i think it’s only fair to take george’s words on his sexuality as fact until he officially says otherwise. it’s not really anyone’s place to try to look for hints. time and time again people are made to talk about their sexualities before they’re ready because of people digging and making assumptions. like to be honest some of y’all are starting to sound like leaktwt at this point. he’s okay with the shipping and that’s great keep going with that and the jokes are very funny but when it comes to truthing his actual sexuality giving him labels he hasn’t claimed yet is invasive
here are my thoughts on george's sexuality if you want to give it a read 👍 it's from a bit ago but my take is pretty much the same however with recent developments I think that there is nothing wrong with taking things said at face value. I hope that when you say his "words on his sexuality" you are including the "I like guys" moment. if you are, then I think we are on the same page with it
#the same way that tub.bo putting a pride flag in his bio was his way of subtly telling us he likes men#or ran.bo.o making gay jokes was their way of coming out#I don't think it's out there to assume the cute date snaps and the kissing snap and I Like Guys and so on could be the same thing#I don't find them to be hints of anything but rather forms of expression#like I don't think he's straight and I'm open about that. I don't know what he is I don't claim to know but I don't think he's straight#and it's not me digging around for clues or little easter eggs it is quite literally me watching his streams and looking at snapchat storie#I said this before but events do not exist in a vacuum and sometimes if you step back and look at the whole picture you go Huh.#when I take a step back and look at the whole picture I go wow I would be shocked if dnf WEREN'T dating#I am a truther. being a truther I cannot believe that george is straight#I'm not stripping his autonomy by presuming that based off consensually released public content#he knows how he is perceived - from his earliest content he's been conscious of his public image - and if he wanted to change that#then he is a grown man who is capable of doing so#he's capable of restating that he's straight or telling dream to tone it down with the dnfing if that's where he takes issue#and to act like he isn't is frankly strange#<- not at you just in general#anyways sorry for the essay I wanted to explain myself and it's been a minute since I have#if you want to have a discussion about it you can dm me#discourse#aya asks#ref

Shadows of Fear: Sugar and Spice (1.2, Thames, 1971)
"You might have known that children can't keep promises."
"Promises, what promises?"
"You shouldn't have told her if you didn't want me to know."
"Know what?"
"She said that you'd taken him to -"
"Where?"
#shadows of fear#sugar and spice#1971#horror tv#classic tv#thames#single play#patrick dromgoole#john kershaw#sheila hancock#ronald hines#suzanne togni#ivor salter#janet hannington#i think I'll add the horror tv tag onto these from now on; whilst that first ep (really more of a pilot‚ as mentioned in the tags on that#post) acted more as a kind of mildly creepy suspense piece‚ i feel like we're more comfortably in horror territory here. not supernatural#horror to be clear (i don't remember the series ever going there) but certainly within that realm of 'intended to be unsettling' that most#tv attempts at horror from the era fall into. this is certainly a much darker piece‚ imo‚ than the first one: Sheila Hancock's young son is#missing and her daughter acting very strangely‚ claiming their father took him... something he denies. it's (like all of these episodes) a#cheap production: a couple of sets‚ a very small cast. but the cast here is a winner‚ with the late great Hines wringing real complex#responses from him variously pitiable and loathsome drunken father‚ and Hancock switching between bristling indignation and barely#controlled hysteria. the standout tho is young Togni‚ who gives a quite frankly brilliant performance as the troubled daughter who may or#may not be playing games. she was actually nearly 20 despite playing what is clearly intended to be a 13 or 14 yr old#and appears to have given up acting very soon after this play aired; a great pity because her disturbing‚ mercurial presence here hints at#an actor of real depth and skill. it all ends quite nastily so be warned‚ this isn't a light bit of afternoon telly‚ it's truly dark

The only way I can rationalise people accepting literal children going out and fighting crime as Robin is if they don't think Robin is a real child.
I think it would be fun to see how Bruce would use that to his advantage in protecting his kids. Like, if people think Robin isn't human, if they instead think he's a spirit or a ghost, they are less likely to shoot at him, less likely to try and physically attack Robin because they think it would be no use.
The fun part would be deciding HOW they would do this. I like to think that Robin's domino mask doesn't have a hole for his eyes but instead is glazed over so that he can see out of it, but you can't see in. Maybe they install small lights in it so it looks like his eyes glow in the dark, because can you image how fucking scary it would be to just see these two sentient light-like eyes and just know the Batman must be lurking somewhere close by?
Maybe Bruce installs super strong magnets in their gloves because on the chance that someone does pull a gun on his kid close range, it would be a lot easier for them to grab the gun away if they had the force of magnetism on their side. Also, grabbing onto poles and other metal materials would make all the scaling on tall buildings a little safer. Obviously, they'd need a way to turn it on and off, but still. Can you imagine, you're in a warehouse and there are steel frames fucking everywhere and you look up and suddenly there's a child gripping onto one effortlessly? Horrifying.
Maybe they have a voice box. Want to scare people? Play this really ominous recording of a child's laughter that echoes just a bit too loud to be normal. Play this ominous screaming that seems too silent to be real. Play this ticking that seems to never end that induces stress and increases the chance of them messing up.
What would be even funnier is keeping this act up with the Justice League and other teams.
Batman doesn't bring Robin to these meetings at the beginning because he sees no need to involve a preteen in such matters, but at some point the subject does come up and it's sort of like; So, Bats, what exactly is the kid? Like...is he yours?
And Bruce (paranoid as fuck) doesn't want to admit to these people that yes, Robin is my son because hello? That's gotta be his biggest weakness, he would do anything to keep that kid safe and fuck them if they ever tried to hurt him to get to Bruce.
So, he tells them that he's a spirit sent to haunt him and remind the city of it'd failures and the Justice League just... believe him?? Because this is Batman, and why would Batman ever lie about something so, frankly, strange? And it's not a huge deal, like they're a team comprised of metas and aliens and literal godesses, so what if the one normal human guy has a weird little ghost child? Who cares if he cares about it like it's a real boy? Maybe the baby spirit has rights, too!! They don't know!
So, when the JLA gets more popular and becomes an actual, legal part of the American government, they're required to list all of their members. And they class Batman as a human, because that's obvious but next to Robin, they don't really know what to say or how to ask Batman about it, ao they just put "Unknown Child Spirit - TBD"
And then just... never change it?
So, they don't question why a few years later Robin seems to look entirely different, or why after that he changes again, or why Robin is suddenly a girl for a while before going back to a little boy. That's obviously just some weird spirit thing they don't understand, and it's not like Batman is going to explain it!

Hello! can I ask for yandere Muzan from demon slayer with a human s/o thats despises him and fights him at every point. (I hope it's not too strange)
YAN. MUZAN KIBUTSUJI WITH A S/O WHO DESPISES HIM.
Note: Nope, it's all good!
LINKS: KNY Masterlist!
WARNING(S): Yandere themes, toxic/abusive relationships, Muzan's insufferable god complex
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
You must be a masochist, there's no other plausible motive behind your disobedience. The punishment you must undergo is far too great for it to be a mere choice. Lucky for you, Muzan is more than willing to comply with your “sick” pleasures, though he's well aware of your true intentions.
Don't mistake his infatuation for softness or compassion at that, for this man is far beyond anything of the sort. Humans had been nothing more than a vital food source for him; they were weak and so very fragile. Thus falling for one was frankly not in his best interest. Unlucky Muzan.
It's sick, the way he loves you; it's hardly anything but a living nightmare you had prayed to be awaken from. You were not obligated to love him, yet your true feelings were encouraged to stay hidden. However your loyalty had to be guaranteed. Under his “protection” you were nothing more than a pet he kept by his side, so act the part.
Fighting him? Oh dear, have you lost your mind? This won't end well for you, surely you knew that much. You may have his heart in your clutches, but that doesn't mean he's opposed to roughing you up a bit. You'll heal with due time so why not?
The demon king isn't one to take disrespect from anyone, not even you. You may be near his level, but you are in no way on it. If it were towards the Upper Moons then perhaps he'd find it fairly amusing. You're bound to have some form of malevolence towards them for watching over you in his absence. But that's even better as it leaves MUZAN no real competition (not that he had any).
That evening was much like any other. Another failed escape attempt had troubled your mind with dismay, with desperation. Your arms made a home around you much like a cocoon, in hopes of shielding you from the coldness of your desolate home - The Infinity Castle.
Where you resided was in no way, feasible for the life of a human. Dust had begun to attack the deep lacerations of your skin, leaving nothing more than a bitter pain in its wake Muzan so graciously decided that food was no longer a necessity. However, after the first day, your hunger hadn't appeared to disturb vou too much. You knew he wouldn't let you starve, he didn't have the balls to.
No matter how much you kicked, screamed, or wept; each lashing felt like hell on your body. You swore it was worse than death. For a man who claimed he loved you so effortlessly, this didn't feel like love. You wanted out; to set foot outside this endless pit taking you under. You wanted him dead.
“{Name},” Oh my, it looks like he's returned! On you go, don't hide in this corner for too long. Kno wing you, I'll bet you'll be right back in here in no time! You put this upon yourself so I suggest you take today's punishment like a champ...
And trust me, dear. It will hurt.

Um maby about how bumblebee's team from rid2015 finds out about his base coding or how they deal with it.
Boy oh boy its been a while since I got to one of these asks.
━━━━━━ ⊙ ❖ ⊙ ━━━━━━━━━━━━
What do you do when your boss begins acting strangely? Ignore it of course!
Sideswipe is of the opinion that Bee is eccentric. Strongarm is familiar with the whole concept of active base coding and so does her best to keep clear of him when he's having moments. Grimlock has no idea what happens to Bee when he gets a bit feral, but he recognizes the animalistic instincts and is rightfully afraid. Fixit is by far the most educated on the matter and tries to be helpful rather than simply avoiding the former scout. Overall, Bee's team are not entirely sure what is up with their leader when he has his little 'episodes', but they've found ways to work with it.
Bee doesn't tend to have his episodes often. They are rare and often induced due to extreme stress. Sometimes, leadership get to be too much. A harsh battle or a difficult situation can leave Bee so on edge that he can't help but revert without Optimus or someone else around to ease his base coding. And so he lashes out.
When an episode occurs during a battle, Strongarm has taken it upon herself to get herself and the team out of the area while Bee rages. There have thus far been no casualties, but frankly, none of the team are particularly inclined to step in even if Bee did start to get a big vicious. Bumblebee for his part tends to compose himself about half way through a moment of rage, in large part due to his age. Still, sometimes the agitation lingers and can lead Sideswipe and Grimlock to take Bumblebee out to spar once they are back at base. The additional combat lets him get out his aggression and ease him back into a semi-stable state. Fixit usually guides Bumblebee to some dark corner of the base with a pile of comforting things afterwards.
Let the beast rest and ease back into dormancy. Don't disturb him lest he lash out.
When Bumblebee base coding is activated in response to leadership induced stress, its a different story. He either becomes painfully clingy or overly reclusive. Without Optimus around, he either wants to vanish into the void where its safe or hang around the next best thing. It's hard to tell what he'll do, but the team manage. Sideswipe tends to be the unfortunate spark stuck under the umbrella of 'small child'. This means that when Bee is unsettled and the base coding is particularly active (And Bee isn't trying to be a recluse), Sideswipe is watched like a hawk and occasionally dragged back into base if he wanders too far. Grimlock gets stuck with Bee hanging off him since he's big, intimidating, and overall tends to be quite warm (he reminds Bee of Optimus when he's in bot mode, but he will never admit that).
Strongarm tends to sit somewhere between 'small child' and 'parental unit' on Bumblebee's base coding inspired way of looking at the world. Often, this means that when he's feeling clingy, he'll just... hang around. He won't touch, but he follows her quietly and occasionally shoos off others who get too close. Fixit is firmly in the guardian category, landing him with the lovely fate of having Bumblebee lurk around him the most, sometimes even carrying him around when Grimlock is too afraid to let Bee hang off him. Fixit is surprisingly fine with this and even makes use of his situation to finally be on optic level with other bots.
However, when Bumblebee is more inclined toward being a feral recluse, the team take more drastic measures. When he gets into such moods, he doesn't want to leave his quarters and will fight anyone who tries to make him. He tends to not feel safe and so will have a violent reaction without Optimus or another loved one near. The team try to make due by sending Grimlock in as an offering. Sometimes it works and can snap Bee into being clingy over reclusive. Other times, Grimlock comes screaming down the hall with claw marks (which Bee always apologizes for afterwards).
If the Grimlock solution fails, the team have to wait it out. They try to speed along Bumblebee's whole process though.
Sideswipe will purposefully make a ton of noise in the halls, trying to make it seem like he's been injured. Sometimes it gets Bumblebee to come out and drag him to the medical bay, usually leading to Bee shifting gears. If that fails, Strongarm will attempt to entice Bumblebee with energon and other goodies. If it works, Bumblebee will hide for a few more hours before emerging. If that fails, the last resort that is Fixit is brought in. The only reason he's the last resort is because he is the only mech with recordings of Ratchet and Optimus.
If Bumblebee won't move because he's in a state of unsettlement, Fixit takes the risk and plays a recording. It never fails to get Bumblebee to scramble out of his room, anxious to see the closest mecha he has to parents. This quite literally never ends well and the team are often forced to hide in a barricaded room until Bumblebee finishes hunting his way through the entire base just to check and make sure that no one is there. After that, he usually snaps out of it.
Sometimes though... sometimes Fixit will find Bumblebee crying softly in his room, clutching whatever memento of his Sire he had closest to him at the time.
He politely never mentions this.

On Apollo and fatal flaws
Vague question for my fellow apollogists out there: what do we think Apollo's fatal flaw is? I write this realizing that, in all five books of the series, all told from Apollo's point of view, we never actually have it explicitly stated, either from Apollo's knowledge and refusal to share (which, strangely, seems to me like something he would tell us), or from him not actually knowing, either.
Simply stated, a fatal flaw is any kind of weakness of a hero, god or mortal, that can be exploited and can cause the downfall of that character. That being said, we already know some that generally scope out the larger range of what they can be:
Percy: excessive personal loyalty
Annabeth: hubris/pride
Nico: holding grudges
Thalia: ambition
Leo: feeling inferior
Piper: low self-esteem
Luke: wrath
Jason: hesitation and excessive deliberation
And we are certain that immortals have flaws like these, too. Although it isn't explicitly stated in canon what Zeus' fatal flaw is, it's exceedingly obvious that it's paranoia and hunger for power, as well as his sexual infidelity.
I feel like we can easily knock some flaws off the list already:
Holding grudges is off the list for the main reason that, if there's one thing Apollo oozes, it's forgiveness, and the fact that he is always ready to give second chances to people who have wronged him and the world (Lityerses, Luguselwa, Meg, etc.)
For the same reason, I'm going to knock off wrath. Yes, he has moments of rage, but so does everybody else! It's human nature, and, as stated before, it's usually overshadowed by Apollo's choice to let go of that anger and choose forgiveness instead.
Ambition is an interesting one, but it's not at all something that really comes up in the series to the point where it ends up being powerful enough to be his fatal flaw. He rarely seeks power he didn't already have before, especially when you consider he is Zeus' most powerful son, and one of the most powerful gods period. Why would he need more power? Unless, of course, you choose to point out that one time he tried to overthrow Zeus, but I'd argue he was acting more out of a place of 'hey please be better at your job' than 'I want your title and position', which actually falls more under Poseidon's motivations in that myth.
Interestingly, there's a certain aspect of Apollo's character in the myths that totally screws the pooch in terms of this discussion, and that's the fact that Apollo, throughout the stories of Ancient Greece, is a typical example of perfection. Literally, he's written to be virtually flawless, the paragon of young men, and (in the context of Ancient Greek culture) doesn't have many moments of rage, selfishness, or paranoia, or at least, not as many as other gods (looking at you, Artemis).
HOWEVER, as much as the myths seemingly act like he doesn't have a glaringly obvious flaw, we as a part of Apollo's inner circle/audience know he's got one - I mean, look at him! It's in there somewhere, nobody's perfect, and I don't think anybody's pretending as such for Apollo. What irks me is that we know Apollo is not lacking in general character flaws, but there is one, beyond a doubt, that shapes his inner core irreversibly. And we don't know it.
Thankfully, though, we've got five books of content that might help us come to a conclusion.
The Hidden Oracle, being the beginning of the story and the beginning of Apollo's character development, is where we would get an inkling of what Apollo wants us to think his fatal flaw is. To us, Apollo appears vain, self-centered, and, frankly annoying. And he does these things on purpose. Or at least, he tells us these things.
That's the thing: if you look past all the fluff Apollo spits out to the audience throughout the first majority of the book, before his children are taken into the forest, you'd find that his dialogue, aka how the other characters of the story hear and see him, doesn't really reflect that. Most of the annoying, self-centered brattiness is only on the page, and not as obvious in his personal interactions (not saying they're not there, but it's so much worse in his internal monologue). So, what does this tell us?
That those aren't his fatal flaws. He's very good at pretending that they are, probably because, as I've read several other metas very cleverly explain, that this is what gods are supposed to be, and, Apollo, in his desperation be his father's golden child again (or, also to avoid his wrath, take that how you will) has built up a very elaborate mask for thousands of years, because that is what he is not. He's trying to be glossed over in the vast sea that is the gods, and it's not really working because, well, he got turned into a mortal. Again.
As we pass through books 2 and 3, we're still not quite past the whole "pretending to be petty and self-serving because this is what I am supposed to be as dictated by the laws of my immortal people and my father". That, almost certainly, doesn't come until the latter half of The Burning Maze. So it's further safe to assume that our best guess as to his fatal flaw probably coincides with his more honest moments with the audience, eg. books 4 and 5.
Now, I know a popular common answer to this whole question is that it's his ego and his pride. But here's the thing: as we move on to the second half of the series, we get an interesting revealing of Apollo's perception of himself. To put it plainly: Apollo is not a narcissist, as much as he pretends to be (see the above points). Honestly, he might actually hate himself and what he's become as he learns to take a more critical view of himself as the series goes on. Drawn in direct antithesis to his moments in the first two books, when he tells us that he assumes that anybody he meets is willing to help him, after the peak of his development (marked by his promise and Jason's subsequent death), this isn't the case. That's why I'm pretty okay with putting pride and ego towards the bottom of my list of possible fatal flaws for him.
Honestly, if I didn't know any better as we reach the end of the series, I'd say Apollo's fatal flaw might fall somewhere closer to poor self-esteem, insecurity and self-doubt, but for some reason, that doesn't quite fit. I'd argue that a lot of those feelings probably stem from being stuck in the inadequate body of a mortal with a tiny fraction of his usual power - of course he's going to feel like that. That, and it's almost the direct opposite of what his flaw is perceived to be by other sources, so it feels like too large a leap to me.
I'm deliberating from my point, which is this: I still have no clue what his fatal flaw is.
It's not:
narcissism
pride
OR on the other side of the spectrum:
low-self esteem
self-doubt
OR the list of things we knocked off earlier:
holding grudges
wrath
ambition
And when you compare to other characters he might also be like, I would argue he's a totally different animal. The only character I could see a similarity with is Percy. But, again, it's just not the same. Percy's flaw, excessive personal loyalty, still doesn't really fit because, while I'd argue that Apollo's never really put in a situation where he's had to choose to save the life a mortal friend over his task of restoring the Oracles, I do believe he has a strong sense of duty. No, I don't think he would sacrifice Meg's life to do that job, but it's not something we see him forced to pick between (that I can think of, at least). I like to think that, on one hand, Percy would flat-out refuse to do his duty to save the life of a friend out of principle, whereas Apollo might find a clever loophole to save the friend, do the duty, and end up doing harm to himself. If anything, while Percy would be ready to burn the world to save a friend, Apollo would be ready to burn himself first.
That, I think, is our biggest indicator. Apollo loves his friends and the world. He wears his heart on his sleeve, this is something the Triumvirate exploits to no end.
Athena tells Percy something in the PJO series (the Titan's Curse, I think?) and says that the most dangerous fatal flaws are the ones that are good in moderation. And, of course, Apollo is a main character, so naturally his fatal flaw will fall under this category.
I think Apollo's fatal flaw is of the same breed as Percy's, but isn't really the same creature. I'm sure there's a more eloquent way to put this, but it seems to me that his fatal flaw has something to do with his tendency to be self-sacrificing, easily forgiving, and empathetic. He's been stabbed in the back several times and every time chooses instead to show trust and camaraderie, to see the best in people, and give them another chance to prove themselves: with Meg, Crest, Lityerses, Luguselwa, Meg's adoptive siblings, and many, many more. That seems very dangerous in the wrong situation, yes? Especially someone in Apollo's position - there are plenty of bad people who would be ready to take advantage of this.
And what is a story if not the hero learning to overcome their fatal flaw? And, really what is the Trials of Apollo all about? How do we end? What choices does Apollo make for the future at the conclusion of the Tower of Nero that directly contradict his overwhelming urge to choose forgiveness and let others try again?
Tumblr media
The Tower of Nero, Chapter 36
At the end of any good epic story, the hero learns to overcome their weaknesses and flaws and do the right thing regardless. For Apollo, this comes when he refuses to forgive one person: Zeus. Apollo ends his pentalogy with coming to an understanding of himself and his relationship with his father, learning to overcome that tendency see the best in everyone, and realize that not everyone can choose to change for the better like Apollo has.

me becoming a gortash apologist apparently
i never thought i'd say this. i am thinking about Enver Gortash. i'm usually not one of his apologists but... i've had brain rot for my Durge lately, and i think a big moment of developing your Durge is how you react to meeting Gortash again, yeah? you may or may not be close with Karlach but the party and Durge especially have all faced similar trauma of betrayal and exploitation nonetheless (and so has Gortash), he's already been introduced vaguely at the end of Act 2 as a threat/main villain, he worships Bane, he has general edge lord vibes (remember that bit where I'm usually not a Gortash apologist djdjdjd); what i'm trying to spit out, is there's a lot to sway you against Gortash in that first meeting. and I'd argue even a little further, as someone that followed Orin's plans of betrayal against him in my first Tav run, (just because her audacity is so damn funny.)
Tumblr media
But anyway. Meeting Gortash. Finding out you used to be close. Perhaps homoerotically, perhaps in a strange platonic manner, or some other third thing, but nonetheless, Durge is assumably the only person Gortash has ever truly liked. He just really goes out of his way with praise at meeting again, the use of the word favorite is notable, and if Gortash had anyone worth elevating, he would, right? That was how Ketheric got here, Orin wants more credibility for herself and the Bhaalists, and Gortash... just enslaves his parents in their old home/business. But he liked you. He's really so similar to Astarion (it's nothing, you're just the only person I've ever truly cared for); he's just already a touch too far gone in his power hungry search for security. He's already repeated the cycle, years and years ago with Karlach as the main example and just the inevitability of being Bane's Chosen. And yet - Durge comes marching through the door again with this band of misfits and his old lackey he wronged, and he's willing to make a true bargain.
And I know it's just in Gortash's character to scheme, but l think playing as reformed Durge makes Gortash's potential deal all the more devastating, since he will truly follow through on his word (or, at least he would.)
It's so funny to show up dating Astarion or Shadowheart, and imagine them teasing you later that night, saying they thought you'd have better taste. Or the bitterness of being with Karlach, knowing that you seemed to be in such deep kahoots. And so on. The point is not valuing that past relationship with Gortash. Focusing on the shiny and new.
And like whatever. Gortash isn't ever going to publicly present that his feelings are hurt but like... wouldn't they? Your past lover or at the very least, only close friend struts in, now thinking they're some big shot, so beyond everything you two had ever done... when you always lived in their shadow beforehand, frankly. Gortash adores how this flawless plan was majorly Durge's, critiques Orin's sloppy manner of filling your place, how Ketheric was just a means to an end. But he liked you. The person who helped him raid Mephistopheles' vault, in turn helping him spit not only in the arch devil's face, but his past captor, Raphael's too (since Raph lives chronically in the shadow of his father, imo.) The person who thought they could formulate and enact this whole plot, and the only one he was willing to follow, to be an equal with, now coming to tell him what everyone always does, inevitably.
A final fuck you, or some form of betrayal, the same thing that caused his mess all those years ago when sold off to that warlock.
It would have to hurt, and while it's funny to imagine my little gnome Durge dying inside and cackling to the party about sleeping with an enemy and technically being the enemy... a little obssessed at the angst you could perceive of Gortash somehow falling for any crazy Bhaalspawn, nonetheless Durge, who was never one for morals, coming back renewed and not to come get him or work things out... but to slay him or turn against him. I'd send the Steelwatchers after our asses too.
In conclusion, Gortash, probably:
Tumblr media
sigh. my bias against greasy little guys could never truly make me hate you, enver gortash. look at you, the man that you are.

anyway so i'm out of my 48hr destiel salt era and am now ready to share my real opinions on the ship.
i like cas. he's cool. i prefer him in the early seasons, and i think there's a big stretch of time before kelly kline where he doesn't have that much going on, but that's a messy writing problem rather than a castiel problem. also, i'm a big fan of othering fantastical beings – he's a soldier of god, and i like it when he acts like it; cold and strange and alien. even though in canon he has female love interests, i tend to think of him as some form of aroace. that said, when i do consider destiel, having an angel of the lord feeling unrequited love for this deeply flawed human is fascinating to me.
dean is like... too dangerous, too mean, too angry to be in a stable relationship imo. he's a dick (affectionate) (derogatory) and frankly cas deserves better. dean will pick sam over castiel every single time without a thought and that's really saying something because he spends a lot of time being a massive asshole to sam towards the end. and to be clear, this isn't dean slander, i fucking love him, but this is how he's presented in the show (sometimes, when they feel like it). dean tried so hard to escape the cycle of mistreatment he was raised in, and he failed, and he fell back in even harder, and i find that so compelling.

So I've been listening to this cover of IDOL and a lot of the lyrics in the song HEAVILY remind me of Gojo so guess who's making his very first JJK au!!!
Rather than being the strongest jujutsu sorcerer, Satoru Gojo is a well-known performer and idol. He sings, he dances, he models, he plays in shows and movies, anything and everything that would remind you of idols and celebrities that so many admire and get their inspiration from. This is the life Gojo has lived for as long as he can remember; he's always had these gifts, and has always been encouraged to use them.
Having been in the business for so long, Gojo knows what his audience wants. He knows the perfect way to act to keep everyone fawning over him as they have been for years. The people like him when he's charming, and they love him when his confidence is highest. His audience views him as being strong and untouchable, and that's exactly how he'll keep it (even during times where he wishes he didn't need to put on an act).
Gojo meets Megumi and Nobara through the modeling business, and meets Yuji through acting. He sees the talent and passion these younger stars have, and decides to take them under his wing. He teaches them anything they're willing to learn, though Nobara and Yuji seem to struggle with more musical aspects of idol-hood. They're both wonderful dancers, however, unlike Megumi. Gojo doesn't pay it any mind, focusing on each of their strengths to make sure they'll be flawless in whatever field they choose.
Enough with the cute and happy shit cuz now it's time for Geto to come into play!!
Geto is an indie artist, and he dabbles in a lot of different genres of music. While he isn't vastly well-known, he does have a decent following and plays enough gigs to keep bills paid. Frankly, that's more than he ever expected to get out of his career. As far as his musical skillset, Geto can play any instrument you'd associate with bands (guitars, drums, keyboard, etc) and is quick to learn various other instruments as well. One of his favorite instruments to play is clarinet, though he doesn't have a chance to play it often.
Geto and Gojo meet at an event that's essentially a party for any celebrities, musicians, and actors that get personally invited. Gojo was invited for obvious reasons, and Geto managed to get an invite through Shoko, who's a producer. Their first meeting was a little.. rough, to put it lightly. Geto immediately wasn't a fan of Gojo, viewing his charming persona as a tactic to play with people's feelings and avoid taking accountability for his actions. Even though there wasn't really any basis for these assumptions, it made both of their first impressions of each other a bit messy. Gojo could already tell that Geto didn't like him, but brushing it off and acting nice for the sake of pleasantries didn't seem to help in the slightest.
Geto ended up gaining some popularity through the event, and later on down the line was asked about doing a collaboration with, you guessed it, Gojo. Well, it wasn't a collaboration with just Gojo. Megumi and Yuji were said to be involved, though Geto didn't pay much attention to that. "Forming friendships with other people in the industry is the best way to advance your career," his manager said. "It'll be a nice change of pace," his manager said.
Meanwhile Gojo was a bit excited for this collab. Despite Geto not liking Gojo at all, Gojo found a strange interest in him. Shoko did say he had a nice personality under his rough edges. Maybe Gojo could get Geto to warm up to him!
For the sake of not spiraling into turning this overview into a straight up fic, I'll stop here. Tbh I'm loving this concept so much that I might make a full fic with it soon

Hot take I have is that c!Dream wasn’t as good at manipulation as people thought he was. He relied heavily on his reputation and physical intimidation to get people to do what he wants.
c!Dream's charisma stat was bullshit and the main thing that got him the "manipulator" label by the fandom involved him taking advantage of c!Wilbur's work for months earlier when c!Tommy was exiled for the second time in half a year and was already fucked up over his death and suicidal by day two. Also frankly people really didn't do what c!Dream wanted like basically ever. From day one. c!Dream's main skillset was in manipulating the playing field to funnel the situation into a place that benefited him and taking advantage of situations that cropped up to best serve his purposes--this isn't to say that he's never been manipulative, ofc, he's absolutely able to and all of the villain speeches are absolutely yknow, manipulation, as long as people remember that manipulation isn't isolated to "making people like you by lying" which most people think is what c!Dream's manipulation looked like (and also literally the manipulation he was WORST at, by far, to the point where he completely fucked up his own plan in exile by acting THAT strangely to c!Tommy when they literally had a decent-ish relationship mere weeks before and it just shouldn't have been that hard to even fake being friendly with him for a week or two ??? like bro just give him sidequests even SAM figured this one out) but c!Dream as been able to communicate in a way that makes people believe in him just about like. Never. He's so bad at it

★ JAMES POTTER ISN'T DENSE ! he just needed some time to figure things out, he was pretty good at reading the mood of the room and could easily tell when someone wasn't feeling like themselves. Figuring out the source of that however is a whole different story. Especially when it involves his bestest friends ever revealing that their friendship was something a little more than that.
In which something was going on between Remus and Sirius and James would be damned if he was going to be kept out of the loop. Pairings: small mentions of wolfstar !
it's a James Potter centric pov ! [wc: 1.5k]
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This was bound to happen eventually.
The sheets felt too constricting, the dorm felt too hot and his clothes clung onto him in a way that made him feel sticky and unclean. Raven locks messily tumbled down his shoulder, unbrushed and unkept, yet despite all of these minor annoyances Sirius Black still looked gorgeous. Even the blind could notice it, the way the young man had a certain aura to him, he lit up every room with that infectious and honey glazed smile of his.
However, James had noticed something peculiar about this self proclaimed starman during the past weeks. He had gotten more quiet, reserved, as if the usual sunshine got eclipsed by the moon. He found it quite strange, his partner in crime was never one for being in such a slump. Usually he was dramatic when it came to measly things but that was often done in a satirical way. This slump seemed... genuine.
Despite the nonstop pestering of the quidditch captain, Sirius didn't seem to budge. The other had a knack for making it seem like everything was fine and dandy with him, James knew better. He wasn't the brightest in the class, no, that was Evans (in his personal non biased opinion) or Remus. He saw movement across the room, the subtle sound of footsteps on the floor and the door creaking open with its old hinges. The Casanova had arrived in the common room, the crackling warmth of the fire casting a soft orange tinted glow towards his serious face. James wasn't the brightest in the class but he had noticed it. The subtle shift of Sirius' gaze from the new presence to the carpeted floor—as if it was the most interesting puzzle the other had ever encountered. He had noticed the way Remus threw a haphazard glance towards the ebony haired male as if he was the interesting puzzle Remus was trying to piece together.
James lets out a cough which warranted both their attentions, his ever present mischief laced grin plastered on as he greeted the two “it's a good day for another prank isn't it?” For once, like the two had switched bodies and souls, Sirius casted him a bemused stare whilst Remus actually seemed more on board. This crazy switch up almost left him whiplashed. Was it because the taller male wanted an exit from this room or was it the crazy tension that no one else besides James seemed to notice (they could be just ignoring it, pretending as if it didn't exist). James found it amusing, granted the amount of times Remus would call him out for being dense he could easily tell that something was amiss with his two best pals. His Buddies, Compadres, Amigos, weren't exactly acting all that. Right now any one with two eyes (James has four, maybe that's why he could see it better) could describe their demeanours as something akin to two school girls who had just gotten asked out by their crushes. Which to put it frankly in James’ mind was quite…impossible.
Remus had excused himself from the room, James assumed it was to get changed. Remus John Lupin could be described as a silent person, he prefers chocolate as long as he's not sharing it, books as long as it's quiet and no one's disturbing him, and in those rare cases teaching as long as the student kept his or her mouth shut and didn't ask questions. Remus was simple but complex at the exact same time, he hates when they call him moony but James swears he sees a sliver of a smile whenever he hears the nickname. Sirius on the other hand was complex, but not hard to figure out once you get to know him. He liked the attention be it good or bad, he liked grinning that grin of his because he knows better than anyone that he infact is the most eligible bachelor this school has seen, he claims that he hates school work but he always hounds on Remus to help him with his Divination work, he claims that he's perfectly fine and that nothing could chip that impenetrable armor of his but James could see the small cracks.
“James” He looked up when he heard Sirius’ voice call out to him, his brows furrowing because—Sirius didn't usually sound like that, he'd sound confident, suave, charming. Right now his tone carried the musings of a little boy who wanted to confess something to his parent. Did he break something? James wondered and before Sirius could get a word in he immediately spouted out “whatever you did I forgive you”
Sirius’ expression was an amusing thing to observe, his face pretty much says it all whenever he's mad or happy or annoyed or so close to punching you in the face, one glance at that stupid face of his and you could tell which one you’re dealing with (the punch had hurt, James knew he should've ducked.) Right now he felt that ducking was probably the right course if action. Sirius had his brows scrunched in faint confusion and irritation.
“I didn't do anything” He scoffed before chucking a pillow his way, he ducked, his instincts where never wrong. Sirius leaned back against the couch crossing his arms, James felt a little silly, waiting for the other to tell him what exactly was going on. He didn't like being kept out of the loop, especially when it came to Sirius. They were best friends? Heck the best friends even. They shared everything with each other saved for toothbrushes Sirius warned that he'd curse him if he even thought about it.
“What is it then?” He proded because he can't take this silence anymore because he's sure that something was going on between him and the person who had just reentered the common room with a cozy sweater and a book tucked at his side. Sirius went nonverbal again and refused to look Remus’ way and in return Remus made it a point to sit beside the other, flipping open his book and reading casually. His brow couldn't have gone higher, Sirius was tense, Remus was reading and James was completely and utterly muddled.
After a small minute of, who can keep quiet and be oblivious the longest, He cracked. “What in Merlin's beard is going on with the two of you?” His voice cracked at the end but he couldn't be embarrassed when Sirius looked as if James had told him that his mother was coming to visit and Remus spared him a bemused glance but James saw how his hold tightened slightly on the spine of the book he was reading—wait, was it upside down?
“Don't make me start guessing because I swear you won't like where it'll end.” He continued making it a point to stand and march towards the two boys his socked feet pattering against the carpeted floor. He dare spare a glance at Sirius who looked as if he was going to land a spell on him then at Remus who tried to discreetly turn the book right side up but got caught mid turn. When both didn't respond he made a frustrated noise that could be placed between a groan and tired sigh.
“you both saw Minnie in her undergarments” That drew an appalled sound from Sirius and a grimance from Remus. “Thanks for that image Prongs.” The latter muttered as he massaged the bridge of his nose with his fingers. “That's not even the worse thing I thought of, If you two won't spit it out I fear I might actually die because of it. Perish. I won't become the best captain of the Gryffindor quidditch team and we won't win the house cup, do you really want that on your conscience?” He drags an exasperated hand through his messy locks. “Always the one for dramatics aren't you Potter?” Sirius sneered, crossing his arms and legs in that prissy heir to the black empire way.
“You both going to tell me or do I have to steal some Veritaserum and spike your drinks?” That earned an amused snort from Remus which made his left eye twitch in visible irritation. He glanced between the two, for the first time this slow paced evening Sirius actually looks Remus in the eyes, no not on his sweater collar or that mole on his jaw, his eyes. James could feel his body deflating in slight relief, that was something at least. After another round of silence (to James' delight) and both of them communicating via their telepathic brainwaves or something along those lines. He focused on Sirius, the way those stormy eyes went from pleading to acceptance then finally settled on nonchalance. Remus piped up a moment later. His voice was crisp, clear and tainted with slight hesitancy and honestly it made James straighten his spine a bit.
“We’re dating Prongs.”
Oh.
There were a lot of moments in his life where he felt like the stupidest man in the room, this was number one.

a/n: goodness it's been so long since I've written anything like this (last time being on Wattpad, like 6 years ago) but this has been sitting on my Tumblr drafts for so long it's been killing me inside everytime I open this damn app. Anyways first fic? And it's wolfstar (ish) ? It's James Potter centric because I love that man with all my heart and I live for the 'him being dense asf when it comes to wolfstar' agenda. This wasn't proofread in any way—i wrote and I just went with it so I'm sorry if it's all over the place and if the writing doesn't make any sense TT. Be kind is all I ask, I just wanted to write James and his inner monologues. No idea if I'll ever post another fic but I do have a drafted Solangelo one hehe (sorry for the ramble !! Enjoy your days~)

Nahida currently has (one) secret agent. Wanderer, the unknown entity, who has the insanely cool ability of being able to fly and speed around, making him an intimidating aerial combatant. Apart from his combat capabilities, Wanderer is also a totally unknown entity thanks to his trauma-induced spree into erasing himself from the Irminsul and thus can go anywhere on the pretense of being someone else.
But. There are two types of secret missions Nahida wants done. One is the "please fight the Abyss Order and make their Heralds give up information" type of "die die DIE" mission. These are the type of missions Wanderer excels at.
The other is the "wine-dine-steal-something-of-mine" types. As the Wanderer, he should theoretically be excellent at this, but factoring in temperament, it is nearly impossible to make Wanderer play nice enough to seduce/socialise/steal anything.
So... who else could Nahida hire to cover the diplomatic infiltration missions? Someone who is not actively hostile to humanity (which is a very low bar, admittedly), who can travel freely in their spare time because they don't have anything better to do, who has high enough Clearance™️ to access all the diplomatic and social places Archons would want to know about...
The first answer is the Traveler. The second answer is Alhaitham.
"Ok, look, this is utter insanity," the Wanderer says, pointing at the (no longer?) Acting Grand Sage like he's an attraction at the zoo. "I'm supposed to be sharing a job with this guy?"
"This guy has a name," Lesser Lord Kusanali smiles benevolently. "It's Alhaitham, although call him by his preferred codename on missions."
"Vulture," Alhaitham drawls unenthusiastically. Lesser Lord Kusanali grins; he may sound unenthusiastic, but his Dendro Vision thrums in her presence and aligns with her aspects: knowledge, sagacity, puzzles, analysis, praxis. (Ok, maybe it also has to do with the pay rise she's giving him.) "Who is this...?"
"Just call me the Wanderer," the Wanderer says, the same time the Lesser Lord cheerfully chirps "Hat Guy."
"Wanderer is no good," Alhaitham points out quite reasonably, "it's a job, not a title. Same with Hat Guy. How am I supposed to tell you apart from everyone else who wears hats? Pick something else."
"Justify the existence of the Traveler," the Wanderer sneers.
Lesser Lord Kusanali silently points to a corner of the office with two chairs labelled "time-out corner". Both men fall silent.
"Both of you begin tomorrow," she speaks quickly, confident both can keep up. "I will keep a running list of things I need done, hm... here." She points at the holographic display on the wall, which currently lists "purchase the mythical 'Sea Ganoderma' from Inazuma" and "arrange meetings with other Archons to discuss jurisdictional issues". (Alhaitham thinks she is trying to sound too much like an administrative, executive leader— when she is a god, who has people to do this for her— ah, fuck, this person being him, of course.)
"Hat Guy, all combat missions are yours, and if we need to use... ahem, your special identity, then I will mark it down. Alhaitham, all diplomatic missions are yours, except when marked otherwise." Lesser Lord Kusanali puts her hands to her hips and smiles. "Any questions?"
"Hat Guy..." Alhaitham says, and oh shit, she is the Lord of Wisdom and can Hear His Brain Whirring, "the hat is distinguishable, at least. That's an Inazuma kasa hat worn by vagrants, and you have a strange accent. お前は本当に態度が悪いな, Ублюдок."*
She materialises a bar of soap in Wanderer's mouth before he can respond, but his rage is palpable, and it is clear he understood what Alhaitham said. Frankly, she is too interested to intervene, wanting to see what Alhaitham deduces about Wanderer's identity.
"Likely Inazuman by origin, given his hat and accent inflection, while also understanding Snezhnayan. Very rare combination, isn't it?" Alhaitham doesn't smile, exactly, at the squirming Wanderer, but he is gloating in his own way. "The Fatui Harbingers are missing an Inazuman for their roster, actually, and we know they like recruiting a couple from each region (under his breath, confirmed placements are Fair Lady to Mondstadt, Regrator to Liyue, Doctor to Sumeru, the Marionette to Fontaine, the Captain to Natlan, with the rest unknown or native to Snezhnaya). And it is said that they've been missing a Sixth for a couple centuries, have they not?"
"So, in conclusion, this... Hat Guy is the former Sixth Harbinger that either was fired, escaped, or rebelled. You've defected to the side of the Archons by joining Lesser Lord Kusanali."
It is indeed Haravatat that sniffs him out, Nahida thinks with amazement. She removes the bar of soap from Wanderer's mouth, which causes him to unleash a litany of curses in all four languages he knows (Common, Sumerian, Inazuman, Snezhnayan, with some Seirai Dialect thrown in for fun). Perhaps out of respect for her, though, he does not attempt to immediately throttle Alhaitham. Nahida takes it as a win.
"Well, this has been a productive first meeting for you two! I look forward to working with you guys in the future."
Lesser Lord Kusanali smiles benevolently. And the rest, while not history, will eventually sort itself out.
*Japanese: roughly "You have an attitude problem", and Russian: "you little bitch". I do not speak these languages, so native speakers feel free to interject.
[Fatui Harbinger nation-of-origin ideas are not to be taken as canon]

Can you write a headacanons of Carstairs Fam? Where they have one more child beside Mina and Kit? 🤍
-Considering Mina as kidnapped when she was young, I imagine Jem would be even more vigilant when they have their third child. -Which is also why shortly after their third child as born, they adopted a puppy of a big breed so it could grow up into their guard dog. -Their guard dog acts like the dorky side-kick to Irene whenever Ty is coming over. It was very amusing to watch Irene teach their dog some basic hunting skills with an expression that seemed to say, 'Just how stupid are you?' -Kit remains protective older brother towards the two. Precisely because his father failed him, Kit's fearful of all things that could go wrong and just wants them to grow up happy. -Their third child is obviously yet another nod to the people they lost. They decided that it would be named Henry if it were a boy, and Charlotte if it were a girl because they really were like parents to Will, Tessa and Jem. -Both Kit and Jem have allowed Mina to do their hair and paint their nails, with Tessa just watching on incredibly amused. If there is one perk about the advancement of beauty products and hair accesoires in the modern era, its certainly this if you ask Tessa. She made plenty of pictures to ensure she remembers these moments forever. -Tessa became quite the photo-taker. Because her first family already died of old age, she knows the heartbreak what's going to await her once they died of old age, so she tries very hard to enjoy the moments whilst they last and prepare herself for once Jem and the kids are gone. -With Kit being a Herondale, he ended up being recruited for his school's soccer team even though he doesn't really cares for the sport. He honestly sees it as a way to have more time to socialize and learn how to be more like a British teenager. Somewhere, a certain Ashdown boy is incredibly jealous, but Kit remains unaware. -Kit always plays soccer with the Lightwood-Bane boys whenever they're coming over. -Mina as an older sister and middle child would generally be the one to explain what Kit, Tessa and Jem think whenever they try to tiptoe around their fears temming from their various traumas in a language the little one can understand. She really takes after Tessa's mature and wise nature and understands why they can sometimes act overprotective or seem to fear things like interacting with the Fair folk. -Because Mina was so young, she doesn't remember being kidnapped and has no reaction outside for the strange urge to start crying when someone brings it up. Kit is very grateful that she doesn't remember it. -Speaking of memories, something Kit would frankly like to forget are the lyrics to Baby Shark. He had to sing it so often to Mina and the baby, that he can sing the entire song even years later. He really hopes Jem was right that all children's songs blurr together through the sands of time. -Whilst Kit and their youngest isn't too musically inclined, Jem was happy to take notice that Mina enjoyed listening to the violin, and learnt her to play when she was old enough. -The Herongraystairs family have attended many a violin performance at the local music theater showcases where young talent would perform. One time, Jem could have sworn he saw the fleeting ghost of Will watching Mina's performance from the back of the theater. -Obviously that wasn't the only time where Will's spirit has been spying on the Herongraystairs family, as he watches over them all the time.

Tw EATING DISORDER
what would the sakamakis+tsukanamis do when they realize their s/o is developing an eating disorder?

S/O WITH EATING DISORDER — SAKAMAKI
Note: I can only put a certain amount of pictures in per request so if you still want the Tsukinamis' please feel free to request again once my ask box is open!
Pairing: Sakamaki Brothers x gn! reader
Format: Headcanons
WARNING(S): eating disorder, force feeding, insensitive comments
Tumblr media
Want more Diabolik lovers? → Masterlist! ★
Tumblr media
SHU SAKAMAKI
Tumblr media
Though not the most well-informed, he's far from being an idiot. He was already suspicious when you either faked eating during dinner or attempted to force the food down your throat. It was painfully evident. And when he found you bent over a toilet, retching out the remains, that was all the proof he needed.
Shu can't force you to do anything and he's aware of that, but he will still encourage you to do so. Frankly, he'd rather not have you starve to death due to your own stubbornness. Shu will follow you to hell and then bring you right back. He'll even try to play therapist and listen to what kick-started your god-awful eating habits.
“Haah, what a piece of work. You must really want to give me a heart attack, hm? Learn to rely on me, don't make me worry so much next time.”
REIJI SAKAMAKI
Tumblr media
Out of all his brothers, Reiji will be the most understanding. Most of the Sakamaki has very limited knowledge involving the human body but he does not. After plunging his head in many books on the matter, that much should be clear. Thus it's likely you won't have too much trouble confining in him because of that.
There's no need for you to go hungry in any way while living in the manor. Despite how annoyed he may come off, Reiji is willing to go through all the potential solutions to lessen this burden on you. However, he does still remain the same in some aspects, threatening to punish you if you don't put forth some effort to eat.
“I've noticed your eating habits have become rather strange. Very well, I will create a new diet for you to regain your strength. It would be best that you follow it.”
AYATO SAKAMAKI
Tumblr media
Unfortunately, he's pretty insensitive to things like this. He has no knowledge of mental health (though having plenty of his own) so Ayato won't try to act as he does. He'll probably say something terribly ignorant or even try to shove food down your throat, then turn around and wonder why you're so pissed at him.
It will take someone to smack some sense into him so he understands the severity of it. Even then he lacks the sentiments to truly comprehend what you're going through. But realistically, he'll probably push it off onto Reiji in the end. Of course, he cares, but such a "detailed" condition isn't his forte.
“Geez, just how long were you planning on keeping this from me? You belong to 'yours truly', and it'd be such a pain if you get any weaker. So rely on me, got it!”
KANATO SAKAMAKI
Tumblr media
This is the last person I'd want to be stuck with in a situation like this. He's an absolute idiot on things like this, hands down. (I hate Kanato) In his mind, dolls don't have to eat so you must be perfectly fine, right? Expect you aren't a doll, nor a vampire at that so, of course, you need to eat.
As the days go by you grow noticbly weaker with no desire to do anything but wallow in your despair. Only then did he begin to take things seriously. The triplet has the most insufficient approach ever, it's not even comforting. Kanato will attempt to feed you and then get mad when you reject it. Despite his apparent concern, I highly doubt it'd make up for his thoughtlessness.
“You've grown so weak...Uu...why won't you talk to me? Uu...Don't you care for my feelings? I won't allow you to die on me; you can't leave me! I'll make sure of it!”
LAITO SAKAMAKI
Tumblr media
He knows what an eating disorder is as Laito's been with his fair share of women. But that doesn't mean he's educated on the matter. Laito notices your standoffish demeanor right away, carefully eyeing you as he immediately puts two and two together. Yet, he won't act on it until he can find the root of your eating disorder. After all, we must start from the source~!
It'd be a shame if his favorite toy grew terribly ill so he offers to help you. Spending several hours arranging a new diet for you, feeding you small portions, and certainly boosting your confidence in the late hours of the night. Though he doesn't show it, Laito truly cares for your well-being and will do just about anything to ensure your recovery.
“You've been looking at your reflection for quite some time, little bitch. Have I not been tending to you enough~? Fufu, that won't do! Shall I fix that for you~?”
SUBARU SAKAMAKI
Tumblr media
Once he found out about your eating disorder, Subaru loses it. His anger is in some way directed at you for not telling him; but also at himself for being so clueless about it. As you'd expect, his first course of action is intimidating you into eating, but a quiet whimper will stop him dead in his tracks. This calls for a different approach.
Subaru looks to Reiji for guidance, which comes as no shock. The vampire is in no place to be taking care of a human in any mental aspect, regardless of them being his lover. Even with this newfound information, it will do very little to decrease his snappiness towards you. But he's just worried and sure as hell doesn't wanna lose you!
“Don't push yourself too much, alright? Tch, 'worried?', it's not like that so shut up, damnit! I just...don't want you to leave me in the dark anymore...”

very pedophilic art of Prowlbee
Very strange that you would say that considering that Bee isn't a minor. And on top of that you don't even have the gal to say it without being behind an annon. If you're gonna be stupid at least say it with full confidence.
Ok, I see a lot of people mistake Bee for being a minor, so we're gonna go over arguments and think about it for more than 2 seconds so that you can see how quickly that falls apart.
1) Ratchet refers to Bee as "kid". Ok, he also calls Bulkhead and Prowl "kid" and "young bots" at different points in the show.
2) Human Error. Bees Human Error design was meant to be a joke on his height
3) He acts young an immature. Ok??? So do I am I am an adult, it is literally just being called nerodivergent. That bot has ADHD and there will be no convincing me otherwise. On top of this, there are several times throughout the show where, when the situation calls for it, he will get serious and mature about a situation.
4) Bee was in the Autobot equivalent of a military boot camp for some time, and while yes, I know their society is different than ours and there is no reason for them to follow the same rules as the US when it comes to how old you have to be to enlist in the military, but at the same time this was a US produced and aired show and there is also no evidence to suggest that the Elite Guard was allowing kids to join.
Anyways, hope that clears things up.
I really need people to stop infantilizating Bee because he is nerodiverget, I have seen so much of that, and frankly, it is pretty disgusting. Adults are allowed to act immature and have fun, there is nothing wrong with it, and slapping the label of "child" on them for doing do is just wrong.
And one last thing:
You are allowed to not like a ship but if your reason for not liking it, isn't even there, or even worse, puts other people down or slaps bad labels on them then that is an issue and you need to stop. Just simply say, "I don't like the ship, it's not for me." And then cool that's it.
Anyways, I spent way too long writing this, I am going back to draw those boys kissing.

Now, I know a bunch of people who are super into Helluva Boss- so I get the loredump and have to watch the episodes because group participation so on so forth, but like, knowing what I know about the series, apology tour felt so fucked to me. I don't have any particular fondness for the series, trust me, i find it unbearable as is, and frankly, if not for the fandom and also Stolitz, I would most likely enjoy it- but do keep in mind that this is being written from a mostly analytical view, most of my personal feelings come threw nearer to the end, of course this is an opinion piece, but please do understand that I am solely referencing series for my claims, and I would literally rather be playing Proseka right now if it weren't for how deeply uncomfortable and distressing I find the public opinion on Stolitz, especially Stolas to be.[Please keep in mind that this was written through the lens of Stolas' poor Behaviour, While I do think Blitz is just as bad, this isn't about his actions, but why I find the series handling of him and Stolas, strange and awkward]
Especially after the absolute disaster of the full moon incident. Stolas is right to be mad at Blitz, sure-but after having even some time to reflect, he's acting in a way that feel off- I get that blitz was being really disrespectful and pushy, but can he really not see that he's also at fault for that? He made it sexual, encouraged it, set up this deal that put Blitz's Career at a moments notice and... then he acts almost without any guilt for making Blitz feel worthless and like a convenient object... I get he was passed after Blitz was pushy, and what Blitz said hurt, but something about the immediate attitude kills me- especially when Blitz wants to 'earn' his way to earth, it's a sign he feels like a discarded husk because Stolas neglected to do things in a way Blitz would understand- he knows Blitz takes things badly, he knows Blitz isn't very emotional available, even then, he's experienced that, he's seen it in Ozzie's, where his actions, however small, clearly had a huge effect on Blitz, and for him to not notice that makes it worse- Stolas is notably ignorant throughout the show, even Towards Octavia at times, but when he does it to Blitz and complains that it's 'about sex' its stupid, because he came on to Blitz, and Neglected to firmly tell him or stop him at any point- in the Circus, he knew that Blitz was stealing from him. He knew that. That's undeniable. He didn't care- he never reinforced that the sexual nature of their relationship was bad.
Stolas then calls up Blitz in Murder Family and sets up -the deal- this is an issue, Blitz is incredibly Vulnerable, in multiple ways at that moment. He is in very real danger with someone who is trying to kill him, while he is also now having to negotiate his job and make sure he can feed him, pay his staff and take care of his daughter- I don't fault Blitz in the slightest for just... agreeing. He has all the reason too, what does he have for stolas? Nothing, he has his pride, his service and his body, all things that Stolas can have from any imp in his castle.
I just, wish that Apology Tour was Handled differently, It's fine as is, but ultimately feels wrong, it feels like something else should have happened, the Episode after Stolas makes his largest mistake, because frankly, Blitz was justified in being angry, Stolas refused to give him a reason past sentimental emotional want which Blitz had be demonstrated to not be responsive too multiple times. It's infuriating, really. So to go into the Episode After stolas essentially causes the breakup by being obtuse, and also by refusing to change, because really, Stolas hadn't changed, this is Clear when he compared Blitz to Striker, really? He refuses to understand just how highly Blitz saw him, Blitz saw him as so far above himself, that he needn't not save him because- Stolas, to him, is virtually invincible, especially after truth seekers, it feels wrong to see Stolas say 'it's not an imp's place to protect a goetia.' Because it shows he hasn't changed, he said it sarcastically, but it actually showed what they both mean, Blitz says it because Stolas is Powerful, But Stolas does expect that, even as sarcasm, it carries this undertone that Stolas just, expects others to so as he pleases, and this still extends to Blitz.
So while I love the Episode, I feel that it's timing was poor, something else should have occurred, because After Stolas' Behaviour in the prior episode, to go into an episode about Blitz feels so wrong, or they should have highlighted some more of Stolas' flaws, yeah, they go over the usual, 'stolas is a hopeless romantic' shpeal, but I really feel that as a self contained episode, it's fantastic, but contextually lacking, and the scene were Stolas is drunken and talking to Blitz is charming, but, I really feel that it was almost done in the wrong order, I loved Blitz and Verosika, I have 0 issues with that as things are.
But Stolas, I know Viv knows that Stolas is too in his head, and that's fine, but I really feel like what bothers me the most, is actually the comments I read about People Justifying Stolas' actions- Because, really, he hasn't changed, he is frivolous with the people at the party, as always, but at the same time- he doesn't get it. Blitz is an Imp, Stolas is a Prince, they have entirely different situations. Blitz needed the book, Stolas needed this, and in his moment of weakness, got Blitz to agree to this deal he most likely thought was a trap.
He doesn't understand that the reason people like Striker hate the Royals isn't just because or all willy nilly, he wasn't listening, even the way he responds shows this, he was most likely to say 'I have no idea what you're saying' or something like that, immediately putting his self constructed world-view first- Stolas almost does this thing with he life where he thinks it sucks so much that nobody's life is worse- Him whining to Blitz (while he was drunk so ill take it with salt.) About wanting to be held shows this- he doesn't once consider that Blitz has experienced that very pain, that he has these issues with understanding how good he's got it- and it shows, Stolas, however poor his life is, is incredibly privileged, regardless of the horrible circumstances this incurred him; Him insisting that Blitz and him are totally equal in a way that implies that everyone would see it the same regardless of Stella, or Striker, or Blitz telling him that the class difference is noticeable and unavoidable. It doesn't matter because stolas doesn't wanna hear it.
Hell, what about his Butler imp, whom he physically harms and makes more than enough work for, the fridge scene should be noticed.
It deeply upsets me to see Blitz villainised by the audience, it does, because I can see so many relatable traits about his self worth in myself and others- and when people use anything to Defend Stolas while disregarding Blitz- because really, in Full Moon, and too an Extent some other episodes, Ozzie's and Western Energy, I see him being treated like an actual monster; Western Energy is super important for Blitz's development, it displays his inner workings with his views of stolas, this powerful demon prince who is basically immortal.
Ozzie's grates me because I've seen some opinions here and there where people blame Blitz for not wanting to be with Stolas romantically, disregarding that Blitz in his eyes basically just had Stolas himself display how humiliating it is to be with Blitz and how Blitz can never be loved.
So for Stolas to get mad at Blitz for being hurt and saying he thinks relationships are stupid bothers me because Stolas has now repeatedly hurt Blitz this way, The Arrangement, Ozzie's and now Full Moon- so while I believe that both Parties need to get over their individual issues and traumas Stolas' are infinitely more dangerous to the relationship because while Blitz miscommunicates and acts poorly, Stolas is basically in a state of complete disconnect from him and Blitz and also everything else, Stolas just thinks 'I need to change' and thinks he has. 'Things will be different' but no understanding as to what he or that even means.
Blitz ultimately ends up being the moat aware member of this relationship, because he is more than acutely aware of what he can lose, his life, daughter, friends, everything; Stolas is afraid of losing Octavia, but also doesn't think about it, because really, in terms of hurting people, he's just as Bad, he just never had the social circle to hurt, he's as Clumsy as Blitz at this, as careless, as reckless, but Unlike Blitz, Stolas is in over his head, overattached, he'd destroy the relationship at its most tender by not comprehending, overcompensating and a complete lack of self-awareness in his personal wrongdoings.
Blitz is really more of a threat to an informal relationship, because he's allowed to be in denial, he left Verosika after she got vulnerable, as he said, he cuts things off early, but Stolas, for his own self-perceived understanding, didn't read the Subtext.
Which is really annoying. Because he was basically relying on Blitz's ability to read Subtext and got maddened and frustrated and unreasonable when he couldn't, he's just getting mad at Blitz for something he also does. And this isn't at all to say that Blitz isn't also an asshole. He is, but I'm talking in the context of people exonerating Stolas too easily.
I just hope that we get an Episode truly going into Stolas' flaws the same way, because really, They are both as bad as eachother for love... and it cements to me, that this series should have had Stolitz be a B-Plot, because I find the series to be incredibly grating, because of them, as I said, I only watch it so I can talk to my friends about something they like- but, this was an issue within both Audience perception and pacing that really bothered me
