ignoring him has done nothing, which is the opposite of what you're intent was. you want everything to be okay again, so maybe the silent treatment isn't the right thing.

and, by the looks of it, it's talking to him.

you slid off the barstool, playing with the end of your hair as you approach him.

maybe if you'd gotten up a little earlier, as his girlfriend, that stupid blonde wouldn't think it was okay to shamelessly flirt with him. you raise an eyebrow as she rest a hand on his bicep, and he does nothing to stop her.

you turn back to your small group of friend, giving them a look that says "what now?".

Very solid first episode. We get right into the action and it sets up Lloyd's visions and sleep deprivation really well. We learn just enough about Ras' intentions to keep us engaged, but not enough that we know exactly what he wants. I adore that Ninjago is addressing mental health not only with Lloyd but also with Arin. I also love that we see Arin and Sora longing for what the other has.

I still don't want Arin to get elemental powers, but instead realize that he is valuable, loved, and vital to the ninja. I want him to learn that he is not "broken" or "a burden" just because he doesn't have an elemental power. Arin is so important to me.

Alrighty I thought long and hard on this. You have no idea what you're actually asking for because I am crazy when it comes to music. I listen to too much music. (I'm also just crazy in general). I am going to throw a few bonus people in just cause it's relevant.

a ranking & summary of my thoughts on gmmtv 2025

overall this was by far the best lineup from gmmtv! I would honestly watch pretty much all the shows presented, although there are some clear favorites :)

burnout syndrome: y'all ALREADY KNOW!!! of course we all wanted a darker series for offgun's new show, but... I NEVER EXPECTED IT TO BE DIRECTED BY P'NUCHIE!!! this is so so so iconic considering I just finished my master thesis on the political art of not me, and here is p'nuchie creating a new offgun show with gun as an artist & off as his nude muse???? HELL YES. I'm obsessed with this & so intrigued bc the trailer divulged very little so I AM SAT!!! can't wait for my new roman empire <3

ticket to heaven: I almost cried watching this trailer, it really brought all of my religious trauma to the surface lmao. no but more seriously, if written & directed correctly, this has the opportunity to enter my top 10 favorite thai dramas (no pressure or anything.) the trailer gave me a very indie feel à la ITSAY (who everyone knows I adore) crossed with the difficult queer longing of your name engraved herein. in summary, it has the potential to be everything I love & extremely heartwrenching. I'M SAT.

I feel like there's a high chance there's gonna be something weird in this, especially since the trailer even aknowledges that this feels more like a bl fantasy kinda plot, so yeah... I will reserve judgement until further notice.

wu: y'all know I'm the first to defend non-bl thai dramas and say to give them a chance, but... if this was gay I would watch this. however it seems like a bromance cash grab kinda queerbaiting skynani fans & it makes me feel a bit icky. but frankly the plot seems interesting, I just feel like gmmtv is exploiting people shipping these two without actually committing to it so I don't love it...

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can they start actually hiring actors that speak french for these roles??? this is really bad, also no shade but certain plastic surgery faces just don't look like they could belong in 1915... that feels mean to say but it's true. frankly I would've eaten this up if it was any other ship & actually someone who can speak french, but... Ui took a deep breath, then ripped apart 3 arms off him. He slides a finger through from top to bottom of the detached arms, soil and soul separate from it

He then shoves the soul arms to Audrey: Eat those.

Audrey gave a look, but didn't question him and started eating. He gagged a few times.

Meanwhile Ui has been digging to the floor, finding a hard surface under a thin layer of dirt

Ui: This could work.

Ui started mining the hard rock underneath and gathers it

Audrey finishes the meal and watches Ui staring at him: What now?

Ui: Wait until you feel something

Audrey: Feel something? I don't feel anything

Ui: Not now. This next part is the difficult part. Ready yourself for.. immense pain

Audrey nodded as they waited a moment, then he started to feel dizzy. Ui morphs his arms to a large scalpel

A sharp pain zapped across Audrey's entire body and he immediately collapsed, Ui quickly pinned him down as he struggles and screams violently

Ui performed incisions to open up Audrey's every part. His eyes, his head, his stomach, his limbs. Then using the grinded up rocks that he mined earlier to forcefully insert into Audrey's wounds.

His screams were unbearable, Ui shook the more his voice cracked and everything stopped temporarily, as if he were dead for awhile. Only to keep screaming a bit later. Ui kept it up, until Audrey is nothing but stuffed full of rocks, then sewing him back up

Quickly Ui let go of Audrey, whom is in a spasm while screaming

Audrey yells for a long time before realising the pain is not going away. Slowly, his panic resides and screams turns to heavy breathing

Audrey: fffuck... fuck! ..... agh.. okay.. okay i can get used to this

Ui: How do you feel?

Audrey: Heavy. .... REAAALLY heavy. And stiff. But..

He sits up with ease. He tries out pouncing, and he touches his arms, he fails standing and walking several times

He opened his eyes slightly, then fully widened his eyes to look everywhere to see nothing. He sighed

Scrambling to stand up, a sharp pain made him tumble back down, so he opted to move crouching

Amidst the sounds of gunshots and crashes above he could barely hear, an annoying ringing is felt through his brain. Audrey shook his head for a bit before covering his ears, finding out that the ringing stopped when he does that

He lets go of his ears to hear it again, closes it to hear it stop, and lets go again. Moving towards the strongest it's emitting, he found the source. A small device that resembles a walkie talkie, with a bunch of extra contraptions on it. He crushed it, and the ringing stopped

He feels rumbles of footsteps from his feet, getting louder. Audrey scrambles to stand up and limp away as fast as he could, stopping when he feels vibrations from certain directions to hide behind scarce wood pillars, then moving again once the footsteps vibrate the least

Fog similar to the exploded grenades thrown at the planes starts to seep through from above. While going through the trench, he avoids directions with fog, but soon he starts to go through it as it engulfs everything

He couldn't see anything except the walls, so he leans closely to the walls. Audrey tries his best to slow his breathing and sit down, feeling no vibrations are around him. He starts to rip off parts of his scarf and tie into a knot, quickly shoving it deep into the gunshot wound on his right shoulder

He bites his tongue and squints, but he senses something coming. He leaned further on the walls, confirming it was something and quickly got back up on the move

On the way, he tried tying the ripped cloth around his arm, but kept failing. He groaned and pressed the knot tightly into his wound instead as he navigates through the maze

Finding a spot in one of the empty shelters, he looks around to find something of use, but nothing is left behind. Audrey cursed under his breath, instead sitting in the shelter for awhile trying to tie the cloth around his arm

Suddenly, a vibration of running abnormally fast approaches his shelter. Audrey hitches his breath, covering his mouth. Going out of the shelter, he feels that both directions have something approaching, but the left side is significantly faster

He hides in the shelter, whispering his prayers and leaning his back on the wall of the exit. The footsteps meet and he could sense a fight brewing up, then a quiet gunshot, before a slam hit the ground

Slowly, he peeks his head out to find a Porlivean snapping the neck of the Contid, but both her legs are half broken. Remnants of obsidian and blood are poking out the hand of the dead Contid

The Porlivean turns in shock once she laid eyes on Audrey, quickly turning to a smile. She held out a hand reaching to him

Porlivean: Help me

Audrey read her lips, and slowly grabbed her hand to lift her up to carry her shoulder

He feels a vibration beside him and turns, but she already stopped talking

Audrey: What did you say?

Porlivean: I said thank you

Audrey hummed, and brought her back into the empty shelter, getting her to lay down. She tends to her leg with her own scarf as Audrey goes out. He tries climbing up the ledge but it's too smooth to have any grip, including the wood pillars. He tries using his leg to pierce through the wall, and it works until he senses more vibrations through it

This time from above. He senses loads of crashing and gunshots being fired. The fog covered everything he could ever see, but the rumblings never lie. From afar, he feels a large crash from inside the trench, sensing more and more crashing

Eventually, a Pescado has fallen into the trench trap nearby him, the window opened to reveal two more Porliveans, coming out confused. Audrey senses more footsteps nearing from afar, revealed to be Porliveans too. They were just as confused

They were looking around and talking, but Audrey didn't pay much attention to them, only looking up. He couldn't sense the steps above as well as his comrades beside him, but he felt something is wrong

Grenades clanked from the sides of the walls, multiple of them thrown from above and got everyone scrambling to get inside the shelter. Audrey was shoved in as explosions fill the outside walls

Audrey and everyone else of about 7 Porliveans panicked, moving as deep into the shelter as they could. But one grenade managed to ricochet right inside and Audrey could sense everyone yelling to get out the shelter

But he realises the overcrowding will slow down their escape. Quickly he jumped over to lay on the grenade, using his entire body to cover every possible gap. A few Porliveans backed away from him watches in horror

Audrey: GO. GET OUT.

He held his breath, as everyone else quickly jumped away from him.

Finally, a boom.

He trembles, trying to get up while watching the doorway, doing his best to breathe. But he kept failing. He looked over and gasped, seeing his arm completely blown off, no longer feeling his lower body. Regardless, he crawls with one arm to the exit

He stops when he saw his other teammates passing by the exit briefly. He shouts and waves his arm, but Contids arrived shortly after, turning to see him in his state. Audrey stares quietly, slowly backing away.

One Contid pointed the direction where the previous Porliveans went, he sees some of them separated to go. Audrey's vision slowly turns black in one side, his breath is quick and he tastes blood. He backs off to the furthest wall, turning to see his lower body nearly detached.

Watching it twitch regained the pain slowly returning, feeling the full force of burnt flesh eating away at the area that was once occupied by his missing body. He doesn't know what else to do but stare and hyperventilate

The Contid who saw him stared at him, slowly reaching out to Audrey, but quickly retracted when Audrey turned his focus to him. Another arrives and hurriedly injected him with something

Audrey flinched at the touch more so than the needle, expecting to faint anytime, but instead he felt much more awake. He felt like he can get up, but he screamed more violently as it also accelerated the pain, as if it were stabbing at his flesh

Audrey couldn't bear it, clawing one hand at the ground, laughing and crying. The Contids pinned him down to continue injecting him, until eventually he sees blackness consume his vision in an instant, and all other senses are blocked one by one, until he no longer feels any pain

Still, he knows he's wide awake, looking around and feeling nothing, but able to flail around. Yet he can't feel himself moving either

"Am I finally dead?"

He thought. Nothing answered.

He waits and waits for something to happen, if maybe he's ceasing to exist

But Audrey still feels wide awake, still alive. Somehow he knows that

My unpopular TIG opinions.

Since y'all are expressing opinions out here..who am i to leave out? Now have in mind that these are MY opinions, some of these are unpopular some of these are NOT, some of these are even underrated facts but let's just ignore that..

(Please don't hate me)

1. I DON'T CARE ABOUT EVE, and i don't want her to be with Grayson..bcs APPERANTLY and very unfortunatly there are people out there who ship Gray and Eve..crazy..i know, i really don't care about her, i already made a whole post about why i don't like her at all, she's a manipulator, she's a liar, she's a backstabber. She traumatised poor Gray and threatened Ave. I respect your opinion if you like her and i truly understand where some of you are coming from, but i just can't manage to like her, don't hate her i just dislike her. Even if she gets a redemption arc..i can't seem to understand how i'll like her character after what she has done, but if i will..."forgotten but never forgiven"

2.underrated characters, there are so many of them in this books, for example Zara Hawthorne. I love her honestly, i could never hate, i understand she may have done some wrong things...but i love her nontherless♡♡ and same goes for Alisa Ortega.

(Honorable mention) also come on, give my man Oren some appreciation he deserves, you think following teenager around is easy? Even if it's his job and he gets paid, it's still tiring..😔

3. Uhh..i am scared to say this...i prefer Nash and Alisa to Nash and Libby...WAIT, WAIT, WAIT...DON'T KILL ME YET..LET ME EXPLAIN FIRST🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻, i saw @hawthornesbiggestfan 's post, and that encouriged me to say this, read that post bcs that explains exacly how i feel. I love Nash and Libby, they're super cute, i can't wait for their wedding and think they are going to have a very happy family...but..i'm still at the restaurant😔, EVEN THO we never got to know Nash and Alisa's story, smtg about those two had me invested in them from the beggining, like imagne Alisa growing up and Nash slowly developing a tiny crush on them..young love..passion..childhood lovers...love confession..ughh, also the fact that Gray, Xan and Jamie already saw her as their family, like an older sister. Such a shame we never got to see their story. Again, i'm not saying i dislike Nash and Libby tho if it had been love triangle between Nash, Libby and Aliso...i would choose Nash and Alisa...

3.Avery is freaking underrated, yk what's sad? SHE IS THE MAIN CHARACTER, and she doesn't get enough hype (i've made a post about this too) meanwhile people are swooning over Hawthorne brothers, and yes i am one of them but i love Avery to death, i even saw someone comparing Avery and the brothers saying "oh she's so boring..Hawthorns are way better than her..blah..blah..blah" technically they were saying fuck poor people, i know for a fact NONE of the brother would last an hour from where she came from (iykyk), she's a girlboss, and a main character for a reason.

4. As much as i love Averyjameson, i have to say their story is pretty much over, We'll probably get some cute moments from them in tgg or in games untold, but they ARE NOT a main couple anymore.

5.TGG IS A NEW SERIES, please understand that it's new book series with new characters (at least most of them) stop attacking JLB, it's her books, it's her choice.

6.Lyra Kane's haters don't make sense to me, especially those one who mock, and laugh at her lovers saying "you don't even know her, i'm gonna laugh at y'all when she turns out to be Eve 2.0" uhm...sir..miss..shut it. I respect your opinion if you're a Lyra netural bcs it's true we don't know many things about her and i totally understand if you can't love her yet, but don't hate, we know we're delusional most of the times, but that's what headcanons is for, for fun, alight, let people have fun.

7. Will all due respect i have...Averygrayson shippers are...dumb..yikes..sorry, but it's the truth, i'm tired of talking about this, it's been 4 books, Avery is happy with Jamie, they're perfect for each other, their relationship status is great and Gray is most definetly getting a new love interest..but of you still ship and have faith in them..do so..who am i to stop you? Just don't be disappointed when it won't be ture.

8.i may be judging too early but Savannah and Gigi being in the game..doesn't sit right, tbh honest it'a NEPOTISM at it's finest, i love both of them so much..but..nah. again, idk for sure..it may be some trick, it's JLB after all.

9.there are too many repetitive charcter traits..Jameson and Rohan, Grayson and Savannah, Gigi and Xander, Eve and Emily, every single dad, exept for Isaiah.

10.Speaking of Isaiah, he is extremly underrated, i mean he is the best dad in the series and somehow people talk about Sheffield Grayson more than him.

Here are my thoughts on all of the The Bear ships (both canon and non canon)

SYDCARMY: They honestly have a special place in my heart( one of if not the main reason I downloaded this app) and I was not ready for the chockhold it was going to have in my life but here I am 🤷🏿‍♀️. I first saw them in an out of context clip while watching a YouTube video ( ot was when Carmy asked Sydney to say yes chef in S1) and i was like oooo they intrigue me and ngl when I finally did watch the show I thought it was just gonna be platonic. However when I saw that last shoot in the S1 finale I was like OOOOO this is a slow burn and then I got to Ao3 and it was history ( as you can tell with my page I have been fighting to the nail with this ship lol).

SYDRICHIE: ngl.... I have a soft spot for this ship 👀 what can I say I love a good enemies to lovers or enemies to friends pipeline 🤷🏿‍♀️. I think it's because they have good banter and they are pretty funny together where I can see but I am so far gone with the Sydcarmy Army that I can't fully commit to this. Also the age gap, lowkey micoraggresstions Richie was throwing at her in S1( he did change so I'll give him that and me not seeing Sydney being a StepMom are so factors too. Regardless, they are my Top 3 Bro-Otps on the show cause I love their friendship and shootout to the Sydrichie girlies tho.

SYDMARCUS: sign... in another life I would have been a full time sydmarcus girlie cause I've had a had a ✨️ Ooooo are they gonna start something ✨️ moment with them but then I saw Sydcarmy and that I was like yeahhhhh Sorry Marcus . I just feel like they are better off as brother and sister you know what I'm saying. Plus there are a few people that only ship them because they are the only two prominent black characters that are around the same age. Nevertheless, they are also apart of my Top 3 Bro- Otps on the show!!

SYDLUCA: They're cute 🤷🏿‍♀️. Like ngl, I can see the appeal, but not for a long-term relationship, you know what I'm saying. Like it's giving plot device ship so Sydney can get her Stella got her Grove Back moment ( not that I don't mind that cause honestly she needs it and it'll be good to get a different perspective and a jealous plotline)but Luca is a supporting guest star and not a main so even if we do get the relationship it's not gonna be fully fleshed out ( and they always do this with black female characters). Also we know what this can develop for Sydney but we don't know how this can develop for Luca( not to say that Luca has no reason to not like Syd cause who are we kidding she's a catch but still" . Sydluca girlies are cool so shootout to yall too

CLAIRMY: Yall already know how I feel about them, THEY NEED TO JUST END IT !!!! Like idk why this ship brings out the hater in me but it just does ( it's mostly field by the metas I read which give a more perspective about the relationship and how weird it is). Like at first when I watched S2, I mostly just didn't ship them cause I thought they looked related and were boring. However, rewatching I, both of them don't let themselves be authentic with each other, it's like they try to be this witty Wes Anderson ahh type of couple where the manie pixie dream girl falls for the shy wonder bread art boy who just needs to find he's way with the power of love and unnerving eye contact ( see they truly bring the hater in me)which just don't work both character wise and for the show( ot derailed the show a bit. It'll be better if they are not together before they get even more Toxic.

CHEF FIELDS X CARMY: JAIL!!! Idc JAIL!!!!!!

MICHEAL X CARMY: ......To each there own but JAIL just JAIL

CARMY X RICHIE: I don't personally ship it cause they are very cousin coded to me but they're dynamic is really fascinating to me cause it's like a I hate you , I love you but your the only person I have in my life but why does it have to be you sorta vibe.

NATALIE X PETE: They are the Absolute cutest and underrated ngl. They show a depiction of a healthy relationship on the show that pretty refreshing to see like I love them.

MARCUS X LUCA: This is a sleeper hit ,I'm telling yall like they are cute!!!! They have such an ease and calming vibe when they interactive it gives so much warmth. I just feel like they would be a lowkey type of couple, and idk if the show will commit to the ship or even hint at it, but if they do, it has an audience 🤧

RICHIE X TIFFANY: They got some cute moments but I'm glad they are just friends. I feel like both of them needed to grow separately and not be together romantically.

RICHIE X JESS: Ngl, I don't really care about them but they're moments are really wholesome and I like there banter. I ship it 🙂‍↕️💅🏿. Also can reddit not make it weird with this couple like we get Jess is a good woman ( I like her) but let's not make it weird oof.

RICHIE X MICHEAL: Tbh o see the appeal, but damn if they ever were a couple, it just makes it more tragic .

TINA X HER HUSBAND: Once again they are the Absolute cutest and I lo e how they are married in real life!!!

SYDCARMRICHIE: Unpopular opinion ig, I really like this ship like they are the big three for a reason. Plus, I feel like when I come to stories involving this ship( kinda underrated), they bring the best of both worlds ( or worse if you wanna get messy with the story with both respective ships.

12. Which was the first driver you supported?

i guess the one that i vibed with instantly was george 💀 i think he was a proper lad. as for classic drivers, it was senna. i would watch the 1988, 1990 & 1991 f1 reviews because i knew he won them 😭

there aren't many drivers i don't like, im just neutral. i guess if i have to pick, it would be lando. he just seems really immature outside of the car and it annoys me a lot.

1982. i mean what a clusterfuck of a year. i think servely underrated in terms of battles between rosberg & watson. keke winning the championship despite only winning one race and also getting a disqualification in brazil ??? amazing. you can't beat it.

unfortunately i'm a lover, not a hater. there isn't one where i am leigt fuming about. but i guess 1977 french grand prix where john watson was leading for the ENTIRE FUCKING RACE and then run out of petrol to come second next to fucking MARIO ANDRETTI

pick a character study

After finishing my Barbara-centric fic in March I want to write a one-shot for a Batfam character focusing on something I've not yet seen a fic about. I'm definitely doing Cass (once I think of a plot 😭) so the question now is: Jason or Dick? Here are my ideas:

Dick - acrobatics and language. Okay so I am a lifelong fan of acrobatic sports. I've done, for a range of several years competitively to one single class: gymnastics, springboard diving (1 & 3 meter, plus a few lineups on 5, 7 & 10 meter), flying trapeze, wall tramp/circus trampoline, and aerial silks. Given its relevance I'll specify that I've done one month of flying trapeze, so about 40 hours in the air.

Every single time I see "quadruple somersault" show up in a fic I start to shiver in fear. Almost every single time I end up crying tears of blood. I don't have a concrete plan for the fic yet, but I dream of making y'all so literate in acrobatic sports you'll never look at the word somersault the same.

As for languages, I often see the fanon(?) that Dick rolled up to Gotham at 9 years old not quite fluent in English and half-speaking a dozen languages. I have not searched that hard but I've never seen anyone attempt to write the frustrations of trying to communicate in a language you don't really speak. English is my native language, but I do have experience with that.

Jason - America's epidemic of gun violence. I'm not police. I don't know anyone who is. But I'm an American who did active shooter drills in school. I don't think I've seen anyone–Jason lover or hater–try to write about what Jason using guns looks like in the context of America's relationship with guns. Given that I believe the majority of Jason fans on Ao3 are liberal Americans who would probably agree with the statement "it should be harder to buy a gun in this country," that surprises me. I imagine it's because he feels safe? Yes, he's a big guy with a ton of guns who thinks he has the right to kill people, but we know he's a big softie who loves Jane Austen and cooking.

And police brutality: Jason fucking hates the police. But here's a fun (well, depressing) fact about real life American police: an alarming number of them are fans of the Marvel vigilante the Punisher. Who also hates cops. Here's an article about it. I think it would be fun (well, "fun") to put Jason in that position. He hates them, but they idolize what he represents.

Also song choice for this hypothetical fic: Gold Guns Girls by Metric. Has a ton of banger lines. All the gold and the guns in the world (couldn't get you off).
