We never go out of style
Summary: Pedri agrees to let you be his stylist for the day and change his wardrobe for the better.
Warnings: cursing.
A/N: a little something because I know how much we loved the Mercier look for the party. He looked so good, and I couldn't help myself thinking about what it would be to help him change his style.
"Can I be your stylist today?" You ask Pedri
You notice how he's looking for an outfit for the reunion at Pablo's house. He loves a good blue jeans and some random t-shirt he has.
But you know he got some pr sent to him from the Brand Mercier, and you already made a few outfits in your head for him.
"I promise it will look good in the end." You smile.
He narrows his eyes to you, not sure about that. He knows you have an amazing style, but he's not the type to take a lot to get dressed.
"I'm not sure if I want to try a new style today, preciosa."
You pout, all your ideas for his outfit thrown down now that he declined your offer of styling his outfit.
"Can I at least give you a recommendation?" You ask. He nods, moving to let you pick something and showing it to him. "What about this?"
You grab some white muslin cargo pants, a plain black shirt, not too tight, not too loose. And pair it with his white D&G portofino sneakers.
"If you don't like it, I get it, but at least give it a try."
You go back to finishing your hair, letting him decide if he wants to wear the clothes you picked or if he wants to go with his own picks.
"Ready, preciosa?" He asks.
You turn, noticing how he's wearing the outfit you picked for him. You smile at him, loving how the outfit fits his aura.
"You picked my choice!"
He laughs at how excited you look. "I did, me veo bien?" (Do I look good?) He asks, posing for you.
"Muy guapo." You hug him, giving him a small peck. "Let's go, we don't want to be late."
When you two arrive at the reunion, Pedri gets a lot of compliments. Every room he enters, a compliment. Every person he greets, a compliment.
"Platanito." Ferran shakes him by the shoulders. "Joder! You got better at dressing yourself or what?" He jokes.
Pedri smiles, rolling his eyes at his friends tease. "I got myself a stylist." He laughs, turning to you.
"Finally!" Pablo says. "That person did an amazing job because this suits you."
You smile, not revealing you are the creator of his outfit. Letting him get all the compliments and the attention.
"Can you help me with my outfit?" He asks you from the closet. "Por favor."
You were watching a movie with him, but he got a call from his agent to go to a quick meeting with him and some other players that were represented by him.
"Si, let me pull you something together."
You take a few minutes to pick the right things. Not wanting to go out of his comfort zone but not wanting the skinny jeans to make a comeback.
"Do you have your blue sambas?"
"I do. I never thought I was going to wear them, but I think I was wrong."
"Put them on. It will make a difference with the outfit."
You let him finish his dressing on his own, walking to his bathroom and picking his favorite perfume.
"Let me spray you." You ask him, signaling him to open his arms so you sprayed his chest area. "That's it."
He smiles, taking a turn to show you his outfit, you smile at how confident and happy he looks.
"A model," you joke. Pecking him. "Go already, so you can come back quickly." You jokingly push him out of the room.
He got the same reactions he got at the party, everybody was telling him how amazing he looked.
How this new style fits him better than the skinny jeans, how it makes him look more mature and more presentable.
He was over the moon with how many people around him and even on the internet because Fer sent him some tweets he saw were praising him.
"I need your stylist number." Ferran says. "I want to update my closet."
He smirks. Nobody knew it was you because you let him have the shine and the praise. "You have her number already."
"Really?" Ferran sks, confused. "Is someone we met before?"
"It's Y/n." He confess.
Ferran was surprised. He praised how good you were at styling your outfits, but he never thought Pedri would agree to change his comfort style to experiment.
"Would you be mad if I ask her to help me with my style?"
Ferran is your friend, you two have a good relationship. But he asked pedri first because he didn't want things to get misinterpreted.
"Just don't copy my new style." He jokes. Hitting Ferran on the head. "Adiós, tiburón. See you at training."
Pedri drove back to his place. You were waiting for him there. He walks into his room, noticing you were playing on his iPad.
"I'm back, amor." He got closer, kissing your forehead.
"Hola!" You grab his cheeks. "How was your night?"
He taps his nose to yours, rubbing it in an Eskimo kiss. You love it when he does that. "I missed you." He kisses your nose and your cheek.
"Missed you too."
He hugs you, you wrap your arms around him and pushed him down with you. Making him lay down on top of you.
"Ferran asked me if it was true that I was the one who is behind your new style."
"Es un tonto." He laughs. "He wants you to help him too. But you're not allowed to give your best ideas to him, save those for me."
"You always get the best of me, guapo."
"As I should." He laughs, kissing you.
You love how confident Pedri has become since he decided to change his style for the better. He loves being praised.
"Pedri is so happy with you." Ferran says. "He's also so confident now. Love suits the two of you."
You blush at his words. You love hearing how Pedri is happy to be with you. Mostly because you are very happy to be with him.
"We are here, niña." Ferran parks in front of Pedri's house. He was standing in front of his door waiting for you. "Lover Boy waiting for his princess." He jokes. Making you laugh with him.
"Adiós, Ferran." You kiss his cheek goodbye. "Thank you for today, it was fun."
"Thank you, I love you for helping me. And don't worry, I will make it up to you."
You shake your head, opening the door and walking out of the car. "Adiós, Fer!"
He waved back again. "Adiós, Pedri." He shouts as he drives off.
You walk to the entrance of his house, he's waiting with open arms for you. "How was it, preciosa?"
"Mmm, kiss me first." You smile, grabbing his face and planting a kiss to his lips. "I love you so much."
He smiles into the kiss, he loves how your love language is physical touch. You are clingy in a good way. And he can't complain because he loves it as much as you do.
"It was so good, so fun." You say.
You helped Ferran with his closet renovation, helping him with the shopping and picking some outfits for the next games they have.
Pedri can't deny he felt a little jealous, not from Ferran in a bad way. But about how he ignored how much you loved doing styling jobs.
And he feels like the way you help his friend is to get him to a next fashion level. He's not a fashion icon, he's not Jules Koundé.
But he's ready to let you do what you asked him to do many times. He is going to let you change his style.
"And I got myself a bag." You lift the paper bag from the store. Showing off your purchase. "It was so much fun." You finish with the story of how your day with ferran was.
He warms dinner for you, you talk with him about his schedule, planning for a dinner date.
"Hey, are you free tomorrow?"
"I am." You say thinking. "Just need to pick my pills from the pharmacy. Why?"
He doesn't know how to ask, he feels weird because of all the times he declined your help, saying that he knew what his style was like.
"Want to go shopping with me?"
Your eyes light up, you were so happy he asked you that. "Si!" You smile like the Alice in Wonderland cat. "But first, we have to do a purge of your closet."
"Let's eat dinner and go do that."
You two talked about what kind of clothes he wanted to include into his style and what kind he wants to stop wearing.
"You are going to hate me." You say, walking with a box that you marked as "donations".
You place it on the floor in the middle of his walk-in closet. He rolls his eyes in a funny way. He knows this would be hard but he needs to.
"Preciosa, don't worry, you have full permission to do what you think is right."
You have a devious smile. Your eyes are already on his cut-off skinny jeans. He follows your gaze. Shaking his head and walking closer to the jeans.
"Give it." You order. "Now."
"But I wanted to take them for vacations."
You let him think you moved from them. Grabbing some Jean shorts, putting them into the box.
"Any jackets, mi amor?" You ask, making him turn.
You grab the jeans quietly and put them on the side of the box. He was picking two jackets that were not a fit for him.
"Seriously?" He asks, noticing the Jeans on the box. "Y/n!"
"I love you." You smile at him. Grabbing the jackets and putting them on top of his jeans. "Back off, Pedro."
"It's Pedriiiii." He laughs, making the i sound for long. "Repeat after me. Pe."
"Pe." You roll your eyes at him, smiling.
"Dri"
"Dri."
"Pedri." He smiles.
"Pedri!" You smile. "Pass me the t-shirts you want to let go of, Pedri."
"Mhm, that's better." He kisses the top of your head, handing you the clothes. "I'll pick you up tomorrow, and we can go to the mall early so we don't find that many people."
"Okay, Pedri." You joke with him.
"It's amor, for you." He pouts, kissing your lips.
"Turn around." You say, clapping your hands at the sight of him. "Joder, you look so good."
"You think so?" He asks, blushing a little. "Isn't this jacket too much?"
You walk over to him, fixing the necklace of the jacket and fixing his hair. "Look at yourself." You point at the mirror. He turns, eyes on yours. "Do you like how you look?"
"It's new to me because I never wore this type of style."
"But are you okay with the idea of wearing this? Do you feel uncomfortable?" You ask him, again.
"I don't, I like the way I look so much!"
You smile, giving him more options. "You look amazing, Pepi." You say. "The last few clothes."
He nods, walking fast to the fitting room. He changed again, walking out for you to see him. "That's amazing, my boyfriend is a piece of cake." You take pictures of him to show him how good he looks on photos.
"Thank you for doing this with me, I love you for always having time for me and for always making me feel good in everything I want to wear."
"Don't thank me, I'll be there for you no matter how atrocious your outfits are." You pitch his cheeks, making him laugh. "No, really. I'm here for you, always."

With these ±50 items you can create countless (or around 120.960) of 2014 Tumblr Soft Grunge outfits!
Tops:
- Simple black and white tops in different shapes, like the American Apparel ones pictured. A simple black and white t-shirt is also always good to have.
- Tops with a design. Especially horizontal black and white stripes and grids are a need!
- Band merch! Arctic Monkeys is the most popular one, but e.g. The 1975, The Neighbourhood and Nirvana are also good!
- The alien shirt! I think everyone remembers this one, the OG is from Brandy Melville, but there are a lot of remakes.
- A top with a Japanese word, I found these on Pinterest, but you can find a word that you like :)
- Flannels. Go for a dark colour like grey, green or red. Wear it as usual or around the waist.
- A jean jacket, usually a little baggy. Vintage Levi's are a good option, but any brand works.
Sets:
- Another popular outfit is the Lulu set from American Apparel, this one was available in several designs, but for the soft grunge look we're looking for the black and white versions. Like the ones pictured.
Bottoms:
- Pleated tennis skirts! Specifically from American Apparel, the black and white ones are a must! One with a plaid print is also good to have, especially when the rest of the outfit is a bit plain and you want that little extra.
- Jean shorts, preferably a bit baggy. Washed out denim, grey tints and black are great options.
- Jeans! I'll make a separate list here.
Jeans:
- 2 pairs of blue denim baggy jeans (preferably a bit of a lighter shade). 1 ripped and 1 not.
- 2 pairs of black baggy jeans. Again, 1 ripped and 1 not.
- 1 pair of black skinny jeans.
Shoes:
Shoes are usually black, but white is also seen.
- Chunky heels, like the ones from UNIF.
- Platform sneakers, Buffalo is a good brand for that.
- A pair of black Dr. Martens. High ones are the most versatile in my opinion, but the low ones are cute too.
- Black High Top Converse All-Stars are a must. Checkered ones are nice as well.
- And so are the classic Checkered Vans slip ons.
- Nike Air Force 1, in black and/or white.
- Black creepers.
Accessoires:
- Fishnet tights! You can get them in different sizes :) you can also get fishnet socks
- Kneehigh socks! Get 4 different ones so you have a bit of versatility. 2 plain in black and white, 2 with stripes, so black with white stripes (like the one pictured) and white with black stripes.
- Chokers! There are many different designs but the tattoo choker is iconic! A plain black one is the other most important one. If you got those two you're free to get any choker you like! Not before that tho >:)
- Crystal necklaces, you know? THOSE ones :) in silver obvi
- A beanie for the winter. A black one with white stars or text maybe? It's up to you :)
- Black and white tote bags, specifically The American Apparel cities bag and the one with 'This Bag Contains [some illegal stuff]
This all together can be very expensive, but you probably already have some things in your closet! I suggest going to thrift stores :) also, ofc you don't have to buy these brands, you can look for cheaper look a likes :)
I hope this helped you so that you can dress like THAT Tumblr girl!

My Sebastian clothing Head cannons
He exclusively wears black skinny jeans.
He has a plethora of band t-shirts (MCR, we the kings, all American rejects, pierce the veil, etc.) but you never see them because he is always wearing a hoodie. Rain or shine the hoodie stays.
He owns a couple pairs of basic off brand sneakers but I’ll bet money whenever he goes to town he wears a pair of classic black doc martens the yellow stitching of the boots being the only color in the outfit except for maybe purple.
He spends forever making sure his hair is perfectly placed and swooped just the right way.
His socks are plane black but he has a secret stash of colorful fun patterned sock he wears around his room and robin picks on him for it
He 100% paints his nails black, no debate
(I love the idea of him with A septum piercing so just go with it) he has different ends for his septum ring, some just the normal balls, but whenever he feels like it he changes them to pointed ones.

Perfect thief people.
The police force. Hearts
Sun - Jack of hearts - detective- description (They were wearing a light orange undershirt. Contrasted by a black coat with yellow lining. Briefly spotting brightly decorated yellow patterns within the coat as they desperately searched for something. The coat went down to their mid forearm. The orange undershirt showing up the fill up the rest of the way down the wrist. Their pants were somewhat professional looking. This time being read with the yellow lining. It made sense that most of their clothing were hues of orange and red given that their entire body was already yellow. No need to overindulge a color.)
Moon - jack of hearts - police officer- description (This one had a circular head much like your Sunny owner, But this time without any rays. Instead wearing a prominent police hat which quickly came off and was replaced with a fedora. Taking off the police vest as you followed him to his room.Soon the blue bot changed out to a casual t-shirt with the words "I don't follow the law" printed in broad dark blue letters. The rest of the t-shirt was a light blue. Apparently deciding to indulge the color of his metallic skin. Jumping into some jeans and slipping on some sneakers.)
Freddy - King of hearts - police chief - description...
Chica - Queen of hearts - detective - description...
The gang. Diamonds
Eclipse - gang leader - King of diamonds - description (looks like sun. But blacks and oranges. Has a double set of rays. Has a maroon suit.)
Roxy - getaway driver - Queen of diamonds - description...
Monty - bodyguard - Jack of diamonds - description...
Information keepers. Clubs
DJ - King of clubs - club owner - description (DJ was another enhanced human like Mangle. Although with much more cleanliness. Having an extra set of arms and a speaker implemented in his chest. Wearing the getup of a DJ of course.)
Mangle - Jack of clubs - description (Mangle was a humanoid with animatronic enhancements. Most of them over injuries from a war long past. A half face scar covered up by many mechanical instruments. All looking rushed and improperly planted.)
Ballora - queen of clubs - description (Ballerina was a humanoid who always wore a tutu. White glasses adorned blind eyes. Her skinny stature almost looked haunting.)
Bonnie - two of clubs - description (Bonnie was a full animatronic. A big purple rabbit. Still wearing his bowling team attire from his days of slavery.)
Information keepers cats.
Y/N - joker - cat king - description (You were a simple black and white cat. Most of your form is coated in the jet black color only being broken by a patch of light on your chest in the form of a diamond. The tips of your toes and tail were the only other things that were white. You were quite pretty for a feline. You had a good mid-length fur that coated your body. A small mane resting on your shoulders. Your claws remain sharp)(form of a humanoid. A large black fluffy coat adorning itself on your shoulders. Black pants stretched out to your heels. White shoes and gloves adorning your hands and feet. A white undershirt showing underneath the deep black of your coat.)
Fishy - newspaper cat - description (orange tabby plunged his chonky paws towards you meowing the details of the initial message from the clan members. His collar hung loosely around his neck, a metal tag swinging from it with the name, "Fishy.")
The pack. Spades
Vanessa - Jack of spades - description (vampire)
Vanny - Queen of spades - description (vampire/werewolf)
Afton - King of Spades - description (werewolf with long ears)

Ellie's Closet: Satan edition
⊹ content: these are Ellie's redesigns of the brothers' closets after she burns all their current clothes. Ellie's bestie, the Devildom's angriest cat lover and book enthusiast, Satan is next. ⊹ warnings: none. ⊹ a/n: Ellie is my first Obey Me OC. You can visit their Devilgram HERE! The comments are written from Ellie's perspective. Though I love all the characters, Ell has a variety of feelings. I did these outfit re-dos a long time ago so some images may be familiar. Post set up inspired partially by the Princess Diaries makeover scene.
Only Ellie can take THIS and THIS:
And give you....⊹˚₊
Satan: Tops
⊹ Dark academia seems like the logical conclusion, but Ellie doesn't think that fully suits Satan's personality. Yes, he's a little mysterious and book-ish, but he's also cute? And sweet? And precious? So, his new style aesthetic inspo incorporates soft boy. ⊹ Sweater vests are a definite - if they also have cute patterning, that's a bonus. They can be paired with plain t-shirts or a more traditional button up or just worn on their own. ⊹ Soft sweaters are also going to be a staple. And yes, Ellie will force Satan to wear the sleeves properly. ⊹ Material focus: cotton, knits, satin/silk, crepe, cashmere
Satan: Bottoms
⊹ We're sticking to a classic trouser or jean for bottoms - Satan also spends a lot of time sitting to read books, so some flexibility in the bottoms is important. ⊹ No patterns or fun textures for the bottoms. The simplicity is a good fit for Satan and also allows for more mixing and matching to happen. ⊹ Expect lots of cuffing of pants. We're avoiding slim/skinny cuts here - straight, boot cut, or wide leg is the way to go! ⊹ Material focus: crepe, denim, corduroy, tweed
Satan: Accessories
⊹ As Satan grows more comfortable managing his wrath, jewellery will be worn more often. But at the beginning of Ellie's time in the Devildom, jewellery is kept very simple. NO RINGS. Probably just one simple necklace. ⊹ A book harness is a must. Practical for both traveling to and from RAD classes and personal use. ⊹ Footwear will be a mixture of loafers, sneakers, and boots, prioritizing black leather for cohesion and mixing for multiple outfits. ⊹ Material focus: leather, gold

well now i can’t say “nobody asked for this…”
(dear anon, i hope this helps!)
fyi—i spend way too much of my time looking things up for this fic… and this is some of what i saved when it came to outfits/hair and also just some basics info/stuff :)
———————
mike in 2004
hair: styled like johnny depp’s hair in the 90s… he’s kept it shoulder length or longer since 1986—he ditched the bangs at some point in the early 90s! and since he doesn’t dye it, there’s some gray throughout
outfits: white or black t-shirt’s, black jeans, and converse high tops are still his bread-and-butter base. his style is pretty consistent because he’s not a big fan of change—he likes what he likes! it’s just super easy for him to throw something else over a plain t-shirt and walk out the door.
overall: he doesn’t typically keep his face clean-shaven, call it laziness, but sometimes he will wait two weeks or more between picking up a razor. he’s still skinny because he doesn’t always eat right, skipping meals because he gets too distracted with video games, but years of drinking are starting to take a toll and reflect in his skin, at times looking sallow
———————
will in 2004
hair: styled basically like whatever hayden christensen was doing to his hair in 2003/2004, also not a fan of hair dye, and also as he got older there was a bit more wave to his hair
outfits: wears lots of flannels, band/graphic tees, polos, button ups with sweater vests, jeans/corduroy/khaki pants, adidas/saucony jazz/new balance style sneakers—usually laid back but he will also use any excuse to dress it up! wears square-framed tortoiseshell glasses since 2001 (when he had to renew his driver’s license he couldn’t pass the eyesight test—got his eyes checked and sure enough he needed glasses!)—and included that picture of noah wearing glasses cause when i saw it i was like, wow yeah, that’s not too far off, just change the frames and age him 15 years… lol
overall: usually keeps his face free of any stubble, also has a few gray hairs but not as many as mike and he likes to walk or run for exercise to better keep in shape, in the summer he’s been known to pick up a tan, and he has one tattoo—the word “love” written in morse code under the scar from where nancy burnt him with a hot iron [ .-.. --- ...- . ]
———————
holly in 2004
(holly is 24, about the same age as kristen bell so I kinda picture her from veronica mars season 1 but with long hair/dyed like cady heron from “mean girls”—holly watched the movie earlier that year and liked the look!)
outfits: low rise flare jeans, denim jackets, fitted shirts, canvas vans sneakers, low top converse
———————
el in 2004
hair: long, always past her shoulders at least—she doesn’t like cutting it short for obvious reasons—she also dyes it and never skimps on spending money to maintain it and loves adding things like butterfly clips or barrettes with sparkles
outfits: she loves fashion and experimenting with her wardrobe. lots of delicate details and whimsy. a lot of what claire danes and anne hathaway were wearing 2002-2004
what she’s up to: el never went to college, but attends a few business seminars in between all her world travels and eventually invests some of her government hush money into opening a vintage/antique shop in hawkins that her and joyce run together.
el’s exact outfit from ch 8!
———————
outfit inspiration for mike + will in 1999 (aka for ch. 15)
mike: black jeans, ochre yellow striped button down, and of course he would’ve worn his typical converse shoes if he had to physically travel to the house that night, but alas… lol
will: brown dress shoes (normally wears sneakers, but for special occasions he gets fancy), light wash denim with navy turtle neck, plus brown leather jacket
(yes… i purposefully made them wear each others colors 😏)
———————
the mood board i made for nancy + jonathan’s wedding in 1993
(i’ve posted this before but idk how many of you saw it lol)
of course there is more i could add and sadly there’s things i’ve since cleared from my phone like the picture i had saved of a wedding dress i thought nancy would wear… but if there is anything else you’d like to know, i’m always down to talk more about this story! send me a message—you don’t have to stay on anon unless you wanna, but i don’t bite!! ;)
#iawwyh#nonsense about my fic#if my drawing skills weren’t so rusty…#i would draw something from each chapter lol#very out of practice and no longer have my wacom tablet#and it would take me forever :(#so this was the next best thing for me :D

Ladies’ Polo Neck T-Shirt Outfit Ideas
The Classic Polo: A Wardrobe Essential
Women’s polo neck T-shirts: a perfect synchrony of comfort and elegance. The formed neck gives the touch of formality but is done with a softly breathable fabric ensuring comfort throughout. One of the nice things about a polo T-shirt is its versatility — it can be dressed up or down for the occasion. This will make it a great choice for the women to have a trendy yet practical wardrobe.
Casual Chic: How to Wear Polo Neck T-Shirts with Jeans
The most casual but all-time-classic combination is a woman wearing her polo T-shirt with jeans. Be it skinny, straight-leg, or even boyfriend jeans, and the look will never fall short of grace if rounded up with a polo t-shirt on top. Lazy weekends work well with a classic white polo T-shirt simply tucked into high-waisted jeans. Complement it with some sneakers or ankle boots and finish your vibe with a crossbody bag for that extra flair. This is a comfortable and chic outfit — right in between — so it works for errands or getting coffee with the girls.
Add a denim jacket over your T-shirt for a bit of an edge. There’s something with this contrast between the structured collar of the polo and the relaxed vibes of the denim that appears really cool. A statement belt and sunglasses will do even more to elevate the look.
To make your clothes a little smarter and more polished and wear the polo neck T-shirts now within a business-casual environment, try them with tailored pants. This is perfect for when you need to look smart but also feel easy and comfortable at the same time. Choose neutral trousers in tones of black, navy, or beige to lead you to a very classy outcome. Pop your look with a polo T-shirt in a nearby color; this will create a little interest unto your outfit without overwhelming it.
Tuck in the polo T-shirt inside the trousers, and the look can be rounded off with loafers or pointed toe flats. Throw on a fitted blazer to add that element of smartness. The blazer can be either color coordinated or color block. And it makes a great look for office meetings, business lunches, and almost all occasions where you want to look professional yet approachable.
Feminine Touch: Polo T-Shirts with Skirts
Polo neck T-shirts are not just for trousers; they look lovely with skirts too. A polo T-shirt that is tucked into a high-waisted A-line skirt creates an easy yet flattering silhouette that is comfortable and stylish at the same time. Go for a floral or patterned skirt with a solid top to result in a playful daytime look. Finish off the look with ballet flats or sandals and, of course, a statement necklace that would tie it all together.
A polo T-shirt is matched with a pencil skirt for a sleek evening look. Go monochromatic with the colors for further sophistication, but if you’re in a bold and daring mood, bring on color. End the look with heels and a clutch, and you will be set for any dinner date or just a fun night out.
Layering Mastery: Polo T-Shirts with Outerwear
Feel like playing with the textures? Wear your polo t-shirt under a chunky knit sweater and let the collar stick out for that preppy feel. In fact, this goes really well with jeans and skirts alike, so you have plenty of options to mix and match with your different style inclinations.
As athleisure continues to rage in the world of fashion, polo T-shirts are an excellent addition to this style. Match your days having polo t-shirts for women with a pair of tailored joggers, which are designed impeccably for comfort. The outfit is definitely sufficient for casual outings or even traveling, or on days you prefer to laze around at home. Choose joggers in a base hue — gray, black, or olive are some safe bets — and team them with a polo T-shirt in a matching or complementary shade. Finish the look with clean sneakers and a sporty backpack for an outfit that is both utilitarian and styling.
For the Guys: Polos with Menswear Inspiration
Finally, feel free to take a cue from the men’s trends when pulling your guys-inspired polo-neck tee for women. The style is completely in — that is, androgynous. You can mix a man’s wear with yours easily by pairing it with wide-legged pants or tailored shorts. This look will be a total effort and works with ease for casual settings or creative workplaces.

An old and random Saiouma oneshot
One Month Ago…
“Saihara, have you read the latest paper?” Shuichi perked up to see his coworker standing in front of him, holding a stack of newspapers. “No, is there something I should see?” He asked. The coworker balanced the stack in one hand and took a paper off of the top with her other. Setting it on his desk, she backed away quickly. “We recently got a call about it. They want us on the case.” She said. Shuichi glanced down at the paper for a moment. The headline read out, “New criminal organization, D.I.C.E, performs heist on high scale bank!” D.I.C.E… A name that Shuichi never wanted to see again. Although he was told that that god-awful killing game was only a simulation and that everyone was alive, he just couldn’t believe it. Some of his friends didn’t even have bodies left. He had witnessed so many deaths that felt so real. So, when he was told that it was all fake? No way. He simply left the building and went off to be alone. And after that, he never saw anyone again. Not even Maki and Himiko. And the last person he wanted to see was Kokichi. Shuichi didn’t care about whatever he did to end the killing game. That boy was the embodiment of a lie. A specimen never to be trusted. A pathetic creature who would never have anyone to trust in. Trust works both ways. To believe in someone, you must believe in them. He gave up on believing in Kokichi a long time ago. It doesn’t matter if his intentions were pure.
Current Time…
After a month of searching, Kokichi and his goons were finally brought in. And though Shuichi had thought of a million things he could say to Kokichi when he caught him, his throat was drier than the Sahara desert as he stood face to face with his old adversary. “What? Can’t talk? You know, I thought being caught by you would be more interesting.” Kokichi rolled his eyes as he talked, fiddling with the handcuffs that kept his hands stuck to the table. “Shut up,” was all Shuichi could say. “Come on, Shuichi. Aren’t you excited to see me? We haven’t met face-to-face like this in a year!” Kokichi giggled and stood, his hands still on the table. Shuichi walked around the table and glared at him. “What are you gonna do? Kiss me?” The shorter boy joked. But it was then that the two of them truly studied each other. Both of them had changed in different ways. Shuichi became more confident in himself and his work, and Kokichi was influenced by his friends enough to change his style. The group had stopped wearing uniforms but still dressed in the same colors black, white, and purple. Kokichi blushed as Saihara’s gaze flickered over his body. Today he wore black skinny jeans, platform checkered vans (due to getting teased by his gang about his height,) a white t-shirt, a chain necklace, and fishnet gloves. His hair was pulled back into a ponytail with a few pieces falling in the front.
Shuichi was stuck in a trance as he picked apart the differences between the Kokichi he knew and this one. Their personalities seemed to be the same. Though, he wasn’t sure if that was a good thing. But after a bit, he realized Kokichi was staring him down too. Shuichi was a bit embarrassed that he hadn’t dressed up as much as Kokichi did. He only wore black jeans, a black button-up, rings and crap, and sneakers. At least he didn’t look awful. But, for some reason, to Kokichi, the taller boy looked perfect. “Are you going to speak or are we just going to keep eye-f***ing each other?” Shuichi’s eyes widened at Kokichi’s words. He wasn’t… no… Shuichi was simply noticing how much he had changed. Yep. That was it. Shuichi sighed and went back around the table. “Listen, Kokichi. You’re going to be put in prison. And I probably won’t ever see you again. So, is there anything you would like to say to me?” Kokichi smiled and leaned forward over the table. “Sure. I love you, Shuichi. Is that what you were looking for?” He tilted his head with a lopsided grin. Shuichi growled and set his own hands on the table. “Shut up. You and I both know that’s a lie. You don’t love anyone.” As if a pin had pricked Kokichi’s heart, he retracted slightly and stood frozen in place. Did Shuichi truly believe that he was heartless? Sure, he may have lied quite a bit during the killing game but he did it for the greater good. He wasn’t a monster. At least, he didn’t think he was.
“It’s not a lie. Here, I’ll prove it. Uncuff me.” I held out his wrists, well sort of held out since they were cuffed to the table. Shuichi raised an eyebrow, scoffing a moment later. “And why would I do that?” Shuichi asked. Kokichi giggled and grinned. “Because I want to kiss you and it’s easier when I have my hands free.” Shuichi’s eyes stretched as he frantically looked back over his shoulder to the sheet of glass that separated him and his coworkers. The three that sat behind the screen were just as shocked as he was, one of them covering their eyes in case they did kiss. “No. I’m not giving you what you want, Kokichi. I’m done.” Kokichi faltered, his eyes darkening for a second. The shorter boy sighed and chuckled a bit. “You are smart, Shuichi. But not as smart as you think you are.” Kokichi said no more, simply smiling at his old friend. Shuichi seemed confused but he did not ask questions, simply because Kokichi was exhausting and he wanted to be done with this interrogation. The worst part about this entire situation was that Shuichi felt a small urge to kiss Kokichi. Show him that he wasn’t as much of a coward as he was before. Shuichi leaned across the table, only a couple of inches away from Kokichi’s lips. “Don’t tell me what I am and what I am not. Only I know that.” Shuichi mumbled, internally smiling at the blush that spread across the shorter boy's cheeks. Kokichi shivered and silently prayed that Shuichi would inch just a little bit closer. He was almost there. And when he looked behind the tall boy, his coworkers had left. “No one’s watching us anymore,” Kokichi whispered, his breath ghosting over Shuichi’s lips. And all of a sudden, he heard a click. His handcuffs. Shuichi had undone them. Now, Kokichi could use this chance to escape. That thought had crossed his mind. But he was stuck in the trance that was Saihara’s gaze. Shuichi took hold of Kokichi’s cheek and pulled him closer until their lips connected. Kokichi was starstruck. Their lips moved together like clockwork. Shuichi reached over the table and grasped the shorter boy’s body, pulling him on top of it. Eventually, they pulled apart, panting. “I’m sorry,” Kokichi muttered. Shuichi was confused for a moment and didn’t realize what exactly the purple-haired boy meant until he was rushing out of the room with tears streaming down his face.

(wip) Goth Lan Zhan
Wei Ying thought he'd had Lan Zhan figured out. Well... He sorta thought that. It wasn't like Lan Zhan ever let him close in highschool. That didn't stop Wei Ying from trying.
There's just something about Lan Zhan that draws Wei Ying in and he doesn't know what it is.
But after four years of school—four years of pestering him, watching him, longing to get close to him—Wei Ying thought he knew.
There was one time, first semester of grade 10, where they were paired up for a project. Wei Ying managed to get Lan Zhan to invite him over.
So Wei Ying finally got to see the illustrious Lan Zhan's bedroom. After all, a bedroom is a good way to learn about who a person is.
Is it messy? Clean? Insanely organized?
Are there lots of trinkets or merely a few things?
Pictures? Posters? What colour is each thing?
Lan Zhan's room was simple. Crisp, clean whites with hints of a light, sky blue to offset the overwhelming whiteness of everything. The same as all the clothes he's seen him in (crisp button downs, fitted slacks, even ties).
A bed, a desk, a chair, a dresser.
Everything organized and put in its proper place. No mess. Bed made. White sheets.
There's nothing on the walls. Only one framed photo that rests on his desk; two small (adorable) children and a beautiful woman with a kind smile. He knows the small kid frowning is Lan Zhan.
So he figured he had Lan Zhan all figured out. Quiet, serious, proper, clean-cut. Whites only with hints of blue. No mess.
In short: the opposite of Wei Ying.
But now, standing in front of the elevator in Wei Ying's college dorm building, is Lan Zhan.
It's definitely Lan Zhan. Wei Ying would know him anywhere, even from behind (like right now). He's started at him enough over four years it'd be weird if he couldn't recognize him.
But...
It surely can't be Lan Zhan.
For one thing, Wei Ying's college is on the other side of the country. The odds that Lan Zhan would also end up here—
Wei Ying never found out where Lan Zhan was going. He'd thought it'd be Gusu. But he's here. In Yiling. In the same dorm building Wei Ying lives in.
Could he be visiting someone?
No. That's not right. In all those years not once did Wei Ying see Lan Zhan initiate conversation with someone. He didn't see Lan Zhan... have any friends...
A pang runs through him at that thought, mixed with the hurt that he tried so hard.
He truly wanted to befriend Lan Zhan, but he never could.
Back to now. Lan Zhan—most definitely Lan Zhan—is standing a few feet from Wei Ying, facing away.
Wei Ying stares.
Lan Zhan's hair it tied up in a bun that somehow looks so proper and yet messy simultaneously.
The lower half of his head is shaved. Lan Zhan has an undercut!
Wei Ying shifts his gaze and sees the telltale glint of multiple piercings in his ears.
Lower, he sees a black tattoo choker around Lan Zhan's neck. (Wei Ying definitely doesn't feel any type of way about it)
Lan Zhan is wearing a loose black cropped t-shirt. The hem rests just at the top of the tight black skinny jeans Lan Zhan dons.
To top it all off, he's wearing a pair of fucking Vans sneakers. Black with a hint of red accenting.
He's still clean, crisp, and put together.
But there's not a hint of white on him.
Wei Ying reels.
He very clearly never knew Lan Zhan at all; he feels a renewed vigour to get close to him.
With a shaky breath, he steps forward. "Lan Zhan!" He calls, a wide smile on his face.
He sees the man stiffen and turn around.
Their eyes meet and Wei Ying suddenly can't breathe. He'd always thought Lan Zhan was the most beautiful person he'd ever seen—a work of art.
This Lan Zhan is etherial and devilishly good looking. Stunning.
Wei Ying has a clearer view of him and finds more piercings.
Eyebrow. Lip. Septum.
He's pretty sure he's staring with his mouth wide open but he can't seem to come back into his body.
"Wei Ying," Lan Zhan replies simply. As if it were no surprise. As if nothing is amiss. As if they are friends who are bumping into each other.
His voice is so deep and smooth. The months of summer, working and moving (and fighting with his foster family) distracted Wei Ying enough that he forgot what it was like to hear him talk. He wants to melt into the floor.
"Lan Zhan," he says dumbly, still gawking.
There's a shimmer of amusement in Lan Zhan's eyes. A hint of kindness and... joy? Wei Ying can't quite parse what he's seeing; his brain has long since left him stranded and acting like a fool in lov—
Wei Ying snaps back into his body, clamping his jaw shut and blinking quickly.
He's not gonna think about that, thank you. Nope!
Lan Zhan just continues to watch Wei Ying, a softness in his expression. Wei Ying has never seen him so... Relaxed. Confident. Content.
It's startling. Everything about this is startling.
"What are you doing here?" He asks.
There's a slight uptick to the corner of Lan Zhan's mouth, there are gone again, before he responds, "I live here."
Wei Ying tries to process that. "Live here..." He tilts his head to the side. "You go to school here?"
The elevator dings and the doors open. "Mn," he replies.
Lan Zhan steps in and turns to give Wei Ying an inquisitive look as if to say 'you coming?' So he goes.
Wei Ying's dorm is up on the 12th floor but when he goes to press the button he sees it's already lit.
Lan Zhan lives on his floor? In his dorm? At his school?
Lan Zhan, who looks so different—but so incredibly comfortable in his skin—has been this close for weeks and Wei Ying had no idea?
He wants to scream. (Maybe part of that is being in such a small place with Lan fucking Zhan and feeling things he doesn't understand)
They ride in silence and end up pausing as they split ways out of the elevator. Lan Zhan going left, Wei Ying going right.
"Uh, Lan Zhan?" Wei Ying turns to face him, shifting slightly.
Lan Zhan lifts an eyebrow—the pierced one—as he looks at him.
"You—" Wei Ying falters.
He breathes out a quick puff of air. "It's really good to see you again. I didn't think I'd ever see you after highschool, especially since you never let me close or even gave me your number. And you don't have social media so I could never reach out or anything." He's rambling.
"And I just, was wondering, since you're actually here and whatever, that maybe we could hang out. Or something. Whatever. I don't know. I just—"
"Wei Ying," Lan Zhan cuts in. He shuts up. "We may 'hang out' if you wish. May I have your phone?" He holds out his hand.
Wei Ying is shocked. Well and truly stunned. None of this is expected. None of this is what he (thought he) knew. He glances down. Lan Zhan is wearing a black thumb ring and he has to bite back a groan at the sight.
Mechanically, he hands his phone over, unlocked.
Lan Zhan taps about on the screen for a moment before handing it back to Wei Ying.
"Have a good night, Wei Ying. I will see you soon." He turns and walks down the hall to his dorm, leaving Wei Ying behind hand outstretched holding a phone.
The screen is on. There's an outgoing text that says "Test" to a contact named "Lan Zhan 🖤"
A heart.
A black heart.
Lan Zhan is wearing all black.
Wei Ying shakes his head in attempts to restart his brain and then quickly runs to his dorm.
His phone buzzes.
A text, from Lan Zhan: Sleep well, Wei Ying.
His face heats up and he frantically types out a response and presses send.
What is happening?
Wei Ying feels as if he shifted into an alternate reality. How else does can he explain the drastic change of Lan Zhan?
He's more determined than ever to get close to him, and for once, it seems like Lan Zhan will allow it—no, wants it.
Wei Ying goes through his night routine by muscle memory alone and falls face down on his bed with a groan. Sleep comes to him quickly tonight.
'Soon' isn't soon enough. Wei Ying wakes the next day suddenly, jolting up as his alarm blades. He shuts it off and sees that he slept through his first five alarms.
He's late for class.
Wei Ying scrambles, tossing on whatever clothes and brushing his teeth frantically.
He grabs his phone, bag, a power bar, and a hair tie, then runs out of his room.
The elevator, thankfully, arrives shortly after he presses the button. He flies out the moment the doors open on the ground floor and runs across campus to the science building.
The day goes by quickly and so incredibly slowly it hurts. Wei Ying wants to see Lan Zhan again. Talk to him. Get close to him. Understand him.
He wants to listen to him talk. Look at him. Touch him. Kis—
Wei Ying starts. What is with him? Where are these thoughts coming from?
He has never felt the urge to... kiss anyone before. It's just never been a thing that made sense to him. But here he is, suddenly thinking thoughts that scare him and excite him in equal measure.
It's... Thrilling.
It's terrifying.
Wei Ying needs to control this.
It turns out fine because he doesn't see Lan Zhan all week. He's not bummed about it. He isn't.
They've texted a bit at least. Wei Ying managed to get Lan Zhan's schedule only to find out that it clashes with Wei Ying's entirely.
Sundays. That's the only day when any free time lines up.
So he waits. And he stamps down any 'feelings' completely. Gone. No more. It's like they were never there at all.
Then Sunday comes around and there's a knock on Wei Ying's door, startling him from his game.
He pauses, saving quickly before moving to open the door to reveal Lan Zhan.
All at once Wei Ying is drawn to him. He feels warm. He feels needy. He wants.
"Wei Ying." Lan Zhan's voice rings out low.
"L-Lan Zhan! Hi!" Wei Ying fumbles, but smiles wide.
Wei Ying lets his gaze wash over Lan Zhan. He's wearing another black crop top, but this one is tighter. It has long sleeves and cut-outs around his shoulders like it's two shirts in one.
His black jeans are distressed and sit low on his hips, revealing his toned abs and—
Lan Zhan's bellybutton is pierced. Wei Ying stares for too long. Lan Zhan clears hit throat gently, drawing Wei Ying's attention back to his (beautiful) face.
"Hello," Lan Zhan says. Wei Ying swears he hears him smirking rather than sees it. "May I come in?"
Wei Ying gulps—actually gulps—and nods dumbly, stepping back.
Lan Zhan moves into the room and closes the door. His nails are black. How had Wei Ying missed that?
Ah.
He was too distracted by his abs and bellybutton piercing to bother looking at Lan Zhan's hands.
God... He has such beautiful hands. Wei Ying always thought so.
He really needs to get ahold of himself, Lan Zhan is here. In his dorm. To hang out. Wei Ying can't allow his thoughts to deviate to the places he refuses to acknowledge. Not while he's here.
He's going to be good!
"—ing? Wei Ying?"
Wei Ying snaps to attention and finds Lan Zhan looking at him, pierced eyebrow quirked ever so slightly.
"Ah," Wei Ying says. "Sorry! Lost in thought haha!"
Lan Zhan merely nods.
"So uh... Wanna hang out here or did you want to go somewhere?"
"Whatever Wei Ying wants. I am fine with either option."
"Right, cool. Cool cool cool. This is weird." Wei Ying does this thing where his mouth will blurt out words before he has a chance to stop it or make it sound better, often not realizing how it sounds.
Like now.
He notices Lan Zhan stiffen slightly and immediately is hit with the realization of what he said and the implications of that.
That Lan Zhan being here is weird.
Them being friends is weird.
That Lan Zhan's new look is weird.
That Lan Zhan is weird.
"FUCK! NO! SHIT! THAT'S NOT—" he fumbles, breathing fast and hard. "I DON'T THINK YOU'RE WEIRD AT ALL! OR, WELL, I DO, BUT IT'S THE GOOD WEIRD! FUCK! I MEAN, I'M WEIRD. YOU'RE WEIRD, BUT A DIFFERENT WEIRD! DAMMIT! I CAN FIX THIS! I JUST—"
"Wei Ying," Lan Zhan says pointedly.
Wei Ying's jaw snaps shut at the sound of his voice, eyes wide and staring into Lan Zhan's gaze.
"You are rambling."
Wei Ying nods.
"Breathe."
He does.
"Good."
His knees feel weak.
Something flashes in Lam Zhan's expression. There and gone again. "Try again," he says, but the words hold no malice. They are comforting and reassuring. Warm.
Wei Ying wants to melt.
"Right," Wei Ying starts. "When I said this is weird, I was thinking about highschool."
He let's out a quick sigh and continues. "I always wanted to be friends with you but you never let me. And now... Well, now there's this. Whatever this is." He winced. "Sorry. It's just, now you are letting me in more than you ever have and it's weird."
Wei Ying casts his gaze to the floor, uncertain and unable to look at the man in front of him. "You're different now, too. All of this is so unexpected and sudden and I guess my mind is still catching up?"
"Different?"
Wei Ying winces again. "Shit, yeah. I mean—"
"Mn. I know what you mean." His tone is slipping into something colder, more distant. Guarded.
A jolt of fear zips through Wei Ying. "Wait! Different, yes. Obviously! Your whole appearance and aesthetic changed since I last saw you a few months ago! But it's not just that."
Wei Ying shifts his gaze up tentatively before darting away. "You seem so much more confident and relaxed. You seem... happy. Wow, god... You weren't really happy before were you?"
He notices Lan Zhan twitch slightly at that. "No, I was not."
Wei Ying looks at him. "And now?"
Lan Zhan relaxes, nods. "I am."
"I'm glad," Wei Ying replies with a huge grin plastered on his face. "All I wanted was to see you happy, Lan Zhan. That's why I pestered you all the time and tried to be your friend."
"Shufu did not—"
"Approve of me, I know," Wei Ying cuts in.
Lan Zhan shakes his head, letting out an exasperated huff of air. (Wei Ying definitely doesn't stare at his lip ring) "Shufu did not allow friends. Or 'self expression' as he called it. I was to study, take lessons, and be how Shufu told me to. Or..." He trails off.
It's unusual for Lan Zhan to leave sentences unfinished and worry rises in Wei Ying at the thought. "Or?" he prompts.
"Shufu had made it clear that I would not be welcome in his home if I did not abide."
Wei Ying freezes as anger roils in his veins.
"What?"
"Wei Ying..."
"Lan Zhan! That bastard said that? Fuck! Fuck him! How could he— You were just— You're—"
"I'm?"
"So fucking great! Lan Zhan! Lan Zhan! You're the best person I know, and I still only barely know you—though that is about to change real fast, be prepared to be known deeply!"
"Mn."
Just that simple sound warms and calms him.
"Anyway! You're great and fucking hell! You deserve to be happy! You deserve to be who you truly are, fully and unabashedly! Screw anyone who says differently!" Wei Ying huffs. "Actually, no. They don't deserved to be screwed."
"Unscrew them!" He continues. "Anyone who ever says you shouldn't be who you are deserves to be the most unscrewed and unfucked!"
Lan Zhan makes a sound, a huff, that makes Wei Ying pause. He realizes after a moment that it was a laugh. Lan Zhan laughed.
Wei Ying stares into Lan Zhan's eyes in shocked awe. Lan Zhan has the smallest, softest smile on his face. It tugs on something inside Wei Ying to know he put it there.
"Unfuck them," Lan Zhan agrees with an air seriousness.
Wei Ying's jaw drops further.
"Lan Zhan?"
"Mn?"
"Say 'fuck.'"
"... Fuck."
"Shit," Wei Ying breathes.
"Shit," Lan Zhan repeats monotonously.
Wei Ying barks out a laugh. "No! You didn't have to repeat that one, I was just saying it!"
Lan Zhan's eyes widen a fraction. "Oh."
"You're cute."
And there's that thing with his mouth again. Saying things before he realizes, before he has a chance to stop the words because maybe, sometimes, some things are better left unsaid. But Wei Ying has never been good at leaving things unsaid.
Oh, how he wishes he was.

Day, informal and armor for both hiro and avi!
Character asks for @chevvy-yates 🥰❤️
Day: What does your OC wear on a normal day? Why do they default to those clothes? Do they wear similar things, or do they change it up?
Hiro: Hiro's outfits vary. He has an incredibly extensive wardrobe, and a lot of it doesn't get worn as often as it should. Comfort is something he thinks about but it's often trumped by what looks good over how practical something is, and good luck getting him to dress for the weather. If he has a cute look that would be ruined by a jacket he'll freeze just to prove a point, and then end up pilfering someone's jacket later. He likes to shop in his spare time, and doesn't have a specific style he's set on--there ends up being a lot of black in his wardrobe, not because he dislikes color but because it's easy to pair with stuff. On a normal day he usually dresses in layers, a hoodie or a jacket over a tanktop, depending on the mood, and a pair of jeans or leathers, and sneakers/boots. He doesn't wear a lot of jewlery, and sticks to necklaces and his piercings.
Hiro's personal style is influenced by street fashion and clubwear, and this is still present in his everyday looks, even if they're more subdued than something he'd wear out for the night. There's a sense of easiness to them, he might take a while to get ready but seldom appears fussy, a lot of effort goes into looking like he's just tossed something on. Whatever it is, he always wears it with confidence. ---
Avi: Avi seldom dresses down. He favors crisp, expensive fabrics and has an well-trained eye for luxury. Although a good deal of his wardrobe is black, practical particularly in regards to his work clothing, there is some color as well. He prefers darker jewel tones, a hint of deep purple, or navy, evergreen and wine-red. He's not loud and in your face with his statements but classical and elegant, and sometimes understated. His working clothing consists of tactical gear, or suits, depending on the day and what's required of him.
How he presents himself is another thing he can control, and a standard he sets for himself. He might not be the flashiest, most eye-catching person in the room, but he prefers to let himself do the talking, and not what he's wearing. His clothing looks less worn-in than Hiro's, even if it's a favorite piece of his--he tends to treat it more as something disposable, with the occasional exception. He's a frequent customer at Jinguji, and is quite particular but he tips well, and is polite, even if not incredibly warm.
Informal: What's your OC's lazy-day look? How do they like to dress when they're winding down?
Hiro: Hiro's lazy day looks are all about comfort but not looking completely messy--he likes being able to run to the store, or go on errands if necessary, and not worry about one of his fixers catching him in pajamas. He leans towards comfortable hoodies or sweaters, usually slightly oversized or hanging off his shoulders, and a pair of shorts, or one of his many t shirts, and joggers, with a funky pair of sneakers. Sometimes a lazy day look might be a long, drapey cardigan and skinny jeans, it all depends on if he's going out of the house or not. If he's just going to be hanging around the house, he doesn't bother with his usual bun and just wears his hair long and loose, or back in a messy ponytail. ---
Avi: Dressing down isn't something Avi knows how to do. A 'lazy day' for him means less uptight but no less pressed. He might forgo the suit for a white collared shirt, and slacks, or a tasteful sweater. If it's hot and he's feeling daring he'll wear the sleeves rolled up. The most notable change is in the fabrics, he leans towards softer knits, and dresses more creatively, as opposed to his usual uniform. His hair will be a little more rumpled, and he'll skip the tie, even if it's still a designer sweater and wool trousers. If he's wearing a collared shirt, he'll have a couple buttons undone, not as many as Hiro would (who would rather die than wear a tie), but enough to show off a little skin.
Armor: What kind of armor does your OC wear? Is it well kept? Bonus: where does it come from? Is there a story behind it?
Hiro: Even on gigs where it would make sense to wear armor Hiro prefers to go without. It slows him down, and most of his cybernetics are internal anyway. With subdermal plating, reinforced tendons and titanium bones he's already fairly armored, and able to throw himself into the fray the way he likes. With his gorilla arms and berserk cyberdeck running in swinging is a fairly sound tactic, and has worked for him thus far. (His body in-game is a solid 20, along with reflexes, and he has the perks that heal him to 100% outside combat, so a couple bullets are nothing) ---
Avi: Although he has extensive, top of the line cyberware, Avi is less disdainful for tactical gear, and frequently employs it when he's working. The additional weight doesn't slow him down, and is almost comforting, after working for Arasaka and growing accustomed to the sensation of it. He is also self-aware enough to realize he cuts an impressive figure in it, and relishes this. His focus is equal points reflexes and stealth, and it's important that any armor is noiseless, and doesn't hinder movement. His preferences lean towards lighter and sleeker, both from a practical standpoint and an aesthetic one.

Casual Wear for Women: Effortless Style for Everyday Comfort
Casual wear for women strikes the perfect balance between comfort and style, making it a wardrobe staple for everything from relaxed weekends to casual outings. While casual clothing is designed to be easy-going, it doesn’t mean compromising on fashion. With the right pieces and a touch of creativity, you can put together chic, casual outfits that exude effortless charm.
Let’s explore the essentials of casual wear, popular trends, and how to style your favorite pieces to achieve a relaxed yet polished look.
What is Casual Wear?
Casual wear refers to clothing designed for comfort and versatility, often characterized by relaxed fits, soft fabrics, and easy-to-style pieces. Unlike formal or work attire, casual outfits are meant to feel laid-back while still looking presentable.
From jeans and T-shirts to maxi dresses and sneakers, casual wear embraces simplicity without sacrificing personal style. Whether you’re running errands, meeting friends, or lounging at home, casual clothing offers practicality and elegance in one package.
Wardrobe Essentials for Casual Wear
1. Comfortable Tops
T-shirts, tank tops, and oversized shirts are staples of casual wear. Opt for breathable fabrics like cotton for all-day comfort.
Style Tip: Pair a graphic tee with jeans for a fun and trendy vibe or layer it under a jacket for cooler days.
2. Well-Fitted Jeans
A good pair of jeans is the cornerstone of casual wear. Skinny, straight-leg, or boyfriend jeans are all versatile options.
Style Tip: High-waisted jeans are flattering and can be paired with crop tops or tucked-in blouses.
3. Leggings and Joggers
For ultimate comfort, leggings and joggers are a go-to choice. They’re perfect for lounging or running errands while keeping you stylish.
Style Tip: Pair joggers with a fitted top and sneakers for an athleisure-inspired outfit.
4. Dresses and Skirts
Casual dresses, like shirt dresses or maxi dresses, offer a one-and-done solution for effortless style. Skirts, especially A-line or denim, are equally versatile.
Style Tip: Style a floral maxi dress with sandals for a breezy, casual look.
5. Casual Footwear
Sneakers, loafers, and flat sandals complete a casual outfit while ensuring comfort. White sneakers, in particular, are a versatile addition to any wardrobe.
Style Tip: Pair sneakers with dresses or skirts for a trendy contrast.

The Little Black Dress (LBD)
A classic piece that never goes out of style, the little black dress is perfect for any occasion. Whether it’s a date night, cocktail party, or formal event, this dress can be dressed up or down with the right accessories. Choose a simple silhouette that flatters your body shape, and it will be your go-to dress for years to come.
A Crisp White Shirt
A well-fitted white shirt is a wardrobe staple that can be styled in numerous ways. Pair it with jeans for a casual day out, tuck it into a skirt for the office, or layer it under a sweater for a cozy, layered look. It’s simple, clean, and always looks polished.
Dark Wash Jeans
A great pair of dark wash jeans can be dressed up or down and should fit comfortably without being too tight. Look for a pair with a classic cut—whether it’s straight-leg, skinny, or bootcut—so they can be worn with a variety of tops and shoes. Dark wash jeans are great for both casual days and more polished, semi-formal looks.
A Tailored Blazer
A fitted blazer instantly elevates any outfit. It’s perfect for professional settings, but can also be thrown over a casual t-shirt to add some structure to a laid-back look. Invest in a neutral color, like black, navy, or gray, for maximum versatility.

A black skirt is an easy piece that you can mix and match with other essentials in your wardrobe. Whether it’s a pencil skirt for the office or an A-line skirt for weekends, it’s perfect for day-to-night outfits. Pair it with blouses, sweaters, or even a casual tee depending on the occasion.
A Classic Trench Coat
A timeless trench coat is perfect for layering during colder months. It adds sophistication and warmth without compromising on style. A neutral-colored trench in beige, camel, or black can be worn over any outfit and instantly makes it look more polished.
A Basic T-Shirt
Every woman needs a few high-quality basic t-shirts in her wardrobe. Whether you choose short-sleeve or long-sleeve, a well-fitting t-shirt can be layered under jackets, blazers, or worn solo with jeans or skirts. Look for soft fabrics like cotton that will stand the test of time.
A Comfortable Pair of Sneakers
A stylish and comfortable pair of sneakers is essential for casual days. Whether you’re running errands, walking to work, or enjoying a day out, a great pair of sneakers adds comfort and ease to your look. Choose a neutral color like white, black, or navy so they match with various outfits.
A Structured Handbag
A structured handbag can instantly elevate your look, giving it a polished finish. Opt for a classic design that can hold all your essentials and go with everything, such as a tote, satchel, or a simple crossbody. Neutral tones like black, brown, or gray are perfect for versatile wear.

The Evolution and Popularity of Women's Skinny Jeans in the USA
In the world of fashion, few garments have seen as much transformation and staying power as women's skinny jeans. From their debut on the fashion scene to their widespread popularity today, skinny jeans have become a staple in wardrobes across the USA. With their sleek fit, versatility, and the ability to complement various body types, these jeans are a reflection of both cultural shifts and personal style preferences.
The Rise of Skinny Jeans in the USA
Skinny jeans first gained mainstream attention in the early 2000s, riding the wave of a global fashion shift towards more form-fitting attire. Previously, the 1990s were dominated by baggy styles, including flared pants and wide-legged jeans. However, the early 2000s brought a renewed focus on the silhouette, with many fashion-forward individuals embracing the slim, body-hugging cut of skinny jeans.
In the USA, skinny jeans were initially popularized by the rock and punk subcultures before making their way into mainstream fashion. Celebrities, particularly musicians, played a pivotal role in popularizing the trend. Icons like Avril Lavigne and later pop stars such as Rihanna and Beyoncé began incorporating skinny jeans into their looks, making them a must-have item for fashion-conscious Women's Skinny Jeans USA.
Versatility and Appeal
One of the key reasons skinny jeans have endured as a popular wardrobe item is their versatility. These jeans are a go-to choice for casual, everyday wear but can also be dressed up for more formal occasions. Whether paired with sneakers and a t-shirt or styled with a blazer and heels, skinny jeans offer endless outfit possibilities.
Moreover, their range of fits and finishes ensures they appeal to a wide audience. High-waisted, mid-rise, and low-rise skinny jeans allow women to select the style that best flatters their figure, while different washes—from classic blue denim to sleek black and even bold colors—offer options for every personal taste.
The Cultural Impact of Skinny Jeans
Skinny jeans have transcended the realm of fashion and become a cultural symbol in the USA. They reflect broader shifts in societal attitudes toward body image and personal style. The form-fitting nature of skinny jeans has been embraced by women of all shapes and sizes, symbolizing a move towards body positivity and self-expression. Brands now offer Skinny Ankle Jeans USA, acknowledging that style is not limited to a single body type.
Despite the recent rise of alternative fits like mom jeans, boyfriend jeans, and straight-leg pants, skinny jeans continue to hold a special place in women's fashion. They remain a symbol of effortless chic and are unlikely to disappear from the style landscape anytime soon.

Mastering the Oversized Look: A Streetwear Style Guide
The oversized trend has taken the streetwear world by storm, with loose-fitting t-shirts and hoodies becoming essential pieces in any fashion-forward wardrobe. This guide will help you navigate the world of relaxed fits and bold statements, focusing on how to style oversized t-shirts and hoodies for men and boys.
Oversized T-Shirts for Men
The oversized t-shirt has become a cornerstone of men's streetwear. The key to pulling off this look is all about balance. When wearing an oversized tee, pair it with slimmer bottoms to create a visually appealing contrast. This could mean skinny jeans, tapered joggers, or even shorts in warmer weather.
When shopping for oversized t-shirts, prioritize quality. Look for fabrics that drape well and maintain their shape after washing. Cotton blends or heavyweight cotton are often good choices. Avoid cheap materials that can look sloppy or lose their structure quickly.
Styling tips for oversized t-shirts:
Try the French tuck: Partially tuck the front of your tee for a semi-polished look.
Layer it: Wear your oversized tee under an open button-up shirt or light jacket.
Keep it neutral: Choose versatile colors like black, white, or earth tones for maximum outfit potential.
Play with textures: Combine your smooth tee with rougher textures like denim or leather for added interest.
Anime Oversized T-Shirts
For those looking to add some personality to their streetwear, anime-inspired oversized t-shirts are a popular choice. These graphic tees allow you to showcase your interests while staying on-trend. When incorporating anime tees into your wardrobe:
Balance the bold graphics with simpler pieces in the rest of your outfit.
Choose designs that resonate with your personal style and interests.
Pay attention to the placement of graphics for the best visual impact.
Consider the color palette of the anime design when coordinating your outfit.
The Classic Black Hoodie
A black hoodie is a versatile piece that belongs in every streetwear enthusiast's closet. It's perfect for layering and can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. To style a black hoodie:
Pair it with distressed jeans and clean sneakers for a classic casual look.
Layer it under a leather or denim jacket for added edge and warmth.
Combine it with tapered joggers and high-top sneakers for a sporty vibe.
Dress it up with chinos and chelsea boots for a more polished streetwear look.
Hoodies for Boys
Young streetwear enthusiasts can also embrace the oversized trend. When choosing hoodies for boys:
Ensure the fit is relaxed but not overwhelming. The hoodie should still allow for easy movement.
Look for adjustable features like drawstrings to customize the fit.
Select durable fabrics that can withstand active wear and frequent washing.
Consider zip-up options for easier on-and-off, especially for younger boys.
Men's Streetwear: Pulling It All Together
To create cohesive streetwear looks that incorporate oversized t-shirts and hoodies:
Mix high and low pieces: Pair a designer hoodie with basic jeans, or an affordable oversized tee with premium sneakers.
Experiment with proportions: Try combining loose tops with slim bottoms, or vice versa.
Accessorize thoughtfully: Add caps, chains, or statement socks to elevate your look.
Focus on fit: Even oversized pieces should have intentional sizing. Avoid drowning in fabric.
Layer strategically: Use oversized pieces as a base for layering with jackets, vests, or open shirts.
Pay attention to color coordination: Create a cohesive palette, whether you're going for monochrome or contrasting colors.
Don't forget footwear: Sneakers are streetwear staples, but don't be afraid to experiment with boots or other styles.
Remember, the key to pulling off any streetwear look is confidence. Wear what makes you feel comfortable and authentic, and you'll naturally exude style. The oversized trend offers plenty of room for personal expression, so don't be afraid to experiment and find what works best for you.
As you build your streetwear wardrobe, invest in quality basics like a good black hoodie and well-fitting oversized tees. These pieces will serve as the foundation for countless outfits. From there, you can add statement pieces like anime graphic tees or bold accessories to create a style that's uniquely yours.
Whether you're a seasoned streetwear aficionado or just dipping your toes into the world of oversized fashion, remember that style is personal. Use these guidelines as a starting point, but don't be afraid to break the rules and create your own signature look.
