The Recent Nevermore Drama.

Red, I think it's quite sad that you decided to delete all the original comments going against you and reexplaining what went down within your 'apology', which was 95% calling out rather than talking about the cause of the whole uprising. Nonetheless, here was my original reply, just so everybody who stumbles across this post can see the reply from somebody who's viewed it from both sides. The original message was, as follows:

'Hey Red,

I hope you're managing amidst everything that's been going on. I know you've been through a lot recently, and I hate to add to the messages you've been receiving. However, there are some things that I really need to talk to you about.

Over the past few days — even years — I've noticed some things that really concern me. It feels like there's been a lot of blame unfairly placed on certain individuals within your community, which is incredibly damaging, especially when it unfairly paints others in a negative light. I understand you've been trying to address the situation with Crimson, but the approach taken hasn't been effective and has caused more harm than good.

In terms of the Crimson drama, I think it could have been handled more sensibly. Consulting with Laci and others involved would have been beneficial before making the decision to introduce Crimson back to the server. When you were writing your explanation, which I know was rushed, you should have stepped back and consulted for longer - I know you felt pressured, but.. you needed to give yourself time to handle it.

With the screenshots, too - they were only censored to the point of concealing most of the users involved to keep the MINORS safely out of the evidence, and yet you continued to banter on about how they were censored and unable to interpret what happened. As well, you tampered with evidence when you sent a screenshot, CUTTING OUT the part where Laci mentioned they could give you the evidence uncensored if you asked, yet you continued to complain.

On the topic of minors, you name dropped SEVERAL in your apology. Do you know how endangering or scary that can be? It's insane that you felt the need to name anybody involved to get people off your back.

There's also Sardonyx - I don't know if you'll share this with your patreons but, if you do, hello Sardonyx. They casually aggravate people, make NSFW conversation in YOUR SFW server, and you still allow them to pursue in such a way. They continued to temper people after the initial Crimson argument and started their own, which could have been avoided if you had muted both persons involved (rather than banning everybody against Sardonyx) and asked for them to calm down and explain their conflict in dms.

Also the Bunnybel issue - I know the topic was discussed by people banned, but there's also the factor that neither you, nor your mods stepped in to stop it. Matter of fact, you contributed to it, and everybody went along with it as a fun easter event of drawing your two main protagonists in these outfits that, when looked at closer, actually have a much more terrible implication. You should have handled this earlier, rather than blaming it on somebody and ranting about how it's all their fault and they're in the wrong.

Again with Laci, too - you outright blaming her for everything that has occurred is terrible. Whilst that may be what you see in this whole confrontation, in truth, it really isn't anything like that, Red. Saying that everybody else involved were her 'lackeys' and 'twisted around her finger' was an incompetent, foolish way of pinning all these hardships on her. Some people involved, including me, had barely spoken to Laci prior, because a lot of people cared about the fact that YOU had unbanned a potentially alleged pedophile back into your server full of minors. I know it doesn't seem like everybody cared, but we all did, otherwise we wouldn't have started this whole 'riot' thing or whatever to go against it. I surely cared, considering I have been at the face of two pedophiles sending me unsettling, inappropriate images, and I know that it is hard to reach out to somebody or stop them when they shrug it off so nonchalantly.

Lastly, I think it's hypocritical you spoke about how certain groups were stalker-ish and stealing messages from a patreon chat, despite you taking a chat from private servers and dms. The behaviour is equal, is it not? You used your influence to alter certain texts and take them out of context, and the other groups simply took what you said and proved that you, and unpunished, favourited people who have been held dearly, have done terrible things yourself.

I understand that this whole thing has been overwhelming for you, Red, but I believe that there was a real need for you to approach each situation differently, and not to compile everything into an 'apology' that is 5% apology, and 95% calling out people and altering the blame to be put on them. I think that the tactics you used were poor, and I hope that you do figure out something better in the future.

A lot of things that have occurred recently are the fault of both 'sides' (if we can call them that. Not 'Laci's lackeys' or 'Clique 1 and 2'.) and I think I should refer to the way that this has been dealt with again. 

Yes, the server was owned by somebody different who was capable of banning Crimson, and it was intended for less SFW purposes, but I think Crimson went outright too far in a predatory way. They put a teenage oc with an adult oc, which is pedophilic behaviour, and sent several overly NSFW images. I assume that this chat was intended for 'implied sexual circumstances', rather than overly perverse, but I could be wrong. I agree in the fact that something should have been done, and I approve of Laci's initial reaching out, but I don't approve of the way Red banned them for as little as they did.

As I like to say; 4 months, 4 minors. You afforded Crimson a month for each minor they influenced in such a predatory way, and I think the time should have been extended.

Might I also add, these screenshots were not 'heavily' censored. They were censored for the safety of the minors and other persons involved and, yet.. Red seems to be content with name dropping every minor who was involved. So much for the safety of her members!

AND I have more to add, which I trust you to hand over to Red for me since you seem content to do that quite often for her - do you mind reminding her and the entire patreon and mod chat that Crimson (and Red, I'm pretty sure) knew the age of one 12 year old, who we might call 'Green'. They continued to share NSFW things to them, including making jokes about what I assume was a 'vibrator in public'. How SFW for a child! Crimson is VERY innocent.

I agree that all of this has gotten out of hand, but both responses, from Red, the moderation team, and the patreon chat against the groups banned for involving themselves, but I wouldn't consider it a mob. Both sides had good intentions, it's just the way Red has gone about it - framing others for her mistakes and outright dismissing people for being concerned about the safety, that has made this come to such a volatile level.

And the whole, breaking several TOS, and a law? If thats what we're doing, what are you doing? Leaking private messages, encouraging predatory behaviour, endangering minors, leaking names which could result in a witch hunt from Red's expanse following? Oh dear..

Instead of handling this like the adult, you undertake criticism harshly, which is detrimental considering you are somebody who has been writing for years, which means that you should have matured and adapted to take this kinds of things. You could have taken a month, maybe two, maybe three, to explain the whole Crimson thing - it would have been much less detrimental to yourself, and your community. You allowed an alleged, potential predator back into your server without consulting it with victims - and don't get me started on the whole 'Crimson didn't know!', they knew at least one of them, and still continued. You pinned the blame on Laci, on another person (who has asked me not to say their name and, like the respectful person I am, will not be namedropping. That doesn't seem like a familiar concept to you, does it?) and you keep all these little dirty secrets behind a paywall. Red, in the most respectfully disrespectful way, grow up and learn to be better. You spout all this bull, every little detail and, when it backfires, you cower into a corner, guilt trip, manipulate, and eventually resort to the potential physical or mental harm of other people. It needs to stop. The icing on the cake, to all of this? YOU, as the 'mature adult that would never stand for pedophilic behaviour, that loves their audience, that has a server full of minors', that YOU would delete messages explaining the situation in a different point of view. You don't want your vast following to see these and think, 'huh, maybe Red isn't as good as I thought they were?', well they aren't. Me (20M) and my ex bf Karl (21M) had been dating for 2 years. We were both apart of a small friend group where everyone had known each other since grade 8. That is, everyone except for Karl and Emily (21F). Karl and Emily have grown up together and were always a lot closer than me and Karl until something happened which caused me to confess my feelings for Karl. Karl claimed that he'd felt the same way for years which surprised me, but nonetheless we started dating. Karl had wanted to keep it a secret for some time which ended up being a whole year, which I was fine with. I believed maybe it was because he wasn't out as gay yet. Totally fine. I understand, but eventually something changed with Karl after Emily and him had a major falling out. He was so persistent on telling people about our relationship when just a few days ago he was terrified about anyone finding out. Okay.. odd.. but whatever. Once we told the friend group, it was very apparent that Emily wasn't too happy about our relationship.

She would constantly make remarks about how we really shouldn't date each other, how we were a disgusting couple, and how Karl and her were more "compatible". I would just do my best to ignore her salty remarks whenever we went out to hang, but she would start telling the others in our group how she was going to end her life. She made a private texting chat for her and our other friends to talk about me and Karl, and there were soo many screenshots of her threatening to kill herself if I stayed with Karl. Eventually it came out that Emily and Karl were dating behind my back for more than a year. There were more screenshots shared with me, screenshots taken by Emily, where she and Karl were bragging about how gullible and pathetic I was for thinking Karl actually liked me.

The falling out they had? That was because Karl had told Emily that he had real feelings for me now, and that they should end things before things get messy. (Look how that turned out.)

Karl made the argument that "It was just the past" and how he actually did love me now, but he's completely lost my trust. There's been only one person on my side from the friend group, the one who shared screenshots, while everyone else thinks I was being harsh for breaking up with him and not trying to talk things out.

I'm starting to think maybe I should have tried to talk things out and give Karl a second chance. Things could have been completly different.

Jes, as the number one resident LU Wars yapper, do you recall any time Wars and Four talked to each other? Like I know he helped Four out with Wild’s sword, but I don’t think they every really had a one-on-one interaction with each other. Or talked to each other. Just asking this because I’m writing a one-shot centered around the two of them being stuck in a cave. It’s called “The Girls are Fighting” and I think that explains everything you know about it. Idk, I just think there is lot of potential with the two of them interacting, because they know barely anything about each other. Like, Wars doesn’t know anything about Four or Wild’s time, like at all, but Wild does have a connection with Wars given so many thing in AoC, and the potential for the timelines converging being the fault of the time war in HW. But Four? There is nothing connecting the two, besides the fact that they are both Link and went on a heroic adventure and all that jazz. I’m just rambling at this point lol. Fraudulent gofundme's by one "Michelle Diaz" of Berwyn, IL (And connections to tumblr scammer Laura Deramas)

A few weeks ago, @kyra45 called out now-deactivated user widelys for sending out suspicious asks and failing to provide consistent answers to questions about their fundraiser. (As an example, they couldn't clarify whether they were raising funds for their twin infant children or for their twin sister.) (Check out key's tag for the posts documenting what went down).

On the actual gofundme page, it says that the fundraiser was organized by one Michelle Diaz of Berwyn, IL "to help out a member of the community". The link to this (likely fraudulent) fundraiser is still up and can be found here:

The other day, user @hannaweeny reached out to me after finding my blog while reverse-image searching pics being used by a twitter user they believe to be a scammer. Sure enough the pics were the exact same ones used by known tumblr scammer (and proven Laura Deramas alt) sheeyancjoje. The now-deleted twitter account (@JKrismoz8405) was once more claiming to be a "homeless trans" but now going by the name "Jess". This "Jess" was using a gofundme that was once more organized by, you guessed it, Michelle Diaz of Berwyn, IL. Link here:

Thanks to hannaweeny's screenshots and links, I found the twitter account that's sharing this new scam gofundme, user @/divinesanxuary. When you look up their account, their pinned tweet is another fundraiser they claim to have created for a Palestinian woman in Gaza named 'Azhar'. The one who supposedly organized the fundraiser is, once more, Michelle Diaz of Berwyn, IL:

I have no solid proof yet that this last fundraiser is a scam, as it is dated September 28, 2023, way before the internet and communication blackout in Gaza, but the way the other two fundraisers above organized by this "Michelle Diaz" person both turned out to be fraudulent makes this third one extremely suspicious and very likely to be a scam. The twitter account that is supposedly owned by this Palestinian woman also looks very untrustworthy (user @/burner74358009 if anyone wants to look them up). If this is indeed another scam, then it's a new low for this Michelle Diaz, to use the unimaginable pain and suffering being experienced by Palestinians right now for their own selfish gains.

The Laura Deramas connection

(deep breaths everyone, I know we are all so fucking tired of her. I will make a separate post for the screenshots of what I will describe on this part, as the post is already too long. For now, this is just a rundown of what happened as best as I can recall it.)

While I was writing this post, my mutual @thewondersmith was messaging with Laura on Facebook. Laura had contacted them a while ago asking them to tell me to take down my posts about her and her scams, saying that her irl friends and acquaintances have found out about her scams on tumblr, that they were mad at her and harassing her and threatening to report her to the police, and she was being called to their purok leader in connection with her scamming. After some prodding, Laura admits that she was the one behind the sheeyancjoje account. At first, she was still insisting that she wasn't responsible for the new one on twitter that was literally using sheeyancjoje's pics and typing exactly like her, but eventually, when her whining and guilt-tripping made no impact, she also finally admitted she was running JKrismoz84035.

From that point on in their conversation, Laura admits to owning sheeyancjoje, tumbsrrplzzstop, "A Cancer Girl" that "didn't go very far", widelys, AND the most recent blog milkydonutsh, which was found to have been using a Jessa Malubay paypal account. When asked about her connections to "Michelle Diaz" and Jessa and Joan Malubay, Laura gives confusing and conflicting details, claiming that Michelle Diaz messaged her on twitter saying she can help make her a gofundme (which doesn't explain how the widelys gofundme was made seeing as that one started here on tumblr, long before this recent twitter scheme), that there was another person, a "Tom" who shared it and has a "group chat of donations".

What we were able to understand from all of this, though, is that Michell Diaz organizes the fundraisers on gofundme, presumably using her American bank and money transfer accounts, subtracts a fee for running said fundraisers, then sends the remaining to Jessa or Joan Malubay's paypal accounts, which can then be transferred to Laura's Gcash account.

While talking to thewondersmith, Laura was all cry-emoji apologetic and remorseful, explaining why she was driven to do all of these scams, citing the usual excuses of wanting to fix her mother's house, her many different relatives being sick and needing money to go to the hospital. She begged thewondersmith "not to post about her anymore" because she's afraid people will post about her on twitter and "there are many Filipinos on twitter", sent videos of her son saying Merry Christmas and even had the audacity to ask them for "a gift" as her son's "godparent". She made it seem as if she was sorry for all the scams she was running and gave the impression that she was going to stop moving forward.

Despite all this, the tumblr blog milkydonutsh, which she has admitted to be hers, made a recent update just 5 hours ago (Monday morning here in the PH), as can be seen in this call out post by @confidenceiscrucial. When thewondersmith confronted her about this new update, Laura yet again tries to deny it, saying she no longer has access to this particular account. A few minutes after their convo, milkydonutsh was deactivated.

So I’m just new to this whole Astrology shit and as a Capricorn Sun/Virgo Rising, I can say it’s pretty accurate how they described me as having a straight nose, good forehead, and a person who is neat freak lmaooo 😆 crazy 🤭 so yeah I never really gave a flying fuck about Astrology because I thought it was a bit ‘girly’ or something only girls do, but it all changed when last December 30, 2023, I saw a Tiktok about the Cardinal Signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn) finally ending their 16-year struggle since 2008. I mean, the last 16 years truly made me realize a lot of shit, and I lost A LOT. The last one taken away from me was my dog (Gisele Heart Particles Nougat Shamcey Chamyto Chimmy 2010-2023). So yeah, it was quite a relief knowing that the cycle is coming to an end and that the next 20 years is gonna be rosy for the Cardinal Signs. But there’s one more boss fight before Pluto finally leaves us Cardinal Signs for good as it’s going to retrograde back for a just a few months (September-November) and then GONE FOREVER.

Btw, astrologers are saying that the Fixed Signs are gonna go through shit in the next 20 years, but please don’t be afraid if you’re a Fixed Sign (especially if you’re a nice person).

So yeah, I found myself crotch-deep into astrology and found out that my ruling planet is Saturn 🪐 and that meant instant karma in both directions. And this is what bothers me because it means I have to be a good guy all the time! 1. This person humiliated me in front of people (worst thing that was ever done to me), then two days later bammmm the most devastating thing happened to his wife and kids which left him in extreme pain and distress for a few months.

2. This woman hated me for no reason, talked shit about me, then a few days later she was diagnosed with cancer.

3. An evil person who did me super dirty was humiliated on a national level lmao imagine being in the news for the wrong things you did.

4. I was never bullied when I was a kid, but there was this classmate in grade school (24 years ago) who was so jealous of my Nokia 3210. She intentionally sat on my backpack, broke the screen, and even though I was fuming, I didn’t hit her ultra wide face with my hand. A few days later I heard from a classmate that she was going through shit at home because her mom found out that her dad was having an affair lmao 🤣 I stalked her IG just now and found out she’s battling with extreme obesity. Oh nooo karma is a cat purring on my lap cherryt 😝

NEW ART !? It's more likely than you think !

I've redesigned Léa's Magical form again, but this time around I've actually colored (& shaded) the whole thing ; I'll share more of my process under the read more.

So this is Léa's old Magical form, or at least the last art of it I had completed before the 2024 version :

I was going for a fancy, somewhat ouji inspired outfit that'd still be comfortable to wear, as Léa Acorn's style is all about being cute yet comfy. Their body saw no change from their regular form.

I think I was already not fully satisfied with this design by the end of 2021, but as time went on my list of grievances kept growing longer. I started to dislike how much of the design was pure white ; it's not really something I like on Magical Girl designs but for some reason I included it here, probably because I was trying to branch out and take inspiration from series like Lolirock & Pretty Cure for once. I also ended up finding the jacket kinda dumb, or at least the way it fit on top of the shirt seemed off. I had no idea how to color the shoes when I drew this design and it was bugging me more and more over time.

But while I fell out of love with the outfit, my main grievance was the staff-paintbrush-scythe hybrid, which was not only drawn poorly but also pretty boring. I couldn't help but try to redesign it just a month or two after completing the new ref, but I didn't want to redo the whole thing as back then I still made my refs in Microsoft Publisher with the help of Photofiltre, which was a slow and painful process I dreaded.

So between my laziness, art block and the general state of my life I wasn't able to complete any new design before this year (2024). Let's break down this new design, shall we ?

This was my main inspo board this time around :

As you can see I kept the lolita/ouji influence but added some streetwear elements to it. I felt like the previous design didn't do a great job showcasing the mix of preppy prince & comfy fashion Léa are supposed to encapsulate, so I brought up pictures of a character that had only influenced their story and personality so far : Sora from Kingdom Hearts !

It's not something I bring up a lot anymore, but I used to be well-versed in Kingdom Hearts lore and Léa's story was heavily influenced by it ; they were even supposed to fight with a keyblade at one point ! Design-wise, I borrowed the length of Sora's shorts/jumpsuit for Léa's bloomers, and replaced their cropped suit jacket by a short-sleeved hoodie (which also mirrors some of their Sonic.exe world designs). I mixed these elements with lolita items for a cuter look.

Léa share my love of ties, so I've replaced their bow tie by a regular one ; it's somewhat short to showcase their shirt, which is a revamped version of the old one.

For the legwear I took inspiration from some long flowy legwarmers I saw in a few fairy kei coords, and also the shoes from this CocoPPaDolls screenshot I've taken years ago, back when the game was still up :

And of course I needed the shoes to be velcro LED shoes, because that's just the Léa Acorn way.

The rounded pink heart-shaped gems throughout the outfit were somewhat inspired by Amulet Heart from Shugo Chara.

Talking about gems, time to talk about the staff ! It was inspired by Amulet Spade's paintbrush, some Lolirock items, and a bunch of bootleg Magical Girl wands. Why reference bootleg wands, you might ask ? Well, since they're already off compared to the real deals, they allow me to not design wands that are too similar to ones from well-known properties.

I've been meaning to make Léa's eyes pink in their magical form for years but didn't actually follow through for a while. I ended up making their eyes brownish pink to not make their eyes too light, as I felt like it'd remove some of their charm (I already felt guilty for not keeping their eyes brown in this form). And of course, I had to bedazzle their eyes to hell and back.

Actually all this shininess and sparkling was inspired by the original drawing of Léa's Magical Form drawn all the way back in 2017 and redrawn in 2018 :

For some reason I took a lot of inspiration from Sailor Moon for these despite Léa's role being inspired by Card Captor Sakura (and Kingdom Hearts). Also Wish Gems used to be called "Magical Chaos Emeralds" and look just like the regular Chaos Emeralds, which was kinda dumb. But I loved the energy of these pieces so I've tried to recapture the "sparkly pink magical transformation void" vibes they had ; I hope I've succeeded on that front.

Are you kidding me??? I was aware that the words “Groomer” and “Pedo” are thrown around just like that on the internet. But…holy shit. So what are these two being accused of? Well. Grooming. Because they were saying some very out of pocket risky jokes and had art that is risky (According to sources of both sides no actual porn was posted, just risky content in which you could argue teeters on NSFW because remember, not all NSFW is blatant porn. It’s a spectrum.) Okay so let’s look at the definition of grooming here. According to Oxford Dictionary grooming is the attempt to form a relationship with someone for them with the sole intention of sex or being in a sexual relationship with them.

From interviewing both sides as well as looking into the two hundred paged doc (which we will get there soon my friends), there was no instance of grooming here, they didn’t try to get closer to these kids to try and use them for sex, the closest thing you could tie that to is the pinup drawings, which I don’t even think Opal or Blue knew what they were doing when they posted that. Oh. And one more thing.

Hey owl. I know we’re mutuals and all. And I saw you already fixed this but I feel the need to say it. You are an adult. I am an adult. We should not be throwing the word groomer around especially when you are in contact with the doc maker and likely already read it all. Yes, they did not censor a large amount of the minors interactions in this doc opening them up to harassment. I know one of these minors and went to them in hopes of them telling me more. But guess what? They did what most kids would do in such a situation and freaked out, which was my fault for trying to do such a thing without thinking. These kids are basically open to a rain of gunfire now because of no censorship. I thought we were trying to protect them? What’s up with that? I don’t consider it doxxing as doxxing is the reveal of personal information on the internet/ to the public. The info of those minors were public in a way. But it’s still VERY scummy whether or not the doc makers knew that. And to add onto this, according to a few people some or all of these screenshots were taken out of context. I was not given any further proof so take it with a grain or salt. If the doc maker is reading this. I’d recommend actually taking time in making that doc better because all it does is make you look aggressive even if you may have a point in some things. Or just… go to those involved and try to fix it in private so unneeded drama like this doesn’t happen.

Opal, Blue, any other adult who happened to be heavily involved. I understand sex jokes = funny. I understand we can go too far. Hell. This situation made me realize I did a similar thing a while back and how it was not at all cool of me to do. I know that sex humor is a staple in minors and at the end of the day we can laugh about “magic condoms” or how much of a slut Mago is. Here’s the thing. I do think you guys went too far. A sex joke or two is funny and not out of the ordinary (again, I have I think a couple of those on my account if you look hard enough) and I know it’s easy to go take a couple steps too far from the path. What I want you lads to do is be aware that a lot of the more raunchier jokes and images wasn’t okay around minors and you need to take responsibility for it. No defensive words. Just say “Yeah I messed up, but guess what. I can fix this” and I’m not just expecting this just out of you, I’m expecting this out of the other side and those who jumped on these claims without looking into them. Here is an idea for you, what can possibly fix your issue with regards to content within your server. Make a 18+ channel or a series of them, having them locked and people only allowed in by mods who give it a green light when the person wanting in is 18 or older. That way you can post content and make jokes to your hearts content without worrying about these folks calling you groomers. Worst case scenario you get called a degenerate but I mean…come on. If you’re a degenerate then I am 100x more of one judging by the jokes and content I’ve made in the shadows. The adult channels is something I’ve seen in multiple Kirby servers and if you plan on keeping your current server or moving to a new one to protect minor identity keep that idea of mine in mind please. This is kinda like the maturity option on tumblr posts, which if you haven’t used yet for spicier content I highly recommend!

And this is just for Opal. Hey, I wanna say this so you don’t catch flack for it later but author doesn’t equal character is not an excuse in this situation. I understand the thought process of this, but keep in mind you are the one speaking through Magolor. You are the one who wrote him to have this character and you should be very aware that if you use that excuse on anyone who isn’t as open as I am they will likely just completely believe you are trying to save your own ass.

FYI If later on in the timeline it does come out someone here no matter what side they’re on is actually grooming minors with undeniable proof, they’re going to have to deal with my ass and the cops.

I don’t think I will be involved in drama again, unless it’s of this magnitude in which I’d highly recommend saying your prayers because I will not be nearly as nice as I was in this post.

When it first started out there were only about a dozen of us hanging out in a park in downtown. We had some tents, we made some signs protesting the banks, but mostly we just sat around and talked about our ideas for governance. Honestly those first few weeks where it was just a handful of us young idealists were really cool.

Then things started escalating.

Counter protesters happened a bit, people driving by and yelling slanderously at us but not being brave enough to stop and have a discussion or anything.

Then one day I was hanging out on my lunch break at work holding up a sign and one of my friends came up and told me that that night the cops were planning on coming out in force to bust us up. I didn't believe him, we'd heard rumors about it before but it didn't sound serious. He said this time the ACLU was getting involved and was sending a rep over to talk to us about everything to get us ready for the cops coming, which I should have taken more seriously but I still thought it was just people talking big because things got really heated in New York at that time.

But then the cops DID come that night, and they maced all my friends. I'll be perfectly honest, when they were talking about arresting people I stepped off and watched from the sidewalk and others took video with their phones but for some reason the word had gotten out that something was going down that night and there were SO MANY FUCKING PEOPLE THERE.

I couldn't understand that part, how we had gone from a couple of dozen of us in total hanging out to around 200 people there that particular night when the cops escalated.

They maced a bunch of people and arrested them. This caused an explosion of popularity and a whole host of other problems with it, especially once the ACLU got more involved with us.

When things started getting big in Wall Street in New York, a few of the more clever people got logically pointed towards as leaders in the movement, just college kids who happened to be charismatic.

They were immediately smeared so hard that as a tactic we decided to be a leaderless organization without a hierarchy. This wound up being a large part of our local chapter's downfall by itself--we had a leader we all deferred to we just didn't want the public to know about him.

Anyway after the macing incident from the cops things got way bigger. Suddenly we had dozens of people at the site night and day. And with them came a lawyer from the ACLU, I'll never forget it because that was the day I felt like I truly lost my voice entirely in this organization that I had quite frankly and literally been a large part of starting. This was because with all the new people coming in, and those of us veterans who had been around in the beginning trying to impose a culture on a population 20x your size proved to be virtually impossible immediately.

With the ACLU immediately a hierarchy formed because two other people showed up with them that assumed command roles. With all the new people we couldn't convince all the newbies that our actual leader was in fact our leader and had orchestrated the entire presence that was there at all, his voice disappeared too in what we thought was great at first, an explosion in popularity and what looked like funding and big support from the people.

Anyway the ACLU sent their lawyer and the two ugly people came with them at that time or that was largely when I recall they showed up, a man and a woman. Anyway I mentioned that a hierarchy formed, they seemed to have known the ACLU lawyer who came and gave his spiel and at the very least that was the beginning of their involvement with the group.

They stayed day and night. I lived in the area and worked in the area so I came during my free time but I still went home to sleep most nights, they came and immediately stayed day and night never leaving.

At first they seemed great, they were older than everyone else and they seemed to have a lot of experience with protests. They were good at getting everyone calmed down and listening to them and coming up with ideas for organization, like getting a bank account started and getting donations put into it and then deciding on a list of donations of things that should be brought up to reinforce the camp, this that and the other.

A lot

I am going to make it a goal for myself to begin journaling daily again. I need this. It helps me a lot and I don't know why I stopped consistently doing it. I think ever since I started posting on my sneakyjuicebox Instagram account, I stopped relying on this as much. But that Instagram account doesn't actually share my true emotions so I don't think it is a viable source of letting my emotions out. I am going to make it a goal for myself to write something here everyday as a habit. Even if it is not a lot or even if it is something small.

A LOT happened yesterday. I am ashamed of a lot of it but I think it is important to write it all down so I can reflect back on it. Basically, Luca has been at Lake Como in Italy with 6 women and 2 men for the past few days. I was okay with all of that at first. Something that didn't completely sit right with me is that one of the women there is a woman that he has had a sexual relationship with in the past. And I kept seeing stories and posts of them together. Almost everytime I saw something from him, she was in it. And he explained to me that that was because she was also in a relationship so he thought that she was a safe person for him to hang around? Anyway, he called me out on Snapchat and we talked for awhile. He was upset that the guy was in my bed and I wasn't speaking to him. And at a certain point he texted me saying he loved me and missed me and I apparently replied with a video of me and the guy laughing. I take some responsibility for what happened the other night. Honestly, I will take a lot of responsibility for it. But it is just so frustrating for me as well because I feel hidden. It almost felt like he wants to keep up an appearance of being a party person. He says that he cant post me on his social medias because we aren't together. I suppose that's fair but even in the past, it has always felt like he doesn't want to be seen with me by his peers. He could have posted me on his second account in the past? Also I mentioned that he hasn't officially asked me out yet. That it feels like he has one foot in the door of being in a relationship while maintaining another foot outside the door of being single and free to do as he pleases. I just dont want to be taken for a fool. And I even outlined that him posting online with all of these women, with Sebastian on his account, I guarantee his stories were screenshotted and sent around and I look stupid for having a boyfriend who goes around and parties with a bunch of women. I'm not sure. I think we have worked past it. I'm not sure how we will move forward with this but I think only time will tell.

Lets go over a few things.

For starters, being online and having the shield of anonymity means people can get away with a LOT more than we'd like. That's sadly just a fact of life, I'm afraid. People on this realm will treat that like a holy grail, as if they are untouchable and free of all consequence because frankly, most of the time they are.

When it comes down to the situation being discussed, and believe me you when I say that I've gone over all of this so. So many times. Niklos acted from a place of logic, you reacted emotionally. Which, there's nothing wrong with that, the proposed crime is absolutely abhorrent and should NOT be taken lightly. As someone who has officered in guilds and has lead guilds and other small things, I will be the first to say that when you're a GM, and officer, etc, you SHOULD NOT be acting emotionally in a situation like this. You only make it worse.

Sadly you have to put all personal bias aside, and as much as I commend the quick action on it, taking a jump like you did and handling this situation without talking to your GUILD MASTER, the OTHER OFFICERS, or the PEOPLE YOU BANNED?? Is a horrible look on you and no one else.

That being said, every claim like this should be treated like it is 100% absolutely true until proven otherwise, but without evidence punishment should not be dished out. You were right when you said that witnesses provide a great deal of understanding in place of lack of evidence, but because none of them have stepped forward in the EIGHT YEARS that this has apparently been keeping you awake at night, it can only be considered hearsay.

The woman you are mentioning hasn't said anything in terms of what you're ranting over here, and frankly, with the level of tantruming I've seen from you every time this has come up, I'm starting to think you're just upset you got kicked the first time to begin with.

pairing: mysterio/ reader

you were on a solo trip in venice. you decided you needed to treat yourself, so here you were, in an observatory on the top of a bridge, admiring the view down below. there were a few others aswell observing the view, but you ignored them, blasting your music and zoning out happily. you bop your head to the music, when suddenly the birds you were watching flew away, and the ground beneath you began to shake.

removing your headphones, you turn to see how others were reacting to this, but you were alone. brows furrowed, you looked down to see that everyone else was already down below, running and screaming, but from what? a quick scan of your surroundings gave you that answer. the water from under the bridge began to swirl around, building up, forming and shaping into a human like figure. your heart sank as you finally snap out of your trance and begin to make your way out of the observatory. when you made it onto the actual bridge, your heart nearly stopped. this water man had now spanned hundreds of feet, and was looking down right at you, considering you were literally the only one left on the bridge. you quickly back up, tripping over your own feet and landing roughly on your ass. the water man began to raise his fist over you, and you thought it was over. you squeeze your eyes shut, letting out a cry of fear as you prepare to be smashed by this thing when suddenly, you were in the air.

your eyes fly open, realizing you were in the arms of a man who had a fishbowl of some sort as a helmet. you let out a gasp, clinging helplessly to him as he lands back on the ground away from the bridge. once you regain balance, the man lets go of you and retracts his helmet. upon eye contact, the both of you freeze for a good 5 seconds. quentin never really believed in love at first sight, until just now. he was taken back by your beauty, and completely forgot there was a giant water monster behind him. he seems to snap out of his trance eventually, deciding to introduce himself.

"are you alright? im mysterio but i- you can call me quentin" he smiles softly. you simply nod, letting out shaky breaths and opening your mouth to say something, before the monster rudely interrupts and comes back into view, it was coming straight for the two of you again. you let out a scream, pointing helplessly at the monster. this seemed to remind quentin who somehow forgot it existed to turn around and fly towards it, effectively blasting the monster away from you.

mysterio easily "defeats' the monster, earning cheers and applaud from people nearby, but quentin didnt care. immediately he flies back to where he had put you down, but you were already gone.

quentin was insistent on knowing everything about you after that. he thought you were beautiful and interesting, and so he sent some of his assistants to find you. that was the hardest part, but finally they located you staying in a hotel not far from where he had saved you. he learned your name, your age, the fact that you were here on vacation, where you actually lived, weather you had a partner or not. he became more intrigued with you with each passing day. he waited by your hotel, for you to inevitably come outside.

he did this for a few weeks, effectively staying hidden. weather he was there in person or watching via drone, he carefully observed your every move, where you ate, what clothes you wore, how you walked, how you talked, how you slept. this went on for a few weeks, and you never noticed. quentin knew this was wrong, but he was too nervous to actually talk to you yet. in his mind, this was the second best option.

quentin knew through overhearing a conversation you had with a friend on the phone that you were going back home soon, so he decided now was the time. that very next day he waited by your hotel at the time that you normally went out. when you finally stepped out, quentin made his move, bumping into you 'accidentally'.

"oh im so sorry!" you apologize, upon looking up at him, you realized who it was. "wait.… you're mysterio! err, its quentin? right? you saved me on the bridge" you smile softly. quentin could have swore his whole face was more red than a tomato, you remembered his name.

"oh wow, yeah! what a coincidence! im so sorry about running into you there" he apologizes, using this time to observe your features in awe.

"no, its okay! im glad we ran into each other actually, i really wanted to thank you for saving my life a few weeks ago from that monster. how about i buy you a drink or something? its the least i could do" you beam, gesturing towards the little coffee shop across the street from the hotel.

"of course YN, you dont have to do that for me though, really. i would love to sit down and get to know you a little though?" he responds, his smile faltering slightly as he watches confusion fall over your face.

"howd you know my name?" you question, watching as his smile falls for just a fraction of a second.

"oh! yeah i- you told me the day i saved you, remember?" quentin lies, praying to the lord above that you would believe him and move on.

"oh, huh. completely forgot about that" you laugh, putting it off as you being forgetful "i would like to get to know you more too though, this coffee place is really great. i go here just about every day" you went on as the two of you cross the street. quentin already knew that, but he smiles and nods as if he never did.

the two of you converse in the coffee shop for at least an hour, the both of you getting along great.

"i really enjoyed getting to know you quentin, and im glad we ran into each other before i have to go back home." you voice as you down the rest of your coffee.

"yeah, me too YN. how about we exchange numbers? id love to keep in touch" he smiles, having a silent victory as you agree. the two of you exchange numbers before stepping out of the coffee shop.

"¡ guess ill talk to ya later, quentin" you smile up at him, nudging his arm and walking off casually. quentin is left staring in awe until you were out of sight, a smile and the dusting of red on his cheeks didnt leave his face for a good 2 hours after.
