William Regal: *casually walks into Dynamite, sits down at commentary* Man in the mask, you’re looking positively scrumptious like a little biscuit I —
Excalibur: Didn’t you leave?
Regal: *continues like he said nothing* A little biscuit I’d like to nibble on thoughtfully between sips of my tea.

Baby’s First Revenge Part Six
Okay guys, getting close to the end of this story, maybe another part or two!
Read Part 1 / Part 2 / Part 3 / Part 4 / Part 5  here!
Hope you enjoy!
The next morning when Edith arrived at work, the atmosphere was uncomfortably silent. As she walked in, the other cast and crew members glanced at her and looked away quickly, unsure of what to say. Her footsteps echoed loudly in the studio, adding to the disconcerting quiet.
Edith's parents clutched her hands tightly, looking down at her with worried expressions. It was clear they were worried about how she was handling the news stories and her coworkers' reaction.
Charlotte gave them all a reassuring smile.
Really, as if this would be enough to break me.
She felt slightly exasperated. Freezing cold, starvation, desperate fights with her life on the line had been her norm for almost ten years of her previous life. A little awkwardness? She could handle it.
"Mom, Dad, I'm going to get changed into my costume and get my makeup done, why don't you touch base with the director in the meantime and see if any of this drama will affect my schedule."
The two parents looked at each other, unsure. "But sweetie, are you sure...?"
"Guys, go, you're stressing me out." Charlotte gave them a little push and headed towards her dressing room with a smile. She knew they meant well, but their constant need for reassurance that she was okay was starting to grind on her nerves.
She changed into her tattered costume, sighing with relief of being freed from the frilly dress her mother had picked out for her, and sat down in the makeup room, letting the artist start her work.
The young woman did her makeup in silence, not chatting idly like normal.
Charlotte wanted to roll her eyes, but controlled her facial expressions.
All this over a freaking news article? Geez, who knew it was this easy to get adults so riled up?
"Hey freak, heard the internet hates you!" A cheerful voice broke the silence, causing her to smile.
"Hey bastard, at least the internet knows who I am."
Brandon stepped back, clutching his chest with a dramatic expression. "Oh, ouch, you got me there!" He sat in the chair next to her, checking his reflection with a satisfied smirk. "And I'll have you know that my parents were legally married at the time of my birth."
"..." Charlotte stared at him, confused. "Congrats?" He sighed. "So you'll have to think of a more accurate insult than 'bastard.'" He patted her shoulder. "You're clever for a little girl, I'm sure you'll figure something out."
"I should have just let that guy beat your face in." Charlotte grumbled.
His smile faltered briefly, as he studied the bruise only barely hidden by several layers of makeup on her cheek. "You probably should have." He answered so seriously that it made her feel uncomfortable. "I'm not worth getting hurt."
"Brandon..." Charlotte's voice trailed off. She was good at a lot of things, but emotions, comforting others? Not really her strong suit.
He didn't wait for her to say anything else. "Let's get to work." They jumped out of their chairs, thanking the makeup artist before opening the door to the main hallway, only to be greeted by multiple flashes of light.
The hall was packed with reporters, each trying to push the other out of the way to ask a more intrusive question than the last.
"CHARLOTTE, can you give us a comment on rumors that your parents paid for you to get the part?!"
"Fans are disappointed that you don't look like Edith, thoughts?"
"Have you ever even read the book?!"
Brandon shook his head. "Who let you guys back here?! You shouldn't be in the studio!!! Leave her alone!" He tried to step forward to protect her, but Charlotte stopped him with a gentle smile.
"It's okay." She stepped forward, her eyes looking forward at them, and for some reason, the reporters stepped back. There was an atmosphere around her, one that clearly telegraphed the desire and ability to cause pain and suffering. It clashed with her cute appearance and petite frame, but even that dissonance was enough to give the reporters pause.
"Hello friends." She smiled, her voice calm, but many around her swallowed uncomfortably, sweating and looking for the nearest exit. "I understand you want to ask me questions, but this time is inconvenient. Please leave now, before we disrupt the filming schedule."
It was all said calmly, quietly, politely. Nothing in the words themselves was threatening. But every single reporter felt her gaze like a knife at their throat, and as a group they nodded and turned to walk away, nearly running in their haste to put distance between them.
"Idiot." Brandon gently brought a fist down on her head, not hard enough to hurt, but to catch her attention. She clutched at her hair, wincing and glaring at him, but he only smiled. "If you just threaten them all the time, how are we supposed to set the record straight?"
Charlotte frowned. "Well, they were threatening me first, I was just returning the favor."
"Well congrats, you're the scariest five year old the world has ever seen." He chuckled, grabbing her hand and pulling towards the filming studio. "But next time, maybe I should do the talking, so we can take a more... diplomatic approach."
She sighed, a slight grin tugging at her features. "Fine, we'll try it your way next time."
Hearing about what happened, the director immediately held an emergency meeting.
"HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?!" Mark paced the room back and forth, glaring at random crew members. "You all know that reporters are NEVER to be allowed on set without my express permission and an escort, yet a whole HERD of them show up at Charlotte's dressing room? And you expect me to think this was a coincidence?"
"..." The room was silent, everyone looked around uncomfortably, but no one spoke up.
"No one? Really? Fine. I'll look into it. If I find out any of you were involved, though. You're fired. No exception." He glared, falling into his chair with a loud sigh.
"Now how are we going to deal with the rumors about Charlotte?"
Peter held up his hand with a greasy smile. "I think we should consider recasting..."
"SHUT UP!"
"Shut. Up."
"I'll kill him."
The director, Lacy the acting coach and Charlotte's dad all spoke at once. Out of the corner of her eye Charlotte saw her mom wrestle the aluminum bat out of her father's hands and set it aside.
How did he even get that in here?!
Charlotte sighed with a rueful grin.
The director cleared his throat. "We are NOT recasting the lead. Charlotte was born to play this part, and with her acting, this movie will be amazing... we just need to convince the public of that."
"No matter how 'amazing' you think her acting is." Peter broke in, his eyes shining with amusement. "She's tainted goods now. The public thinks she paid her way in, and now they'll never accept her."
Now someone was holding her mother back... it looked like she had picked up the bat...
"I have an idea." Brandon spoke up, his quiet voice eerily loud in the sudden silence that followed.
Lacy stepped closer to him, kneeling down until they were eye to eye. "What is it?" She placed a comforting hand on his shoulder, obviously trying to encourage such a young boy to speak up in front of this large crowd.
If only she knew his true personality. Charlotte prevented herself from rolling her eyes, but just barely.
Brandon however, played right into it, nodding shyly before continuing. "Since the fans think that Charlotte paid to get the part, but we all know it's because she's actually amazing at it, why don't we just have a live broadcasted Q/A with the fans and allow them to see her in character as Edith?"
"Are you crazy?" One of the older actors spoke up, shaking his head. "She'd have to ad lib on the spot, answering questions as Edith, in front of a hostile crowd! They'll eat her alive!"
Brandon smiled. "I believe she can do it. And, after watching her work these past few weeks, can anyone else really say that she can't?"
"..." The room was silent.
Charlotte stepped forward, giving Brandon a grateful smile.
"Set up the Q&A."
"Charlotte," The director looked concerned. "Don't feel that you have to..."
"Don't worry." Her grin was confident. "I got this."
It didn't take the publicity team long to set it up. Given the furor on the internet around the "paid part scandal," it took only a few days to completely sell out tickets to a Q&A event that would be live streamed.
The room was crowded, filled with unfamiliar, unfriendly faces.
Charlotte sat on a chair on the stage, wearing her Edith costume and makeup, feeling at ease despite the tightly wound atmosphere.
This reminds me of when I went to confront Leonard's gang after Peter stole money from them.
She shuddered slightly at the thought. That fight had led to her accruing two gunshot wounds, breaking an arm and a long gash along her right thigh.
She had been afraid then. It was hard to be afraid now.
In the front row sat the director, Lacy and Brandon. Her parents were not in the crowd, held backstage by security after her father let it slip that if anyone were to be "less than nice" to his little girl that he wasn't afraid to "show them the error of their ways."
Brandon's face was pale, she could see he was regretting his idea to set up this Q&A. He tried to smile at her to reassure her, but wasn't able to completely hide his concerned expression.
Charlotte couldn't help but chuckle. When he acted like this, it was hard to remember that she didn't like him because he reminded her of Peter.
Because when he acted all protective and older brother-like... he reminded Charlotte of herself when she was his age.
It made her want to protect him instead of hating him.
And she wasn't quite sure how she felt about that.
Charlotte took a deep breath, faced the sea of hostile faces, and stood up and took her microphone with a smile.
"Hi everyone!" She greeted the crowd cheerfully.
"..." A tense silence was the only response. One fan muttered, "What a fake. She's nothing like Edith." Too which a general grumbling replied.
"I know you all have concerns about the rumors, about my parents buying a part and the author not liking me for my portrayal of Edith. But I can assure you, they didn't need to." The smile fell from her face, replaced by a determined expression and a threatening atmosphere. "I AM Edith."
The first fan stepped up to the microphone, a teenage boy with a disdainful look who pulled it off the stand with a angry jerk. "I don't want to hurt your feelings." He started off in a tone that indicated he very much wanted to do so. "But YOU don't look anything like what the book described."
"Really?" Charlotte raised an eyebrow. "And how is that?"
"The book describes edith as tall for her age, with a sharp gaze and a dangerous atmosphere." Looking her up and down, he snorted. "And we're supposed to believe that YOU were the best choice?"
"Ok. Let's start with that." Charlotte smiled stepping closer to the edge of the stage. Realizing that being nice wasn't getting her very far, she stopped pretending to be Charlotte the five year old girl. She also didn't pretend to be Edith, the fictional character
She was simply herself.
With a quick motion, she flipped off the stage, snatching the microphone from the startled boy's hand, leaping back up and tumbling with one hand to set herself right while sitting on the edge, her face only a few feet from her startled fan. She waved the microphone in the air, her stolen prize.
The whole scene had taken less than a few seconds.
"You see what I did there?" Her smile widened, her voice lowered, deeper, more threatening, at odd with her small frame. "I stole a microphone from your hands, while you were facing me. "
"You caught me by surprise..."
"How easy would it have been to cut your throat instead?"
"..." A stunned silence fell on the crowd. Charlotte laughed, a disturbing sound.
"If you ever come after me, or after Jordan?" She pointed at Brandon. "I'll destroy you. I'll make every worst nightmare you've ever had come true, and in the end you'll wish that I had just taken the easy way out. That I had just killed you."
She leaned forward, whispering into the microphone.
"Because it would just be that easy."
The fans stared at her with wide eyes.
"It's Edith."
"Holy crap, it's Edith in real life."
"The picture in the article was so misleading! Are they blind, she's totally the Edith from the book."
"I feel threatened just being in the same room as her! Too cool!"
The atmosphere of the room was changing, the anger quickly turning into excitement as they digested her performance. Even the boy who had accused her of looking nothing like the book approached her with a timid expression, holding out something in front of him.
It was a copy of "Searching for Silence" and a pen.
"Would you sign my book, Edith?"
Charlotte glared at him. "What's in it for me?"
Opposite to her reaction, his face split into a wide smile. "WOW you're so cool! Just like Edith!"
She finally conceded, signing his book, which led to the entire room lining up to get their book signed as well.
The event was on the right track when...
"What about the rumors that the author doesn't want you in the role?" An young man in his early twenties had grabbed the second microphone stand, spitting out the question with venom in his tone.
The crowd paused, clutching their signed goods and wavered.
"Maybe he knows something that we don't?"
"Crap, if the author's not happy..."
"What if she's only good at threatening people?"
"..." Charlotte sighed. What now? It didn't seem like she could just threaten them again. That was what she was good at though. Looking around the room of quickly shifting expressions, Charlotte racked her brain for a plan... and came up empty.
"YOU GUYS ARE IDIOTS!" A voice called out, breaking the awkward silence.
Charlotte turned in shock, just in time to see Brandon leap up on the stage.
"Aww that kid's so cute!"
"Cute? He just called us idiots!"
"So?"
"Shh! He's talking!"
Ignoring the murmurs, Brandon pointed at the crowd with a disdainful look. "How can you guys be so blind?! She's shown you a more realistic performance than most actors and actresses could only dream of, and you're still questioning whether she's right for the role?! HOW MANY FIVE YEAR OLDS DO YOU KNOW WHO COULD ACT THIS WELL?!" He threw up his hands with disgust.
"But..." The young man holding the microphone tried to speak up, but Brandon shouted him down.
"NO. No. This is ridiculous, and you want to know why?" He pointed at himself. "Because I'm the freaking son of the producers of this movie, and I got one of the lead parts. So let me ask you something..." He leaned down, glaring at the fan. "Why aren't there any rumors about me paying my way into my role?"
The young man backed away. "I- I don't..."
"Because this was never about 'a fair audition' or her 'being good enough.'" HE shook his head. "WAKE UP PEOPLE! Realize when you're being used by someone else! Being used to take down a talented little girl. You should be ashamed of yourselves!"
He grabbed Charlottes hand in his own and pulled her off the stage, throwing her mic on the ground as he left with her.
"Brandon...I'm sorry..."
"You shut up too!" He growled at her, upset. "You did nothing wrong! How dare they talk to you like that?!"
Charlotte followed behind him, unable to hide the smile that crossed her face.
When was the last time she had ever been protected, and not been the one protecting?
She had lived two lifetimes, but this was still a first for her.
"Brandon... Thanks."
He didn't turn to look at her, but the grip of his small hand tightened on her own. "Whatever."
His ears turned bright red and she laughed, feeling happy.
"DAMMIT!"
Peter threw his glass at the television in front of him, it struck the screen with a crash, splintered glass and sparks showered the ground. "HOW DID SHE ESCAPE AGAIN?!"
He had planned everything. Leaking the story to the press. Arranging to let the reporters back to her dressing room. Paying someone to pose as an annoyed fan, to try to rile them up after her first performance. It might have even worked, if that stupid little boy hadn't stepped in.
Why would he protect her?! Doesn't he know she'll only make him feel stupid, feel weak?!
He clenched his fists, wishing he could destroy the faces he had seen on the now broken screen.
Charlotte.
It was the same old Charlotte. He saw her during her "act." There was never a question in his mind during that moment. Her every action, her mannerisms, even her voice, were exactly like the girl in his memories.
He had lived by her side for more than ten years, spent every waking moment with her. He knew her better than anyone.
Peter had always had suspicions,watching the little girl. They seemed similar, but slightly different, and it seemed to impossible to even consider.
But the girl on his screen today. Her graceful movements when stealing the microphone, the triumphant smile when she threatened him... It was without a doubt the same girl. The Charlotte he had once knew.
The one he had murdered.
How had she come back?! Peter felt himself break out into a cold sweat. It should be impossible, something out of a fantasy.
Something needed to be done.
"So you came back to haunt me, huh Charlotte?" He whispered, thinking of her words when they first met. She had called him a liar, a fraud.
"But you underestimated me. Now that I know who you are, there's no holding back." He started to laugh, the mad sound echoing in his empty living room.
"I killed you once. And I can do it again."

I’ve seen several people categorizing who they think is safe or not in Infinity War and Avengers 4, and figured I'd throw in my two cents. Warning for spoilers below.
~~~
Totally Safe:
- Peter Parker: Obviously. He just got here and he's got more movies coming. I'm not sure they'd kill off a child anyway, but the whole “future of the MCU” thing is a great comfort.
- Stephen Strange: Same deal, he hasn't been here for long at all and Benedict has more films in the contract. He’s also been described as being a very important fixture in the MCU’s future so he's not going anywhere.
- T’Challa: Again, a newbie with a huge future ahead of him. They’re already discussing his sequels and calling Wakanda a mainstay. No way is anything happening to him.
- Bucky Barnes: Sebastian still has movies in his contract and I highly suspect they're going to have him take up the Cap mantle.
- Sam Wilson: That good old contract reassurance again. And while Bucky seems pretty much poised to become Cap, Sam is another possibility (though he's more likely to remain Falcon and help Bucky get his footing).
- Peter Quill: Chris Pratt is definitely here to stay. Both Peters have a 100% chance of survival.
- Rocket Raccoon: James Gunn already confirmed we’ll get Rocket’s backstory in Vol 3.
- Groot: Where Rocket goes, Groot goes. He’s fine.
- Mantis: Barely been here and confirmed for Vol 3.
- Scott Lang: I'd be shocked if they pulled anything with him. He's got a future ahead of him.
- Shuri: Literally untouchable. They wouldn't dare.
- Okoye: Ditto. The Black Panther cast is pretty much guaranteed to be protected.
- M’Baku: Before Black Panther came out I probably would have placed him elsewhere on this list but I honestly can't see them getting rid of him after his newfound popularity. (I know this was filmed before BP was released, but still)
Probably Safe:
- Gamora: I don't know what Zoe’s contract is like but I simply don't think they'd do it. Her story is far from over and killing her would be a dumb move.
- Natasha Romanoff: I’d be more worried about her if they weren't discussing a Black Widow movie. For all we know it’ll be set in the past, but it's enough to give me hope that she'll be alright.
- Thor Odinson: Same goes for Thor. For the time being, Chris is contractually finished, but the fact that he's talked with Taika about ideas for a Thor 4 makes me feel a lot better about his livelihood.
- Wanda Maximoff: They’ve already killed one Maximoff too many. Wanda has too much story left to tell, both on her own and with her relationship to Vision. To kill her before telling those stories would be a criminal misuse of the character. And I'm really hoping she sticks around long enough to meet Magneto if the X-Men get integrated.
- Vision: I put him here purely because I don't think he's been around long enough to kill off, and he doesn't need the Mind Stone to survive which means Thanos getting his hands on it does not automatically mark Vision for death. He's still potentially on thin ice, and I considered placing him as At Risk, but he probably has a future with Wanda to explore and I'm not sure they'd throw that away.
- Bruce Banner / Hulk: Pretty sure Mark still has a movie left on his contract after Avengers 4. From the looks of set pics, Hulk seems to run away at the end (again), so he's probably fine. However I am concerned about Bruce and whether he'll be completely buried inside of Hulk.
- Wong: Killing him would make sense as a personal blow to Stephen, but I'm sure he's still got a place in future Doctor Strange material. A Stephen without a Wong feels incomplete.
- Ramonda: Only because everyone’s parents are dead and I don't trust Marvel. She's probably fine but I've got my eye on her anyway.
- Pepper Potts: She probably won't be involved in any action therefore remaining in safety, but if the Rescue rumors are true and if she and Tony are married and possibly expecting any children, then she's just a little bit more at risk than she would have been otherwise.
- Happy Hogan: I’m literally only concerned about Happy because Tony made a throwaway comment in Homecoming where he told Peter not to stress him out too badly because he’s “seen his cardiogram”, implying a heart issue (probably because of what happened to him in Iron Man 3). I'm sure they'll be too busy to pay much attention to Happy whatsoever, but I mean, if anything is gonna give you a heart attack, it’s this disaster.
- Valkyrie: Pretty sure they've confirmed they have plans for her, but with all of the Asgardians in serious jeopardy, I'm still just concerned enough.
At Risk:
- Nebula: I would say that she's probably safe because Karen and the writers have expressed their love for exploring her character, but between her and Gamora, there are high chances that something bad will happen to one of them because of Thanos, and I don't see it being Gamora. With her quest for vengeance, she could all too easily find herself in the line of fire.
- James Rhodes: My only hesitation is that he's recovering from a serious injury from Civil War and I'm not sure they'd kill him after that, but otherwise, Rhodey is a prime target. He's been around for ages and he’s Tony’s best friend, so it would be very impactful for Tony as a character and for us as an audience.
- Clint Barton: I'd like to say they wouldn't do it because he has a family, but Marvel doesn’t seem to give a rip about Clint, which could either work against him or in his favor because it could mean that he's disposable or it could mean that they wouldn't find his death impactful enough to do it. Fingers crossed it's the latter, but I don't trust them.
- Drax: I hadn't been worried about him until Dave mentioned wanting to go back to wrestling, which would make it difficult to commit to acting gigs since they both take up so much time. I could see Drax going out in a blaze of glory trying to avenge his wife and daughter.
- Heimdall: I was worried enough about him as it was because the Asgardians clearly get attacked and I've heard pretty much nothing about Heimdall and his role in this movie (for months I didn't think Idris was even in it!), but then they released a toy where Thor has Heimdall’s sword with him and my anxiety skyrocketed. If they make me watch Heimdall die while giving Thor his sword with my own two eyes...
- Nick Fury: I have no clue what he's even supposed to do in this movie, but I figure he's important enough yet small enough of a role that they could get away with killing him (for real this time).
- Maria Hill: Same goes for her.
- Laura Barton: They'd better not touch a hair on her sweet head, but all I'm saying is that Clint will need an emotional push into the Ronin identity, and the comics where he had a family ended up with said family being violently murdered, so I have reason to be suspicious...
It Physically Pains Me To Say That They’re Most Likely Goners:
- Loki: Contrary to popular belief, I don't think he'll get killed in the first five minutes, or maybe even the whole first act, because he definitely has a role to play that requires him to live longer than that (and Feige has said that he'll be with Thanos for “a while” which is definitely longer than five minutes) and I think his character progression will be a key part of whatever that role is, but that character progression is also part of the problem, because I can 1000% see him sacrificing himself and/or being killed fighting against Thanos. No matter what happens, the chances of him going out as a hero are massive and I don't see him making it, whether that be in Infinity War or Avengers 4. When it comes to some of the people who are in A4 it's a little tricky because it may simply be whatever flashback/timeline/AU nonsense seems to be going on rather than them still being alive, so I can't begin to speculate on when his death will occur, but I'm pretty resigned to the idea that it will happen whether I like it or not (literally anyone could tell you that I don't).
- Steve Rogers: This one just feels like a sad inevitability. Killing such a huge character would cause a gigantic impact on the audience and the other characters. He would be a martyr that would make everyone else fight even harder so that his death wouldn't be for nothing, and Bucky could take on the Cap mantle. I already felt like it was luck that he made it out of Civil War, considering Steve famously dies in that comic, but now they're adapting yet another story in which he dies, and I know the MCU certainly doesn't always follow comics (and they've promised that despite the influence of the Infinity/Gauntlet comics, things will definitely be different) but I’m not sure how many times he can cheat death like this. And for the character, dying for a cause he believes in is the best possible way he could go out (and frankly the only way, how else would you off Captain America?), and he could be at peace in death with Peggy.
- Tony Stark: I need to preface this by saying that if they're writing Tony out, my emotional state hinges on him making it out alive and living happily ever after with Pepper and being surrounded by the people who love him, however I get a bad feeling that my emotional state is going to be completely screwed over, whether it's this movie or the next. Tony started all of this ten years ago, and much as I hate it, it makes sense from a writing perspective to cut off the head of the figurative snake as we move to the next decade of Marvel. And talk about an impact. There is no other death that would cause such earth shattering repercussions as his would, for the characters and for us. The Marvel Universe would be rocked to its very core. I used to be more hopeful about his chances for survival, but over time it's started looking worse for him and at this point I'd be more surprised if they let him live.
Chapter 5: Some Messages and entering Willesden Town!
❀Dakota❀
I woke up before the other three boys. Well, I woke up with Kota and Yuu cuddled against my stomach as I was practically curled into a ball. Pushing away from them and stretching look over at Sariel. He’s sleeping on his side facing us his wings were spread out behind him. This is the most relaxed I've seen him since I've met him. I’m glad I could actually get him to relax.
His eyes flutter open and with his eyelids half open he sits up. There’s some drool on the corner of his mouth and he looks around, “Morning,” I greet my voice being Kota’s instead of my own.
“Morning,” He said back and cracked his back and shoulders.
“You still sore? Do you need me to get any knots out?” I ask concerned that he loudly cracked.
“Oh no, I’m still quite loose, it’s just a part of my routine in the morning,” He answered rubbing his face.
“You sure?” then I head a small meow and look down. Yuu is stretching with his little butt in this air and Kota is laying and stretching his legs at the same time.  “Morning you two.”
“Morning,” Yuu squeaked in his higher pitched voice before poofing into his human form.
Kota and I did our routine where I changed him and then he changed me, “Dakota, Dakota,” Yuu sprang up and almost tackled me.
"Yes, Yuu?" I asked curiously.
“How did you make Sariel super relaxed like that?” He asked as Sariel pulled Yuu off me so I could sit up again.
"I just gave him a message and got some knots out of his back," I explained.
“Can you do me? That sounds really good!!” Yuu smiled wiggling his way out of Sariel’s grasp.
“Um…sure,” I look between Kota and Sariel to make sure it’s okay.
“We don’t have any missions to complete so I think we can take a small break for Yuu to get a message if he wants," Kota answered.
“Good, because you’re going first,” Yuu jumped over to Kota and tackled him to the ground. They wrestled and Kota ended up pinned on the ground.
"Wait for what? No, I'm not letting her use creepy whatever she did to Sariel," Kota protests and struggles.
I look up when Sariel sighs and crosses his arms, "It's not creepy. It is strange, yes, but it helps you relax and gets rid of aches and pains.”
“Just let her do it!!” Yuu motioned for me to come over and he got the struggling Kota’s top off and flipped him over. I made my way over and sit on his hips.
“It’s not going to hurt, I promise,” I smile as his tail hits my back.
I started massaging his back and finding knots. Working them out. Working my way around his back and when I think I have all the knots out I place one hand between his shoulder blades than the other just above his tailbone. "I need you to take a deep breath and hold it until I tell you."
“Fine,” He sighs and he does as he’s told. I have him hold his breath for a few seconds.
“Okay, exhale,” He does as I said and I press down on the two points of his back and a loud crack comes from his back and vibrates my arms. His entire body relaxes and all of a sudden poofs under me and he’s back in his fox form sprawled out. I start giggling as he doesn’t move from his spot.
“I don’t know how I feel so relaxed right now,” He sighs happily and stays there a few more minutes before I poof him back into his human form. Once we got him back up to his feet and he stretched, Yuu happily laid down on the ground with his shirt off and he let me get to work.
“I swear it’s some form of magic that you are able to do that,” Kota commented and I glance up at him to see him rolling his shoulder.
"It's not magic. It's just a message. My parents originally wanted me to go to college to be a chiropractor, but that didn't happen," I chuckle as I put my palm on Yuu's shoulder and then placed the heel of my other hand in the same location and worked on the next knot.
“What is a chiropractor?” Sariel asked and I look up at him.
“A chiropractor is someone who treats misalignments in the joints. So, say you have a pain in your hip and one of your legs is slightly shorter than the other when it normally isn’t, then your back needs to be realigned. That’s the kinda stuff a chiropractor does,” I explain to them.
“That’s so strange, then how would you go about realigning the back?”
“I’m not too sure how they do it, but there are a bunch of different techniques and whatnot that you have to learn, but what I do is nowhere near what a professional can do.” I work on the third knot. I keep working around Yuu’s body finding knots, “How often do you actually stretch Yuu? You have so many knots I don’t know how you aren’t stiff as a board.”
"Hmmmm....I really only stretch if I’m in my cat form, other than that I don't do it often,” He answered simply and I sigh a bit.
“No wonder you have so many knots,” I run my hands up his spine and end up placing both hands in the same spots I did with Kota. “Take a breath and hold it.” He did what I told him, “And exhale.” He did what I was told and then I pressed down and there was a loud crack from his back. He relaxed the same way that Kota did, but he sadly didn’t change into his very adorable cat form.
“Oooohhh, yeah,” Yuu sighed in relief.
The three of us chuckled. “I’m glad that you feel better,” I got up off him and after a few moments we helped him back up to his feet and he got his shirt back on.
“Thank you!!! That was amazing,” He bent back a bit more and stretched a bit more before we finished packing up and left.
“Come to think of it…did the queen tell us where we have to go?” I ask the three boys.
They all stop walking so I stop as well, “I don’t think we were told, now that I think about it.”
“Um…Sariel, is there any way you can contact your queen and ask her where we need to go? We don’t even know what kingdom Dakota’s body is in,” Kota sighed.
He stood there and thought about it and then gave a soft “Uuuuuuhhhhh.”
“It’s okay, we’ll just go to the next town and see if we can’t find any rumors on anything,” I offer.
“It would be better than backtracking," Kota points out. “Let’s go to the next town.”
With that, the four of us started towards the next town. We took a break now and then and stopped to make food. It took s two days to make it to the next town. “What’s this town called?” I ask.
"Willesden. It’s one of the more busier towns. It’s where a lot of trading goes on. It’s kinda a border town between the angle domain and the centaur race,” Yuu explained.
“Oh!” I chirp up, “So, is like the town split in half for the culture? Or does it intermingle?”
“It intermingles, but here is a really good way to find some information,” Kota smirks at me and puts an around Yuu’s shoulder.
“We’ll go restock on herbs and other ingredients I need along with trying to figure out some info, would you two be willing to go restock on food, flint, and what else may be needed that you can think of,” Yuu asked us.
“Also, if you two happen to come by any interesting quests that we can do while were around this area don’t be afraid to pick it up,” Kota smirked at us. “Especially if it has a fair bit of Rubies as the reward. Or you know something that we may need for the trip.”
“But we don’t even know where we’re going,” I point out to him again.
"Who knows, even if we don't get any information in this town, maybe your soul will be like a little radar and we'll be able to find your body that way," Kota mentioned and I sigh.
"Where would you like to meet up there after we get our supplies?" I asked raising an eyebrow.
“I’m thinking The Bright Moon Inn, Sariel, do you know where that is?” Yuu questions and I look over at Sariel and see him nod, “Awesome!! Then let’s meet there at dusk. That way we can discuss what we found out and what quests we’ll be doing over dinner and a good night’s rest that doesn’t involve the occasional rock in your back.”
“Sounds good to me,” I smile at him.
“We can do that,” Sariel also agrees and then I look up at him as he looks down at me, “Shall we get going then?”
I nod and smile at him, “Sounds good to me.” I slide over next to him and wave at Kota and Yuu, “We’ll see you two at dusk! Good luck getting your half of the supplies.”
“We’ve got this covered. Good luck on your end,” Yuu laughs and then Kota and Yuu turn around and head in the opposite direction.
Sariel and I start in the other direction from Yuu and Kota and I can't help but look around at all the amazing new sights and see so many different races, "Dakota," I snap to attention when I hear Sariel call me. He got ahead of me.
“Ah! S-Sorry,” I weave through people to get back over to him.
“Give me your hand, I don’t want to lose you in this town,” I saw the slightest blush spread across his cheeks as he held out his hand to me.
I giggle a little and take his hand, “It’s probably for the best.” I take his hand and grab his forearm lightly with my other hand. We then make our way through the crowd together to head to the first store for supplies.
«❀»❀«❀»❀«❀»❀«❀»
»Kota«
Yuu and I walked away from Sariel and Dakota, “Is it a good idea to leave them alone, with what happened yesterday and all?” Yuu mentioned as I look over at him and smile.
“I think that they’ll be just fine. Sariel is probably on high alert because of yesterday and it’s always a good way for him to be able to redeem himself if something does happen,” I mention, “Besides he was training to be a battle angle, he’s more than capable to protect her.”
“True,” Yuu said still sounding a bit worried, “Come on Yuu, let’s go check out the bulletin first and see if there aren’t any quick jobs that we could do before meeting back up with angle boy and body snatcher,” I chuckle.
“We can do that. I don’t have to get too much and we’ll only have to go to one or two shops at most.” Yuu smiled back at me and I grinned.
“Then let’s go!!” I point forward and the two of us weave ourselves through the crowd and make it to the bulletin board that is in the town square. It’s a rather large board that’s covered with a roof for when it rains. There’s a wide range of quests that are on these boards. Almost every town that we’ve been to have had these boards.
“Oh, here’s a quick one,” I look over at Yuu as he pulls a piece of paper down, “I know exactly where we can find this.” I nod and go back to looking at the board.
“Oh, hey, this one is in the same area as that one,” I pull down a piece of paper. This quest was to get one dozen fresh bamboo branches from the Lulon forest.
"Lulon forest, that's about a ten-minute walk from the stream we have to go to for the cattails. Looks like it's by the same person too. Along with three hundred Rubies between the both of them. Not bad, should definitely cover what we need to get on top of a room for the night." I look at Yuu and we both nod taking the papers we go to the local tea shop that the bottom of both papers say to go. The tea shop was somewhat empty, only a few people in enjoying tea. We go up to the counter where a man around our age is standing at the counter.
“Good morning sir, we saw these two quests on the board in the town park, we were wondering if you knew who posted them by any chance,” I ask placing the two sheets of paper on the counter.
“Why yes, I was the one who posted them yesterday evening. I’m pleased to see them picked up so soon,” The man smiled at the two of us.
“We would like to take care of these for you if that’s alright,” Yuu returned his smile.
“Of course! It would be a great help. My wife has been away so I can’t get the time to go and run those two errands myself. Thank you so much for the help.”
“We’ll head out then,” I nod happily.
“When you come back with the bamboo you can bring it to the back of the shop, please and thank you.”
The two of us head out towards the west exit of the city. We passed the stream where the cattails were located and went straight to Lulon forest. This side of the forest is a heavy bamboo thicket. Even though we could just cut right from the beginning of the thicket we weave our way in a little ways in so we can find green bamboo and chop them down. Once we had the dozen of bamboo reeds cut down and successfully moved them out of the thicket we split the load and went back to the river. There we find the cattails, considering we weren't given a specific amount we grab one dozen of those and then we make our way back. We stop every now and again so I can feel my arms before picking up the bamboo again and continuing. We get back into town people move out of our way because of the bamboo. Making our way back to the teashop I go to the back while Yuu splits off and goes to the front to let the man know that we've returned. He's very pleased with what we bring back and hands over the reward money.
Thanking the man, we then head out to do our shopping. Just as we thought it only took two shops to obtain what Yuu needed and a couple of other herbs that we just figured why the heck not. “That was a nice, quick little quest,” I sigh happily as Yuu and I sit down just outside the dumpling shop with a small plate of dumplings and a cup of tea to share.
“Mhm, and we didn’t have to touch anything from our rubies that we brought with us,” Yuu agreed as I pick up a stick of three dumplings.
“Though, I haven’t heard anything of rumors wise yet,” I sigh a bit disappointed.
"Same, but at the same time, it's a good thing because it means that we're not being hunted just yet," My best friend points out as I look over at him with a dumpling in my mouth.
“True…” my voice muffled by the dumpling as I chew it. Swallowing before continuing, “If we have to stick to our animal forms for a few days then that’s what we have to do. Sariel and Dakota shouldn’t be targeted.”
"They will if people tell them they've been traveling with us," Yuu sighs and rubs the back of his head as I hold out the dumpling stick to him. He gingerly takes it from my fingers and holds it on his own.
“Hopefully it won’t come down to that. We both know what kinda trouble we get into, so we have two others to look after, but who knows, maybe having the two of them will help in the long run.” I offer as he takes the second dumpling off the stick and pops it into his mouth.
“Mhm,” Yuu hummed as he chewed.
I looked up at the sky and smiled, “You know, I still owe you for sticking up for me back in the angel’s domain. I know that the queen wasn’t listening, but I did and I really appreciate it. I want to make it up to you. So, whatever you want I’ll do.”
He finished the dumpling and swallowed. Staring at me with his ears back he started blushing and rubbed the back of his head with his spare hand, “Of course, I would! You’re my partner and you’re my best friend and I couldn’t do much of anything really…” He pouted a little.
I place a hand on his back and smiled softly at him, “The point is you tried and I want to give you something as a thank you for trying. Even if you can’t think of anything now just give it a thought and tell me when you want. Whatever you want, I’ll be happy to do.”
He set the dumpling down on the small plate and leaned against me as he pleased his hand on my lap, “Just be more careful next time okay?”
"I'll try my best, but that's not what I was talking about for whatever you want me to do. This is for you and to make you happy. Me trying to be more careful is something that I have to try to do anyway. Considering we now have muscle angel with us, I'm sure he's not going to really allow us to do anything reckless unless it's the last thing that can be done." I lean against him as well as we sit there and watch people go by, paying us no mind. "Just think about it okay? I know that I can't-do too much because I'm using magic to keep this form right now, but when I get my own body back, you better have something in mind by then, okay?" I chuckle.
Yuu turned his head to look away from me and laughed a bit, "You being safe, because of our conditions, will make me happy. And when you get your body back and you've been less cocky about everything maybe then we can do something about a reward for the both of us."
"Yuuuuuu," I whine and lean into him more, "But I wanna make you happy and feel loved before then. We don't know how long this is going to take." I flick my ears and shift myself a bit as I drop my ears back and stand up slightly so I can whisper in his ear. "And this time we won't be drunk, I'll be happy to pleasure you in whatever way you want." I whisper sexually into his ear before sitting back down and picking up the stick that had one dumpling left on it and pulled the dumpling off and ate it like I said nothing, "It's your call, though Yuu. I'll do whatever you want. You are the master." I said through a mouth full of dumpling.
I look at Yuu out of the corner of my eye and his ears were straight up and there was the rare stupid happy cat grin that he gets when something really good happens and then his face flushed a bright red and he quickly covers his face with his hands and falls off the bench that we're sitting on and starts to mumble things that I can't understand into his hands. I chuckle a bit and pick up the tea and take a sip of it. While you have that topic on your mind is there anything else that you would like to do before sundown? We could try to find another quick mission or walk around town and see if there’s anything new. It’s completely up to you.” I smile and set the cup down so I can get Yuu up off the ground.
Pete Dunne┊untitled┊ chapter two
          Note: I literally just got into Pete Dunne not so long ago. And this idea sort of came to me, so I’m going with it? I pray to the gods of writing I do not massively fuck this up and if I have I am so very, very sorry. This is actually going to be a few parts, and now we have the actual ( and sort of awkward)  date.. The third one, I’m not sure yet. Still working on it. Anyway, again apologies if it sucks. - Love, Amber.
PS.. If anyone has a title suggestion, gimme. I literally gave myself a headache trying to think of one. And this story is gonna be angsty a little bit, and it deals loosely with like... toxic relationships ( in Jen’s past) and the damages they can do to a person, ( Jen’s insecurities/behaviors.) So yeah.. Angst and fluff and smut, oh my.
chapter one <<
Tagging: @alexablss, I love you and you’re so amazing for all your input so far. Also, I wanna thank everyone who’s reblogged/commented so far. Honestly, I thought people would hate it.
Tumblr media
                                                      { later that night} I'd been pacing for at least an hour, tops. Charlotte was cracking up as she watched me doing what I do best, tormenting myself. I hadn't even realized that it was time for Pete to show up and pick me up.
"Wish me luck?" I gave her a quizzical look as I grabbed the shoes and slid them onto my feet. Charlotte, of course, threw open the door and jokingly told Pete that if he didn't get me back to her unharmed, by midnight, then something might mysteriously happen to his singlet. Then she folllowed that up with a laugh, "Just kidding, Pete.. But if you hurt her.. There will be consequences. We're clear?"
"Crystal." Pete looked not even a little fazed by the vague threat my very overprotective best friend made and I cleared my throat, looking up at Charlotte. "We'll be good mom, I swear."
"No, don't do that. You always do that.. I want you to be a little bad tonight." Charlotte gave me a wink and then shooed me towards the door when I felt my skin heating all over. Pete was chuckling and once the door was shut behind us, I asked him what was so funny.
"Do I really scare ya that bad?" "No, I just.. I don't go out with guys I don't know." "I figured as much. Look, I can promise ya I'm not a serial killer." he flashed this softer smirk at me as he pushed down on the button at the elevator and I gasped a little when I felt him brush against me from behind.
"Relax." his breath was warm against my ear, and the sound of his voice.. It relaxed me somehow, I swear to God, despite my not even knowing anything about him beyond his name and that he was on the NXT brand and potentially about to become main roster according to Charlotte and her friends Becky and Bayley.
And Dana, she'd told me Pete was a serial dater, that he had the reputation of being a bit of a flirt. Or so she'd heard. That she only knew that for the most part, if he wasn't talking to Tyler, a friend of his, he mostly kept to himself.
Which was a contradiction in itself, but it definitely had me curious. "I'm trying." I found myself mumbling back, our eyes meeting in the chrome doors of the elevator just before those door slid open and with his hand on the small of my back, we stepped inside. "If you don't want to do this.." he purred, his breath against my bare neck again making me bite my lip, bite back a low whimper. I spent about a second mentally kicking myself for not just throwing myself into this and seeing what might happen and then I decided…
I need to loosen up. And tonight, I'm going to start.
I turned and found myself pressed against him because the elevator came to a sudden and jerky stop. He steadied me and chuckled. "There it is again."
"What?" "The way you blush." he started, our eyes meeting, not breaking for a second. I could literally feel the air leaving the small space we were standing in. His hands slid down to my hips and I felt my teeth pull at my lower lip. He was leaning in a little closer now. His hand raised, leaving my hip and going to my hair. He tucked the strand behind my ear.
The door to the elevator slid open and more people stepped on, forcing us a little closer together. I swallowed hard and worked on my nerve. Finally, I raised to tiptoe, using his tie to tug him down closer to my lips and mumbled directly into his, "I wanted to do this. I just don't get why you wanted me to be your date tonight…"
"Because when I saw you in the lobby with Charlotte on Monday, I saw something I wanted." he pulled me closer to him, our lips were brushing with each word we spoke. I knew the other people on the lift were staring uncomfortably and yet I didn't care.
"Me?" I pointed to myself, the shock on my face obvious. I still wasn't sure what about me caught his attention or if this was all leading up to some sort of practical joke, but I did know that he was stirring things up in me. I could feel myself loosening up a little more.
"Yes you. Don't seem so shocked." Pete muttered back, capturing the hand I'd been pointing at myself with in his hand and raising my hand to his lips, brushing his lips against my hand. I felt my knees weakening and then the elevator was opening in the lobby and there were a lot of people milling around, dressed up, apparently all heading to the same place as we were. "Fuck." I muttered and Pete chuckled and whispered against my ear, "What?"
"I'm not.. Crowds.. I don't do well in them." "Relax." and there it was again, that tone that relaxed me before. I felt it happening again and instead of spending all my time questioning it, for once I just let go. We made our way out to the parking lot finally and the coolness in the air had me shivering. "Cold?"
"A little bit." I admitted, smiling to myself a little when he moved closer to me and slid his jacket over my shoulders. There's something about him.. Despite every mixed rumor I've heard about him, I get this feeling that he's a private person, that stuff like tonight just might be as huge for him as it is for me. I didn't know what to make of it, really. It felt good, being with him. I didn't feel like I had to pretend to be everything but I really was for the first time in a really long time. Like all my quirks and my flaws, the very things that had driven my ex Michael away, they weren't even an issue to Pete.. And he barely knew me.
{ that's just an affirmation of what Charlotte and her father were always telling you about Michael. He really was a prick and maybe he didn't deserve you after all… But you better be careful. Don't go falling head over heels with Pete, either.} I thought to myself as Pete opened the door to let me get into the car, his eyes roaming over me as I lowered myself into the seat and the slit in the dress revealed almost all of my leg. He bit his lip and I could have sworn I heard him groan quietly.
Once we were in the car, his arm went around me and he pulled me closer. We'd just gotten to the actual ceremony and into our seats when Charlotte found me and sat down, whispered into my ear, "How's it going? He's behaving, right?"
"Yeah." I whispered back. "There's an afterparty at Nikki's.. You've got to go, okay?" she was giving me the pleading face and Pete spoke up, "We might stop by."
"You better." Charlotte gave him a pretend smug grin and then I laughed softly. "She's like the big sister I never had?" I explained and he nodded. "It's okay." he answered, eyeing me for a few seconds before asking, "Why do you sound like you're apologizing for literally everything you do or say?"
"I don't know.." I trailed off, worried that somehow, my stupid insecurity, my overall feeling that I'd mess this up before it even got to the good part was actually going to happen now and I had just done that. Instead, his arm slipped around me and he leaned in, whispered in my ear, "You don't have to. If I didn't want to be here, with you, I wouldn't. No one ever makes me do something I don't wanna."
I nodded, giving him a reassuring grin and I did feel a little better at hearing the words. The ceremony seemed like it flew by and before I knew it, we were getting in the car and I surprised myself when I admitted out loud, "I'm honestly not a fan of really big parties."
"Me either." he answered, flashing a smirk as he put something into the GPS and then turned off on another street. I eyed him and he smirked and laughed. "Uh uh. No peeking." When we stopped in front of this nearly abandoned café, I couldn't help but laugh softly. "Are they even still open?"
"Light's on. They better be, I'm starved." Pete said as he got out, coming around and letting me out. Our eyes met again and I bit my lip, smiling a little. We walked into the café, taking a back booth. I was sitting across from him and I slid my shoes off, giving a relaxed sigh as I told him "So glad these shoes are off. I spent over half the night afraid I would fall or cause some kind of massive fuck up."
He eyed me, looking like he wanted to laugh and I explained to him what happened to Charlotte and I on the night of our senior prom when we were in high school. He told me about some of his less than amazing moments while wrestling and our food came. He dug in, grimacing at the cheeseburger I'd ordered. I raised a brow and he explained through a mouth full of salad, "I'm vegan."
"You're vegan.." I repeated it, definitely curious about him now, because I just assumed that like most men, he'd order half the menu items that had faces.. It also suddenly made me feel bad about eating my burger in front of him. When I sat it down, he shook his head. "You can eat it. It's not like it bothers me."
"I just.. Nevermind." I quickly realized that I was doing it again, the apologizing thing that I learned to do frequently whenever someone didn't like something I did or said. After doing it so long, it turns out, it was a harder habit to break than I thought. And again, Pete asked me about it.
{ might as well tell him what a walking emotional disaster you are now.. Before you're dumb enough to get too attached.} and with that thought, I took a deep breath and I did something I've only done twice in my life.. I told him everything.. From the way my parents were to my most recent breakup and exactly why we'd broken up. I figured that he'd be signalling for the check when I finished with a long pause during which I took a long sip of my soda, but to my surprise, he looked at me thoughtfully.
I bit my lip and the silence that followed my whole 'story' couldn't have been any more awkward if I tried to make it so. Finally, thinking I'd bow out with a little class, I put on this big show of being tired.
Surprised me when he saw right through it. "So now you'll what? Run?" he asked, his eyes pinning mine in a penetrating look. I shrugged and then looked at my hands… " Do you really want to go back to the hotel?"
{tell him yes. You know what'll happen because like an idiot, you told him everything that makes you weak. He knows now that you're pathetic and gullible. At least have the good sense to leave now before you really can't… What if he's like Michael all over again? Or your mother? Or what if he's using you.. C'mon, it is a little fishy that he actually wanted to take you out on a date.}
It's messed up when you can't enjoy a situation for what it is without waiting on the other shoe to drop. But, when you've gotten so used to doing it, it's second nature.
"Well?" he asked the question again. I took a deep breath. "No.. But I…"
He shook his head. "So we'll drive around. If that's what you want." his eyes fixed on me again and I bit my lip. In my mind, I was already seeing just how big of a disaster this could become, but then, I heard Charlotte's sort of pep talk from earlier.
And oddly enough, I took the risk. "Yeah. I'd like that.. I've never been here before and unlike you guys, I don't get to travel a whole lot." I admitted, giving my best smile, letting him pull me up from the booth at the diner. I think by the time I got back to the hotel, it was already 2 am and we'd stopped for drinks in the hotel bar.
"I had a really good time tonight." I smiled, and catching myself -- and him, totally by surprise, I raised to tiptoe, pressing myself completely against him, and I pulled him into a kiss. His hands found mine, pinning them against the door as he deepened the kiss and really pressed his body into mine, mumbling into my mouth, "Doesn't have to be over."
"It doesn't but.." I looked up at him as the kiss broke. Biting my lip, I tried to catch the breath his kisses stole and once I'd done that, I tried to totally pull myself together. It's harder to do when he's still pressing into me, his hands all over me and he's saying these nice things, things I've always wanted to hear and people always seem to say and never mean. I pulled his lips back against mine and threaded my fingers through his hair, earning this low and seductive growl from him as he stopped everything to look at me, trailing a thumb across my kiss swollen lower lip. "But you're right." Pete muttered quietly.
{ IDIOT! YOU WANTED HIM! WHY THE FUCK COULD YOU NOT JUST LET IT HAPPEN?}
"I'll see you around." I gave him a smile, trying my best to actually be positive and not let the negative thoughts in my head right then weigh me down and take away from the way the night had been really good, tainting it or spoiling it, both things I seemed to be so damn good at doing.
"Are you busy tomorrow? I just 'ave to go to the gym, but after.." Pete asked me and I bit my lip, shaking my head. "All I was going to do was go sight seeing a little before I have to pack and get ready for my flight out at the end of the week." I admitted and Pete gave a smirk.
He leaned in, his hands gliding down my body, gripping my hips as he pulled me into another kiss and then disappeared onto the elevator.
WrestleCorp News: Reby Sky Burns Bridges, TNA Signing Former Star?, Jarrett Talks Hardy’s Departure and More!
Tumblr media
Greeting member of the Space Monkey Mafia!  Yesterday’s post doesn’t technically exist, as I decided to do a video response to the Hardy’s leaving TNA, which you can view at the bottom of the article.  So that moved any pro wrestling news as a whole to the back burner but don’t worry we’re back today.  So lets hop in.
Reby Sky Burns Bridges - While I’ve defended Reby the past, I have to call a spade a spade.  She went over the line and really turned this situation messy when it didn’t need to be.  The issue apparently stems over TNA wanting to claim the Broken universe as theirs (we’ll get to that), so Reby went on a tirade about it, and essentially assured she’d never return to the company.  Kind of paints Awesome Kong in a better light after their 2016 brush up.  The tweets are largely inconsequential, as she would be slapped with a huge lawsuit if she did “hold the titles hostage” or “melt them down”, plus it’d paint the Hardy’s in a very bad light, as many contribute their time in TNA as salvaging their careers.
TNA Claims Broken Trademark - Who created the “Broken Universe”?   Well, if you said Matt Hardy, you’d be half right.  See, TNA’s long time employee Jeremy Borash is often credited as helping bring the Broken Universe to light.  A lot of his ideas and influences are in the product, to a point that it’s arguable he had just as much influence and say over the gimmick as Matt Hardy did.  So for TNA to want to retain a property they see as their intellectual property isn’t absurd at all.  Borash and TNA have more claim to it than the WWE does to Cody Rhode’s last name.  Also, even if Reby and the Hardy’s are sole owners and TNA is overstepping their bounds, don’t air this nonsense.  TNA helped rejuvenate your family’s career.  If it wasn’t for them, the WWE would never of taken a second look at the brothers.  Have some dignity.
Jarrett Comments on Hardy’s Situation - Jeff Jarrett tweeted out for different tweets recently that put together read;
For the record, it's Impact Wrestling's corporate policy not to make any comments on talent contractual matters.  I personally wish nothing but continued success for Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy and Drew Galloway.  All three of them are fantastic talent and wherever they land they will obviously do very well. Wrestling business can be tough at times, but one thing is for sure t he business is ALWAYS changing! Ready for Universal Studios and can't wait for Thursday!
Compare this to Dixie Carter’s scathing statement on AJ Styles reneging on the TNA deal last January and it’s like night and day about the status of the company.
New Head of TNA Creative - TNA is thankfully clearing house at the moment.  Matt Conway and John Gaburick have been removed from there creative positions in the company, following David Lagana’s November departure from the creative team.  Conway is gone from the company at the moment, while Gaburick will be retained in a different role.  Replacing them will be Jeff Jarrett, Scott D’Amore, and new head creative writer, Dutch Mantell.  Mantell was given a lot of praise from 2004-2009, and was a big reason why the KnockOuts were so over.  No word on if Chris Park (Abyss) or Madison Rayne will be involved in creative, as they had at times in the past year.
TNA Bringing Back Major Name? - It’s not a surprise to hear this name attached to Jarrett’s return to TNA, as he tends to follow him around a lot.  Various sources are saying that Matt Morgan’s rumored return to pro wrestling will be with TNA and could happen as soon as this weeks tapings.  The last time Morgan was in TNA was for a brief feud with Bram at the 2015 Slammiversary event, which also saw Jarrett’s brief return to the company.  Morgan has changed his body, having a more muscular look as he’s since taken up body building.  Morgan has always had a passion for pro wrestling.  Despite being a “Vince Guy” in an era where fans didn’t respect a majority of WWE talent, Morgan proved he wasn’t in it for just a paycheck and fame, competing and improving himself over the course of his career.  When Hogan came in, Morgan was misused and ultimately left the company due to their awful booking of him.  Morgan has since gotten a 9-5 but still has an itch for the business. Morgan has said he loves his current job and can’t see him leaving it, but working a part time role in TNA, where he takes two days off a month to go film for them, while touring on the weekends makes all the sense in the world.  After all, recently deceased hall of famer George Steele was known to only work weekends because he was a full time school teacher.  Tito Santana also adopted that schedule as well in his later years.  So TNA just makes the most sense for Morgan.
