hiking trails on the west coast: Begin climbing on a soft earthen trail through beautiful douglas fir-western hemlock forest for 2.5 miles along a series of switchbacks, then break from the tree cover for 1 mile of straight even trail through a stunning wildflower meadow just below the ridgeline, after which the trail makes a sharp right and continues to the summit with a further 2 miles of switchbacks. Enjoy beautiful views of the nearest dormant stratovolcano and also at least two waterfalls and a crystal-clear alpine lake along the way. Round trip: 11 miles, 3,000ft elevation gain. Difficulty: moderate :)

the idea of someone holding their morning pee is so hot to me. whether it's an intentional hold or they slept in and had to get up and run out of the house with no time to piss... i just love the idea of someone waking up full and then quickly getting desperate because their body hasn't released anything since hours and hours ago.

you're on a drive somewhere and they're too shy to ask you to pull over because the drive hasn't been that long, maybe an hour, but they didn't pee beforehand and they already have to go. they're embarrassed by how little they can hold but they eventually tell you they need to pee, but it's okay, they can wait until you get to your destination. it's not that urgent (it is). as soon as you get there they jump out of the car and sprint inside because they're so close to going and need to find a bathroom immediately.

and then an hour later, oh god, they're full again but they can't possibly tell you.
