wanted to help on the doggy wheelchair for gtws if I may!! sometimes there's dogs with sort of wheel chariots to help their hind legs and it's very very cute, especially with stoutier kinds of dog

Yea!! I've been doing some search for doggy wheelchairs and there are SO MANY designs! The chariot for the hind legs seems to be the standard, but i found some very interesting more modern options that I think it will fit his design! I am seriously considering this one!

It FOLDS! I might not be a dog wheelchair expert but just from looking it seems the most common ones can't do that? Also I'm a big fan of the slick straps to hold it on the chest/neck, instead of the metal bars connecting to the shoulders some popular designs have:

Haha! Yeah, i usually try and draw ~4 things min a day. Now, let me clarify, to run an art blog you don't have to draw fast! I do try and take breaks if I need them!!! But a lot of my speed has to do with the fact I've just been in a very art-inclined mood as of late :} It's a lot easier to draw if you WANT to draw! and knowing people like my stuff is a huge motivator.

Long post below where I explain my process and some of the shortcuts I take!! :]

For more skill-based tips though, my method definitely helps. Drawing lineless and paying attention to my stabilizer helps a lot. I'm definitely not a perfectionist when it comes to my art and I do tend to reuse poses I KNOW im comfortable with if I'm not in the mood to go all out.

I sketch freely with loose stabilizer using a pencil-like pen that allows me to get a good idea of the details I want down... Ex:

I have a very good grasp on the way i draw slugcats and how their bodies are shaped! Depending on the characters you're drawing, you should try drawing them a TON to get to a point where you can sketch them without even looking at a ref of any kind. My designs tend to stay consistent as I have a solid idea of each slugcat in my mind! It helps me pace myself as I generally don't need refs! :}

Next, I blot out my main body shape. I then, using a clip layer, add in lines and line in limbs! Generally I do this all in the same colour, get the main shapes down before you add detail and all that...

I blot out different regions of my character in different colours and section off areas to ensure I can later select these and go over them! Doing lineless helps me a ton as I don't use a lot of layers! it's just the style im more used to :}

Lastly, I add in my colours and adjust places where I can adding in all markings and details and recolouring where I need to! I use the selection wand to help me and I also use clip layers.

The details are relatively easy for me, most of the time its just getting to doodle whatever I want to make the colour combo look the best I can!!! :} The final result of this one will be posted on its own, but I just use CSP tools to add an outline-- I'm not sure if you use Clip Studio Paint, but if you do, you can use the effect feature!

Its just a little thing I add to make my drawing pop against the background!!!! :D

Anddd thats how I pump out art at an inhuman rate! Drawing is one of the few things I can do without my chronic pain kicking my ass so a lot of my day is spent at my computer cozy n' arting! Drawing for too long does cause fatigue in anyone though! I reccomend listening to something engaging in the background (if your attention can take it) and taking regular breaks every ~15-30 minutes.

On one hand you cant bring yourself to fully blame her, but on the other you would rather try to escape with everyone, you know? Pomni is sometimes put off by your odd nature, though... not enough to push her away from working with you though!!

RAGATHA:

You guys bond over your shared interested in sewing! You both make plushes! For you it's more so for gift giving, and for ragatha she does it to pass time! I like to think you guys both have nights where you just hang out, either in her room or yours, and just. Chat and sew! Probably finds your weirdness a little endearing in it's own way; afterall never once were you malicious, in fact you're quite kind to everyone around you and are more than willing to offer second chances even to those who dont deserve it. You and ragatha would be really good friends, I think!

Finds your weirdness a little annoying and he probably asks you a ton of stupid questions on purpose. Probably asks a stream of dumb ones before asking one he knows will peak your interest, but insist he needs to go do something when you start answering. That aside he has probably asked if you could build him a funky little gadget (that he totally wont use for mischief).. probably tries to get all buddybuddy with you because he knows you wont give it to him for the...actual reason he wants

Ah, the two strange father figures! You guys both have a habit of spacing out, though on different levels and for different reasons...you both mutually keep an eye on one another, though!

You've probably dreamed of building a flying machine and escaping this place at least once, leaving with kinger. Too bad the reality isnt going to be that simple.. besides you'd bring everyone with you anyways

honestly they get annoyed how sometimes you dont give direct answers and be vague when you're asked for a solution. It's not that you're trying to be malicious or incompetent, youre just trying to push for everyone to get creative and explore the world around them themselves, you know? Finds it a little off how you sometimes zone out, as if youre thinking about a dozen things at once... but nonetheless, zooble cant bring themselves to hate you. In fact you have this weird comforting aura around you.

shawns shapeshifting is kinda fun 2 me so i will copy and paste what i put on his th, its subject to change (and will get additions im sure) but it would change just on the th and probably wont get edited in THIS post on tumblr lol.

so hes the goopy liquid looking shapeshifter guy. he cant really change his mass, just his form. his 'goop' drips off his body if he doesnt pay attention (kind of looks like candle wax) and 'regenerates' at different speeds depending on how much energy and focus he has. his typical form (the one i usually draw him in) is one that is not difficult for him to hold, it generally stays the same no matter what hes doing or what his concentration is held by- if he attempts anything else, especially trying to generate more mass, he either has to a) stay focused on holding that form so he doesnt lose it, or b) take some of the 'detail' of his appearance from somewhere else and move it to where hes trying to focus (this is usually if hes generating a particular body part). if he 'slides' his wings into his back and uses that mass though he can use whatever that mass is to change shape or create body parts that he DOESNT really have to focus hard on retaining.

he can also change the texture of his body; he can solidify to a more typical furry like anyone else, but he may be a little gummy or with a shiny appearance. sometimes sticky if hes not focusing or he's overheating. he feels warm like a typical mammal. his body cant freeze but he can appear more solid and natural looking in the cold just due to the weather. his body fluids r made from the same 'goop' as everything else and are body-safe (generally as safe to ingest as swallowing anyone elses not-blood bodily fluids is, so, moderately). his body does have blood but its not in the same way other species do, his isnt visible and if hes cut he wont 'bleed'. does have functioning organs so he eats and shits and whatnot. doesn't really have the same kind of tactile sensation of a usual 'person' due to the nature of his shapeshifting but he DOES feel sensation, including pain, but his pain receptors function kinda differently. he does not feel pain from shapeshifting but can feel like hes flexing a muscle too hard for too long if he's holding a shape thats difficult for him and straining his general body mass, on top of struggling to focus.

i also have small hands, am art artist, have wrist issues, and have speedrun before- and went into game dev- you seriously dont get how utterly fucked the controller situation is atm.

so for ref my hand from the wrist connection to the tip of my middle(longest) finger is 6 inches or about 15 cms..my hand being pretty equal preportions fingers to palm. My hands are fucking small and most controllers I've used are too big.

i grew up using a ps2 controller, which is a style I still prefer. It DOES make reaching the l1/l2 and r1/r2 buttons hard at times, it strains on my index/middle (as typically you'd use those or the shoulder/triggers and the thumb for face buttons). i assume my preference is partly due to my small hands, I have been able in the past to find small dualshock style controllers(i have a madcats wireless ps2 that I fucking adore, and I also partially really like the size of the hori ps4- if the shoulder buttons werent fucking AWFUL). It might be because of the size of my palms? Like thinking about it a lot of people seem to prefer the grip of an xbox controller, the different placement of the sticks makes you hold more of the controller in your hand..but i don't have more hand than most people. Tho i have little experience using a xbox controller to really make a solid conclusion.

ANOTHER thing that people forget- even in this post, which isnt surpsing lol is, Im also lefthanded. Thankfully for the most part this doesnt mean much, but during the DS/3DS era god anything not published by nintendo it was just a crapshoot whether lefties were even thought of. My ability to use a stylus with my right hand its probs worse than a kid, and soooo many games were purposely made to use it that way (and then like do whatever else with the dpad). thankfully most of the good stuff had options where you could turn the consol around or use the face buttons instead- accomidation for lefties. Actually looking at my ds now, the stylus is literally located on the right side lol.

i think i had a point somewhere but totally lost it, I just got excited at the prospect of ranting about my tiny hands and how shit its accomidated for lol. and being left handed...i never get to rant about it and still to this day get my shit rocked because of it sometimes.

The asks ive been getting recently help me think over lore, hence the changes

TLDR about the lore;

Monsters got trapped underground classic undertale style, but when the first human fell down they had a unique trait of Passion that gave the underground a feeling of love and happiness, Human got sick one day and when they passed Royal Scientists tried to copy the trait but failed, and somehow the failed shit got into the core which traveled through the AU/into the air and it only affected adults because do i really need to explain ?? (tho i kinda did in one of the linked posts) Ages are kinda undecided as of right now, only important age is Frisk because they are the only child (next to monster kid) who really matters/is physically there/not dead, they are 16. My reasoning is that again everyone affected are adults, and monsters and humans age differently in my eyes Toriel isnt affected because she was in the ruins so the corruption didnt get to her Asriel's soul was basically artificially made via soul bits, however he did have a solid body that existed via a egg from Toriel and sperm cell from Asgore, both ended up dying (this is my lazy excuse to make sure Flowey and Asriel can both be a thing ) Despite me referring to characters as "corrupted with Lust", there is no cure nor any end to their sins. The au is again Lustale... So yea :) The timeline went roughly like this, this is based on my own headcanon years rather then official ok?

Timeline;

Year 2000; The war began Year 2002; The war ended, monsters banished to the shadow realm Year 2012; First human fell down, Chara Year 2014; Chara got sick, within the same time of Chara being down there for the 2 year gap Asriel's soul was patchworked together via bits of Toriel and Asgore's soul but it failed and both kids died within the same year Year 2015; Toriel went into the Ruins and vanished Year 2016; Passion spilled into underground Year 2030; Underground turned into what it is now, after quite a few years everyone was used to Lust as the new main for them Year 2032; Frisk fell down, the story begins!!

I’ve been skating since I could walk, and while I am a hockey/ringette dude, I do know a bit about figure skating.

This guy likely has done some form of figure skating, judging by the jumps, but I’ve seen hockey players and ringette players pull shit like that in the middle of a game and they come off the ice breathless all like “how the fuck did I survive that rush”. I’ve done it myself, and it’s just a moment of “shit turn away ABORT” and then you’re away from the other player

It’s really easy to tell that this guy is an ice skater though; the way he’s moving initially, the way he lowers his center of gravity and the way he runs on the stoppers; fun fact, people who use hockey skates can do that too. It’s a quick way of building up initial speed, but you can’t do it for long because you’re bound to trip and faceplant

The way he’s dodging makes me think he’s a defense; the way he keeps facing the opponent while performing turns and weaves is a very defensive position, and one that is instinctive to all defenders and a fair few forwards.

What impresses me about this though is that he’s brave enough to be this confident on a rollar rink. Rollar blades are similar to skates yes, but not enough so that life-long skaters can just strap in and be perfect. Stopping is totally different, for example; on the ice, hockey and ringette players do snowplow stops, which you can’t do in roller blades, because you can and will break your nose.

So this guy, despite the fact that the traction is completely different in many ways, just went “yes i’m playing hockey” and somehow managed to pull it off--also why do I think he’s a defense? He’s being cheeky and charging at people, just to pull away at the last second. Total defensive player mood. Except on ice, or in practice, we’d body slam you and drive an elbow into your gut when the ref isnt looking :P

Also yes, skating on ice is basically running with knives on your feet. It’s just that you can glide and build up momentum and do shit like that, which you can’t do on solid ground. Ever see those kids warming up outside in the middle of winter, and the sidewalk is slick and they’re taking turns running along it? Those are hockey and ringette players, always, because we’re fucking stupid daredevils, unlike figure skaters, who aren’t going to risk breaking their nose before they perform.

im still working out whos in it and whos left on the cutting room floor cause kjhgfgh theres so many different villains yknow but i currently have seven villains, and all but two of them are solid and have actual stuff i can share

those 7 are doctor octopus, kraven the hunter, venom, green goblin, norman osborn whos separate to gobby in this cause i saw that idea and was inspired, the rhino and sandman

gonna put my details on them under the cut cause i have Things To Say

ok so doc ock in this universe is as per usual otto octavius and hes a man in his late 40s who wears hawaiian shirts all the time

i love raimiverse so rosie is here too and married to him and shes trying her best

so his backstory is he made the arms to make a safer and more direct form of manipulating control rods in nuclear reactors, but he didnt believe 1. it would fail or 2. anyone but him would be up for doing the test run, instead he opted for a "if you want something done right do it yourself" approach

and taking a moment to say the plant he picked out for the demostration is where pearl foggers, our spiderperson here, dad and stepmum work

thats a surprise tool that will help no one later

so the demostration happens and everything seems to work as planned but during the whole immediate celebration the power started rising uncontrollably and caused a explosion, of the people in the room with him otto was the only survivor due to the fact he wasnt able to move from where he was standing and had the arms to shield him

he ends up really fucked up from this cause of both shrapnel and burns but also radiation exposure cause while the rest of the plant were able to shut down the reactor so there was only about a minute or so of it being open thats still a lot of radiation and also of course the bog standard getting fused to the arms

and furthermore it takes a good few hours for rescuers to get to him so he was just stuck pinned down and surrounded by dead bodies for a bit which isnt very good for your mental health yknow

anyway he finally gets rescued and then has to spend three months in a isolation ward to recover which is incredibly painful considering the amount of damage and is made worse cause everything he was wearing that could be removed had to be destroyed including his wedding ring

only to find once hes given the clear that he can go home that hes being painted as villain for the accident even through he tried everything he could to stop the power rise and has no idea what caused it

and his reaction to this is "if theyre going to call me a villain, a villain i shall be"

moving on to kraven who is in the art ive posted, we have miss evpratsiya olesya kravinoff, whos built like rhea ripley

shes this 6'7 woman who is just as insane as any other kraven out there and its great, like she will start mauling you and also due to the fact ill have to remake her ref she is going around tits out while doing all of this too

she hasnt even got like a fuckign kjhgfghj reason to be this way shes just insane and went to serbia to get mutated to be even more insane and THEN she shows up in the plot she didnt have to do that she just did

and then THEN she arrives in new york and sees spider-fire and is just "that is a child" and openly says "hey im not going to fight a child leave now or else"

and pearl, being 1. a spiderperson and 2. a 13 year old says no!! im goign to stop you from doing crime!! and evpratsiya just shrugs and starts throwing blades at spider-fire WHO SHE INSTANTLY CLOCKS AS BEING A 13 YEAR OLD MAAM CALM DOWN

and like,,, she also stalks pearl for a bit to find out the perfect time to strike and the one redeeming part of this behaviour is she refuses to go after flick if flickers not doing spidey stuff cause thats not honourable while actively stalking this CHILD

she wont stop being this way, shes jsut insane and running around with her titties just out to try to violently kill a child

oh also shes engaged to calypso, we stan a insane lesbian

that whole,,, thing aside we are moving onto venom!! instead of a human disaster we have another 13 year old!!

so pearls best friend is this kid called daisy peachley and theyve both been friends for years bonding over being nonbinary and not neurotypical cause pearls autistic and daisy has adhd

but the problem is daisy has a MASSIVE crush on pearl but pearl doesnt feel the same way cause ones aroace but hasnt jhgfgh had that realisation yet

and cause theyre close daisy knows pearl hasnt ever had a crush on anyone and rationalises how pens feelings wont be returned so instead shes just agonising over it and pining aggressively

some infomation about daisy is pen is fostered but isnt exactly in the best situation aka the apartment is full of other foster kids who are all being basically neglected so daisy spends pens time out of the house

this all leads to one day at like 4am daisys out and about as per usual but instead of just messing around shes having a bad time and is doign some arson cause as kids pen and pearl used to spend a lot of time in this lil tiny shack they made for funsies and daisy has been maintaining it ever since while pining over the feelings and pens had enough and burns it to the ground

as this is happening pen sees something fall from the sky and as a 13 year old who is going through it she decides to check it out

and if youve seen the blob then we have the scene were dan the can man picks up the blob with a stick and it falls onto his hand but its daisy seeing the symbiote

obviously this is very scary to a child but whats more scary? the sound of people approaching!! so daisy makes a break for it

and then doesnt show up to school for a week to get used to this situation

now kjhgfghj the problem comes with a angry traumatised 13 year old being combined with venom so pens foster parents get cronched and then the two of them are just doing the worst way to cope with all these feelings by taking it out on everyone

in lighter news we have my green goblin!!! its fucking terrifying

so pov: you are norman osborn, you make the serum and your trying to find out the uses for it all, you sign papers allowing all kinds of experimentation not really caring for what your funding

and you get more than you bargained for

gobby here is a 9 foot tall embodiment of destruction and chaos and that knows who is responsible for its being here

it was "born" in january of 2017, and it escaped in october and oh how it had a plan

but in more kjhgfghj light news the first thing that experienced was the joy of trick or treaters thinking its cool and all thats clothes came from a halloween store and a weird lil girl who gave it her witch hat

after that it wasnt seen for several more months aside from some glances such as being seen on cctv and so on until that found where norman osborn lives and made itself at home

now norman canonly dies in this universe and thats important to gobbys arc cause that doesnt let the world know its out there until norman is no more as that was spending all its time terrorising him for fun and well, that enrichment is gone now, and that wants to play

speaking of norman in this universe is a fuck! :)

pearl already didnt like him prior to the bite cause he owns the building flick lives in and keeps bringing the rent up so everyones struggling and when you see how that effects your family yoru gonna form some strong opinions

i will admit i dont have a lot for him but i do have he has his whole terrorism thing going on by calling himself the green terror and doign that shit after work which leads to his death and thats kjhgfghj all i have but its more than what i have for flint

moving on!! rhino is very heavily inspired by tssm cause i love it so much

his full name is aleksei o'hirn-sytsevich but everyone whos not his mothers side of the family call him alex and hes a trans man!! his mums a first generation russian immigrant and his dads a third generation irish immigrant but he doesnt feel like he belongs to either culture

hes got giganticism! hes pretty good at not causing problems for himself or others by being big but when he was younger he was like a bull in a china shop

his backstory here is he was just a petty thief but then he ended up seeing somethings he shouldnt have and even though he wasnt gonna tell he was still grabbed for it to be safe and then just sorta gaslit and manipulated to getting the suit on so he couldnt tell people

Am I Tripping Or Is Helluva Boss Also Stereotypical? (Bit of a rant sorry, wasnt impressed :< )

Name is Cleatus with a ‘hill billy’ (sorry, idk if that’s seen as an offensive term? I think red neck is offensive so Im going for what feels safer but idk help me out-) accent. (Honestly the voice is so unfitting it feels like a parody-). HB seems to love the Southern accent (nothing wrong w the accent but the portrayals... Ehhhhh...) Considering everyone gets their own VA to sound unique, the female sheep sounds like we’ve heard her voice in all of Viv’s works before. It’s a pretty voice! But just... Save money and VAs are versatile to play various roles in one series- This really caps their full potential.  Horse imagery everywhere. Lets be honest, Blitz liking horses and his IG pet ended up being the SH logo, it’s really awkward self praise- I hate to say it but it does make me cringe a little... The sciency villians designs. Just... Awful and out of place- Seems like a try hard attempt at a parody. Forced. Misses the mark. Also got Villainous vibes too, like that Dementia (sorry forgot her name but lizard hoodie girl!) lady. She suits her world at least and carries her humour a bit better. The warning is again immature (its an adult cartoon yet I - an adult - feel more like a teen when they cant trust their audience to understand ‘sexual references/scenes’ and opt for ‘horny’. Also no suicide warnings bc dayum even censored it was graphic - and Im a fuckin horror simp! Plus - even accidental - it’s a sensitive topic you need to be careful with. Again, just feels like childish attempts to make ‘funny edgy humour’. Dark humour is an artform most think they have yet lack.  Removal of Tilla. Overall the humour really didnt hit (and I LOVE shitty puns-), it felt mediocre at best BUT BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT Can we give credit that FU-CKING FINALLY we had 1 - ONE - UNO - SINGULAR plot that actually fucking flowed, made sense (sorta), wasnt just messily patchworked plot pieces together and actually flowed like an episode? Still that should be bare minimal that it feels almost dirty to give credit for. Likewise, I felt *stupid* watching. Like they think the audience is so stupid they have to explain everything to them. Basically a kids show if blood and swears slipped in.  Weirdly, this was the weakest episode as well as the strongest plotwise. Halfway through S1, this is... I laughed once, which was even less than last time.  It just feels like watching someone with talent piss it all away for their 15 minutes instead of building a more solid foundation thatll last far longer. Likewise, it almost felt like anti-heaven propoganda in a way rather than ‘both sides wack’ and like heaven is an after thought. I didnt really feel the passion. Yes the other episodes need a LOT of work to be professional studio quality but at least you could feel a soul, a passion. This felt filler. There was no development or anything. Like you could skip it and still understand (well ‘understand’ considering the usual storytelling). Like Ep 1 had a flowing, linear plot (look Viv and SH have shown they arent capable at branching and juggling multiple plots efficiently) and everything sorta feels downhill from there for me... Also for a cat owner it feels Vivs only seen persians and tuxedo cats. (Id also like to personally add - AND IM SORRY - that how husk-like Mox’s felt, idk whether it was a subtle shitty HD ref or just lack of creativity for cats. Also the tux cat with ‘buttons’ and bowtie needs some variation and spice FAST) Again, its a shame Viv/SH dont open themselves up for genuine critique as itll bit their ass sooner or later. Been there, done that, never a-fuckin-gain.

hey uhh i have recently started using a private torrent site but later figured out that its a sketchy one (they ddos other sites and shit) but all the other sites on r/trackers want proof of ratio which i don't know how to give them and i don't really have rn. i'm planning to keep a good ratio on this one and then ask for an invitation from other sites using the proof of ratio, but are there any good general torrent sites that arent too hard to get in? or are there places other than r/trackers

yeah it can be tough to get off the ground with ref-able ratios to get into the higher-quality sites, but tbh the one i started out on had free invites for users of a certain site i used to use, and i just spread virally from there (wonder how much of a headache it’d be to try setting one up for users of a different certain site...hypothetically....). Having a seedbox can also be rly good to build a solid ratio, but prices have been going up for those based on demand so that might strain you (most are between $5-$10 per month, which considering the amount of data you can get isnt half bad esp compared to the alternative of multiple streaming platforms, but it also sorta runs against a similar subscription payment problem).

This app’s got a good list of trackers, a decent number have open applications or semi-open (usually like certain days they accept certain days they dont or smth).
