?" Craig whispered to Rory.
The boys said "Whoa!!"
Larry said "Yo! Yo! Yo! Yo!"
The boys reacted at Rory for what he said, Malik pat his head & then shakes his head, meaning Rory wasn't supposed to say about Mindy & Chad is looking serious & then said "Hey! That's my sister you talking about man."
"What?" Rory said.
"You talking about my sister's hair." Chad said.
"It's my only guess to call nicknames." Rory said.

"Well you weren't supposed to talking about Mindy because she can hear you anytime." Terry said.
"Because you talking about my hair." Mindy said.
"It was just a nickname." Rory said.
"Hey!" Elena said as she punch him at the arm.
