🪐༘ Moon in the 10H synastry: Moon often feels a strong sense of pride in the 10H person, even if they don't know them very well. They can become very emotionally invested in this person's success and are often highly defensive of them, particularly from public scrutiny. (sidenote: if you have Moon in or ruling your 10th house, you might that find people feel this way about you regardless of where their Moon sits in your chart.)

🪐༘ Composite 3H Uranus/Uranus-Mercury: These placements can often speak to sporadic communication - going long stretches of time without speaking and then messaging each other out of the blue, conversations lacking rhythm, communication over text feeling incohesive, etc.

With Neptune, there tends to be a presumption of innocence about the other person - it's easy to forgive them because we have a difficult time believing they could ever intentionally do harm. There's often a lot of tolerance here.

With Jupiter, we're more likely to recognize this person's flaws than we are with Neptune - we don't view them through the same rose-colored glasses. However, we still tend to be very forgiving of them because we have faith in their overall character and ability to grow. There's often a lot of good will granted here.

⋆ And all of his favorite shoujo anime always guaranteed a happy ending for the main couple. And let's be honest, you’re obviously the main character and Idia's more than happy being your love interest.

⋆ Marriage, although scary and frightening, doesn’t sound that bad if you’re the one he’s giving his life too. Sharing a life with you is more than what Idia thinks he deserves.

So the preview of the new theme song uses imagery of the guys' myths, including Sylus'. Rafayel, Xavier, and Zayne, I think we are all fairly familiar with, but since Sylus is not released yet, there are a lot of speculations about what kind of tragic past he and MC shared. Let's try to break it down. Or make it more confusing. 🫠

Interestingly, before the "tragedy" we see their wrists are bounded together by a red thread.....perhaps....the Red Thread of Fate? As the saying goes, rough paraphrasing on my part: Two lovers, regardless of time, place, and circumstances, are destined to be together, connected by a single red thread. The red thread may twist and tangle, but it may never break.

However, as we can see in the video, Sylus and MC's thread does break, and unlike in the traditional belief, their thread is wrapped around their wrists and not fingers. As the thread breaks, we also see Sylus behind bars. Imprisonment? A crime?

Speaking of wrists, another thing I've noticed with Sylus' trailers is that it involves handcuffs a lot, which seems more significant now in light of this preview.

Especially since we see him also breaking them so easily.

I kind of made a passing joke in the tags of a previous post that Sylus' upcoming chapters carry shades of the Greek myth with Hades and Persephone, but perhaps I may not be too far off?

Just take a look at this wide view of the scene of Sylus and MC separated:

The N109 Zone is shown during the night with a bright red moon, giving a feeling reminiscent of the Underworld ruled by Hades. Note how it looks like Sylus is behind bars, a prison, if you will. In Greek mythology, Hades was tasked with ruling the Underworld, not by his choice, but the wills of others (so in a sense: trapped). Could this mean that perhaps Sylus has no desire to be the leader of Onychinus? Could he be bounded there against his will?

Meanwhile, MC is shown on the side of light. If we compare her to Persephone, she is on the surface world with other people. But from the preview, it looks like she is abducted and taken to the N109 Zone, much like Persephone was abducted and taken to the Underworld to be Hades' bride.

(Brief unserious interlude, because I want to spread my Hades/Persephone agenda:

Sylus is the Hades to MC's Persephone

The dark to her light

He is feared by everyone except her.

He'll let her get away with everything (covering him in silly band-aids, poking him in the side) because he adores her.

If anything happens to her, the world will feel his wrath.

He embodies the feeling of "if anything happens to her, I will kill everyone in this room and then myself."

In short, scary leader is big softie for his wifey and I am willing to die on this hill

Also, um... 😭

Bringing up the theory that Sylus is trapped? The Beast is trapped in the castle because of the curse by an enchantress. I seriously couldn't get this comparison out of my mind when I saw the dancing scene in the trailer, so it feels appropriate to bring it up here.

Perhaps like the Beast initially, Sylus does display a very dominating and aggressive temperament, but then in his 5* memory, Captivating Flavor, he seems more approachable, so perhaps we will soften him over time?

Now...since Infold had the audacity to drop that trailer while I was writing this, here is another example of them going with the trapped/caged/bounded theory (there is also an image of a bear trap earlier, but I'm at my 10-pic limit, so the cage seems more obvious (and aesthetically pleasing lol)

So could Sylus be trapped in the same way as the Foreseer is trapped within the Tower? But unlike the Foreseer, Sylus is always trying to break free from his chains. Circling back to his myth, could it be that his tie with MC was broken...by him? Perhaps out of a sense of protection? For her sake?

In Beauty and the Beast, the Beast was willing to let Belle go, to be killed by Gaston, to succumb to the curse, all for the sake of Belle's happiness and freedom.

In the myth of Hades and Persephone, Persephone was allowed to leave the Underworld to return to her mother for half a year, but since she ate a few pomegranate seeds, food from the Underworld, she was also bounded to return to the Underworld for the other half to be with her husband. Each year, the cycle returns. Come spring, Hades must let his beloved wife leave him for half a year, and there's nothing he can do to change it.

Bonus Greek myth tidbit: the crow plays a significant part in a myth involving the sun god Apollo, where it acts as a messenger for him. The crow, once white, was burned and turned black, as retribution for telling the truth (revealing an affair) that led to Apollo killing his lover.

So, let's recap real quick the symbolism we have seen. 🤔

Handcuffs: bounded

Bars: imprisonment

Bear trap (couldn't include the pic, but it's there, trust me): caught, trapped

Birdcage: trapped, caged

The crow: a messenger; punished for revealing the truth (so, punishment)

So, gathering my random little thoughts...

Theory 1: Sylus and MC must have been destined lovers in a past life, but due to whatever conflict, Sylus decided to break his bond with her for her protection and accept any punishment that comes with it, which could mean to be ruler of a place he has no desire for, an imprisonment of sort.

Theory 2: Destined lovers, but perhaps a third party interfered out of jealousy or spite. Could Sylus have been caught and framed of a crime and been literally imprisoned, thus forcing him and MC to separate?

Something to this effect, I think, from working with the crumbs I've gathered. It's also almost midnight as of the time of writing this, so my brain is feeling loopy now (also no thanks to that Sylus trailer that popped up while I was writing this 💀)

Anyhoo, make of all of this as you will. My Hades/Persephone agenda will persist.

It feels like you are holding back anger too. This is a very specific thing I see, but I feel like some of you might have felt betrayed. Again, this might apply to just a handful of you, but the King of Cups, as our bottom deck, is looking upset and vindictive. The good news is that you are taking charge, my dear pile 02. Your blessing is that you take authority over this situation and maneuver whatever has happened that led to you withdrawing from your career into a success story for yourself. It feels like you are taking the cup you are holding, and instead of withholding it from everyone, including yourself, you are pouring your energy and your efforts into yourself. You are "upgrading" yourself, is what I heard. Interesting; this pile is very vocal. So maybe you are speaking up for yourself. Whatever it is, it's been a long time coming, and it relates to something you have held on to for quite some time. Your blessing is that you create stability. A new beginning is awaiting. It can relate to a brand new position, a job at a new company, or even your own business. Whatever the case may be, I see you in a leading position. And you are comfortable there. Maybe the King of Cups, in reverse, talked about suppressing your leadership talent and making you uncomfortable and upset. Either way, this new position of leadership will give you a whole new beginning, especially emotionally. I am hearing "clean slate." This is such a vocal pile! Someone might be giving you their scepter; for some, it might not be a voluntary handoff, but either way, it will be fulfilling for you. I see you climbing the ladder. Whatever your goals are in your career, you are getting closer to them. Plans are being made. For some, it might even relate to a position overseas. For sure, big decisions are made relating to the future. Both for you and for your career.

Wow, this is a pile with a bunch of major arcana. Whatever is happening for you, it sure is significant. Your situation is not easy, and it seems complicated. Interestingly, your tarot cards are telling a story and leading into your blessing. You are someone who is established, successful, highly regarded at work, and known for the great results you bring. Your peers do not doubt your skill set. However, it feels like whenever you hit a goal or whenever you experience a win, the wheel is turning sharply for you. Every hit of luck is met with a hit of misfortune. It does not have to be major, though it feels this way to you. It's something you might already be anticipating. However, your prospects are bright, my dear pile 3. How about a mindset shift? Instead of the bad following the good, how about the good following the bad? It's so interesting, your pile. Your blessing is your faith and your hope. This might sound anticlimactic, but it's the most powerful blessing one can get. Luck is unpredictable and unreliable. That's it? That's the conclusion for these characters? That was just retroactively making multiple arcs feel pointless.

So they killed Nexus. Not really a surprise, but not any less disappointing. We have Nexus' entire story now, and it is extremely unsatisfying, New Moon having so much promise and an interesting direction for his character only for that same character to be quickly assassinated for the sake of Old Moon returning. Full rant undercut. Primarily making this just to vent out a lot (but not all because there's too much to talk about) of my feelings regarding Nexus.

Let's start with just New Moon, I'm going to admit I did not like the concept of him first. But not actually because I disliked NM as a character, but because Old Moon's death bothered me. It felt like OM was so bad that they didn't want to go through the effort of having him improve, so he was killed off instead so he didn't have to do any of that, escaping responsibility. We'll get back to that point later. However NM itself was fun, and I especially enjoyed seeing all the struggles that came from OM's existence how it influenced his relationship with Sun how NM tried so hard to not be like him while also having to fill that role.

And then Solar died, and New Moon spiraled in his grief. He was devastated, he felt like he had to fix it, nightmares and hallucinations prevented him from moving on, and he understandably lashed out at the others when they tried to stop him for a reason that boiled down to "but killing is bad though". Let it be clear that yes yelling at his family was bad and hurt them, but painful arguments in family esp when fueled by grief like this is a normal thing, and tbh nothing NM said was worse than things OM had done not out of grief but just out of anger. Which makes the fact this was treated as a huge deal that meant NM was being cut out of the family for worrying, and later on EXTREMELY worrying when they pushed the idea of KILLING him. What the fuck. For what, because he was Planning on doing something morally grey that Unintentionally could have greater spanning consequences? You can't just stop him normally we have multiple characters pushing for murder when we just established that murder is bad? This whole execution of NM being terrible and so big a threat that killing him was on the table is so forced and rushed, I hoped it was just a fumble of an execution to get to Nexus who would have a better arc, but now I can't help but feel that they were just trying to get rid of NM regardless of if it made sense. Because at this point he hadn't really done anything to warrant this, not up until the last moment when he didn't care about Earth being in the line of fire, which we immediately see him regretting in the next ep until Dark Sun comes along and any regret has "mysteriously" vanished.

Dark Sun is a great example of Nexus' development being littered with hints that things are not as they seem and that Nexus' downward spiral is being influenced by something,,, which never gets seriously addressed as to why Nexus happened. From the start NM's descent is called sudden and extreme, we see Dark Sun obviously manipulate the situation to make this all happen, we see Nexus' head literally being messed with by Dark Sun, Nexus starts messing with a power known to be corrupting, etc. Is any of this ever treated as a potential reason or Nexus' behavior? Nope! He's just evil sorry. We shot down the idea of a virus or Rex infecting him while pointedly ignoring nsp potentially affecting his mental state or Dark Sun clearly manipulating him. Let's just ignore how much this switch up doesn't make sense because we need to make Nexus feel irredeemable and that he did all this himself for Old Moon to come back.

Because oh yeah Old Moon came and even though he sucks he became the better option even before Nexus did anything because ??? it's been a long time so we have all forgotten how bad you were. Mr beats his brother regularly, literally threatened to murder Sun for not being able to control Eclipse, last moments with Sun was trapping him in a box and wrecking his mental state further. Yeah that guy has been treated as better than New Moon ever since NM yelled at Sun and Earth y'know when he had barely done shit. The point I made about how I felt like Old Moon's death was a way for him to get out of improving himself? Yeah that's validated now, because OM is successfully doing that even more egregiously than I feared originally. He literally got to swoop in as the better option not because he had actually improved himself, but because time has made us forget how bad he was and Nexus is being cartoonishly evil in comparison. I hate this. And now with Nexus dead and Old Moon for sure staying around I can't help but feel like New Moon's existence was,,, pointless. A year's worth of character development from one of our main protagonists down the drain because it was all just a buffer of NM doing the work of improving as a brother for OM. New Moon's gone and Old Moon has taken his place as totally improved Moon brother, but we've swapped out the identity struggle with NM to OM failing to not be a dick to Sun multiple times. But this has yet to be addressed because it's small potatoes and unlike with Nexus he's only doing this to Sun so who cares right? I would say New Moon's personal issues also end up never addressed, but they do actually! All of his fears regarding his place in the family came true, but he's dead so who is going to talk about that now.

I could go on about how much Nexus did not do enough to earn his death, that having Nexus' main targets being Ruin and Old Moon while he didn't hurt his family nearly as much did the opposite of make him feel irredeemable, that Moon being the main protagonist pushing for Nexus to die while everyone else had conflicted feelings did not make me cheer for Moon it made me want to see Sun punch him, but I'm going to refrain and focus on how Nexus' being dead and gone ruins arcs for me. So New Moon was pointless and just a set up to make Old Moon look better when he came back, but surely Nexus did something for Dark Sun's plans? ... Dark Sun didn't have any plan beyond making Sun kill Nexus, and left with an air of finality that even for a chronic liar makes me doubt he'll come back in the capacity I want him to? Oh. So the Nexus arc didn't have a point either, and Dark Sun feels lackluster if this was really it. Nexus was just a spare Moon for Sun to kill against his will, and since Dark Sun doesn't seem interested in using that as a way to personally manipulate Sun further into hating Moon's or anything like that Sun is just going to be sad he killed his brother… Just like he was when Old Moon originally died. If I were to be extremely pessimistic and oversimplifying things I'd say this just further proves New Moon shouldn't have been a thing at all, they should have just waited a bit for OM to be revived after he died to have this same effect with Sun mourning.

The thing that will (just barely) save New Moon/Nexus for me, the thing I wanted to wait to see the follow up for (before I realized this rant was too long already and got impatient), is how his death personally affects the characters. All of them. He needs to haunt the narrative for the rest of the story just like Old Moon was doing. Nexus was not just an antagonist, he was not just the obligatory villain of the arc that got fumbled as has happened before, he was our main character for a year, he was their brother for a year, and he should be remembered as such. The family should remember their young brother that they failed (because they do admit they made mistakes with Nexus even if it wasn't the leading cause to his fall) who will never come back, and he should not be completely forgotten in a months time just because Old Moon is here to be the good Moon brother now and Nexus died a villain. If no one cares to remember him, who he was, then what was the point of him?

🪐Saturn works like this-when you are ready to learn, the teacher appears and showed you ways how you can do something, what you can learn from it. But when you are truly ready, then the teacher disappears.

🌊8th house shows how we go through someone's death and how we experience it. How we feel about it. The 8th house shows how a part of us dies when a person who was close to our heart dies. Gemini in 8th house means that someone's death will always be personal for us. The person will always say goodbye with the last words. Because gemini rules over mercury. Scorpio in 8th house means that it will be very difficult for you to get over the person, but the person's death will completely transform you. Aquarius in 8th house can mean that a person dies suddenly and you find out about it only later( the next day or something). Also people with saturn in 8th house can mean that you are far away when someone dies. And that people's deaths can be public or shared with the public. Saturn in the 8th house can be a difficult position because you can blame yourself when someone dies. Or you feel that you could do more for the person or be with them more.

💜I really appreciate how private Scorpios are. They really understand the importance of privacy. Especially someone who has mars and scorpio will never share private things on social networks or with others. They like to process things themselves. They never make drama around the relationship. I often see that they don't like to share their relationship with others.

🪴The signs that are the most dramatic in my opinion are leo and gemini. Geminis love rumors and therefore they also like to talk about everything that happened to them. Leos like to be dramatic about themselves and then like to share the drama with others. I honestly think that these two signs don't know how to keep things to themselves when anything is going on.

🫧Men with libra placements have a taste for style. I really like this because they will really always want to be beautiful for you and they put a lot into beauty. Whatever other signs/ placements they may have, libra will always make them want to be beautiful. They will appreciate the beauty in you. Not just the body or sexual stuff. I think they can have energy for just one person and that person can be present in their life for a long time. They take a long time to release something.

I think CC had a huuuge problem with fleshing out Genesis and Angeal to be honest. I feel like the personalities they’ve been given by the fandom are mostly fanon and don’t have that much substantiation in canon because AG were both largely used as plot devices- which again I think is a big problem because it doesn’t make you feel or understand either of the characters or why they behave the way they do. By the end of CC I felt really bad for Sephiroth, was ambivalent toward Angeal but still felt a twinge of sadness because of how sad Zack was over him, and absolutely loathed Genesis. I’m still not Genesis’ biggest fan but the canon characterization has made him a bit more endearing, though when I go back to canon and see him I’m left disliking him all over again. Unless you really dig into CC lore you have no idea how Genesis felt about Sephiroth, it just comes off like he was always jealous of him and that the relationship was painfully one-sided with Sephiroth practically begging for his friendship. It doesn’t help that 80% of Genesis’ dialogue is Loveless quotes and the other 20% is him being angry and hateful. I guess it’s justified, but unlike with Sephiroth and Angeal you never see Genesis being anything but hateful. With the other two I found myself sympathizing and mourning the loss of the people they were prior to realizing the truth, but with Genesis I wished he’d just shut up and go away already. The training room scene also doesn’t help his case, because first it starts out with Genesis being cocky and wanting to take Sephiroth alone- despite Angeal’s warning- and then later on blasts his best friend in the face with a fire ball all while talking about being a hero. He purposefully escalates the fight, then when Sephiroth gets serious Genesis gets injured and crap really hits the fan- and all this could’ve been avoided if Genesis hadn’t had an inferiority complex the size of the moon. I also find it hard to excuse this whole sequence of events because this was prior to his degradation, and while it’s unclear whether it had started even before his injury, I’m going to say he was still mostly in his right state of mind and he still behaves like he has no care for his friends, even his childhood friend who was trying to keep the spar friendly and prevent it from turning into a fight to the death.

Sorry about the rant, but that other anon talking about Genesis also brought back my thoughts about him and I felt like sharing since I’ve never really written them out.

Canon vs fanon aside, there's a lot of context and nuance often lost when adapting Japanese dialogue to fit English contexts. My biggest gripe with the training room scene in english is how Genesis proclaims "The world needs a new hero" right before he fights Sephiroth, suggesting he wants to take Sephiroth's place/ be better than him. But then you look at translations like this one and that scene gains a whole new meaning. Genesis instead says "I too would like to become a hero." And rather than the cocky "That's no way to talk to a hero," before he blasts Angeal in the face with a fire ball, he states "All I want is to be a hero."

The training room scene is a lost cause, because it's easy to place the blame on any one of them, or on whoever decided to go in there that day, or even on the fight itself, but accidents happen. But in the end, no one is truly to blame because none of them asked for Jenova cells or to be part of the Jenova Project, and the truth is that if it hadn't been the training room incident, something else would have triggered the degradation, or the conflict as a whole, and they would have been doomed regardless.

And that's why Genesis is so angry, and why he's so desperate for the cure that he keeps reciting what (in his mind) is the answer to the cure. I guess the reason we never see him be anything but reactive to the situation he's in because when we're introduced to him, shit has already hit the fan. He's deserted already. The first scene we see in Crisis Core literally has Angeal answer the phone and get the news that Genesis left. The only crumb of pre-degradation Genesis we get is the training room scene which—as mentioned above—got mistranslated in English, so of course we're going to think Genesis was hot-headed and envious (which in all honesty he could've just as well have been).

It's easier to sympathize with Angeal and Sephiroth because everything that's happening is happening because Genesis revolted against Shinra, and I get that. But what makes me sympathize with Genesis (and this is coming from someone who used to hate him) is the degradation and his motives. He wants a cure. He wants to live, and it's hard to live when your body is working against you and literally degrading because of something completely out of your control. On top of that, the people after you, the organization you've always aspired to be a part of because of your childhood hero, your friends including that hero, are on the side of those who did this to you.

the first thing that i’m seeing is you being able to walk away from a work environment that is causing you a lot of pain and grief. perhaps a lot of pressure is put onto you to perfect your work to the point of it being detrimental to you and your health (physical, mental, emotional - whatever). you’re finally able to walk away from this environment that overwhelms you. you might’ve been contemplating about what you should do and where you should go. should you leave? should you stay? but ultimately, i’m seeing you walk away thanks to what your intuition is telling you. it seems like you know that financially, you’ll be stable and good for a while. you may have subconsciously been really holding onto your money without even realising because your subconscious mind was preparing you for this. you’re finally leaving something extremely physically taxing and difficult for the sake of fulfilling yourself emotionally. and this emotional fulfilment could include putting up new boundaries with others too. if this isn’t work related, then this is related to your daily routine. perhaps you’re constantly expected to do the most for others but i’m seeing you putting an end to this and really sticking to your own energy - where you find solace. i’m also seeing you making your mind up to finally dedicate your energy to a particular hobby or craft - regardless of other people’s judgements - because that’s what truly makes you happy. your higher self is protecting you and guiding you the most. that’s probably why you’ve subconsciously been aligning yourself to walk away from these burdens. your higher self has aided in having influence over your mind and your actions. which means that you have a great connection with them. i’m hearing that the celebration of this is going to consist of just you, your higher self, and your guides. which i feel is the way that you want it to be. you’re walking away from hardship to finally focus on and complete something that will give you the most amount of emotional fulfilment.

there’s something about education or learning/studying something and persisting with that. or this is about work. perhaps you feel like your education (whether that’s typical education or personal education) or work might have to come to an end for some reason. or perhaps you’re just wondering whether or not you should continue to study/work with other people. these coworkers or classmates seem to be very jealous and bothered about the fact that your skillset is above theirs. i’m hearing that you put them to shame - not purposefully - but i’m seeing them direct some bs evil eye towards you. i’m seeing you able to go into this education/work completely solo though - hence this hermit mode - and it’s going to make you feel like you can begin to actually feel emotionally fulfilled with your work. i’m hearing that you feel like you study or work better alone, and you’re going to be given the opportunity to do so. you’re going to have more power and influence over yourself and what you do, only having to focus on your own work instead of focusing on what these salty people around you feel. they could actually be trying to put you at a stop or a standstill. they could be trying to make you second guess whether or not you deserve to be there or if you even want to continue in this environment. but don’t worry. you’ll be given the opportunity to continue to focus on your work by yourself and in your own energy. perhaps through a new connection that you make with someone else? i’m not sure exactly. either way, you’re going to gain more power and influence over this situation, and you’re somehow going to be able to use these people’s conflict that they direct towards you to your advantage. as a tool to manifest and create whatever you want. i’m seeing you tapping into your energy of being a natural manifestor and using the ego clashes that you have with these people to get what you want. i’m also hearing that these people will turn on each other and start to compete with each other, or begin to have ego clashes with each other. this will make your manifestations much easier to come through. by using the energy of these ego clashes to your advantage (behind the scenes while you’re in this hermit mode, by yourself), somehow in some way.

The Future Avengers Harry Osborn Post

I will preface this by saying that this is my Personal Opinion of what I'd wanna see from an actual FA Harry Osborn arc. I'm not trying to go for comic accuracy here, this probably isn't super comic accurate at all, but I am someone who likes seeing marvel media do new things with its characters.

My vision of FA Harry is that instead of avenging Norman, his arc revolves around his belief that the Avengers are shit heroes that need to be done away with, but unlike Norman, who wanted to outlaw them just cause chaos, Harry genuinely believes all they do is cause problems. And from his perspective, he has valid reason to believe this. There is a literal worldwide broadcast in which a guy from the moon says he's gonna destroy Earth and its all the Avengers' fault, I sincerely doubt Harry has any of the context for that. I also do this because we Sort Of already got evil guy trying to avenge his evil father in this show. It lasted one episode, but even so, I feel like Harry’s arc being about avenging Norman would feel like a repeat of that.

I think Harry is also being fueled by a lot of anger towards his life here. I've always imagined him being like barely 18 when Norman got arrested, forced to drop out of school to take over Oscorp, and is now just really unhappy. He hates Norman not only for who he was and how awful of a parent he was, but for the fact that Norman leaving his life made things worse. It pisses him off. He hates knowing Norman was right that he'd always need him.

I mentioned this in the tags of another post, but Bruno is the main guy who would be trying to help him alongside Peter here. The Avengers aren't Awful in this show don't get me wrong but there's many things they don't handle well. ie. Pulling up on a 13 year old boy fully armed and ready to go just cause they Think he was behind all the kaiju attacks, without even letting Makoto talk to him. ie. Tony genuinely seriously considering letting the government imprison the inhumansjusy to avoid trouble. ie. Tony genuinely seriously considering letting the government ARREST KAMALA to 'make a statement.' Tony kind of sucks in this show. Anyway. I could see him and some of the other Avengers being like well this is just like the other kid who was trying to avenge his dad whose name I cannot remember. He's probably just like Norman. Just, not really putting much thought into yknow. And then you have Bruno who is more just confused. Him not being present for the green goblin bullshit really helps here because he doesn't see a guy being as bad a his father, he sees a guy who is genuinely hurting after his life has gone to shit. He gets it because he knows what it's like to be in pain like that and have no one to turn to about it. I think once Harry is revealed to be [insert villain name here because he is Not calling himself any sort of goblin], Bruno and Peter are the main driving forces to help Harry towards a redemption arc. This would also help the Avengers realize that yeah, they do kinda need to do better. Harry may not know everything about what the Avengers have had to go through throughout the show but he has some good points nonetheless.

Another thing I've thought about is Harry getting on Tony's case for letting the Future Avengers exist at all. Considering they are. Children. In his eyes, someone younger than him should Not be fighting literal wars for Earth. And it's a complicated topic because 1. The kids had Literally nowhere else to go 2. They are the ones who chose this life. Tony was actively against the idea of letting them join the team. It could lead to a brief arc of the kids wondering if they chose to keep fighting because it was right, or if it's just what they were used to, because they were raised as child soldiers. I think at the end of things, though, Harry would come to realize that regardless of what he feels is right, this was their choice, no one else's, and he needs to respect it

Overall Harry is just trying to do what he feels is right, but he's also very troubled and sort of just needs help. Do I see this being something that would actually happen in a hypothetical future season? It depends, MFA can be very hit or miss with its storylines, and as likely as it is for Harry to be larger villain, it's just as likely for him to be a one off character that either never shows up again, or gets brief cameos like Peter or Kei. Really just depends on how the writers decide to approach and how he'd fit into the season as a whole. Anyway, thank you for coming to my rant

in that moment, the world around you went quiet. the sound of your unsteady breaths were the only thing you could hear. warmth overtook you, tears threatening to drop past your waterline as you look at the boy in front of you.

these words ran through your head at an unforgivable pace, feeling trapped in the heat of your own body. with no other choice but to stare blankly at the boy in front of you, he was yet to make proper eye contact. 

his bottom lip quivered, biting back the idea of breaking down in front of you. guilt chewed its way through his heart, his head, yet there was a sense of relief underlying it all. and while it ate away at him, it was killing you.

“woonhak please tell me you’re joking i– i can’t lose you.” you stammer, vocalizing the wave of feelings that washed over you.

“i’m so sorry, y/n. i would’ve told you sooner but it got so complicated i–” 

“then– then why didn’t you tell me, instead of waiting the night before you had to leave?!” you question him, choking out. there was a hint of anger tangled in your words.

“i was so scared how you’d react. fuck i don’t know.” he exhaled, throwing his head back in an attempt not to cry.

“you know i’m so proud of you woon, if anyone knows how passionate you are about this, i do…” you pause, “but it didn’t even feel like you were my boyfriend for the past few weeks, is that what it took to hide it from me? pretending like i didn’t even exist?’

“it wasn’t my intention to hurt you, y/n. i love you more than anything… you don’t think i thought about us every single day? about how maybe we could work this out?” he runs a hand through his hair, finally looking at you.

when he finally saw you, your whole body was trembling, tears staining your soft cheeks. your fists were balled up tightly at your sides, crescent moons forming into your skin underneath. this was when he realized how badly he broke you.

“we could’ve talked about it together woon. and while i was thinking i did something to hurt you, instead you were planning to move to a completely different country.” you sob, covering your mouth with the back of your hand.

woonhak approached you, embracing your shaky figure in a hug that you hadn’t felt in some time. you returned the action, crumpling the back of his shirt in your hands. the scent of his worn out cologne swarmed your senses, making everything a lot harder. 

this lasted awhile, the sound of your muffled sobs into his shoulder making his heart ache. 

“you know how in love with you i am right? i don’t regret any moment we’ve spent together.” he mumbled, rubbing your back lovingly. “but it’s going to be really fucking hard to maintain this, especially with how hard the idol industry is.”

“then what does that mean for us?” you sniffled, lifting your face away from his shirt to look at him with your glossy eyes.

“i want nothing more than to believe it will work, but i don’t want to see you hurting if it get’s too much.”

“but i want to be with you,” you whispered, voice trembling, “i’ll wait for you woonhak. i want to be apart of your life so bad even if it’s from a distance...”

“i can’t do that to you, y/n. you deserve so much love, and i don’t know if i’ll be able to give it to you in these circumstances.” he frowns, planting a soft kiss on your forehead.

“woon i–”

“i need you to promise me you’ll find someone who can give you what i can’t right now. promise you’ll let yourself be happy regardless of what happens, and that you won’t hold back because of me.” his voice was laced with concern.

“please don’t give up on us.” you cry, letting his fingertips wipe your tears away.

“if you love me, you have to let me go.” his expression begins to mimic yours, droplets falling under his eyes.

“but i can’t.” you respond, saddened by seeing him cry.

“i know you can. if everything lines up in the future, we can always try again.” woonhak smiles sadly, bringing your face closer to his in a tender kiss.

his lips were cold from the deep of the night, yet molding against the warmth of yours intimately. there was a sense of longing, like you were chasing his lips to keep them to yourself forever. you couldn’t let yourself forget his kiss, embracing it in a way that it could be engraved against your skin.

despite this, it couldn’t last forever. when the two of you pulled away, everything became quite clear. all the time you’ve lost in the past week made you think about how extremely stupid he was. a stupid boy, that was stupidly yours. and while you didn’t want to admit it, this would probably be your final moment together for a really long time. 

your eyes dug into his skull, afraid of letting him out of your sight. leftover tears made the sight blurry, so you quickly blinked them away to see him better. and even though every aspect of this scene was sad, he never lost his smile.

“you’ve always been so pretty under the moonlight, i still remember admiring you the night of the party; when we told eachother goodnight.”

“god you’re making this so much more difficult if you keep saying stuff like that.” you furrow your eyebrows.

“i can’t help that every single little thing we’ve done together is replaying in my head right now.” he noted, rubbing circles into your hand.

“just don’t forget about me woon. i’ll always be here waiting for you.” 

“i could never forget my first love, and every single time i got to call her mine.”

A little dialogue happens if you pass the insight check on Astarion (to see if he means the flattery or not) and I just love the idea of Tav knowing that Astarion is lying out of his ass and still flirts back, thinking it's just his thing.

(I have been avoiding a lot of Astarion’s scenes because I didn’t progress the romance past the first scene on my first playthrough so I’ve kept this more free-form. It's also... not entirely happy, but I hope you enjoy it regardless!)

Walking through the wilderness with Astarion at their back makes them feel safer than by rights they should. With every new thing they see they look forward to getting back to camp, to hear his witticisms and return to their bedroll with his voice echoing through their mind.

Tonight is no different.

He’s filled their thoughts with such pretty words, lately, plying them with clever images and temptation. He looks at them like he knows quite how much it’s affecting them, and gods they don’t know how they feel about that.

When they make their way to stand in front of him once everyone else has gone to sleep, Astarion favours them with one of those precise looks.

“Good evening.” He says, dipping forward into a slight bow, his arms spread out in welcome. “To what do I owe the pleasure?”

“Nothing more than other nights,” Tav says, crossing their arms. “You usually make it worth my while.”

He laughs, snatching up a bottle of wine from beside the mirror. When he turns back, they think they spot a flicker of something else in his expression, something he is a moment too slow to hide. 

“I’ve been dreaming of you.” He says. “Do you know how devastating your presence is for my concentration?”

“Ah, that would make my heartbeat quicken if it weren’t for one simple fact - you don’t sleep.” They say, taking the bottle when he rolls his eyes and holds it out. They take a deep swig and offer it back, his quick hands snatching it up and taking his own slow drink.

His eyes never drift from theirs.

“And to think, this is the closest our lips have come to touching in a tenday.” He sighs, uses his tongue to catch up a stray droplet in a move so lascivious they wonder who such a move might have worked on in the past. “One day, perhaps, you might steal away with me again.”

“There’s nothing stopping you asking.” They murmur. “If you’re so keen to spend that much time with me. I certainly wouldn’t object.”

He doesn’t speak, for a moment. Long enough that they almost start to worry. It’s just fun, isn’t it? Their first time together was one of the only times they’d felt like themself since the Nautiloid, and he’d seemingly had just as lovely a time.

What if… no. They’re overthinking again. This is all just a game, a fun little diversion. Astarion likes to flirt and so do they.

“Perhaps when we’re free of the Underdark, darling.” He simpers. “There’s nothing quite like the open sky above our lovemaking, the feel of the moon shining down. Here is rather… cramped.”

It feels like a dismissal, but he’s wrapped it up in a metaphorical bow so pretty that they smile and nod.

“Truly, it would be a shame to miss out on seeing you in all your glory.”

Whatever hesitation, whatever concern, fades away behind a sweet little smile. Astarion coos, offering them the wine once more. 

“Take it, darling. Retreat to your little tent and dream about how good I’ll make you feel when we next have the chance.”

They wrap their fingers around the neck of the bottle before he can entirely remove his, the coolness of his skin still a little unsettling beneath their own. With a smirk, he draws his hand away slowly, caressing the back of their fingers with a quick little flourish.

“Only if you’ll dream of me too.”

“Oh darling, you are forgetful.” Astarion chuckles, his red eyes flashing fiercely. “I don’t sleep.”

This episode was certainly interesting, Sun beginning to unpack things, though with how close July 16th is everybody's very nervous Learning much of Moon's hallucinations were when they were shared was...Intriguing, wondering what his were caused by and what he sees since we've only really seen Sun's hallucinations in-full, and if he still has them or not The one thing that felt a little off was putting fourth the idea that Nexus's fall was potentially caused by hallucinations, because he really only had that one big one, which Sun just learned about, and the visions of Old Moon and Solar, and those were different than Sun's in that they were trying to convince him away, not relentlessly put him down like Bloodmoon does, hallucinations were a part of it but it feels...Weird, maybe that's just me?

I think that Moon relates to New Moon - cause well they're both Moon - and I think that just like he was using his own mental issues as an excuse he's doing the same with New Moon.. regardless of intentions.. it might be even because he's protecting himself with these statements.. because it's important to remember that Moon always blamed everything else but himself for bad things that he's done and I think that by trying to say that New Moon did these things due to hallucinations - mental state - he tries to defend himself.. (subconsciously)

New Moon was pretty much aware of what was happening with him - though I understand that it's very scary and uncomfortable experience, I understand that because of my own experiences - and to me it didn't seem that he was hiding his mental state from his family due to shame (only shame) but because he wanted to bring Solar back by killing someone.. because he wanted to do something bad which he was very aware of..

Also yeah I agree with you it feels off like I've seen people saying that New Moon has manic episode but it feels weird for this being manic episode.. (though like I said many times that maybe I'm missing something here)

Even if it'd be mood incongruent episode it feels off.. :/

About Moon's hallucinations.. I think that he was probably hallucinating because of all of these murders.. like he said he had hallucinations when they shared body and we know that he killed a lot of people back then.. and we also know that he felt remorse for that.. I imagine that these murders worsened his mental state which isn't surprising tbh..

And I think that he was probably hallucinating those who he murdered but maybe also Sun.. who knows? It's hard to say for sure..

I was really surprised to see no earth signs in his chart, considering how dependable he seems. All of that air energy could lead him to be quite flighty, but his Libra Sun/Moon/Mercury being ruled by a Venus in Scorpio is really helping ground him

So as far as I’m aware, the purported birth time of Mr. Know is either 8 PM/AM….but it truly TRULY makes a difference considering Venus switches over during that day (and traditional astrology does not recognize cusps). Either his Scorpio Rising is being ruled by a Mars in Virgo, or his Gemini Rising is being ruled by a Mercury in Scorpio. Regardless, his plethora of Scorpio is being ruled by a Mars in Virgo, and as a Virgo enthusiast, I really like this for him. I think I’ll have to watch more of his stuff to determine which I think it is. 

Changbin:

I accidentally put April at first which left me very confused as to how another Aries existed in Stray Kids after Woojin was gone

Poor Changbinnie… his Mars and his Jupiter/Saturn causing so many squares in his chart. I won’t go as far as to say “misunderstood”, but homeboy definitely has an “inner saboteur” (especially with that Sun combust Moon). That being said, I find a lot of the most interesting people/celebrities are the ones with squares- it adds dynamics. 

Hyunjin:

A funnel chart! I have one of these myself, so I feel like we just ~get each other~ xD Seriously though, his funnel handle is a Moon in Virgo, so when shit goes south in his life, it seems like he relies on turning inwards 

Han:

More Virgos! Although this time, there’s almost nothing else supporting that Virgo placement (and it’s being ruled by a Mercury in Libra)... I’d bet dollars to donuts that his rising isn’t in an earth sign either. I’m leaning either Leo or Aquarius Rising, with a slight preference for Leo. 

Felix:

And here boys and girls we can see what difference a Moon sign can make. Also surprised to see almost exclusively Fire/Air in his chart (barring that Sun in Virgo). Though, with the clips I’ve seen of this boy just absolutely blubbering, my guess is he’s got a water sign rising. Cancer perhaps? 

Seungmin:

Not for nothing, but Seungmin reminds me of Youngjae from GOT7. Without a birth time, we can’t actually even be sure he’s a Virgo, but I’m hard pressed to say he’s not due to that comparison alone. (Edit: ran the times; he squeaks in as a Virgo regardless) For a rare change of pace, it’s fire signs that seem to be lacking here, nor are there any fixed signs. He’s the anti-Leo, if you will.

I.N.:

If Seungmin has none of that fixed sign stubbornness, then don’t worry, because I.N. definitely makes up for that. Like Changbin, he’s also got a lot of squares going on, but this time it’s across the whole wheel. There’s something about his random Mars in Scorpio that just reads as “brat” to me instead of “warrior” like the placement would usually indicate, but maybe that’s just the maknae tinted glasses coming in.
