Masterlist for Aemond ⢠House of the Dragon General Masterlist.
Aemond Targaryen, now ruling as Prince Regent and Protector of the Realm due to his brothers grievous battle injuries, commands respect across the kingdom. Yet, he remains unmarried, a notable void in his life.Â
As fate would have it, he needs a bride, and I am conveniently available.
I sat drumming my fingers against my teacup, the warm liquid causing the china to burn my fingertips. Lost in thought, I pondered the many ways I could persuade Aemond to marry me.
As the daughter of Jasper Wylde, spending time in the castle was not unusual for me; I practically grew up around Aegon, Aemond, and Helaena. My familiarity with the royal siblings was a double-edged sword.
Unlike Aegon and Helaena, Aemond never particularly liked me. His demeanour was often egotistical and unbearable, a trait that only intensified after he claimed Vhagar. Our interactions became increasingly strained as we grew older, creating a chasm between us.
Despite this, I couldn't ignore the opportunity before me. Marrying Aemond would secure my position and grant me unique influence within the realm. The prospect was too significant to overlook, and I needed to find a way to bridge the gap that had grown between us.
Aemond's cold demeanour and prideful nature presented a challenge, but I was determined. I would need to appeal to his sense of duty and ambition, perhaps even find common ground in our shared history.
I placed my teacup down, stood up, and smoothed my dress. My eyes flicked to where Aemond sat, a scroll in hand, surrounded by councilmen who seemed to be walking on eggshells around him. His intense focus and commanding presence filled the room a reminder of the power he wielded.
Loosening the bracelet on my wrist, I walked toward him with confidence. Just as I reached him, I bumped his chair, stumbling slightly to let the delicate jewellery fall.Â
The councilmen glanced at me, their expressions a mix of curiosity and annoyance, but I paid them no mind.
I bent down, maintaining eye contact with Aemond. My cleavage was in clear view as I picked up the bracelet.Â
"Apologies, your grace," I whispered, clasping the metal in my hand.
He looked into my eyes, then at my chest, his gaze lingering too long before he nodded, a grunt of dismissal escaping his lips. I straightened up and walked away without looking back.
This encounter, though brief, was a step forward. I had caught his attention, and now I needed to maintain it. Each moment with Aemond would be an opportunity to shift his perception of me, to transform from a mere childhood acquaintance into a potential partner worthy of standing by his side.
As I navigated the castle, I contemplated the next steps. I would need to weave a delicate balance of allure and respect, challenge and support.Â
Aemond's pride and sense of duty could be the keys to unlocking his heart, and I was ready to use every tool at my disposal to secure a future where we ruled together.
Days passed, and I inserted my presence into Aemond's life like a bee to nectar. Everywhere he went, I was there, sometimes in the background, sometimes in the foreground, reestablishing my place in his world.
I knew his routines, his preferences, and his triggers. I made sure to be there, subtly influencing his thoughts and actions, drawing him closer to me.
At the moment, I sat in my chambers, a hot steaming bath drawn by the handmaidens. Suds of soap covered a few inches of my body, and the flowery scent of lavender filled the room. I sat with my eyes closed, head tilted back, legs outstretched, and arms resting on the lip of the bath.
My chamber doors swung open, and I masked the smile forming on my face. I cracked open my eyes, staring at Aemond across from me. His face was contorted with confusion.
"A servant told me you wished to speak with me," he said hesitantly.
I sighed, feigning frustration. "I had wanted to speak later, not this instance," I said, making it seem like the servant had erred in conveying their message.
He hesitated, raising an eyebrow. "I have much more important matters to attend to than answering to your every beck and call," he said, taking a step forward.Â
His pride was evident, but I could see a crack forming in his facade.
I sat up slightly in the water, my movements teasing and slow, placing both my arms on one side of the tub, water droplets dripping onto the stone floor.Â
"You're right. I apologize, your grace," I said, standing up slowly.Â
His one good eye widened slightly, his intense gaze roaming over my body, a look of lust and hunger masking his face. He was giving in, slowly but surely.
I exited the bathtub deliberately, the water droplets pooling on the floor around me. I walked towards my thin robe, donning it and tying the belt tightly against my body.Â
The wet fabric clung to me like a second skin. I shook out my hair a little, taking a step towards him.
"I suppose now that I'm dressed, we can talk," I said. He blinked slowly, his stoic composure fading ever so slightly.
"What is it you wish to speak about?" he whispered as I took another step towards him, our bodies now only a couple of feet apart.
Aemond's pride was slowly crumbling, and I knew I had to strike the right balance to win his favour. My heart raced with the thrill of the challenge, and I was more determined than ever to make him see me as his equal, his partner, and his future queen.
"I've been observing the court," I began, my voice steady and confident.Â
"I noticed there's a growing discontent among some of the lords about the way certain territories are being managed, especially in the Riverlands. Their dissatisfaction could lead to unrest if not addressed properly."
Aemond's eye narrowed, his interest piqued. "And what do you suggest?"
"The lords need to feel heard and valued. We should send envoys to engage with them directly, listen to their grievances and offer tangible solutions. It's not just about imposing royal decrees, it's about showing that we care for the well-being of all our subjects."
He nodded slowly, clearly impressed by my insight. "That's a sound strategy."
I took a step closer, the scent of lavender still clinging to me. "Someone on your council needs to have their ear to the ground, someone who understands the subtle intricacies of court politics and the needs of the realm. Someone like me."
Aemond's gaze intensified, his admiration for my knowledge and strategic mind apparent. "You believe you can fulfil that role?"
"I know I can. I've grown up in this castle, observing and learning. I understand the dynamics at play and the motivations of the lords and ladies. I can be your ally, your advisor, and much more. Having someone like me by your side would not only strengthen your rule but also ensure a more stable and prosperous realm."
He studied me for a long moment, his pride and pragmatism warring within him.Â
Finally, he spoke, his voice softer, almost reluctant. "You make a compelling case. Perhaps I have underestimated you."
I smiled, the triumph tempered with genuine warmth. "I am here to serve, your grace."
With those words, I took a final step towards him, our chests practically touching now. I looked up at him, grabbing his hand and guiding it to the belt of my robe. Slowly, I made him untie it, shaking the material off.Â
He glanced down, following the droplets of water still running down my body. I maintained eye contact, watching for any signs of resignation before undoing his belt and slowly removing his clothes.
His breathing grew heavier, his body betraying the stoic facade he tried to maintain. I grasped his arm once more, walking backwards until the back of my legs hit my bed.Â
"Perhaps, your grace could use a moment of pleasure, a brief respite" I whispered, guiding him onto the bed and straddling him, my hips rocking back and forth against his crotch.
"Perhaps," he said, sounding almost bored, but his body said otherwise.Â
His hands gripped my waist, pulling me closer, his lips finally breaking into a smirk that spoke of both desire and amusement.
I leaned in, my lips brushing against his ear. "You carry a heavy burden. Let me share it with you. Let me be the one who stands by your side, in both the council chamber and in moments like this."
He let out a low chuckle, his grip tightening. "You are quite persuasive," he murmured, his voice thick with restrained passion.
"I aim to please," I replied, my voice equally hushed. "And I can offer so much more than just pleasure. I can offer loyalty, intelligence, and an unwavering commitment."
Aemond's eyes flickered with something more profound than mere lust. It was a mixture of intrigue, respect, and a reluctant recognition of my potential.Â
"Show me, then," he said, his voice a challenge.
I accepted that challenge with a smile, leaning in to kiss him, a kiss that was both a promise and a declaration. Our lips met, and the connection between us deepened, the boundaries of power and passion blurring.
My lips trailed down his neck, each kiss deliberate, my wet hair tickling his skin as I made my way down his body. His breathing grew heavier with each touch, his composure slipping.Â
When I reached his hardened cock, I swiped my tongue across the tip before licking down his length slowly, savouring the taste of him.
He grabbed a fistful of my hair, halting my movements. "Don't tease," he commanded, his voice rough with desire.
I smiled up at him, nodding. "As you wish, your grace."
I positioned myself on top of him, taking him in one smooth, deliberate motion. Aemond's groan of satisfaction was immediate, his hands gripping my waist tightly as I began to move.Â
The sensation was intoxicating, I rode him with a precise rhythm, every movement deliberate and controlled.
My hips moved in a steady, practised motion, angling myself just right to maximize the pleasure. I could feel his body reacting to each shift, each twist, and I adjusted my movements to keep him on edge.Â
The intensity of his groans and the way his hands gripped my hips told me I was hitting every mark perfectly.
"You're doing well," he murmured, his voice laced with approval.Â
His hands roamed my body, caressing my curves, and exploring every inch of me. I leaned forward, my breasts brushing against his chest, my breath mingling with his.
"Thank you," I whispered, my voice trembling with both effort and delight. "I'm going to be everything you need, everything you want."
Aemond's gaze was fixed on me, his eyes dark with lust and admiration. "You might just be," he admitted, his tone softening.
I quickened my pace, our bodies moving together in a perfect dance of desire. My movements were fluid and confident, each thrust and grind calculated to drive him wild. I felt every pulse, every tremor of pleasure as I adjusted my angle, finding new ways to make our connection even more intense.
The room was filled with the sounds of our passion, his groans, my soft sighs, the rhythmic slap of skin against skin. We were both nearing the edge, and I felt the mounting tension in every fibre of my being. With each shift in rhythm, I pushed us closer to that precipice of climax.
As our movements became more urgent, Aemond's grip on my hips tightened. "You feel amazing," he gasped, his voice breaking with the strain of his mounting pleasure
I adjusted my angle slightly, aiming to increase the intensity. "Let go," I urged softly, my voice a seductive murmur against his ear. "Feel everything."
Aemond's eyes fluttered shut, his breaths coming in ragged gasps.
I continued to ride him with a relentless rhythm, pushing both of us to the brink. With a final, perfect thrust, Aemond's body tensed beneath me, his release spilling over in a series of deep, shuddering groans.Â
"Yes, yes," he moaned, the intensity of his climax overwhelming.
His pleasure triggered my own, a wave of euphoria crashing over me as I reached my peak. I gasped, my body trembling with the force of my orgasm. I cried out, the sound mingling with my breathless cries.
We both rode the wave of our climaxes together, our bodies entwined in a final, ecstatic embrace. As the intensity faded, I collapsed onto him, my breathing heavy and satisfied.
Aemond's arms wrapped around me, pulling me close. His voice was hushed but filled with a mixture of admiration and wonder.Â
"You've truly proven yourself," he murmured, his breath warm against my ear. "In every way."
A/n -Â turns out being persuasive can be quite the workout, who knew diplomacy had so many... physical benefits

so please imagine if you willâŚ
CW: Babies
Imagine You and Gojo as teens. Him being a total player and you being his âinnocentâ chaotic junior by a year.
Imagine youâve got a bit of a rivalry going on. Him with all his... stuff... and you with... let's say with a Nullifying cursed Technique.
Imagine you guys grew up together. You always had an edge on him in a fight up until he unlocked his reversed curse technique during his second year at Jujustu Tech.
Imagine that somewhere in your studies you and Gojo had a heart to heart about your futures. It's late... maybe you guys are pulling an all-nighter. He reveals in a moment of what he perceived as weakness his insecurities being the next head of the Gojo clan brought him. How he didn't feel like he'd ever fall in love. How he knew felt like the higher ups would push an arranged marriage onto him. How he was scared that he wouldn't be a good husband or father. And his biggest fear that any child he did bring into this world would have to face the same hardships he did only without the six eyes to back it up. How he felt guilty for taking that opportunity away from them.
Imagine shifting his head onto your lap in that moment and proposing a deal to him. If you both were single by the time you hit 25 you'd marry each other. That way he wouldn't have to worry about whether or not he'd be a good partner. Or how strong his kids could be. Or what kind of woman the higher ups would try to force him to be with.
Imagine after that day he never went on another date for a decade. waiting for the day you'd get married and he could finally have babies with you to keep the Gojo legacy alive.
Imagine him sabotaging any dates you get over the next decade. Being jealous and possessive of you in front of any guys who might find you attractive. (In his mind it's all of them)
Imagine him never telling you any of this You probably already know
Imagine after a while you move away to pursue a career somewhere else because of how clingy and obsessive Gojo has gotten. Completely forgetting about the promise you made and coincidentally not being able to pursue a real relationship because of being a sorcerer.
Imagine on your 25th birthday you get a text from a random number asking you a bunch of strange questions. "Red velvet's still your favorite cake flavor right?" "Is royal blue and rose gold tacky?" "Is rose gold still your favorite color?" "Out of these options which dress is your favorite?" They're all very short cocktail wedding dressed.
Imagine obviously ignoring this stalker. Going about your day. Maybe getting a few drinks with some friends after their work days were over. And when you uber home a bit tipsy you find someone waiting for you in your living room.
"Sweetheart! You're home! And you're wasted!" Gojo held you and kissed your temple. "Come on let's get you cleaned up and get you to bed."
"Gojo? I'm not drunk I'm just a bit buzzed. How and why are you here?"
"Come on, babe. Call me Satoru! I'm here to celebrate your birthday and our engagement!"
"Huh?"
Imagine how sweet he could be as he picks you up in a princess carry and takes you to the bathroom. Carefully getting you cleaned up and reminding you about your deal, and of course asking if you got his texts. You merely laugh and kiss his cheek.
Imagine how the next morning you wake up and roll over in bed only to come face to chest with him.
"How'd you get in my bed?" You'd smile at him.
"I carried my lovely wife here last night, after she got drunk off her ass."
"I thought I told you to sleep on the couch."
"I was lonely." He'd whine and press his cheek against the top of your head.
Imagine how he'd take care of most of the wedding preparations. (except the dress cause ain't no way you bout to look like some hooker barbie on your big day) And him giving you his mother's wedding ring. Just the two of you and a few close friends having a small, intimate ceremony.
Imagine "Forgetting" to tell the higher ups about the union so they call him in to have a meeting with him telling him that they've selected a woman to be his wife. He laughs in their faces as he pulls out his phone and pulls up a photo of you pregnant with his baby.
Imagine his smirk when they all start to freak out and protest. And oh boy...
Imagine how that smirk falls when one of them suggests that the baby isn't his...
Imagine him coming home all bloody. His smile as wide as ever as he informs you that "It's not mine" or his rather. And how you just hand him some new clothes and push him towards the shower.
Imagine how thrilled he is when he finally gets to hold his baby in his arms. The silent vindication he feels seeing as the baby looks exactly like him.
"I spend 12 hours squeezing you out of my body and you have the audacity to look like your father. You really are a Gojo."
Just please Imagine it all for me if you will

Predictions for the next 3 months
Pick your group based on your sun signâs element. As a reminder, water signs are Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces. Earth signs are Virgo Taurus Capricorn. Fire signs are Aries Leo Sagittarius and Air signs are Gemini Libra Aquarius.
Water signs
Predictions | White Numen, Queen of cups, 9 of cups, ace of cups, The Moon, 2 of wands
Well, water babies, it is safe to say that during the upcoming 3 months, you will be in your element. And that might be because Scorpio season is approaching. If you are a Scorpio sun, this time of the year will definitely be a good time for you. You will be going through a very creative and inspiring phase of your life and embody your highest divine feminine potential. Guided by your intuition and your dreams, you may be manifesting great opportunities, especially when it comes to partnerships. Information will be revealed to you during night time. You will be receiving downloads from your guides during this period to help you successfully plan your future. The energies look very positive for you. If you were struggling in your relationships lately, the energies will be soothed and you may enjoy your time with loved ones more. If you're in a romantic relationship, expect your partner to be more in tune with your needs and showing more affection. If you're single, you may be meeting a new romantic interest or receiving a romantic offer from someone you already met. Regarding your career, the energies seem to be working in your favor. You are going to move forward with a very soothing and nurturing energy, an assured step and creative mindset that will enable you to be efficient and well liked by your coworkers and audience. This is a very beneficial time for you, especially if you are a mother or are seeking to conceive a child, if you work with children, if your job involves being creative or nurturing others. Your positive attitude and motherly nature will work like a charm on others. During these months, self care is the master word. Though you may sometimes feel triggered or challenged, you will be able to astutely and skillfully manoeuvre your way through or around any obstacle, like a beautiful and powerful river.
Advice | Sodalite Deepen your intuition, Astrophyllite Unlock your highest potential, Larimar Slow your roll
You can work with the energies of the crystals mentioned above to help you navigate through the upcoming months. Most of them are of a blueish color. It is safe to say that wearing blue could also be beneficial to you as it will soothe your mind and heart, help clear your throat chakra and convey a feeling of trustworthyness to your partners. You are encouraged to deepen your intuitive skills through meditation or any other mean that gets you to look inward, like praying or doing a physical activity, going out in nature and so on. The energy of Sodalite will help you if you are planning for a project or if you are a producer. It is best used when you have a hard time decision making. Larimar will help you with anger management, especially when you feel like people's issues become yours. It is best advised if you tend to be hot tempered. Finally, Astrophyllite will be good if you need an extra dose of energy to work toward your divine purpose. It is mainly meant to boost your energy. During this time, you are encouraged to be kind to yourself and take time to slow down once in a while. It is important that you don't overwork yourself to keep a cool and sharp mind.
Group 2 - Earth signs
Predictions | 9 of cups, knight of cups, Hierophant, The Fool, The Moon, 2 of swords
Ooh Earth signs, love is in the air for you. That would be true especially if you are a Taurus sun. Are you planning on asking someone out? Or even proposing to someone? If that is your case, though you may feel anxious about it, I see a positive outcome to this situation. In general, I see a significant progress in romantic relationships for Earth sun signs. If you've been frequently day dreaming about a person, wishing to get closer to them, wondering if you should make a step forward and let your intentions be known, this is your sign to make a move. Career wise, I feel like the energies are overall in your favor. You will be taking a new turn in your career, especially if your passions and dreams are involved. This new phase may be a bit intimidating and confusing, for you are not sure where the path will lead. But your positive outlook on things and your passion and dedication will be your best assets in such a time. Your intuition will be a powerfool tool to help you navigate shallow and uncertain waters in all areas of your life. If you were hesitating on changing something regarding your work, this is your sign to do it confidently. You may often times find yourself caught up in your head and have a hard time translating your thoughts and visions into actions. In such times, a mentor figure could be helping you in seeing things from a new perspective. You can definitely count on your superiors or more experienced people around you, whether they are family members, coworkers or friends. Even strangers could be of help in some type of way. Have faith in your dreams, no matter how crazy they may sound. You have what it takes to get there.
Advice | Ametrine Make your big dreams your big life, Moldavite Transform your life on Earth, Barite Get answers to your biggest questions
Working with these crystals is one way that you can best face the energies of the upcoming months. Wearing earthly colors such as green, reds and browns, yellows and oranges could also boost your energy and help you ground yourself should you feel distracted or all over the place. You are encouraged to embrace your dreams fully and make positive changes in your daily life that can help you get closer to those dreams. To give you a very simple example, I am considering getting back to learning Japanese and Korean. One thing that I could do is studying for a short period of time each day when I am in public transport. Or I could stick post it notes on different objects in my house to help me remember vocabulary. You are also encouraged to consider other options and paths if what you're currently doing doesn't fulfill you. Same goes for relationships. If something in general doesn't feel right, you are called to do something about it. Ametrine will work best whenever you need to respect a deadline or you are feeling undecisive. Moldavite is advised for spiritual seekers or people that feel like their life lacks a touch of magic. It's best used when you feel like you are disconnected from spirit or too deeply rooted in your routine. Barite will work best for those of you that are feeling like where they're at isn't where they're supposed to be and feel called to move toward their destiny. If you struggle with saying no to things that you don't enjoy or resonate with, this crystal will help you with setting boundaries.
Group 3 - Fire signs
Predictions | Wheel of fortune, Hermit rx, 7 of pentacles rx, Ace of cups, King of cups, The Magician
For all of you beautiful fireworks, I feel like there's a major shift in your energy. You are tired of waiting for the tables to turn and for Fortune to be in your favor so you will take the reigns of your life and try your luck by spinning the wheel. That may be true especially for the Leos out there, as the Wheel of fortune is fixed sign energy. If you were previously in a snail like energy, not wanting to get out or mingle with people, not feeling super good about yourself and how your life is going, then this reading is for you. This time around you decide to kick yourself in the butt and have a more proactive energy in all areas of your life. You are done being the patient and snuggly little kitty that waits by the fire place. You now want to be the demanding and authoritative feline that hunts down its prey. You are tired of waiting for others to fill your cup and take care of you. You will now be your own man and number one fan. You are done waiting for your boss to magically notice how good of a business partner you are and grant you a promotion. You will get out of your seat and negotiate your pay because you damn well deserve it. The opportunity you wanted didn't show up? Well, it's about time you actively manifest it. Your desired partner is still MIA? Watch yourself putting yourself out there and being the hottest topic in town. You will let yourself be known and seen during the upcoming months and that is for the best. It is safe to say that fire signs, in the upcoming three months, are likely to get fired up. That can both be beneficial to you as it will give you the drive to reach your goals and express your full potential but it could also be an obstacle as you may rush into things or come off as provocative or aggressive toward others.
Advice | Amber Recharge your good vibes, Aquamarine Keep your cool, Chrysoprase Grow from your heart out
Working with these crystals could be beneficial to you during this period of time. Wearing colors such as soft blues or yellows/oranges could also be helpful. You are advised to temper yourself and surround yourself with things and people that make you feel good and uplift your spirits. I'm specifically picking up on music and your social media feed. You have to be surrounded by content that motivates you and inspires you. Anytime you are faced with a decision, make sure your choice is coming from your heart. Amber will be useful to boost your energy, deepen intimacy and help you be more confident when it is worn by the user. It can also help with cleansing the energy of a room if the crystal is placed in the center of it. Aquamarine is a good crystal for fire signs as it balances out their fiery nature with it's soothing watery vibe. It helps with communication and respiratory issues, also brings a sense of calmness. It is sometime advised to clean Aquamarine by submerging it in water. "If youâre an empath and get worn out by othersâ feelings, chrysoprase can ease your mind and help you establish boundaries." This crystal can be linked to the heart chakra and can be used to get out of a phase of isolation and self-deprecation.
Group 4 - Air signs
Predictions | 4 of wands, 9 of pentacles, 2 of wands, knight of wands, King of wands, King of pentacles
The upcoming 3 months may be a period of transition for you. However, this heralds positive outcomes. When it comes to partnerships and love, you will feel safe and succesful in your union. You might want to explore new territories with your partner. Career wise, your efforts are paying off. I see you securing your position and being in a comfortable financial situation that allows you to explore other options and new projects. If you were considering taking on a new responsibility, finding a new home, taking things to the next level with your partner, you are encouraged to do so as you have all the tools and means at hand to be succesful in that endeavor. You may feel inspired and bold during this time. You will be confident about your ideas, your skills, your projects. You will look at the future with a peaceful heart because you believe in yourself and trust in your ability to turn dust into gold. Your innovative mind and open spirit will be your best assets, especially if you're in a position of authority. These three months will urge you to take a leadership position, whether it is in your personal or professional life. For those of you who are single, you may find yourself being attracted to a very independant and hardworking person, someone that is stable and succesful. This person will be very clear on their intentions and match your level. This is someone that is on the same wavelength as you when it comes to ideals and life projects, they could be in the same field of work or hold a position similar to yours. They could be a balanced mix of earth and fire energy. Overall the next three months look very promissing for you in all areas of your life.
Advice | Clear quartz, Tiger's eye, Celestite
Tiger's eye is often advised for spiritual protection as well as boosting one's self confidence. If you are feeling like you are being spiritually attacked or envious eyes are trying to set you off balance, you can definitely wear that stone as a piece of jewelry or place it in your space, at home or at work. Clear quartz brings clarity and cleansing. Whenever you feel like things are getting too much or you no longer see the bigger picture, you can meditate using that stone. As for Celestite, it can be used to enhance your psychic abilities, to ease your anxiety or clear any blockages regarding communication. If you ever feel like you can't express your truth properly, then definitely work with that stone. You can also wear colors that are close to that of these stones. So white, blues or shades of brown/orange.

When You Escape Him; Octavinelle
Summary: Yandere Octavinelle boys x gn!reader. He adopts a child that looks like the two of you. You run to give you both a chance at life. You never expected him to find you.
CW: yandere, dark content, murder, threats against reader, drugging, injury to reader, mafia shit, this one feels darker, so read at your own risk, Azul's part is the tamest, so take that as you will
A/N: As promised, I'm going to be doing this one regularly. Hopefully gonna get these out on Sundays.
Heartslaybul Savannahclaw Scarabia Pomefiore Ignihyde Diasomnia Non NRC Staff
Three years into your relationship, he had come home and placed a baby in your arms.
"They were left in a box, all alone. And, well, he looks like if the two of us had a child," he sheepishly stared at the ground. "I just, I just figured it must be a gift from the seven."
You knew what he was trying to do. He was trying to tie himself to you through this boy. He looked just like him, and you were disgusted and scared.
Until he opened his eyes for the first time, and you found yourself staring into your own.
And you knew. You had to give this child the opportunity for a better life. A life without him.
In the end, your son did the opposite of what he had intended. And the first moment you could, the two of you had escaped.
You were lucky. In so many ways. Every single day you were grateful. Grateful that you been at your winter home, which was on land. Grateful that the child he'd found had been human. Grateful that the twins had had to go home early for âfamily businessâ.
You would never have had your window otherwise.
And seven years later, you were still grateful. Particularly to the Sunset Savannah, for quietly taking you and your son in as citizens, and legally changing your names, all under the table.Â
Your son was starting first grade tomorrow, so you'd spent the day shopping for supplies, eating treats that you'd splurged on to celebrate, chatting about dreams for the future.Â
The sun had gone down, and you'd shifted a bag to your hip to unlock the door, only for the door to slowly creak open. You pushed your son behind you, peeking into your darkened apartment. You quickly noticed the absolute wreckage inside, the windows broken, tables flipped, tv smashed, pillows torn; anything that could be broken, was broken.
You turned to your son, pressing a finger to your lips. He looked scared, but nodded. You grabbed his hand, and tip toed towards the stairwell. You made it down one flight of stairs before you saw twin shadows. You had the advantage of seeing them first, so you turned and tiptoed your way to the roof, hastily typing a message to Emergency L. You said a silent prayer as you pushed the door open, immediately hearing cackling as they bounded up the stairs behind you.
If you could just block the door until help arrivedâŚ
But the roof was swarmed with large men in black suits. You never stood a chance.
After an uncomfortable ride in a limo with the Leech twins, who were trying really hard to get your son to call them âUncleâ, followed by an underwater breathing potion shoved down your throat (your son's was mixed in a smoothie), and an even more uncomfortable escort back to Azulâs undersea branch of the Monstro Lounge, you found yourself in a very familiar situation. It'd been a while since you'd been in this chair in the VIP room. Last time, you'd traded your life away, believing Azul would find a way home for you. You really should have read the fine printâŚ
âMister?â Your son tugged on Floyd's sleeve.
Floyd grinned. âThat's not my name.â
âU-uncle Floyd?â Floyd nodded happily. âCan I have a glass of water?â
âDaddy will be here in a sec. He'll get you some water.â
Floyd seemed happy to entertain your son, meanwhile Jade quietly snickered from the spot next to you where he was ensuring you stayed seated.
The door slammed open, and you didn't dare turn to look.
âWHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME?â Azul boomed, and you heard your son release a squeak in fear.
âYou were very busy with work. We didn't want to disturb you,â Jade said, the smile clear in his voice.
A tentacle wrapped around your stomach as Azul made his way to his desk.
âI should fire both of you for your impertinence.â
âAh, but then we'd have to take Shrimpy and baby tako with us,â Floyd guffawed.
âDon't even joke about that,â Azul spat, finally in a place where you couldn't avoid looking at him. He looked exactly the same as you remembered, just with more bags under his eyes. The tentacle wrapped around your middle tightened as he stared at you, then he looked at your son, another tentacle moving to smooth the boy's hair. He flinched, but you'd long since learned that sometimes Azul's tentacles had a mind of their own; they continued petting his head.
âHow would you like to stay with your Grandma for a while?â He finally asked.
âGrandma?âÂ
âYes. Your parents have to work some things out. So Uncle Floyd and Uncle Jade are going to take you to stay with Grandma.â
âMy grandma is from a different worldâŚâ
âYou have another Grandma,â Azul smiled wickedly. âYou see,â the tentacle turned his head to face you, âsomeone has been lying to you. I'm your father. And they stole you from me, because they are a selfish, mean, person.â
You moved to stand, but the tentacle, and Jade's grip, both became crushing, and you froze in place. Your son's eyes flickered with doubt, but saying something now would give you a black eye and a traumatized son.
âI'm your father,â Azul smiled softly, moving closer and gently taking his hands. That's the smile that made you sign your contract.
âWe'll see you soon. And then we'll be a proper family. Okay?â
The boy nodded and was quickly walked out by Jade and Floyd. Azul moved behind his desk, as though he had not a care in the world. He pulled out a familiar piece of glowing paper, and looked at it, before looking at you in mock disapproval.
âIt seems you are in extreme violation of your contract, Y/N Ashengrotto.â
The only way you could have ever made it to the surface, was with help. Going to Jade was a long shot. But he'd grinned. It sounded entertaining to him, watching Floyd hunt you down. It would provide a couple hours of fun for him.Â
What Jade hadn't anticipated was how long you'd spent preparing for this opportunity.Â
And now it had been six years since you'd escaped the clutches of the ocean. Your son was coloring in the living space while you cooked.Â
The door splintered into a million pieces with a loud bang. And there he was. His eyes as cold as the day you'd first met him, when you'd watched him fight off a crowd of angry contracted students.
Your son looked up, instantly crying in total fear. You wrapped your arms around him, shielding him from your angry ex husband. Or at least you tried to. But, just like the man he resembled, he was a tall boy. It was hard to hide your gentle giant.Â
âHey squirt,â Floyd said, his smile not quite reaching his eyes. He leaned in, his face inches from your son's face, scanning him, seeing the traces of himself in the boy. âHow bout you come with me?â
âI-â he looked up at you, then back at Floyd. âI don't wanna.â
Floyd's eyes narrowed. He stood back up, grabbing you by the jaw, with a growl.
âBet ya think you're real funny, doncha Shrimpy? Turning my family against me? Ya did it with Jade too. Thing is,â he scowled, biting his lip before continuing, âif I kill the kid, I know I'll never get you back again.â
Your breath caught in your throat.Â
âJade,â you breathed, but Floyd threw you to the ground.
âDon't you dare say his name!â He screamed, moving to grab you again, but your son stood in his way.
âYou don't get to talk about him! You killed my brother!â He screamed, trying to bob and weave around the boy. Finally he pulled out his pen, whispering a spell, and your son collapsed.
âNo!â You screamed, crawling over to him, but Floyd blasted you back against the wall.
âHe's fine. Just sleeping til we get home,â he said, irritation at having to even explain it clear in his voice.
He stalked over to you, and you tried to scoot back, but winced. You were pretty sure you had broken something.
He shoved you back, then hovered over your body, pinning your hands above your head. He nuzzled into your neck, his teeth grazing your jugular.
âIf I ripped your throat out, you couldn't leave me again.â
âPlease don't,â you breathed out, tears trickling from the corners of your eyes.
âNo promises,â he said, the smile returning to his voice. âWe'll see how well you behave.â
You'd found a spy among the ranks of Jade's men. As much as you believed that Jade probably already knew, you'd used the poor soulâs situation to your advantage. You wouldn't tell âPapa Leechâ about him, if he got his boss to get you and your son an escape. You pointed out how if you escaped, and stayed hidden, Jade would essentially be out of the picture, forever weakening the Leech family.
It took lots of negotiation, and some 4d chess on your part to out maneuver the near genius that was Jade, but eventually, you were set up in a small home in the sea just off the coast of the kingdom of heroes.Â
They'd even started prepping for when your son was old enough to start safely taking human transformation potions. A moray eel mer stood out no matter where he lived, so the sooner they could set you up on land, the better.Â
That spy had left that job, and was now your regular contact when they were passing along information. You were scheduled to meet him today. He'd told you to bring your son. You hoped this meant you were finally going to discuss leaving the ocean. You'd dressed up your boy, putting a wig on him to hide the very Leech-ish hair he was unfortunate enough to be sporting. A pair of sunglasses on both of you, and you were ready.Â
You arrived at the fancy restaurant, giving the host the fake name that you used for your contact. He directed you to a room in the back, telling you to lock the door behind you.
You opened the door in the back, gently ushering your son in as you turned to lock the door. You turned back, and smiled at your contact, sitting down next to your son, in the seat across from him.Â
Then your contact fell out of his chair.
âAw, too bad,â you heard an upsettingly familiar voice say from the dark corner of the room.
You grabbed your son's arm, preparing to swim away, but it took less than a beat for Jade to torpedo through the water, and grab you, throwing you over his shoulder.Â
âNo!â Your son cried, banging his fists against Jade.
Jade snickered, before calling out, âFloyd. Enough hiding. Time to play with your beloved nephew.â
Floyd swam out from under the table, sighing heavily.Â
âIf I have to. Just make sure you actually get Shrimpy on the right path this time, or Pops is gonna lose it.â
Your son was snatched around the middle, then dragged out of the room, your anguished cries doing nothing. Jade swam back to the seat your now dead contact was sitting in, slamming you down into it, binding you with a spell.Â
âHello, my love. How was your vacation?â He asked with a close eyed smile.
You struggled against the binds, and he sighed in mock disappointment.
âOh dear, I thought you'd be happy to see me.â
He wiped away an invisible tear. Then he reached over to the plate on the table.Â
âJade, please. Where are you taking my son?â You pleaded.
He raised a brow, his face the very image of innocence, as he rolled his fork in the pasta on the plate.
âYou mean, my son?â He asked. âHe's going somewhere safe.â
âJade, promise me you won't hurt him-â
âI would never! Do you think I'm a cruel beast?â
You didn't feel safe answering that question.
âWhile you were gone, I did some thinking. I was asking a lot of you. You're just a weak magicless human in a very scary environment. On top of that, I wanted you to be a parent, and a perfect spouse. You need some help.â
He grinned. âSo I did some experimenting. Open wide!â He pressed the fork to your mouth, but you kept your lips sealed tight. âDon't worry, my pearl, you won't feel a thing.â
You had no doubt of that. Whatever was in that food wouldn't hurt you, not in a way you would feel. But whatever it did do would be far worse. You just knew it, especially after all this time he had to think about just how to make you behave.
âDo you ever wish to see your son again?â
You slowly nodded, your throat closing up.
âDo you want your son's grandfather to be put in charge of your discipline?â
You shook your head, and Jade's smile widened as he pressed the fork back to your lips. This time, you slowly opened your mouth and took a bite of the pasta. It tasted good, at least. That was your last thought as the world around you morphed and warped, the only thing you could truly focus on was a sharp toothed smile.

What's your ideal type?
Summary: What would be the best traits for their potential partner to have?
A/N: I didn't want to leave Ortho out of the series even though I only write platonic relationships with him, so I wrote about his ideal friend instead. Enjoy!
Characters: Ignihyde dorm: Idia x GN!Reader (romantic), Ortho and GN!Reader (platonic)
Other parts of the series: Heartslabyul, Savanaclaw, Octavinelle, Scarabia, Pomefiore, Diasomnia
Warnings: minor chapter 6 spoilers

Idia's ideal type would be...
Someone who is a bit of a geek. Idia is a geek, there's no denying that. And while he'd be able to get along with someone who isn't, he'd feel seen by a fellow geek. Who else will be able to understand his passion for his games? Or for making Ortho the most elaborate gears?
Someone who takes things slow. Being a shut-in for so long, he hasn't had a lot of social interactions, so everything regarding relationships is very new to him. But don't be mistaken, Idia is not a genius for nothing: If you nudge him in the right direction and encourage him on the way, he'll unlock your secret ending for sure.
Someone who doesn't make fun of him for his anxiety. Idia's anxiety makes him jumpy, stuttery and, quite frankly, a mess. To put salt on the wound, enough people have mocked him for his need to use his tablet in order to communicate sometimes. He's used to it, really. But if you show him that he shouldn't be used to it and hold his hand, he'll be flabbergasted: but it will eventually turn into gratitude.
Someone who doesn't resent his responsibility. Idia has a lot on his shoulders: every day he has to carry his grief, his responsibility, the Island of Woe and STYX's expectations for the future. It's a great burden, but while he doesn't expect people to just accept his circumstances, he'll be surprised is you sneak yourself next to him to lift some of that weight.
ăâ˘â˘ââ˘â˘ă
Ortho's ideal friend would be...
Someone who would play games with him all night. Not unlike his brother, Ortho's had very limited experience with social life, but he's still hopeful that there's someone out there who is willing to play the Twisted Wonderland equivalent of Mario Kart for a whole night, while they playfully accuse him of cheating on the game.
Someone who doesn't deny his help. He has various add-ons that were originally added for Idia, but Ortho's search for being helpful is not limited to his brother. If you, for example, get a scratch and don't immediately ask for his help, you'll get hit with his puppy eyes (also installed by Idia).
Someone who is curious about him. Ortho is used to the curious eyes of other people when they see him in various gears, but no one really asks him about them outside of the Ignihyde members, and even thwy have their restraints. If you want to ask, just do it. He'll use it as an opportunity to brag about his brother's amazing work. He won't expect the questions you ask about him to get to know him better, however, but he'll still amswer happily.
Someone who is willing to befriend his brother. In all of his short life, he's always been seen as a package deal with his brother. While he's still figuring out who he is outside of his aid to his brother, he will draw the line at someone who won't try to get along with Idia too. He can't fault an incompatibility of personalities, but effort matters to him.

Challenger Deep
You're a marine biologist sent down to a newly build base in the Marianna's Trench. You and a few other selected scientists have the opportunity to be the first to study the creatures up close. However, something malevolent stalks the open abyss around you, watching. Waiting.
Masterlist AO3
A/N- I'm sorry if this feels rushed. Some stuff happened and I didn't have much time to give this as much attention as I wanted to. I also didn't proofread this...
Tags/Warnings: Deep Sea Monster Valeria, Blood and Gore, Inaccurate Marine Biology, Kidnapping, Death, WLW
You struggled to get work after completing your bachelor's. No one was hiring. Or rather, no one was hiring you it felt like. You jealously followed the progress of the completion of a new marine base in the Mariana's Trench. A deep-rooted desperation and need to be among the team of scientists sent down to the deep blue. It should be you. It was your discovery of the Mariana's Trench that sparked your curiosity and love of life in the sea. While other kids liked wolves and cats, your favourite animal was the Mariana Snailfish. It's devastating that after investing all that time and money into your education, that you can't even find work.
You greet your coworker Rob as you enter the little coffee shop you work at.
"Hey," He says. "Do you think you could cover my shift next week?"Â
You check over the machines to make sure they're on the correct settings. "Sure, what for?"
"It's my mom's birthday and she wants to take the family to Italy." Rob grins. You try to push down the resentment. It must nice be wealthy enough to take trips out of the country. To be able to afford vacation time. Rob isn't here because he needs to be, he just wants some extra pocket money.
"That sounds fun." You force a smile, not wanting to rain on his parade. Everyone just seems to be having a better time then you. You struggled through school, struggled with money, can't find work, and your girlfriend had recently dumped you for a man. Realising a year and a half into your relationship that she actually didn't like women. You are a dead horse and life won't stop beating you.
The bell above the door rings as a customer walks in. You put on your customer service face and turn to face the man.
"Good morning, what can I-"
"Black coffee and a croissant."
You type in his order and tell him his total. Tempted to charge him an extra dollar. Once done, he grabs his coffee and croissant from your hands without much gratitude and hurries out. Having better places to be then some lowly coffee shop.
You spend your shift daydreaming. Thinking about how nice it would be to study whales on a base by the ocean. tagging and tracking fish. Spending three months seven miles below sea level. How unlucky you are to be around when technology strong enough to withstand the crushing pressures of the Mariana's Trench exists when you may never get the chance to experience it. Your shift can't go by fast enough. It feels like the hours are just crawling by. Luckily for you, you get to leave a few hours before closing. The sun is beginning to set. Las Almas is alight with a golden glow. Not even the sun's glory is enough to cheer you, for you are determined to remain bitter over the opportunities you feel you were cheated out of.
You reach your home and tiredly unlock the door. Taking off your shoes and dropping them somewhere nearby. You shut the door behind you and move through your apartment. It's a shitty, cramped space but it's cheap enough. Posters of marine life clutter the walls. Past symbols of your hopeful future now turned into just that: posters. You think about taking them down at least three times a week. You're not sure you're ever going to be a marine biologist. The heavy dread that you'll be stuck behind a counter for the rest of your life threatens to break you and you shove those thoughts away. Better to not think of them.
You set your keys down and look over the mail you picked up this morning. Phone bill, gas bill, rent, student loans. How encouraging. Your hands still as they reach a different envelope. Challenger Deep Project. Your heart pounds. That's the company behind the construction and scientific team of the new deep-sea lab in the Mariana's Trench. You make quick work in tearing open the envelope and pulling out the letter. Skimming over the name and address details.
'We hope this letter has reached you. The minds behind the Challenger Deep Project have come together and have laid down the path for the next steps in science. Never before has humanity been able to properly or extensively study the astounding depths of the Mariana's Trench. Our team of physicists have come up with technology strong enough to withstand the crushing pressures of Challenger Deep. Construction of Lab-07887 has been completed after thirteen years.
We are recruiting only the most qualified scientists to be the first to step foot down in Lab-07887. We were wary to consider you for this position as you have had zero previous experience as a marine biologist but after careful consideration and review of your university transcripts, we have decided to proceed. If you wish to join the team of scientists to be sent down to Lab-07887, contact us at our email to begin the preparation process. The team is to be sent down to Lab-07887 by October 31st, 2024. You will be accompanied by biologists in the marine and microbiology field, as well as two technicians, one nurse, and three soldiers.

-Mathew Connigin, Challenger Deep Project'
You read the letter. Then re-read it to make sure you're not misunderstanding. You squeal. Clapping your hands with glee. You've been selected as one of the most qualified scientists to join the expedition down to the Mariana's Trench. You knew all those grueling hours you put into your studies would pay off.
The month couldn't go by any slower. You had contacted the email and got all of the details set. Your bags have already been packed. Waiting beside your front door. Even your coworkers have noticed your exceptionally joyful mood. October 31st finally rolled around, and you set off for the airport at 4PM on the dot. Arriving thirty minutes earlier then you needed to be. What an opportunity this is. Not only will you get to study the Mariana's Trench, but this is surely going to kickstart your career.
You've never been inside of a submarine before. You always imagined what it would be like but it's not as fun as you thought. It's claustrophobic and dark. The bright white light in the ceiling seems to be swallowed by the jet-black abyss outside. It took two hours to fly to the meetup point and seven to make it to Lab-07887. You're feeling exhausted and drained. Ready to settle down into your quarters for the night. Your exhaustion is momentarily forgotten once you finally enter the lab. The walls are light blue with yellow strips running along the top. White linoleum floors shining beneath bright fluorescent lights. The real show stealer is the observation room. A room jutting out from the lab made of heavy-duty, fortified glass. spotlights strong enough to pierce through the darkness shine into the empty waters. Polychaete worms wriggle by.
"Amazing, isn't it?" Heath, an American microbiologist murmurs, Coming up beside you.
"It's incredible. I can't believe we're really several thousand feet down below sea level." You reply. In awe. The black expanse is infinite. Hiding all sorts of mysteries.Â
"I know. And we're the first to uncover it's secrets." He smiles. You smile back before catching sight of something on the glass.Â
"Is that a handprint?" You ask, furrowing your brows. Heath follows your gaze.
"Looks like it, probably one of the others." He shrugs.
"It looks like it's on the other side." You frown. Walking up to the glass. You peer at the marking. "It looks webbed." You swipe your fingers over it. A little alarmed to find the print is on the other side of the glass.
"It was probably one of the people who built it." Heath dismisses. Leaning down to inspect it. "Did you see our diving suits? They have webbed gloves."
"Oh." You say. Feeling foolish. That makes sense. You need to get a grip, you're here to learn and discover, not spook yourself with childish fears.
The intelligent endeavors are put off for the rest of the night. Right now, everyone is focused and getting familiar with the various passageways and equipment and settling in. Everyone is sat at a round table in the commons. Sharing meals and small tidbits about themselves. The three soldiers brought along have decided to go into a self-imposed exile. Sitting themselves down at a different table and not joining in with the chattering. One of the only other girls, Brie, turns to you.
"Why do we even need soldiers here?" She asks you quietly. Thin brows pulled down into a soft frown.
"Not sure." You shrug. You had wondered that yourself. "Maybe to fight off the deep-sea monsters lurking just out of sight." You grin. "I found a handprint on the other side of the glass in the observation room."
That hooks Brie's attention. She leans towards you with wide, excited eyes. "Really?"
You nod. "Yeah, it looked like the fingers were webbed, but it was probably from the people building this place." You say. "Our dive suits have webbed fingers."
Brie nods, looking disappointed at the logical explanation.
On the examination table lies a very large, very dead fish. You and the other biologists stare at it with confusion and excitement. It's something that has never been discovered before. It's got a similar body and internal system as an angler fish, but it's fins are elongated and jointed. The only thing you feel... weird about, is the fact that it has fingers. Well, apendages that look very close to fingers. Five thick thin bones sprout out from the ends. Slightly webbed and even growing nails. If you look closely enough it even looks like it has knuckles.
"Do you think this could have been what left that handprint?" You ask Heath. "Not a diver?"
"No." He shakes his head. "The fingers were slimmer and longer."
You all stare at this discovery in silence. This wasn't as magical as you thought. Sure, you knew the creatures in Challenger Deep were bound to be ugly, but you weren't expecting them to look so... human.
Heath backs up and takes off his gloves.
"I'm going to go out and see if I can find anything else." He says.
"Oh, can I come? I haven't had a chance to see the outside yet." You speak. Excited at the prospect of getting to actually explore the trench.
"Sure." He nods, standing from the table and taking his tray to the collection cart. You follow suit, setting your down on top of his and following him out into the hallway.
"Was that hand-fish the only thing you saw out there?" You ask curiously. Imaging what kind of things could be living undiscovered. Heath pauses and begins to speak but stammers a little, like he's changed his answer.Â
"Not really."
The dive room is separate to the rest of the base. Closed off by mechanically sealed doors to prevent flooding. The suits are big and bulky and hard to move in. Made to withstand the pressures of the deep. The flippers are thick and webbed, the gloves are made of a thinner material but still webbed in a way that's hard to get used to. On your backs are two, full oxygen tanks. Attached to a utility belt is a special GPS and light. Heath types in a code and the lights flash before the exit slowly opens. Water rushes in, making you anxious despite the suit.
You and heath wade into the emptiness outside. Few things can survive down here.
"It would be so cool if we could see a whalefall." You say, voice lost to the sea. If it weren't for the built-in radio, nobody would be able to communicate.
"It would." Heath agrees, his words muffled and staticky. You and Heath part ways. Wandering off on your own. It's unnervingly quiet and dark. You can feel the heavy pressure pressing against your limbs and ribs. Even through the suit designed to withstand it. You come up to a large cliff face. Shining your light, you see that it must go on for miles. High enough for your light to disappear into the darkness.
You walk alongside it, hand gliding against the rocky surface when you come across an opening. You aren't supposed to enter underwater caves. Not alone and not without markers. It's easy to get turned around and the oxygen only lasts for so long. Your curiosity wins out over your rationality, and you slowly wade inside. You'll just be very cautious. You're amazed to see some kind of biofluorescent algae growing on the walls. The slim tunnel opens up into a very large cavern. Several other tunnels opening up. You gasp as something darts back into one. Disappearing into the darkness. All kinds of thinks lurk in the abyss. Getting only more predatory the deeper you get. You reassure yourself that it's probably not a threat to you if it's trying to get away. Most things won't pass up on a meal down here. Not with how scarce they are.
You still feel... weird about it. You want to follow after it but this time your fears win and you retrace your steps. Just as you're about to exit the cave, something wraps around your leg. You scream as you're dragged back into the narrow tunnel. You turn over and shine your bright light over the creature. Heart stopping at the short glimpse you get of it. It hisses and darts away but for a split second you got a good look at it. A nose with cartilage attached to a narrow, huma face. Instead of round, large bulbous eyes that are the common feature among deep sea creatures, it had smaller, almond shaped eyes. You hurry away. Paranoid that you'll be grabbed again. You make it back to the base and hate how long it takes for the doors to open.
Nobody believed you. It was dark and you were already on edge. you didn't see anything humanoid down here. Knowing what's out there, only fifty feet away, sucks any excitement out of you. That experience is all it took for you to begin reconsidering things. Maybe it's better to leave these things undiscovered. Some things aren't meant to be comprehended by the human mind. You're unable to sleep. Feeling homesick and the effects of the lack of vitamin d. You sit crisscrossed in the observation room. It's the only room inside the lab that always has it's lights off. After a few minutes you see thin, ghostly tentacles gliding along the floor. It takes you a few moments to place the name. Magnapinna. Bigfin squid. Not much passes by. A few, small slug like creatures drag themselves by. The few that rub against the tentacles getting snatched up for a quick, easy meal.
Your eyes finally grow heavy, and you get up. Walking back to your quarters and missing the other creature. The one staring in at you with interest.
The loud, frightening blaring of the alarm is what wakes you. Ominous red lights flash thorough the building. Everyone stumbles from their rooms. Confused and stressed.
"What's going on?" Brie asks. Panic lacing her tired voice. One of the technicians pushes past you. Running down the hall. Something wet touches your feet and you look down. A thin layer of water is soaking into your socks.
"Oh God." You say. "I think the lab is flooding."Â
Everyone was panicking. Running around like chickens with their heads cut off. One of the soldiers rounded everyone up and got them into the diving suits.
"Stay calm." He commands. Giving everyone a look. "The glass in the observation room shattered, we're taking care of it. The building has a drain function in event of a flood. It shouldn't take longer than forty-five minutes. Forty-five minutes. "The control room is free of-" His voice is cut off by the scream echoing through the radio. Raw and primal. The sound only an animal facing it's death could make. That too is cut short. Not even the soldiers move.
"What happened?" Brie whispers. "What the fuck happened?"
Nobody responds to her.Â
"...Stay here." One of the soldiers says. He gestures at the other two to follow him.
"Where are you going?" Heath asks.
"We're going to check things out. Stay here."
The scientists are left alone. In the flooded dive room, red lights still flashing.
An hour passes with no sign from the soldiers or technicities. Heath attempts to speak to them through the radio but no reply comes through. Heavy dread slowly builds within you.
"...We should go look for them." Heath says seriously.
"What?" Brie snaps. Swiveling to look at him. "He told us to stay here. We don't know what's out there."Â
You find yourself agreeing. Something made that technician scream, something happened to the soldiers.
"If we don't, we'll just be stuck down here." Heath says grimly. "We need to get to the control room. They have a backup radio that connects to the surface."
The halls are completely flooded. The red lights cutting through the water are disorienting. You, Brie, and Heath slowly move through the water. It's dead silence in Lab-07887.
"What's that?" You ask, squinting and trying to see what that dark lump at the end of the hallway is. You fumble for your flashlight and shine it. It's still too far to see so you inch closer. Jerking back in surprise at what you find. "Oh fuck."
"What?"
"Fuck!" You turn back and hurry back. It's one of the soldiers with his throat ripped out.
"What did you see? Fucking tell us already!" Brie snaps, vibrating with fear.
"He's dead." You say shakily.
"Shit." Heath curses. "Hurry. We need to get to the control room now."
"What killed him?"
"Let's go." Heath br5rushes past you and turns down the hall. You and Brie follow.
"What killed him?" Brie repeats harshly.
"How the hell would I know?" You snap at her. "I was with you two."
The three of you make it to the control room door. Heath reaches out his hand to open the door when something slams into him. You and Brie are helpless to do anything but watch as something tears him apart. A long, scaled tail slams into the walls, leaving dents. The spine of the creature is sharp and protruding. Jutting out from under the skin. markings that almost look like tattoos cover it's back and shoulders. All you're able to focus on though, is the pained screaming from Heath.
Almost as fast as it began it stops. Heath goes quiet and still and the creature releases him from it's grasp. The creature tuns to face you and Brie. Those human eyes staring into yours. It blinks, the eyelids clear. It has hair. And breasts. Mammalian traits. Her eyes narrow and she swims towards you. Everything happens too quickly for you to react. A strong body collides with yours. Brie is screaming. Or maybe it's you. You expect to have your throat bitten out. To feel those sharp claws pierce through your lungs but it never comes. You're instead dragged along the ground. Carried away. You try to struggle only to accidently slam your head into the wall, knocking yourself out.
When you come to, you realise you're somewhere dry. You're not wearing your suit, and you are freezing. You sit up, seeing stone and rock. The cavern is alight with more glowing algae. In the corner is the monster. Long tail curled around it's body. She stares blankly. The sight is almost enough to kill you right then and there.
"Valeria." She says.
You furrow your brows. Wondering if you really just heard it speak. "... What?"
"My name." She replies.
"Valeria?"
Valeria nods. She abruptly crawls over to you, startling you into backing up. Valeria grabs ahold of your ankle and yanks you closer with a surprising strength. Scraping your back along the stone. "You smell good." She remarks. "I'm going to be keeping you."

âSo, you must be Clementine then, huh?â
The palomino huffs back, examining you with big brown eyes. Her ears flicker with interest, no doubt curious to the strange new human holding taking her by the lead to the other end of town. You canât blame her for being wary, youâd feel the same if your beloved companion left you for another so you can only imagine how she and your Valentine are feeling right now.
Sheâs not the only one cautious of you. Itâs hard not to miss the many townsfolk eyeing you down, what with how last night went. Between the robbery and your duel, everyoneâs on high alert for the foreseeable future.
One would like to believe theyâd be more grateful you didnât outright kill the guy. Maybe they wouldnât care so much if you were a man instead of a natural born, gunslinginâ woman, but sucks to suck. That drunken fool is lucky you decided to be nice and let him off with just a mangled hand. Had it happened after Valentine was stolen, the results would have been much different.
You hitch Clementine up outside the gun store, pushing past the door and greeting the shopkeeper. Theyâre about the only person so far today not afraid of you, but in all fairness, heâs the one with a dozen guns an armâs length away.
âLookinâ for anything in particular, Maâam?â
You hum in response, scanning the available goods displayed out across the various shelves. Thereâs plenty of ammunition for a good price; wouldnât hurt to replenish your pistol stocks after that duel. You decide on a few, bringing them over to the checkout counter.
âIâll take these andâŚâ Glancing up behind the clerk, thereâs several cabinets containing an assortment of larger weaponry. A little voice creeps up from the back of your head offering a wonderful idea. ââŚmaybe a rifle, depending on what ya have.â
He turns his back to you, unlocking one of the many units. Across the empty counter in front of you, he places down a few options, naming them as he goes, âRolling Block, Varmint, Springfield, Bolt ActionâŚtake your pick.â
Youâre instantly drawn to the Rolling Block, a girthy beauty that screams power and fine craftsmanship. âHowâs the firepower on this one?â you ask, lifting the weapon up to better examine.
âYou wonât find much competition with that one,â he tells you, and thatâs exactly what you like to hear.
If someone dares to so much as think they can get away with stealing your horse, then youâre sure as hell going to track them down and put a gaping hole right where their heart should be. That black-haired outlaw better watch his back if he knows whatâs coming. Once all is said and done with, Calamity Jane will be needing a new nickname after you usurp that throne.
âHow much?â
â$187 even, Maâam.â
Tch, thatâs steep. And more than you have on hand thanks to the rest being buried in Valentineâs satchel.
You sigh, begrudgingly looking over the rest of the artillery. âHow about the rest?â
âThe Varmint here is our cheapest at $72 if youâre goal is hunting rabbits and other small game; otherwise the Springfield is our next cheapest at $120.â
You replace the Rolling Block in your hands with the Springfield Rifle, trying it out just like you did with the former. Itâs lighter in weight with less range on the scope, but the clerk assures you that with some express or high velocity bullets, distance wonât be an issue.
âIâll take this then.â You pass a billfold to the clerk, seething once again over why youâre doing this to begin with. Moneyâs hard to come by in this day and age, as far as legal opportunities go for someone like you. So help that bastard if he finds the rest of your stash and decides to take that for himself.
Leaving the store with your new weapon in hand, youâre quick to notice a gathering of lawmen outside the Sheriffâs office just across the street. A dozen uniforms with an equal number of horses all geared and ready to go.
âWhoâs the Sheriff around here?â you call out, approaching the group.
âThat would be me, Miss.â The crowd parts, making room for a young, white-haired man. âSheriff Satoru Gojo. How may I be of service to you on this lovely day?â
You scoff, This guy? Heâs clean as a whistle. Even the star on his chest could be mistaken for a mirror with how much heâs shined it.
Any other time and his equally bright smile might feel akin to fresh rain in the New Austin desert, but currently, itâs more like greeting the sun after a wicked night in the saloon.
âIâd like to know whatâs being done about those thieves from last night.â
His blue eyes wander your figure up and down. Curious, but invasive. âYouâre not with the bank, are you?â
Does it look like Iâm wearing a suit or a fancy dress?
âMy horse was stolen by one of those bastards and I intend on getting her back. Today,â you hiss impatiently.
Giving attitude to a man of the law may not be the smartest decision lest you desire a night behind bars, but to be fair, you have every right to be pissed given the circumstances. Had they have been competent in their line of work, then the criminals wouldnât have gotten as far as they had or even been able to leave town in the first place.
Itâs infuriating.
And the nonchalant nature of this man only pisses you off further.
âYouâre in luck then, MissâŚ?â
You reply to the man with your name, sternness evident in your tone.
âPretty name for a pretty girl,â he remarks, earning a glare of disapproval from you that he shrugs off with a laugh. âMy deputies and I are heading out on a lead if you want to sit tight inside.â
You place a hand over your hip, all nice and sassy with your face anything but. âIâd rather come with yâall than sit on my ass.â
Satoru takes the lead of a pristinely clean cremello stallion, its fur almost as perfectly white as the hair on its riderâs head. âI wonât stop you, butâŚâ He pauses, hoisting himself up and over the saddle effortlessly, showing off those long legs of his. ââŚit could be dangerous.â
You pat the gun holster attached to your hip, just another way of showing that youâre anything but the normalcy âround here. âI think Iâll be just fine.â
The rim of his darkly colored cattleman hat dims his facial expression as he hunches down over the horn of the saddle, but not the light coming from that toothy grin stretching ear to ear.
âI donât doubt that for a second, Iâm aware of the duel that occurred last night.â
âGood, so then you know I mean business,â you warn, not once wavering from the eye contact with Satoru.
He outstretches his hand, beckoning for you to accept. âOf course. You want to ride up here with me then so we can get going?â
âThanks, but no thanks,â you respond, pointing your thumb behind you at Clementine. âThis girl will do just fine.â
âDidnât steal her, I hope?â he teases in an effort to lighten the situation. It doesnât necessarily work as you roll your eyes the moment your back turns on him. From there, you and the rest of the deputies mount up to leave town, destination unknown.
You hunker back from the rest of the posse, allowing the mare to instinctively follow while you take in the surrounding sights. You had come to this town from a different path than the one youâre marching on now, but given the view, youâll for sure find yourself adventuring out here again in the future. The settlers here picked a beautiful spot to build the city of Valentine on. In the distance lie snow-kissed peaks and plateaus in nearly every direction, a wide-open prairie, and now the freshwater stream trailing at your side.
The stream runs clear as crystal, giving you an easy view of all the trout and pike that call it home. Measly shadows darting around in search of food and the ducks swimming along the surface. Sunlight catches on all the ripples, reflecting a dazzling lightshow of effects.
âSo⌠what brings you to our fair city?â
You turn to your opposite side where Satoru and his majestic stallion â Mugen as youâve come to discover its name to be â are nestled up at your side, stirrups annoyingly clashing with utter disregard for personal space.
âDo I need a reason or permission to come?â
âWell, no,â he pouts, âbut as Sheriff I like to know who all is coming and going.â He further invades your bubble by leaning over in front of your line of sight, leather scrunching with every motion. âBesides, youâre an interesting change to the usual visitors. How could I not be curious?â he adds pointedly.
You sigh, giving in to his questioning. He doesnât seem like a bad guy after all, compared to the horse thief youâre eagerly waiting to meet later. Satoruâs merely caught you on a bad day is all.
âIâm just a traveler like any other,â you drawl, a seldom undertone in your voice. âI used to call Tall Trees home, but thatâs long in my past.â
âBear country, huh?â He whistles out of surprise. âNo wonder youâve got the balls of one.â
âYou could say that.â An amused huff leaves you. âHunting bears is what ensured our survival up around Aurora Basin,â you explain, looking off in the direction of the mountains you at one point called home. âHad to watch our asses at all times to avoid Brumas or Loboâs pack always hanging around our house.â
âBrumas?â
âYeah, sheâs a local legend in those parts. âA giant clad in golden fur.ââ You exaggerate with your hands the sheer size of the bear. âMany doubt her existence, but my dad and I saw her firsthand one winter while hunting elk. Barely made it out intact but we made sure to leave her with a memorable scar on her face.â The memory of that day pulls the edges of your lips upwards.
âIt's kill or be killed,â the words of your father sound in your head. âEither you stand your ground and fight back, or you wonât survive in this world.â
As they say, thereâs always a method to the madness. Grizzly hunting as a kid is what geared you up to take no shit from others today. Especially for a lone woman carving her way through the frontier, you need to have the balls of a bear as the man next to you so sweetly described.
âYikes,â Satoru grimaces at the fierce display of your nature stretching across your face. âRemind me not to get on your bad side.â
âHelp me get my horse back today in one piece and you wonât have to worry.â You wink.
âBy my honor as Sheriff of Valentine, I will get your steed back.â He pulls a semi-auto pistol from his belt, twirling it around his finger like youâd find in those animated photographs big cities always show off. The cocky cowboy, slick as could be with the metallic extension of themselves. âIâm the strongest, after all.â He winks back.
You have to hand it to him; he knows how to make an insufferable day a little less so; like a chaser youâd have following some throat-burning liquor. All it took was just some conversation and fond thoughts to get you back in the right mindset.
A pungent smell wafts your way sooner down the path, the luscious greens of the shrubbery abruptly turn to charred remains covering the expanse of land before you. A thin boundary of life and death.
âForest fire?â you question rhetorically at first, but Satoru offers an answer.
âKinda, weâre approaching what used to be a town by the name of Limpany.â He pauses, exhaling a discontent sigh. âBurned to the ground last year along with the rest of what you see.â
Kinda?
âDo you know how it started?â
Thereâs another brief pause, enough to shift the atmosphere in an awkward direction. You aim your head at Satoru, finding his downcast expression and a bittersweet smile. He brushes his fingers through Mugenâs mane, finding comfort with his trusted familiar.
âSince you told me your story, Iâll tell you some of mine,â he begins, taking in a focused breath. âMy best friend and I were once deputies together, our sights set on becoming the sheriffs of a town no one would dare mess with thanks to our presence.â A flicker of remorse passes through the depths of his blue orbs. âWe had a job that went sideways, and it wasnât the same for us after.â
âHow so?â
âI went on to become sheriff like we originally planned, but Suguru started to pull back and decided on going home to Limpany for a while.â
A pit in your stomach forms, giving you a sinking suspicion as to where this story could go. Considering his mood, the destination ahead, and the reveal of someone important to his life, there appears to be more to this as a whole than just a bank robbery. Nevertheless, you allow him to speak freely.
âSuguru discovered some serious corruption going on in the town by its people. In response, he ended up decimating nearly the entire town in one night, sparing no one. From that day forward, he became a wanted criminal in the eyes of the law.â
You wonder what could have been so severe to require that much lethal force, but at the same time if you were in his shoes, you might make the same choices. It wouldnât be that far off on things youâd do considering how you decided to get back at the men who stole the lives of your parents.
Now here you are sympathizing with the man youâre hunting for your own personal vendetta. Oh how the tables have turned once you see the other side.
âI take it this Suguru is your gold thief?â
He sighs, âUnfortunately, that looks to be the case.â As you already expected to hear.
The town comes into sight, and with that, an end to your conversation. Youâre surprised to see that despite the raging inferno that had occurred, buildings remain standing all along the settlement. Crumbling and disregarded, but still feasibly sturdy.
Smoke still hovers in the air as nature has yet to blossom and overtake the land once more. Maybe once spring has truly set in, new life will occur in its wake. So far, Itâs quiet, but that may not necessarily be a good sign. Satoru orders his men to disperse throughout the town, going door to door in search of any signs of the gang.
The two of you hitch your horses out front of what used to be the Limpany Sheriffâs Department. The lettering on the building has long since faded from the flames but remains legible to a degree. Next door however is a jailhouse that stands without issue, and scarce of any blemishes. While Satoru is occupied with the main building, you decide to check out what lies beyond the iron door. Thereâs a click as you pull the safety of the gun, cautiously opening the door and ready for whatever lies inside.
Come to find out, itâs empty. The eeriness of the room sets off a trail of goosebumps down your spine. Thereâs smoke damage on the walls inside, but elsewhere nothing is damaged as far as you can tell. One of the locked cells houses two adult skeletons shackled to the wall. The bones of their wrists still nestled between the cuffs. The cell across somehow felt more ominous. The door is opened, leading to an empty room which in itself isnât a cause for concern, but the scattered loot tells a different story. You bend down to pick up once such piece.
Is this⌠a childâs shoe?
Your eyes widen.
No doubt that one, but multiple children were being held in this very cell for reasons unknown. Is this what Suguru had come home to find
âSurprised? I know I was when I first saw this.â
His voice startles you, causing your sudden turn to meet him. âSatoru, what is this?â
âCorruption,â he answers bluntly.
What a cruel world this can be to live in. And with that thought, you canât blame Suguru for crossing that threshold of sin.
A commotion sparks up outside, drawing both of you to the door. âSheriff, come quick!â One of the deputies calls out. You get up to follow Satoru out as the two of you are led to another section of town where lawmen have quickly begun to circle. âIt looks like they camped here and left this morning! Thereâs fresh hoofprints everywhere too.â
âMount up!â Satoru shouts confidently, âThey couldnât have gotten far, letâs not waste any more daylight here!â
Youâre about to whistle for your horse off muscle memory when you immediately have to remind yourself that she wouldnât be able to hear your call.
They donât prepare you for these things.
Valentine is all you have left right now. Losing her is like losing family. As much as you find yourself resonating with Suguru, the fact remains that youâre heartbroken without her. Hopefully sheâs safe and the two of you will be reunited again soon. You brush the thoughts, running off with Satoru before galloping off with the rest of the posse.
The roads outside Limpany arenât the most well-travelled, so for any decent enough tracker, the thousand-pound impressions in the dirt are easy enough to spot. Thereâs evidence a wagon or two may have joined the group, all leading down the Dakota river towards the Upper Montana. Trees quickly become scarcer as you enter this new area thanks to logging companies, making it easier to see everything in front of you but at the same time, everyone can see you as well.
The group stops short of a tree line near the river to use as cover. Up ahead lies a small home and barn to match looking all too lively and full for its size. A fatal flaw in their attempt at laying low, but one youâre thankful for. Pulling out a pair of binoculars from your satchel, you investigate the scene. Thereâs a long, gray-haired man and another shorter bald guy walking around, weaponry in hand, and several more interesting characters around. Among the dozen horses grazing from their posts, none are Valentine.
âAre those the men weâre looking for?â
âLooks like it,â the white-haired man sighs, tightening the grip on his own pair of binoculars. âI see some other wanted faces the Outlaw Killer was looking into.â
âThe Outlaw Killer?â you scoff, quirking a brow. Interesting title that speaks for itself.
âYeah,â he snickers. âHeâs a crazy bounty hunter. Youâd know him if you saw him, Iâm sure. Grouchy asshole that only ever wears black â hell, I think all his guns and even his lasso are the same color.â He rolls his eyes and an image of the blacked-out stallion and its flirt of an owner came to mind from the night before. So much for a bad temperament.
âGood to know,â you hum, raising your new rifle from its holster, taking aim at the gray-haired man first on instinct.
âWoah woah woah, what are you doing?â Satoruâs urgent voice fills your ear.
âWhatâs it look like?â you calmly reply, âIâm gonna pick them off one by one.â The safety clicks just as the man reaches out with a hand on the barrel to low the gun.
âIâm itching to get this done with as much as you are, but Iâd like to arrest them, not kill.â
You click your tongue out of annoyance, âWhatâs your plan then, Sheriff?â
âLetâs just get a little closer and see what more we can learn first. It wonât do us any good if theyâve stashed the gold, and I doubt theyâll tell us anyways.â
He has a point, sadly. For now, youâll just have to go along with it. You lean on the reins with a tap of your heel to guide Clementine. âHave it your way, but just remember that Iâm not the one wearing a silver star.â
âHey if this goes well, Iâm more than happy to give you one.â He smiles, following your lead with the rest of his men. Once again, heâs got Mugen right up at your side, hunched over the saddle to see your face. âYouâre just the kind of attitude we could use; that and Iâm enjoying your company.â You roll your eyes but the faint smile tugging at your lips gives you away all too easily.
Being a deputy isnât something youâve had in mind before given your sense of exploration and all, but another way one could view it is imagining it as a means of settling down somewhere. An ever-growing supply of work paired with using your favorite set of skills to earn money; all and all giving you stability and a place to call home if you ever decide thatâs what you want in life.
It's worth thinking about if heâs serious. A second option to consider on top of Kentoâs.
To avoid spooking the gang, you and the rest of the posse tie the reins of your mounts to some trees a few yards back from the tree line closer to the homestead. From there, itâs all about maintaining a stealthy approach. Plenty of shrubbery dots the property, so even with the lack of tall standing trees, youâre able to keep as low a profile as you can without inciting a shootout. The rest of the men can have their fun with their hunt for gold or apprehending dangerous individuals. Your first and foremost objective is securing Valentine.
Since sheâs not outside, one can only assume sheâs in the barn out of sight. Itâs a good size, but in desperate need of some TLC as you learn the moment some rotted wood snaps cleanly off with a simple tug. You crawl through from the back, entering the structure into a bed of hay. Looking up from the ground, you quickly find that itâs not just you stuck in a 12x12 box.
A familiar tobiano paint stands proudly, turning his head in your direction. Beautiful black and white markings cover the gelding with a splash of white on one side of its face revealing a sole blue eye. The other eye is a rich shade of brown, surrounded by black fur.
âGood boy,â you whisper to the horse, hoping to not frighten him or anyone else that may be inside to your presence. He eyes you back with a huff and some widened eyes, but thankfully their ears move in attentive patterns rather than that of aggression.
You measle around to the front of the stall, managing to swoon him with your pets between soft whispering coos. âI should steal you and show him how it feels. You want that, big guy?â
A high-pitched whinny pierces the air, drawing your eyes to your long-lost Valentine one stall over. She stomps her foot aggressively, but her warning comes all too slow before the stall door flings open. Before you can reprimand yourself for being snuck up on, let alone draw your gun, the opposing force already has their own aimed nearly point blank.
âMy, I didnât expect anyone to check here first, let alone wish to steal Uzumaki from me?â
You turn slowly towards the man youâve been wanting to see all night and day. The same silky-haired bastard that made off with your mare. He stares you down the iron sight of a Cattlemanâs revolver, holding a salacious grin as he takes amusement in this whole ordeal.
âI think itâs only fair, seeing as you stole my own horse after your little escapade in town last night.â Unlike his suave tones, your voice is laced with the venom of a diamondback rattlesnake. Just because he has you cornered, doesnât mean youâre any less dangerous than a pit viper itching to strike.
The sound of gunfire alerts you both to the events unfolding outside the shabby walls of the stable, all with the shouting of a dozen men. The sliding door to the entrance of the barn opens with a bang, and the outlaw is quick to draw up a second revolver at the new arrival.
âSuguru, put your guns down.â Satoru says, trying to mask the hints of pain and grief beneath a stoic demeanor.
On the other end, Suguru is cheerful and keeps his sight set on the other with a cheshire smile. âSatoru~ long time no see.â
You clear your throat, reminding the two of your third wheeling presence. âNice reunion and all, but youâre outnumbered here.â
âThat may be.â he pauses, rolling his head in your direction once more. âBut Iâm holding the guns here so itâs up to you both to decide how you want to walk out of here.â
Funny how things ended up working out after that.
Between some more bickering, monologues, thundering hooves, and dwindling gunfire, who knew a simple suggestion to âkiss and make upâ would lead to you being sandwiched between them in one of the empty available stalls occupying square bales of hay to use as surfacing.
Straw digs into your back annoyingly, but the pleasure of two cocks in either end transition you to a state of euphoria. Muffled whimpers fail to escape, instead warping around Satoru buried deep in your throat. Itâs long, veiny, and curves in all the right directions. His hands find comfort over the mound of your breasts, kneading into the flesh with each thrust.
You canât see it, but those breathtaking blue eyes look in awe of your figure adorned with a sheen of sweat and the sight of Suguruâs cock disappearing into your perfect little pussy. âSo pretty,â he purrs, noting how youâre glowing brighter than any star could hope to achieve, silver or not.
Suguruâs hands brand the dipping of your hips with a bruising grip, rutting into you with his especially girthy extension. Each jerk of his body hits right into a sweet spot bringing you ever closer to undoing the knot at the base of your core.
They both momentarily pause as you begin to unravel, choking out cries that leave Satoru reeling with pleasure from the tightness of your throat. Suguru feels it too. Your gummy walls encasing around him in erratic motions. The two of them arenât far away from their own release.
The sounds each make only serve to keep the wings of your pussy fluttering for more. Irresistibly charming, and all the more passionate given the shared history they share, and you now caught in the middle.
Suguru leans forward over you, cupping Satoruâs cheek to draw him closer, crashing their lips together in a messy embrace. That one action forces each to come undone, painting both ends of you so perfectly white. They pull out, savoring the whining noise you release from the loss. The black-haired man takes a moment to admire how you clench around nothing and the cum gushing out like a waterfall of love.
âHow are you feeling, baby?â Suguru asks, and both Satoru and you simultaneously answer positively making him chuckle all low and honey-like.
âYouâre doing so well, but weâre not done just yetâŚâ Both men exchange a look, as if reading one anotherâs mind. Soulmatism at its finest. âWell, Satoru?â
âItâs been too long, Suguru,â he responds gleefully. Satoru then proceeds to lift your tiring body up and onto his lap, making you straddle him as the other comes around into your view. âReady for more, princess?â
âLess talk, more stuffing,â you scoff, taking it upon yourself to line his tip with your eager cunt, graciously accepting him into the depths beyond what Suguru could reach.
âYou heard the pretty lady, Satoru,â the other whispers into his ear, nibbling the lobe as he slowly thrusts up into the man. The slick coating his shaft that you provided just moments ago make for a smooth entry, earning a deep fulfilling rumble from Satoru.
His fingers slid up your thighs and over the curves of your body, pressing into the plush to bounce you on him. You saw plenty before of the cobweb of veins that marble his cock, but feeling the ridges trailing along your insides leaves you breathing out such sinful sounds. He works it like the most formal of fountain pens, writing poetry on velvet walls that could put even Shakespeare to shame.
âFuuh-uck,â you murmur, burying your face in the crook of Satoruâs neck, shamelessly letting him contort your body however he desires. Your arms wrap tightly around his neck and hair, locking him in against your bare chest.
âNow now, donât go hiding yourself,â Suguru says between disheveled breaths, trying not to let his pace falter as he urges your face up. He overtakes your lips, mixing sloppy kisses with nips across your bottom lip.
Satoru uses this chance to pepper your open neck with marks fashioned all in his name, biting down with more force each time his lover hits that sweet spot inside. He can feel not only his own chest tighten, but his balls as well.
Suguru breaks the kiss, but only to push the two in front of him down. The weight of Satoru comes down over you, taking your mouth against his and soaking up the taste of all the combined flavors. Suguru unleashes powerful thrusts into Satoru that force him in and out of your own body as he chases his high.
âYou missed me this much, Suguru?â He gazes over his shoulder, smiling as he tries to form cock-drunk words. âS-so much more aggressive than usual, f-feels good.â
âNot a day goes by where I donât see a reminder of you.â You can just barely make out the seldom, yet saccharine face Suguru makes, your own vision clouded with a hazy white. âItâs just like the old days with o-our new friend here.â
âOur princess here is taking us so well, isnât she?â
âShe is,â he says, and you feel feather-light touches come over your thighs that attempt to coil around Satoru for closeness. âYouâre such a good girl, I bet you want to cum, donât you?â You feverishly nod, unsure how much longer you can hold out.
âCome on, baby.â A finger moves over your clit drawing star-shaped patterns until thatâs all youâre able to see. âT-thatâs it,â he drawls, following soon after.
Hot ropes of cum spill out inside you once more, making a beautiful cocktail of three. Suguru mercilessly ruts into Satoru until he himself finishes, savoring the feeling heâs long since missed and relishing in the new ones youâve brought him.
Satoruâs body relaxes leaving you trapped underneath. You take the time to brush your fingers through his hair as you come down off your high, feeling yourself ground to the Earth in the process.
Suguru pulls out, leaving a chaste kiss to you both. His delicate fingers push the hair of your face, admiring the beauty of your afterglow. You close your eyes, soaking up the feeling of one another, completely oblivious to anything else.
Well, almost oblivious.
âItâs been fun seeing you again and meeting such a lovely new woman,â Suguru starts. You open your eyes and Satoru as well to see Suguru dressed and mounted atop the tobiano. âIâve got to get home before my daughters begin to worry. See you around sometime.â He winks, galloping out of the stable before either of you can say another word.
Satoru stands up, exhaling a defeated sigh. The plan to arrest Suguru ended up with the two of you being detained by love. Both his gang and the gold are long gone to wherever his hideout lies.
Satoru helps you up, cleaning you off as best he can before readying the horses, and yes, that means yours too.
Valentine is home, back with her family.
You.
As you sit atop her on route back to the city of Valentine, you feel a discomfort in your clothes and the crunching of parchment to follow. The source of which is a pamphlet courtesy of Suguru, detailing drawings and hints on how if youâre interested, you can use these clues to find him and his camp of outlaws.
And so, a third opportunity for your future presents itself, but thatâs for the future. For now, the only thing on your mind is a steak dinner. Hereâs hoping the Butcher has finished his job.

Remote Indulgence (ch. 1)
Sarah reclined in her oversized armchair, her fingers lazily tracing the curve of her newly rounded belly. At 28, she had fully embraced the feedee lifestyle she'd always fantasized about, allowing herself to indulge in every culinary desire.
As a result, her body had already begun to transform even over the past few months since she made the decision to let it grow freely. Now weighing in at a luscious 200 lbs, her once modest frame had blossomed into a soft, abundant figure.
Her belly, the most prominent symbol of her gluttony, rested heavily on her thighs. It had grown into a plush mound, the skin stretching slightly taut yet deliciously soft to the touch. She loved the sensation of its gentle jiggle with every movement.
This morning, Sarah was dressed in her favorite stretchy leggings and an old t-shirt that had become comically tight, clinging to her expanded form. She felt a thrill every time she noticed a new tight spot, a new sign of her body's growth. She enjoyed the tightness, the way her clothing clung to her curves, emphasizing every roll and bulge. Her reflection in the mirror showed a woman who was unapologetically herself, who had embraced her desires and let them shape her body.
However, Sarah's dreams extended well beyond her current indulgence, and she only needed one thing to make them a reality: a remote customer service job. The freedom it would provide â she knew â would represent the perfect opportunity to push the boundaries of her gluttonous lifestyle even further.
Closing her eyes, Sarah allowed herself to fantasize. Working from home would mean no colleagues or supervisors watching her every move, leaving her free to indulge in large, frequent feeding sessions. She would spend her days in loose, comfortable clothing like sweatpants and pajamas that left her plenty of stretch room around the middle â all while having constant access throughout the day to the treasure trove of snacks, candies, and high-calorie beverages she'd been cultivating in her own room.
Sarah envisioned herself sitting at her desk, surrounded by an array of food and drinks, able to feast whenever she pleased. No more judgmental glances from coworkers, no more restrictive office attire. Just her, her food, and the luxury of solitude.
As she filled out yet another job application, she felt a surge of excitement. This could be itâthe key to unlocking a new level of indulgence. Sarah's body tingled with anticipation. The thought of making herself even more voluptuous thrilled her. She ran her hands over her belly again, savoring the soft, warm flesh beneath her fingertips.
She pictured herself in the near future, her body even more voluptuous, her appetite fully indulged. She was absolutely certain of her own destiny. She would become a queen of her own realm, a realm where food was abundant and she could feast greedily without any thought of restraint.
As Sarah leaned back, lost in her indulgent daydreams, her computer screen blinked with a new notification. The soft ping of an incoming email pierced through her fantasies. She sat up, her pulse quickening with a mixture of hope and anticipation. With a few clicks, she opened her inbox: "Job Offer: Remote Position."

Sephirah, Sins, and the Seed of Light
Warning: Limbus Company Canto VII Part 3 spoilers ahead.
With the end of The Dream Ending and the introduction of Dante's second Golden Bough ability we can now look at some patterns between the Sinners and the Sins and Sephirah associated with each ability.
Currently, we have Pigritia/Sloth, associated with Hokma and achieved during Heathcliff's Canto, and Superbia/Pride, associated with Binah and achieved during Don Quixote's Canto.
So what are the common themes? Well, let's look at the Meltdowns for our two Sephirah. Hokma's Meltdown occurs because he wants to stay in the time loop with Ayin, and can't accept letting go for the sake of a better future. He gradually speeds up time, preventing you from having the opportunity to micromanage your facility and forcing you to try and avoid getting overwhelmed by everything that goes wrong. Similarly, Heathcliff is stuck in a rut with Cathy, unwilling and unable to let go of her, until like Ayin, Cathy convinces Heathcliff to move on, and the associated ability unlocked by Dante is to slow down time around the Sinners, granting them the ability to move faster by comparison. Thus, with the Sin of Sloth, these two refuse to change, until such a time as they are finally convinced to. Afterwards, they are "The Eye Embracing the Past; Building the Future".
Binah's Meltdown occurs because she believes that the cycle of the City is unable to be changed, and that it will always return to the state it is found in. In her Meltdown, Binah takes to battle herself, wreaking havoc through the facility. Once again, Don Quixote - or rather, Sancho - reflects this, as she has come to believe that it is impossible for a Bloodfiend's nature to change, comparing it to a carousel, where you can charge ahead on horseback for eternity and yet never move an inch. As such, she returns to the service of Don Quixote (the original) and fights against the Sinners. Ultimately, both Binah and Sancho are convinced that it is possible to change, and become "The Eye Facing the Fear; Breaking the Cycle". The ability unlocked by Dante is thus the ability to fight at full strength - or, in battle, the ability to use an EGO without any resources being expended, similar to Binah's Meltdown benefit of not losing EGO equipment on an agent's death. Thematically, Pride is thus associated with a wheel, a supposedly-inviolate cycle that will keep turning for eternity - just like the Peccatulum.
With this, we can be quite confident that our future Cantos will be thematically associated with the Sephirah; if we follow the order of the Library's floors, we get Hong Lu with Chesed (becoming one of "Those who are Faithful and Trustworthy"), Ryoshu with Gebura (gaining "The Courage to Protect"), Meursault with Tiphereth (gaining an "Expectation of the Meaning of Existence"), Outis with Netzach (gaining "The Fearlessness to keep on Living"), and Faust with Hod (gaining "The Hope to be a Better Person"). While I can't say for sure what each Sephirah's associated Sin will be, there's a lot to unpack here (such as Faust being in the position of both the 12th follower of WhiteNight and thus the "devil" who betrays it and being linked to Hod, who betrayed her peers, meanwhile the greater theme at the end of Goethe's Faust is that no matter what, you can always earn redemption if you strive to be a better person), and I think it would be safe to thusly link Dante themself to possibly both Yesod and Malkuth, as their character development has provided them with a "Distinctive Reasoning" and a "Willingness to stand up straight" that they use to understand and help the Sinners.

Okay this post just unlocked some long dormant memories in my brain and if I donât talk about it with someone outside my castle I think Iâll lose my mind so you guys better be sitting down.
For some context: until around 7-8 years ago, my people were under almost constant threat of these giant sea snakes because they had unknowingly killed the head of their den. Savage things. Would take any opportunity to attack us. We couldnât even find a new castle cause they would follow us everywhere. Because of all this, our elders ended up creating a prophecy, which stated that the Beacon would eat the carcass of the head snake, causing the rest of the sea snakes to leave us alone.
So when I was like 13, the Beacon had arrived at our castle to fulfil our prophecy, and as you can expect, we were all very excited and I remember trying to get to the front of the crowd as fast as possible to see them. They were like nothing I have ever seen before and have seen since, we all were in complete awe of them. However, the thing about them that ended up surprising me the most was that they were young. Like, pretty damn young. They looked a little younger than me. So while our monarch quickly went to make sure all the preparations were complete, they entrusted my parents with making sure the Beacon was comfortable, giving my family the opportunity to have small chat with them. Curiousity getting the better of me, I asked how old they were. 13. They said theyâre 13 years old. They were MY age. I didnât know what to do at that point and basically throughout the entire time our prophecy was being completed, my mind was just stuck thinking about if I was destined to eat that giant smelly snake

Much needed Vacation
Klaus loves to travel and after a thousand years of being on edge he was more than happy to relax for a while.
Since unlocking his werewolf side he was able to feel temperatures more, he would wear thicker clothes and added layers in the winter and had the desire to go shirtless everywhere in the summer. Not that I'm complaining but his siblings weren't the most fond.
Hope also found that she enjoyed the heat and so when I mentioned the idea of a vacation, the Mikaelsons were very excited. It was rare that the siblings were able to actually enjoy their luxuries but for the past for months everything had been lovely and calm and there was no sign of any threat for the near future.
So we flew first class, hired out a villa and claimed our rooms. Klaus had grabbed my hand and sped us to the biggest suit, bringing our bags and dropping onto the humongous bed with a pleased sigh.
I smiled and shut the door before opening our cases and beginning to put all our clothes on hangers and into the wardrobe. I could hear Klaus removing his clothes and pulling something else on, probably his swim trunks because Hope had been begging for them to go in the pool as soon as they arrived. I put our little wash bags into the bathroom and came back into the bedroom to see Klaus in his navy swim shorts and his wolf tooth necklace.
"You gonna go to the pool or the beach?" I asked as I sat beside him and traces my fingertips against the bare skin of his shoulders
"Pool, it's only the first day, I don't want sand to appear in all of my clothes for the next two weeks" he joked and I smiled widely. He just gazed at me for a moment before glancing to my shorts and t-shirt "are you coming?" he questioned with a tilt of his head
"Not today, it's already getting late and we agreed to cook the first night and to go out for food tomorrow. Elijah said he'd help." I explained and he hummed
"We can always go out for food, today, tomorrow, the whole holiday if you like. Don't stress about house tasks, just come relax, this was all your idea" he stood and tugged me by the wrist to stand which I did and I wrapped my arms around his neck
"I'm not stressing, I just want everything to go well. Besides if we eat out every day then it loses what makes it exciting" I reminded and he pouted
"Or it makes when you cook more special?" he offered and I gave him a look resulting in a sigh and a 'fine' before he gave me a kiss and disappeared out to the pool with Hope, Rebekah, Marcel, Kol and Freya whilst Elijah, Hayley, Davina and I were inside preparing food and inspecting the villa.
The first week consisted of nothing but the pool, snacks and sunbathing. The second week we began doing activities and taking day trips either all together or in groups or couples, plus Hope of course depending on who she wanted to spend the day with.
More often than not it was Klaus and I and whilst it was really sweet and we all had fun, I could see Klaus getting frustrated. We hadn't been intimate the entire vacation so far because someone was always awake during the night due to the heat and usually it was Hope. None of the walls were sound proof and the doors didn't have locks. Although Klaus was willing to risk it, I didn't want to traumatise Hope on her first family holiday.
But I knew he would burst soon. His hard non was permanent and he would press it against me at every possible opportunity, whispering dirty words or quietly begging for me to touch him. Klaus always went one way or the other when he got needy, either he got overly dominant or very submissive. I think this time, because the environment was to calm and everyone was happy, he became more subby and whiny for one-on-one attention rather then when he's agitated all the time and unable to grasp his emotions.
So I decided to check out the beach, people seemed to clear off in early evening for food and the entertainment facilities nearby so I planned to bring Klaus down around then.
I set up a blanket so we didn't have to sit on the burning hot sand and put a bottle of wine in a bucket of ice before going to get Klaus. I dragged him out with the promise of a surprise.
"Trust me okay? You'll like it" I told him as he huffed and puffed about wanting to know before we got there.
By the time we got there the sun was starting to set but the air remained hot, I lead him across the sand to the place I'd set up. His expression seemingly softened and a smile pulled at his pretty pink lips.
I pulled him down onto the blanket and kicked my sandals off. I lifted my dress off and put it on the edge of the blanket so that I was in only my bikini. I looked back to him to see him throwing his shirt away toward the sea and then his shorts so he was left in his briefs. I let out a short laugh and got onto my hands and knees, crawling on top of him and pressing him down by his chest.
His lips were on mine in a second though his kisses were much softer and more passionate than I expected if I were honest. His arms slid round my waist and his mouth opened as though begging for my tongue inside. I obliged of course and deepened the kiss, my knees squeezed his sides gently and my hands stroked at the stubble along the top of his neck and jaw to his face. I sucked gently at his tongue to make his groan. His hands wondered to untie the string keeping my breasts in place, the bikini top fell into him and then his hands moved to my bottoms. He tossed them away and whined into my mouth as he pressed his clothed dick between my legs.
I pressed my mouth firmly to his for a moment before pulling back to look between us and pull his briefs off his legs and to the sand. His hands were already pulling me back down via the back of my neck making me breath out a laugh and kiss at his lips until they were swollen and parted.
My hand stroked the length of his cock a few times to make sure he was ready but it was pretty obvious by now that he was more than ready.
I guided him inside me easily, letting out a relieved moan as he filled me inch by inch. He groaned and rocked his hips gently, his eyes closed and head falling back so our lips detached. I let out a hot breath and pressed against his chest, lifting myself up and bouncing slowly on his lap. I could see the sun starting to hide behind the softly crashing waves and the warm breeze skimmed over the both of us while we moved as one.
I could feel him pulsate inside me as his lashes fluttered against the apples of his cheeks and his swelled lips stayed parted to let out broken breaths of air. I tightened around him every few thrusts to watch his brows pull together. I smiled a lazy seeming smile as I rubbed my thumb in little circles on his sweat glazed chest.
"See? Told you...you'd...like it" I murmured breathlessly and he let out a chuckle and thrusted his hips up.
"mm love it" He whined and I grinned, moving a little faster so that my lower tummy began to twist pleasantly. His hands pulled at my hips to angle them differently, this position caused his tip to brush my spot and my hips to stutter before moving with more need.
He grunted and let out mumbled moans as he moved with more force. My hand fell forward to his side, landing in the sand instead of the blanket making me groan but clutch at the surface regardless. I could feel each grain brush between my fingers as the soft smack of his balls against my filled the air between our mix of panting.
I groaned when I felt my clit tingle and crave for attention. I dropped my spared hand down to where I needed and put my fingertips to use. I felt myself flutter around him and in response heard him let out a low moan. He squeezed my hips and rolled us over so he was on top.
"Klaus!" I whisper yelled when he pushed me into the sand, it all sticking to the pair of us.
"we'll sort it later" he muttered as he thrust his hips with more control and power. His pace quickened and his grip on my hips tightened as did I.
"Oh god" I whispered with a whimper. His face dropped to the side of my face, his soft lips pressing light kisses against my cheek and neck as I felt myself flood with warmth. I kept sliding my fingers over my clit, faster and faster until I felt that I couldn't stop. My sounds became a blur along with my vision as I listened to his encouraging whispers to let go.
"Fuck Nik, please-" I whined and he kissed my lips harshly. I let out a series of gasps when I felt him slam into my spot repeatedly, the heat from the air, the sand and our bodies all seemed to merge as I felt that powerful sensation rush through me and down my thighs as I let out a surprisingly loud cry of pleasure.
My hand slid out against the sand as my body went limp, legs falling to my sides and my face pressed into his chest. His breathing was heavy as thick ropes of cum shot into me without warning. My eyes were closed and I groaned slowly, my thighs trembled gently for a moment before I relaxed fully beneath him.
I could feel his warm hands cup my face and I slowly opened my eyes, smiling up at him as he kissed my lips softly.
âThank youâ I whispered and he chuckled softly
âIt was your gift sweetheart, I should be thanking youâ he corrected but I shook my head
âYou did moreâ I whispered as he moves his hands under my back and lifted me up making me huff when sand fell from my hair.
âI really didnât love but itâs sweet that you think soâ he teased and I rolled my eyes
âDoesnât matterâ I mumbled and he smiled, holding me close making me wrap my arms around him.
We stayed on the beach for a while, trying to get as much sand off me as possible before getting up and trying to find out clothes.
Eventually we got back to the villa, everyone was in the pool and our food was sat waiting on the side making me smile as we took our plates to our room.
The rest of the week went perfectly and once we returned home we lasted another 3 full days before a major argument broke out and the longing for a holiday was back.

Brat tamer Oab dealing with bratty WanâŚâŚ.. (nsfw Drabble, minors DNI. CW// degradation, overstimulation, dom/sub dynamics)
A/N: the comment about Wan crying in ep 7 putâŚ.. thoughts in my head. Here are said thoughts lmao
Oab has been engrossed while working on a new menu for a few days, brushing Wan off anytime he wants to play because he doesnât have time (bullshit but Wan put up with it for a solid day before getting annoyed)
When Wan reaches his breaking point he drapes himself across Oabâs back, sliding his hands all over the chefs chest and kissing his neck
Oab shrugs him off and tells wan to let him finish his work, causing the younger man to huff and walk away
Oab doesnât think much of it, focusing back on the menu he was trying to perfect
Oab continues working before hearing light moans coming from his bedroom
Oab getting pissed because they have an agreement (Wan doesnât get to get off unless itâs with or with explicit permission from Oab)
Oab stalks to the bedroom and leans against the doorframe, watching as Wan is desperately grinding down with a pillow between his legs, cock red and leaking
Wan opens his eyes and sees Oab standing there but, being the little brat he is, he just continues and whines out that he wants to cum
âGo ahead.â Oab says, shocking wan but he takes the permission at face value and crumbles, dirtying the pillow between his legs with his eyes fixed on Oab
Once heâs come down from his high wan stays still while catching his breath, waiting for what oab would do
Oab stays silent and just walks over to the closet, pulling out a pair of handcuffs wan is very familiar with already
âYou need to cum that bad ?â Oab says while walking back over, âyou know the rules. Selfish sluts get punished.â
Wan whimpers but puts his hands behind his back, letting oab cuff his wrists
Oab leaves wan straddling the dirty pillow and goes back to the closet to get a small vibrator he can attach to wanâs cock, positioning it right under the head
Oab grabs wan by the chin, forcing him to look up âIâm going to leave you here while I finish my work. Since you needed to cum so bad Iâm going to let you. Do you understand, pup ?â
Wan nods but oab just grips his chin tighter. âWords, baby. Whatâs your color.â
âGreenâ wan chokes out, somehow already hard again just from the power oab exudes when heâs like this
Oab takes the opportunity to turn the vibrator on, forcing a moan out of the boy in front of him.
Oab releases wans chin and walks out of the room to grab his laptop (causing wan to panic a bit because he thinks oab is actually just gonna leave him there, something theyâve never done before)
Oab walks back in to see wan tearing up and he smirks, sitting in the chair across from the bed and going back to work
Wan relaxes into the pleasure once oab is back in the room, moaning and rocking against the pillow
Wan cums 3 more times and is fully sobbing by the end of it, begging Oab to turn off the vibrator before the man finally shuts his laptop and makes his way over to the bed
âHave you learned your lesson, pup ?â Oab asks, hand coming down to press the vibrator more firmly against wans cock
âY-yesâ wan sobs out, body shaking and hips rutting up into oabs hand
Oab chuckles darkly before bringing his hand down further and begins stroking Wan âone more, baby, you can do it.â
Wan absolutely wails at that, getting pushed over the edge one last time. Said orgasm is right on the sweet spot of painful but still pleasurable
Oab is quick to turn the vibrator off and unlock the cuffs, allowing the boy to crumble into his arms as he rubs his back and whispers praises in his ear
Oab lays them down (chucking the ruined pillow onto the floor and deeming that a problem for the future) and continues comforting wan until heâs calmed down
âAre you okay, baby ?â Oab asks, a little worried he pushed wan too far
âMore than okayâ wan sighs out, snuggling further into oabs chest, âjustâŚ. felt a little neglected.â
Oabs heart breaks at that and he hugs wan tighter. They talk about it after wan takes a shower and spend the night fucking soft and slow, oab making sure wan knows he loves him

Unconditional love
Love is distrubuted thought out the world in many ways and sectors. Its the major contribution that helps the world and humanity evolve. It doesn't take no energy, no effort, nor money, to give it to the person you love the most! Now that we are on this topic of Love, love was said to be one of the most strongest and best gifts we have here to connect to one another. Its has been stories of people saving love ones, animals from their death beds, from a hug, someone saying they love them, expressing their concern and love towards that person while they were unconscious and the person woke up from comas, accidents and situations that they shouldn't have made it back home.
With that being said! Its alot of different types of love that people push out. This love type is so magnificent and unappreciated. Yes! Unconditional love! Which many never heard of or displayed it or flat out dont know how to show it. The definition of Unconditional love in my words ( Its when you accepting the flaws, mishaps, misfortunes and shortcomings of another individual. You accept their traits, views, past and future aspirations even when its not aligned with your own beliefs or future goals. When they are sick, ill, feeling bad, not the same and cant be there for you like they use to you still understand their situation and circumstances.
Its when you are married for years, your wife or husband, and they are not looking the same, their appearance start to change, their best features start to deminish. You may have to help them walk, get up, use the the restroom, wash up and eat. So many sacrifices would have to be made in this new transition of life. All the superficial and glam you appreciated about this person would fade away. Your true love will be tested and given opportunities to understand what real love is. Facing their pains, hurts, ups and downs and their dark sides that you never thought you would see.
People tend to only want to give love to people who they see fit with their likings, who they benefit from, like their appearance, give them comfortability, and their status. Now this goes a long way, not only a spose, girlfriend, boyfriend, it also applies to family, friends, strangers, coworkers and humanity in all. When your love is so great and strong and it have no limitations or focus on details or a particular person, thing, object, its powerful. It comes from a whole different part in your essence that everyone cant understand or fantom. You begin to unlock gateways and open portals to a more devine love.
When you are able to understand, and feel for a person unconditionally without judgment its a whole different energy that attracts better outcomes and situations. You work from whole different part of your soul essence then others, you treat that person like you want to be treated and you give things to them without looking for anything in return. Your hands are never out, but your heart is always open give more love and accept whatever is in return and usually not what you put out. The power of love is strong especially when its meaningful, true, authentic, real, and unconditional.
With all this being said and understood, and hopefully overstood, you all need to know that everyone is not here for the same experiences and have the same gifts to show the world. Many people have powerful love to give, as well but just go about it in different ways, so its no wrong or right here. But for the ones im talking about your love nature is one of a kind, its so impeccable, its a force to be reckoning with, exceptional, extraordinary, highly rated, remarkable, and soooo soooo soooo admired! By many and us. You all have a different type of capacity to deal with and understand love and its core level without being benefited from it in most cases.
These picks is our opinions. We came up with 4 that we feel like they are good zodiac signs that carry these attributes and qualities. It can or could be more, but we came up with these 4 from a deeper look inside each zodiacs mind, essence, soul, focus, and love nature. These zodiac signs showed us what we were looking for in this breakdown. So here are the 4 signs that made it to the top chart of our unconditional love series.
Leo
This fire sign brings nothing but loyalty, protection and love to the house hold. They are firm believers of powerful love and how you give it will impact your family or pack. They can be extraordinary, exaggerate and flamboyant but never false about their love for their love ones or whoever is around them. They will shower you with gifts, love, affection and charismatic finesse. Even tho they love flashy and extravagant lifestyles, they are never superficial about the love the give and and receive. They do love affection, admiration and validation. Their true nature is to protect, love, secure, appreciate and cherish the ones closest to their hearts. Its nothing they wont do for your love and to keep you happy. This sign is ruled by the heart, which leo represents courage, power, strength and loyalty. They stand up for those around them with their chest out and pride of it, who ever is around them feels their power and shiny presence. Their love runs deep and never stops, they understand what love is because they want it given to them in the same respect, at same time they dont have their hands out to receive anything from you, just want your time and closeness. They will be there at your hardest times, difficult measures and worst hours. They will boost your pride, wake your soul up and make sure you are getting the love and affection you deserve. This love is umatched and so real, you can feel their strong aura giving you the unconditional love your soul and heart needs.
Cancer
Warm, settling, loving, mother energy that warms your soul up at its core. When a person hears the zodiac name cancer they know they are your household name, known for mending the family, keeping everyone happy, making those warm fulfilling meals that touch your bones and soul. They have that motherly instinct and calling. The nuturer as they say, with such a soft heart for others feelings, emotions, and pains they still find a way to help out and provide time, emotional care, and strength to help the person overcome their barriers and life obstacles. Many wonder how can a energy be so soft, emotional and sensitive but yet be so strong and powerful. Hmmmmm that is something to have, thats why by far this is one of the most powerful zodiac signs, they have a unique gift that keeps giving and flourishing the more they be their selves and help humanity. They spose or families would love their hospitality and good warm nature as they prepare supper and a cozy house setting as they relax for the evening. They are there when you are sick, ill, cold, weak, hungry and just tired. The way this sign operates from the heart would have you thinking it rules the heart, but it doesn't. It rules the chest, breast and stomach, well the chest is the protection plate for the heart so i can see that. home is where the heart is, they will touch your heart in ways that cant be described. They will fight for you, speak up for you, and stay down for you. This sign loves hard and love emotional connections, so they will learn your emotions and help you release your own emotions to help you feel better. You can always count on this sign to understand your feelings and have sympathy for your downfall or ins and outs.
Virgo
Can be very critical at times but never let you down, always there to relieve you of your stress and pain. They will go out their ways to make you happy even when it jeopardizes their life or finances. So logical but so nuturing at the same time. Kinda like cancer but with a more analytical approach to the womb that needs healing. Their service oriented skills doesnt shy away from the chaos or obstacles. They are your hard service workers that show gratitude towards helping you. Thats why they are classified as the servers, but not just a server like that, they go beyond and above. They want to help you, heal you, make you better, see you succeed, support you, find your weaknesses, strengths and greatest gifts in you. This a a sign you never want to walk over and disrespect.or never show your appreciation for their services and time. Their hearts and care go a long way, they like that medical nurse thats on the line of duty in the military that has a AK on their shoulder, 9 mm on their hip, while bandaging you up and giving you words of advice and strategies help you on your way so you dont make the same mistakes. When you feel at your lowest and lost they will direct you in correct path. They will love you while still helping correct you. But their love is one of a kind, you will never want with them, they will support you as long as you stay who you are and appreciate they energy they giving you. They are mixed with brain power and nuturing skills which cant be bad at all. They have the healing touch as well, this sign has a unconditional love that operates from a analytical emotional stand point. But you can never lose with this zodiaz sign.
Picses
Now these mutable fishes are very skilled at understanding what happened, how it happened and what will make it better. They come from a ether realm approach to everything. They can feel the room out and see whos hurting or sick, they can touch their grandmothers shoulder and know shes in pain. All they go by is energy and actions, so they read what you do and how you do it more than words. Their presence can invite you and make you feel relaxed and calm. This is a mutable sign so they are more of a free energy that gets pulled and tugged multiple ways. Their energy is very sensitive like a cancer but more on a psychic aspect, they can heal you like a virgo, they can make you feel happy, and prideful like a leo. This sign is our top sign that we think that shows the most unconditional love. Their heart goes a long way without any reciprocation or need for appreciation. They will listen to you, help you, understand you, guide you, support you, acknowledge you. Their soul is free as a bird, if you around them its a no judgement zone and make you feel loved. They have some of the top healing powers, psychic abilities that will help you with sickness, mental health, or just life answers. They are by far one of the best friends to have, wont let you down, always available and want to see you reach your highest potential. You can feel their love and energy radiating from them. They love universally and look at all things as in 1 and all. When you around this type of energy you have no choice but to do right, prosper and succeed. They say picses have a god complex, well i dont think its them being that way, its more of them being the last zodiac sign, and impacted with all the other signs energies so they feel they experienced or have the capabilities as the other signs. Which may be truth, this sign is so powerful and use their love, intuition, and optimistic skills to navigate through this realm and help those around them to a better place in life. Once a picses touch your soul and heart you wont be the same, they make you look at life with a different view ( rose-colored glasses ) but sooner than later those glasses will be removed but over the time and mentality change and appreciation of the world and others as they are you will take them off and still create the world you want, and need to make your experience the best. These individuals will show you love and what it is to love someone without only looking on the outside. They dont judge you for what you lack, or what you did to them, for what lies you told and how you keep being the old same you, but they are there until you finally change or give in since they are so optimistic. The love is great, wonderful and abundant and sooooo joyful and unconditional with that you get swept away in their current and float in their cloud of Unconditional love and bliss.

BioWare Blog post: An Update on the State of BioWare
by BioWare - August 23, 2023
"Hello again, Today, rather than discuss one of our upcoming projects, Iâd like to share an update about the studio itself and outline our vision for BioWareâs future. In order to meet the needs of our upcoming projects, continue to hold ourselves to the highest standard of quality, and ensure BioWare can continue to thrive in an industry thatâs rapidly evolving, we must shift towards a more agile and more focused studio. It will allow our developers to iterate quickly, unlock more creativity, and form a clear vision of what weâre building before development ramps up. To achieve this, we find ourselves in a position where change is not only necessary, but unavoidable. As difficult as this is to say, rethinking our approach to development inevitably means reorganizing our team to match the studioâs changing needs. As part of this transition, we are eliminating approximately 50 roles at BioWare. That is deeply painful and humbling to write. We are doing everything we can to ensure the process is handled with empathy, respect, and clear communication. With that last point in mind, I want to take a moment to explain how we got here, what weâre doing to support our colleagues, and what this means for BioWareâs current and future games. WHATâS HAPPENING NOW After much consideration and careful planning, we have built a long-term vision that will preserve the health of the studio and better enable us to do what we do best: create exceptional story-driven single-player experiences filled with vast worlds and rich characters. This vision balances the current needs of the studioânamely, ensuring Dragon Ageâ˘: Dreadwolf is an outstanding gameâwith its future, including the success of the next Mass Effectâ˘. Weâve chosen to act now in part to provide our impacted colleagues with as many internal opportunities as possible. These changes coincide with a significant number of roles that are currently open across EAâs other studios. Impacted employees will be provided with professional resources and assistance as they apply for these positions. While itâs unlikely that everyone will find a new role within the company, we are committed to supporting our staff as they navigate this change. Our sincere hope is that they can continue their exemplary work at studios who stand to benefit immensely from their talents. IMMEDIATE IMPACT If youâre wondering how all of this will impact development of Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, let me be clear that our dedication to the game has never wavered. Our commitment remains steadfast, and we all are working to make this game worthy of the Dragon Age name. We are confident that weâll have the time needed to ensure Dreadwolf reaches its full potential. I can also tell you that every member of our team, even those departing BioWare, deserves credit for crafting a spectacular experience. These are our colleagues and friends, and we would not be here without them. I am so proud of all the work our team has done. WHAT COMES NEXT While this is an extremely difficult day for everyone at BioWare, we are making changes now to build a brighter future. Weâre excited for all of you to see what weâve been building with Dreadwolf. A core veteran team led by Mike Gamble continues their pre-production work on the next Mass Effect. Our commitment to quality continues to be our North Star. As cliche as this sounds, there truly is never a good time to enact changes like this, but we trust that we have the right leaders and team in place with vision, passion, and proven track records to deliver world-class Dragon Age and Mass Effect experiences that our fans will love. For now, I want to thank everyone at BioWareâpast and presentâfor making the studio what it is. I also want to thank our community for your continued support. Weâre eager to reveal more about Dreadwolf, and we look forward to discovering what else the future holds. Gary McKay General Manager, BioWare"

âą rebuilding the clan â°
â summary : Satoru Gojo always have ulterior motives even his ulterior motives have ulterior motives and one of those ulterior motives are to rebuild his clan
â Satoru Gojo x reader, jjk x reader
Satoru Gojo, the enigmatic jujutsu sorcerer, found himself amidst an outing with his first-year students. The day was free from missions, providing them a rare opportunity to experience a sense of normalcy. As they strolled through the bustling streets, Gojo's attention was drawn to a shop's window display, where delicate baby clothes were on view.
His students exchanged curious glances, and Yuuji Itadori couldn't resist breaking the silence. "Sensei, what are you looking at?"
Gojo's gaze remained fixed on the baby clothes, a thoughtful expression crossing his features. "Just reminiscing about the past," he replied, his tone tinged with nostalgia.
Nobara Kugisaki's eyes gleamed mischievously. "Reminiscing? You're not secretly shopping for someone, are you?"
Gojo chuckled softly, his signature confidence still present. "You never know what the future holds. But don't worry, I'll catch up with you guys in a bit."
With those words, Gojo excused himself and stepped into the shop. His students exchanged intrigued glances but decided to continue their outing, wondering what had caught their instructor's attention.
Inside the shop, Gojo browsed the selection of baby clothes with a thoughtful expression. Memories of a life he rarely spoke about filled his mindâmemories of a wife and daughter he had to protect from the dangerous world of sorcery. Determination fueled his actions as he carefully selected a few items.
Returning to his students with a discreet bag in hand, Gojo noticed their curious expressions. They wasted no time in questioning him about his sudden departure and his purchase.
He smiled at their curiosity before revealing his phone. "You see, there's a good reason I keep certain aspects of my life hidden."
He unlocked his phone, revealing a gallery filled with pictures and videos that showcased a radiant smile, a tiny hand reaching out, and a baby girl's laughter. The students' eyes widened in surprise, their astonishment evident.
One of the students finally spoke up. "Sensei, you have a child?"
Gojo nodded, his expression a mixture of warmth and caution. "Yes, a daughter. And a wife. But I've kept them hidden to ensure their safety. In the world of jujutsu sorcery, there are always those who would exploit any weakness."
His students nodded, understanding the gravity of the situation. The dangerous nature of their world meant that even someone as powerful as Gojo had to take precautions to protect his loved ones.
As the students processed the revelation, Gojo's smile remained, though it held a hint of sadness. "Now you know why I keep this part of my life private. The safety of my family is my top priority."
The outing continued, their interactions filled with a newfound respect and understanding for their enigmatic instructor. The hidden layers of Satoru Gojo's life, often overshadowed by his power and confidence, served as a reminder that even the strongest warriors had vulnerabilities they would go to great lengths to protect.
The students' curiosity about Satoru Gojo's family remained piqued. They exchanged glances and whispered among themselves, expressing their desire to meet his wife and daughter. The prospect of getting to know a more personal side of their enigmatic instructor intrigued them.
Finally, one of the students, Yuuji Itadori , gathered the courage to speak up. "Sensei, we're really interested in meeting your wife and daughter. It's not every day we get to know more about your personal life."
Gojo chuckled softly, his gaze shifting to his students. "I appreciate your curiosity, but my wife isn't exactly a fan of social gatherings. She's not what you'd call a people person."
Nobara Kugisaki's eyes sparkled with mischief. "Oh, come on, Sensei! We promise to be on our best behavior."
Gojo arched an eyebrow, clearly skeptical. "You're a spirited bunch, but even that might not be enough to win her over."
Yuuji Itadori chimed in with a grin. "Well, maybe if we show her how responsible and trustworthy we are, she'll be more open to the idea."
Gojo's lips curved into a smile. "You guys really want to meet them, huh?"
The students nodded eagerly, their enthusiasm evident. Gojo couldn't help but be touched by their genuine interest. His family was a cherished part of his life, and their curiosity made him realize just how much his students had come to respect and care for him.
"Alright," Gojo finally relented, "I'll see what I can do. But I can't promise anything."
The students erupted into cheers and expressions of gratitude, their excitement contagious. Gojo couldn't help but chuckle at their enthusiasm, though he secretly hoped his wife would be open to the idea.
As the outing came to an end, the students walked alongside their instructor with newfound excitement. The prospect of meeting the mysterious woman who held Gojo's heart intrigued them. Little did they know that this encounter would bring them closer to understanding the layers of Satoru Gojo's life beyond his powerful sorcerer persona.
With the students' enthusiasm and their instructor's persuasive skills, Satoru Gojo managed to convince his wife to pay a visit. The day arrived when his wife and daughter would come to meet the curious group of students who had shown such genuine interest in their family.
As they gathered in a room within the jujutsu sorcerer headquarters, anticipation hung in the air. The students exchanged excited glances, their curiosity mounting. Gojo's wife entered the room first, her presence commanding attention. She exuded an air of grace and reserved elegance that was impossible to ignore.
Gojo stood beside her, a fond smile playing on his lips. "Everyone, I'd like you to meet my wife, (Y/N), and our daughter, Vayna."
(Y/N)'s gaze swept over the group, her expression reserved but not unfriendly. "It's a pleasure to meet you all," she greeted in a soft voice, her tone carrying a hint of formality.
The students introduced themselves one by one, some feeling slightly nervous under her watchful eye. Vayna, nestled in her mother's arms, blinked her bright eyes at the unfamiliar faces, her curiosity mirroring that of her father's students.
Gojo's prediction proved correct as (Y/N) remained somewhat standoffish, though not unkind. "Give her some time," Gojo assured the students with a knowing smile. "Once she's more comfortable, she'll be talking your ears off."
The icebreaker came in the form of Yuuji Itadori, who couldn't resist approaching Vayna with a friendly grin. "Hi there, little one! I'm Yuuji. Can I say hi?"
Vayna's wide eyes studied Yuuji for a moment before her lips curved into a tiny smile, and she let out a delighted gurgle.
The students chuckled, charmed by the baby's response. (Y/N)'s expression softened as she watched her daughter interact with the students. "It seems she's taken a liking to you," she commented, her tone warmer now.
Nobara Kugisaki approached with a grin. "Hi, Vayna! I'm Nobara. You've got a cute smile!"
Vayna responded with another delighted gurgle, reaching out her small hand toward Nobara.
As each student took turns interacting with Vayna, (Y/N)'s demeanor gradually softened. Her guardedness began to fade, replaced by a warmth that hinted at the bond she shared with her family.
As the meeting progressed, (Y/N) shared anecdotes about Vayna's antics and the challenges of motherhood, and the students listened with rapt attention. They marveled at the way her love for her daughter shone through, and it became clear that her initial standoffishness was simply a protective barrier that time and familiarity could breach.
As the day came to an end, (Y/N) looked around at the group with a genuine smile. "Thank you for making us feel welcomed,â she said sincerely.
The students exchanged smiles, feeling grateful for the chance to glimpse a side of their instructor's life that was rarely seen. As they said their goodbyes, they couldn't help but look forward to the moments when Vayna would indeed be talking their ears off, just as Gojo had predicted.

Player Agency and the End of the World
Goodbye Volcano High begins in a fascinating way. You start in media res, with a group of teenagers gathered around a bonfire on the beach. The point-of-view character, Fang, is holding a yearbook, and the others are discussing whether or not the book should be burnt. The player is then presented with two choices: âHold onâ and âLet goâ. Once the choice is made, the game sends the story back eight months ago.
On the surface, it seems to be a smart way to communicate the playerâs amount of agency in the choices they can make. Thereâs a suggestion that you have so much agency that even before the story has properly begun, you can change a huge, important outcome for which the context will be revealed to you at a later, triumphant moment. When that choice, and all the ones you made before, finally come into play.
And then the rest of the game brilliantly destroys that illusion of control.
One of the biggest criticisms Goodbye Volcano High has faced since launch is that thereâs only one ending, and therefore, none of the choices the player makes matter. Despite most games only having one ending anyway, thereâs a different expectation when it comes to choice-based narrative games. The playerâs choices must be so impactful, so game-changing that there can be multiple endings based on them.
It's a genre standard when it comes to visual novels, dating sims, and the like. And it feels like Goodbye Volcano High is being seen and critiqued as a visual novel, despite developers KO_OP never claiming it to be one. This is a cinematic narrative game. The goals and gameplay are entirely different. You wouldnât expect a cinematic game to follow the conventions of a visual novel any more than you would demand a car to be more like a mountain bike.
Thereâs a recurring theme in Goodbye Volcano Highâs narrative about learning to let go. Itâs a story about teenagers having their futures being robbed from them in real time because of circumstances well beyond their control. But the theme also comes up with Fangâs relationship with their best friend Trish, where Fang desperately tries to hold on to Trish when sheâs trying to move on from the band to pursue her goal of being an entomologist.
As Fang, you can make many choices to improve your relationship with Trish. Favor her at every opportunity you can over everyone else, save Mango when she gets lost at school, play L&L with her and show how well you two work together, take on more burdens in the band so she doesnât have to work so hard. Anything, everything to make sure Trish stays close.
None of this can change the outcome. Trish will still want to take a break from the band. And no matter how close or how distant the two are at the time, Fang will still take it poorly. Just like the asteroid ending the dinosaurs, this is an outcome the player canât change.
Yet, the player does have agency.
Almost every choice the player makes affects the charactersâ relationship with Fang, as measured by the gameâs Affinity chart. Itâs pulled up every time the player pauses the game, and visually shows how close each character is, emotionally, to Fang. They orbit an icon of Fangâs face, and the closer they orbit to Fang, the stronger their connection is. How close they are impacts many game-related unlocks, including flashbacks and photos, that youâd otherwise miss if you failed to foster certain relationships enough.
More vitally, the playerâs choices can unlock different secret scenes throughout the game. Choosing to take Sageâs ambitions for being a chef seriously gives him the confidence to open up to Fang about his struggles with transitioning. Choosing to apologize to Naser for lashing out at him causes him to later come backstage at Battle of the Bands to give Fang some encouraging words. Choosing to sit with Rosa and Trish at the auditorium causes Rosa to meet up with Fang at their locker and engage in kind small-talk, showing Fang that sheâs not trying to sabotage Fang and Trishâs friendship. These moments are all over, and theyâre rewarding, as they give bigger context for who these characters are and what they see in each other.
Who Fang is closest to also changes who they can talk to after the bonfire argument in episode seven. Itâs the final chance for the player to get some closure for each character, after everything theyâve been through and what theyâre about to go through.
The choices matter to the characters, not to the player.
And finally, the playerâs first choice comes back into play. If the player chose to âLet goâ, they will see Fang drop the book into the fire. But if they chose âHold onâ, Fang will hesitate, and someone (either Trish, Naomi, or Naser) will encourage them to go through with it. No matter what you chose at the start, the book is burnt.
You canât change the bookâs fate any more than you can change the dinosaursâ fate.
You canât save them any more than they could have saved themselves.
The best you can do is bring them happiness and something that feels like closure before the end.
The choices mean nothing, yet mean everything.
So, if you felt that loss of control at this point, like nothing matters⌠congratulations, thatâs exactly how the characters felt too. You are experiencing ART.
This, I think, is why tragedy stories need to be told more, especially in games. We live in an era where happy endings arenât just expected, but demanded. âYou canât hurt or kill these characters! I love them too much!â Stories where beloved characters suffer, die, or otherwise donât end up with a happy ending often lead to discontent and the creators receiving backlash.
And itâs frustrating to me as an aspiring writer and critic. If creatives arenât allowed to tell all the kinds of stories they want, tragic or otherwise, then we leave it in the hands of corporate content mills to feed us bland, milquetoast stories where things pan out exactly as we expect them to with cheap fanservice (hello, comic book movies). As an audience, we are left unchallenged. Itâs strange because people call out that kind of shallow media for what it is and demand better, but bristle at stories that go the distance. Itâs like how people say theyâre tired of cute, passive women in games and want them to be more assertive, but freak out when Princess Peach gets a slightly more determined expression on some box art.
This is why I think we need to make more games that push against preconceived notions. Goodbye Volcano High, at least from my perspective, shows the kind of stories that games can â and maybe should â be telling more, using the medium of the genre to invoke feelings you wouldnât get by just watching someone else play it. If youâve only experienced this game through YouTube clips or streams, I implore you to try it for yourself. Itâs a very different experience, and I think a worthwhile one.
And also: I wouldn't want to live in a world where the asteroid misses depending on how nice Fang is to everyone. Imagine the discourse.
